Wr had a wonderful time in this beautiful home. Close enough to everything but tucked away by itself. Easy to get a hold of property management at all times. Would stay here again.

Large home, great amenities, shared pool, perfect location close to downtown Gatlinburg yet still peacefully nestled on the side of a mountain. Even had a bear walk through the front yard on day 3 of our trip!

Great place for our family vacation. We had 16 total and there was plenty of room for everyone. There were lots of things to do in the area and we saw at least 1 bear everyday that we were here. ☆☆☆☆☆

We had such a wonderful stay at this beautiful house. There were 18 of us from babies to grandparents. There was room for everyone and having so many bathrooms was a plus. The guest house out back was great for our family who have young ones and wanted their own place. We had so much fun with the pool, the flat yard (we set up badminton), the pool table and pac-man. The only negatives were there was only refrigerator. With so many of us we filled that up in no time flat. Also, the mattress in a few of the rooms (bunk bed room and last bedroom on left) need to be replaced. Other than that, it was a great stay! Communication was FANTASTIC with the host!

Easily accessible older home but well kept and great for large parties. It was great for my family’s annual 4th of July gathering. It was all of our first time in Smokey Mountains and it was great. We had a party of 16 and we had plenty of space. Pool table was a hit as well.

The cabin was beautiful and gave us a very comfortable stay for our big party. There was plenty of fun things to do at the cabin and it’s close to the strip too. We would definitely stay here again.

The host, Justin, was great. Very responsive to every question I had. We had a family group of 12 and the house was very accommodating just like the description said. Plenty of parking and space to relax. The layout with 7 bathrooms was also a big plus with several couple staying. Highly recommend this property for large groups. Thanks Justin for making our stay great!!!

Justin was super friendly and gave us lots of information about the area. The location was spacious and private with tons of amenities. We really enjoyed the hot tub and the large kitchen to share meals together!

Great property, very cozy, enough room for everyone to spend time together or have space alone if wanted. Teens loved the basketball court, pool table and jacuzzi and the little ones loved the theatre room for movie nights and game room. Adults loved the large rooms that made it easy to all gather together or play hame noghts

We reserved this place with the intent of both enjoying the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area and relaxing after a long, cold winter. This place hit the mark for both. Literally minutes from both, but tucked away from lights and sounds of both it made for a great place to stay. Plenty of rooms for everyone and every room had it's own bathroom. Tons of places to sit and several TVs so people could each watch separate shows. The Hot Tub was warm and much needed after long days. I would definitely stay here again.

This property was perfect for multiple families! It was very close to Gatlinburg but just enough away from the hustle and bustle. There was plenty of room for everyone to stretch out and have their own areas. Nice neighborhood. They do share a drive with another property. Well stocked kitchen. Overall highly recommend!

Our family, grandparents, parents, and grandchildren, love to spend a few days together for Christmas. This place was perfect. There were several gathering places, giving us areas to enjoy each other in small groups while also being together. The fact that almost all the bedrooms have adjoining bathrooms was a bonus. Justin was very attentive. He checked in to see how we were doing, and took care of every little thing. Thanks for a wonderful Christmas holiday for my family!

Justin's place was amazing. Me and my family stayed here for my 49th bday celebration. The place was great it was clean and comfortable it felt like home. The mini cabin was perfect and cozy. It was 12 of us and it was more then enough space were people could have their own space. Justin always replied quickly to my text. I will definitely book with Justin again. I was very impressed with the cleanliness of this cabin. I’m very picky about cleanliness, and I would definitely rate this one of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed in. Everything was great. There were bears at the property which we enjoyed watching. House was wonderful. Host always responded very quick to any questions or concerns that I had. Very spacious, plenty of room for everybody to have their own space. Loved everything about it had a wonderful time with the family. We have a huge family and we’re all able to gather together in the kitchen and have family meals which we found to be amazing.

The property was great. There was plenty of room for our family. Was especially kid friendly, lots of games to enjoy and they got to use the jacuzzi which they were so excited to do and they loved it. There were a couple of things that need to be repaired however it didn’t need immediate repair so we didn’t contact the hosts. The kitchen sink handle was broken but we were able to use it. The bathroom in the bedroom downstairs has a water leak around the base of the commode. The fire pit outside was out of gas. My son said the pervious guest left the propane tank on. Other than those small things WE ALL had a great stay!! Would definitely recommend and rebook in the future.

We had nearly a full house during the entire duration of our stay. There was plenty of space for everyone to be comfortable. The bedrooms were spacious and clean. Kitchen is fully stocked as well. We wished there were more linens like towels/washcloths but they do have a washer and dryer. The yard is very nice. We did have an issue with yellow jackets in one of the planters. Justin had the exterminator out the following morning at 8am sharp. The picnic tables are great for outdoor dining. But beware the bears are ACTIVE. We had one come every morning at 9am to jump on our vehicles and examine the yard. Double check that your windows are up, and doors locked. We had a window busted out due to there being a 1/2 inch gap left open, unknowingly. Otherwise, It was the perfect house for our family vacation.

We selected this property for a mini-family reunion (multiple age groups) and we all thoroughly enjoyed our stay. House, cabin, and jacuzzi were very clean, rooms were quite spacious and there were enough gathering spots for folks to break off into smaller groups. Parking was ample. Arcade games and pool table were a hit with both kids and adults. Host was very responsive to questions. Had one issue with the TV cable going out that was quickly resolved. Location was ideal as was only about 10 min from main G'burg strip and grocery store was about 5 min away. House was far enough away to feel private but close to main attractions. Given the size of our group, we needed a more frequent trash pickup, but other than that, would definitely recommend this property.

The home was perfect for as many people we had the adults loved it and the kids loved it. Yard was fabulous it was big enough for us to set up a volleyball net and play cornhole. Definitely would come back again

The lodge was very spacious and had so many games and activities for the children and adult guess. Also the scenery was so pretty and smoky the bear made a quick visit near the lodge that made the Gaitlinsburg experience very memorable .On the other hand when the first group of people arrived the technician was rude and said that we weren’t supposed to be there and they were still cleaning.. He did not apologize when he realized he was wrong. Also the toilet over flowed in the little cabin, but Justin was quick to get it fixed. Overall I had a great, relaxing time .

Justin’s place was absolutely beautiful!
Everything was clean and the kitchen had everything we needed to cook for our 6 night stay! The pool table, hot tub and basketball rebound net was our top hits!!! We loved how almost every bedroom had a bathroom and was VERY spacious for our big family! Justin was very fast about getting his team to come and get the garbage when the bear cans were full! We will definitely be coming back and we can’t wait!!!!!

We loved every minute spent at the house. There was enough space for everyone (16 guest). Great location! Host was quick to respond and resolve issue. Home was clean and beds were amazing. There was plenty of space to lounge. This house had a feeling like home away from home. Had a chance to see bears (at a short distance away). Can’t wait to come back and visit.

The house was wonderful!! The location is the best also. 10 mins or less to go everywhere. If u have a rainy day don’t worry, you can have fun at the house!! The house is full of games and enough space for a huge family. We had 11 adults and 3 kids and we were never on top of each other. We had people in the theater, people playing pool on the pool table, people upstairs playing cards in the living room, people playing board games in the downstairs living room and dining room. It was such vibe!!! The house is also very cozy. The house is close to pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. If you have a lot of people in your party this is the #1 house to go to!!!

We had a group of 9, could have had several more! Very spacious, clean, comfortable, peaceful, quiet home! The kids loved the hot tub & games! The porch had several rocking chairs, lots of dining space, huge kitchen, TV was great for the adults to watch the Preds. Great location, we will be back!

We loved our stay at Family Tradition! The house was perfect for all the family to stay together and make memories. Clean, private, fully stocked kitchen! Most of all we loved that we were able to bring our dogs along on this trip. Would definitely recommend this place! We had a slight issue on day one with the hot tub but it was fixed right away and the rest was just about perfect!

We stayed at this beautiful home for almost a week. We were speechless. The home is very beautiful and Justin is a great host that goes above and beyond.
The kids had so much fun within the home. The first night they didn’t want to leave to go out and see the town.
We all agreed we will stay here again. Pet friendly. Tons of activities to keep yourself occupied.

We stayed here as a family for a little memorial trip in memory of my uncle. It was a beautiful home and was plenty of room for the 10 of us! Loved that most of the bedrooms had their own private bathrooms. The location is wonderful; close to the arts district of Gatlinburg and not far from the main strip downtown! Very peaceful area and a great yard. I took my little dog and had plenty of space to walk him. Justin was a great host and gave great, helpful information from the moment we booked! Highly recommend this place!

Justin was a very responsive Host. The home was big enough to accommodate the large family we had. Loved the privacy each person had in their separate rooms! My family stayed at this cabin for4 nights & we absolutely loved it. The host, Justin, is very attentive & always responded quickly. It was in a perfect location as it was so close to Gatlinburg & the Pigeon forge attractions. The cabin is just as pictured & feels very brand new. The views in the neighborhood are also so breathtaking, we enjoyed taking walks just to see the scenery.
I definitely recommend this home, it helped make our vacation to Tennessee much more memorable! .
