Location, location, location! This is less than 10 minutes from everything in pigeon Forge, which makes planning way easier when you don’t have to factor in driving through every light on the parkway! Also very easy to get out to Pittman Center to dip our feet in the icy river! We’ll have to go to Dollywood next time.

It was a nice little cabin on the woods , we enjoyed our stay. I liked the vibes it gave us during our stay. It has everything that a family needs. We even cooked food in there, kitchen was in excellent condition. I think the foose ball table had a handle or that would be loose. I would come here again

Really cute cabin. Our group of 6 fit comfortably and really enjoyed the foosball table and arcade game. It was close to all the attractions but still quiet and peaceful. Would definitely stay here again!

Location was perfect for everything we wanted to do! Very clean and convenient! Jukebox was not working but we weren’t there long enough to notice!!! Maybe invest in a boxspring for beds. Big boys like me struggle with the memory mattress. Absolutely will be back!

Overall, great location and cabin. Tons of fun stuff to do and see nearby. Very clean inside. We had a door code issue and it was resolved quickly with a single phone call. Our only gripe would be to support the beds more. We had to adjust the 2x4"s each night for even support.

We needed a place to accommodate 7 people on our first trip to Dollywood and this was the perfect cabin! The host (and the advertised description of cabin) were true to their word. The cabin decor is amazing! Comfortable, clean, has everything you need and plenty of entertainment for everyone. We all had fun and can't wait to go back!

We lived this fun cabin! Kids enjoyed having their own space and loved the games, darts, foosball, hot tub and jukebox! Super clean. Location was easy to get to and convenient to activities in Pigeon Forge and Sevierville. Love that the hot tub is drained after every guest (so nice and comfortable knowing it’s clean) , but note that it might mean it isn’t quite ready when you check in (but will be!) We would definitely stay here again.

Super cute, clean and cozy cabin. Close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Easy to find and get too. Had all the kitchen utensils and linens you will need. Appreciated having enough towels for hot tub too! So much to do in the area. And it was nice having the cabin so close to come home too! Mattresses were extremely comfortable on all the beds. Shane was quick to respond and very friendly. Thank you for making our stay memorable.

Clean cabin in a quiet area. Easy access to Pigeon Forge and 5 minutes to the Old Mill area. Another plus is that you don’t have to drive through all of the traffic to get on the road to Gatlinburg. Beds were very comfortable and host was very responsive!

We really enjoyed this cabin as a super convenient location, perfect for getting back and forth to LeConte Lodge for our conference. Everything was clean and comfortable. Great hot tub, and we especially enjoyed the theme of Dolly, Rock & roll, complete with jukebox, which the kids used to choreograph a dance to Footloose.

My family had a wonderful stay! After winning the Ms. Pacman competition, we had an amazing time at Dollywood!! If you want to stay nearby but have all of the amenities from home, this is the place!!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

We stayed for 10 nights and didn’t want to leave at all. The place was so calm and had literally everything we needed, there were days we didn’t even leave the cabin. The view from the balconies is just breathtaking. Stores and restaurants were close by. The cabin itself is soooo pretty and comfortable. Hosts responded quick every time we needed anything.
We can’t wait to be back!!!!

We had a great stay in this cabin! I love how everything was decorated and there was plenty of cool entertainment. The heat doesn’t heat upper and lower levels the same so the heater on the lower level is definitely needed on cold nights! Also be sure to check the beds BEFORE laying down! All our boards under the mattress were moved and when my poor husband laid down a few of them hit the floor! No worries after we recovered from the heart attacks 😂 We loved the proximity to all things food and fun and still had the privacy of the back decks.

My friends and I loved the cabin, we would book this one again. Came out for some peaceful time away from everything and we got the best of both worlds. Location was far enough to feel secluded but had everything to do in a reasonable distance. The little details with the games and decor were cute too, thank you for having us!

The cabin was great! My daughter loved the arcade game and jukebox. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it seemed real nice with simple to use controls. The area is really quiet, and very convenient to downtown and local grocery stores. Would definitely stay again and recommend to others.

I can’t over emphasize how good of a location this is! if you are doing anything in pigeon forge, you are truly 10 minutes away. the listing was accurate, clean, and so fun for our group! Definitely recommend.

This property was set up in the cutest way. Perfect for a family of 4 and grandma! We had plenty of room and the kids loved the game room. The decor was awesome. Such attention to detail. Property manager was responsive to issues we encountered in our trip. We had a great time and the property was wonderful. Would recommend. The only issue was the stairs were a bit narrow so getting larger suitcases up and down was a bit tricky but otherwise everything was awesome!

We loved our time at Shane's place! It was so peaceful and the hot tub was such a treat after a long day of hiking. Settled right on the side of hill, there's beautiful surroundings yet you're still very close to everything in town. The house has everything you could need to cook and listen to music on the jukebox (and there's even a disco ball😍) or play games downstairs. The nightlights throughout the house were a nice touch. BOOK IT! Well worth the money!!

We loved every minute in this cozy cabin with lots of space. All the amenities were nice and comfortable. Spending time on the balcony in the evenings was peaceful surrounded by beautiful trees even seeing a buck, doe and playful squirrels just below our deck on the grounds. Already looking forward to going back again soon.

Loved the music theme of this cabin. The kids really enjoyed the juke box, record player, disco ball, foosball, and arcade. It was a good location to get around without being right on the main strip. Our only complaint was the smell of the local compost facility as we were leaving. We didn’t smell it any other time except the morning when we were packing up to leave. Otherwise great cabin and very responsive host.

The stay was pleasant and the cabin was adorable. The cabin is situated in a peaceful wooded area among the trees and beautiful nature and yet situated minutes from Dollywood and the main attractions of pigeon forge. So much to do and see!

My family of six, ranging from 6-45 years old, loved our stay here! Super convenient to Dollywood. Felt warmly “tucked in” with the trees surrounding but not isolated-the perfect mix. Very clean well appointed cabin. We greatly enjoyed the jukebox and disco ball! My teenagers even appreciated it! The hot tub was a warm welcome after a long day the the park as well. Beds were clean and comfortable and we all slept well. The host was fantastic! My only suggestion would be to give a bit more detailed driving directions to the cabin-but even that’s being a bit knit picky. Overall-great stay and a great value! Highly recommended

We had a wonderful time at "A Little Bit Country". Our family was in Pigeon Forge for a dance competition. The cabin was in a perfect location to go back and forth to the LeConte Center. The disco ball was on to greet us as we arrived and we immediately tried out the jukebox. We had fun playing games, listening to records and sitting in the hot tub. The location was also great for the days we spent at Dollywood.

Was exactly what we needed! Communication was great, and they were quick to help with questions.
My favorite parts:
- the theme: super cool working jukebox and disco ball. Record player, arcade games, etc.
- the location - SO close to all things Pigeon Forge
- had pretty much everything we needed, and host communication was great!!!
Good to know:
- if you plan to bring DVDs, you may need to bring your own player or cords - there was one available, but no cords to plug them in
- it is very close to a landfill, so if you are sensitive to smells, the outdoors close to the cabin don’t always smell amazing
- the staircase is narrow and steep: if you have little ones, plan to be very careful. There is a baby gate, but you still have to be cautious.
All-in-all, we loved it, and would come back again!

We had a wonderful stay at this property. Although the location was a little hard to find even with the GPS. The hot tub was a great addition to our stay. The property was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. Any of the tourist attractions in Pigeon Forge were very close to the property that was appreciated. The mattress in the bedroom on the main level was quite uncomfortable. Other than the mattress being uncomfortable, we had a wonderful stay and would definitely like to take another trip soon to. This was a wonderful cabin for a family to stay in.

The cabin was really decorated nicely enjoyed the juke box and the girls loved the mirror ball my grandson loved the arcade system. We didn’t cook but everything was there to do it and plenty of towels and linen too. Storms had come through before we got there and the outside could use to be cleaned up but it was great and convenient to down town pigeon forge. Also the management was fast at responding to my questions I had. I would like to thank them for that.

Great little cabin tucked up on the side of a hill. New everything & Super Clean! Your hot tub view is a wall of mature trees. Very private and peaceful. Parking for 2 - 3 cars. FOOD CITY supermarket is very close and they have EVERYTHING (Including a STARBUCKS). Minutes to Dollywood and all other attractions. Interior of the cabin is so bright & fun. I used the 1973 Jukebox to wake my daughter's! We would DEFINITELY return to this unit on a future visit.

Small and private! Hosts are very proactive and responsive. We didn't find the guest book (hidden in the nightstand) until we were leaving, so we didn't have time to fill it out! The only downside to this property, is the location of the city dump within a mile. The smell can be unbearable sometimes! other than that, the cabin is great. There was also a black cat that came to visit every morning! We enjoyed our stay!

Where to start…. Justin was great, answered in a matter of minutes, very detailed and attentive. The cabin was perfect, my tweens loved it; from the game room to the jukebox box, to even the record player!! The cabin is cozy and clean; located in a perfect area, supermarket literally 3-5 mins away, 5 mins from pigeon forge Island and 10 mins from the Main Street with all the attractions. Everything was perfect, only thing missing in our trip was snow!

Our family LOVED this place! Charming cabin decorated beautifully with holiday decor from the front door to the comforter sets. It sweetly welcomed us into the holiday season. So much attention to detail from the jukebox to the disco ball that greets you in the window when you arrive. And I can't say enough how much I enjoyed that jukebox! So authentic and such a classic touch. We loved the game room and had our own family game night to enjoy it. The kitchen was well equipped and even had things we forgot to buy at the store. We enjoyed making breakfast and sharing it on the back deck as a family. Prepare to see wildlife because we saw racoons and a deer at the cabin and a small bear down the hill on the drive up. The road to get here is a little steep and winding so be careful. Within minutes of stores, restaurants and attractions. The Food City grocery store down the road has everything you 'll need. Their take and bake pizzas in the deli are pretty good as well. There really are no downsides to this place at all. I wish the living room area was slightly bigger to accommodate more people watching television together. But hey, you're in the mountains and should be outside anyway! There's so much to do at the cabin and around town. The host was FANTASTIC! Justin was great at communicating before, during and after our stay. He responds quickly should you need anything. I would absolutely stay here again as well as recommend Avada Property Management. Job well done.

This cabin was amazing! Literally a little country and a little rock n roll tucked into every nook and cranny. Tastefully decorated and quirky in so many ways, with perfect proximity to restaurants, shopping, fun things to do, and even closer to a gas station and grocery store. Five minutes to just about everything in Pigeon Forge, including The Island. Super clean, cozy, comfy, and relaxing, with a good sized hot tub to melt away and stress or tension. The host was incredible, too! Very open line of communication, wicked quick response time, and all around a great person. We would love to come back to LBCLBRR in the future!

The very spacious, well stocked and decorated was located within minutes of Dollywood. The property was immaculate as well as decorated like a Norman Rockwell painting. we were there around Thanksgiving and they Christmas decorations up and a small tree. Justin, the contact person always replied immediately Will answers to her question Of course, there weren't many questions because he had everything in order. W. My wife and I have stayed in tons of AirBNB locations over the years, and this is probably our favorite. It was clean, easy to find and get into, had tons of amenities and things to do, and had a really cool cabin aesthetic. Very happy we found this location and would definitely recommend it!

We had a very relaxing time here. This was close to everything in town as well. Hot tub worked perfectly! Would definitely recommend to anyone looking for chill and fun atmosphere.

Less than 3 miles from almost everything we did! Our twin teens loved the bunk/game room and the two other bedrooms were perfect for the adults. Kitchen well supplied although we didn't use it much😬 Would definitely stay here again!

Not a big fan of bear themed cabins, so it was great to find this one with a rock and roll theme. Really enjoyed taking some favorite albums and 45's to listen too on the record player! The location was very convenient to everywhere we visited. Big time saver! Yet, once at the cabin, it felt like we were away from all the hustle and bustle of the town. Though it's a small cabin, everyone was comfortable in their space. The memory foam mattresses provided great sleep. Everything looked just like the pictures. So, if you like the pics you see, you will not be disappointed upon arrival. The adults primarily enjoyed the decks each morning and evening while the kids enjoyed being inside playing games. Worked out great for our family of three adults and kids ages 11, 12, & 16.

This cabin is the epitomeof peace and quiet. sadly the jukebox was out of order, but we enjoyed the old vinyl albums. was very clean at checkin. nice grill . back porches are wonderful. highly recommend this cabin.

We enjoyed our stay here. Only disappointment is the record player and juke box didn’t work.

When checking in make certain the cabin number and door number are the same, there is a similar home a few doors down. Photos represent the property well. The home is two stories. First floor is outdoor parking, BBQ grill and seating. There is enough room for one vehicle to park. First floor: living room, kitchen, 1st bedroom and bathroom, and outdoor patio. Basement (lower level) game room, bunkbeds, laundry, 2nd bedroom and bathroom, and outdoor patio and hot tub. Nearest grocery store about 1 1/2 miles. Close to Pigeon Forge about 10 minute drive. There is a television in each room, but you need to bring your login information to watch your streaming services. There aren't any local channels available. WIFI is provided in the home. Hosts send emails daily.

We loved this little cabin! They have everything you need to cook your entire stay, the kids loved the video game and the adults loved the hot tub! Will definitely be reaching out for another stay soon!

The cabin was just perfect for our family of five. The kids had plenty of fun things to do when we got back from a long day of being out. Also everything was well stocked. The cleaning checklist was on the minimal which was refreshing.
Super close to Dollywood. We would stay again!

There is a reason Justin is a super host. He was always quick to respond to any needs or questions with kind feedback. No matter the time. The property is beautiful, you cannot get a better view. The drive is so close to everything that you don’t have to go far either. We booked this specific one for the hot tub and it was our favorite part of the trip. Justin and Kara had all and any utensils you could ever need. The place is extremely clean and very cozy. I cannot thank Justin enough for just always being on top of any question I had asked. He is very understanding and very friendly. Book this property. You will not regret it! Thank you Justin for a great time in Tennessee!

We had a great stay at Justin’s cabin. He was very responsive from booking to check out. Cabin was beautiful and perfect for our group. Loved the back porches for quiet time and the hot tub! Close to everything you want to do in the area. Definitely recommend!
