Just is an amazing host. The house was amazing, the bears are entertaining. The location is private but perfectly located so you can be at any venue, restaurant, attraction, etc. The motorcycle rides through the area are breathtaking. We would highly recommend the Airbnb.

I stayed for 4 days and this cabin is very nice, very comfortable and reliable. All the furniture and electricals are of very good quality and comfortable. I recommend this cabin compared to others. It meets the demands of guests like us.

We really enjoyed staying here, it was exactly what we needed. Four couples from our church stayed, our other church family was just across the way 1 mile from this beautiful and relaxing home.

We really enjoyed staying here. The house was spacious. We loved that the kitchen was stocked with plates, cups, and cookware. There was also plenty of games for us to enjoy. The top floor balcony gave us a nice view. We even saw a bear walk across the driveway while we were on the balcony!

We absolutely loved this place!!! We had a family of 11. The teenagers loved the hot tub and the pool table room and the adults loved the front porch!! The place was super clean and had everything we needed.

We had a wonderful stay. The house was perfect for our group, with great views and plenty of communal areas to hang out in. Downtown was very accessible, but some of the best time we spent on this trip was just hanging out on the back deck or in the hot tub. The hosts were also very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend staying here.

We loved Above the Worry Line. The location was very convenient to both the national park and downtown Gatlinburg. We could enjoy the crazy busy streets of downtown then retreat to our oasis in peace and quiet. There were so many bears! Our children loved the game room and watching the bears from the windows. Host was very communicative and we cannot wait to come back.

Love the proximity to all of the fun in Gatlinburg. The chalet was spacious, super clean, and well-stocked. Plenty to do for a group of teens! Love that each bedroom has a bathroom and the game room separated from the living area. We’ll be back!

If I could give this place, 10/5 stars, I would. First of all the view is stunning, and it is so close to the strip. Secondly, it is a beautiful home with so many well crafted details. The kitchen is fully stocked making prep and entertainment easy. There are many amenities that were so welcome such as the fireplace, hot tub, dimmable lights. Not to mention the place is spotlessly clean. It felt like a five-star experience. This is the nicest Airbnb I’ve stayed at. Would recommend.

Our stay at Justin’s cabin was absolutely perfect! The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had such a cozy, welcoming vibe. The views were breathtaking, and the peaceful mountain setting made it the perfect getaway. Justin was an exceptional host—super responsive and thoughtful, ensuring we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. The location was ideal, close to Gatlinburg’s attractions yet tucked away enough to feel serene and private. We especially loved relaxing on the deck and enjoying the scenery. I can’t recommend this cabin enough and can’t wait to return for another stay!

The house was modern in some ways, but still had the warmth you look for in a Gatlinburg Cabin. The look of the house was stunning on the outside and inside. The kitchen was huge and there were plenty of seats for everyone to eat. The layout of the house was perfect to separate the young kids from the adults at night. We loved the fact that the location of the home felt like it was in the mountains, but was so close to the town and even had views of Gatlinburg from the house. The patio area was awesome for chilling outside and we saw multiple bears just outside the home. I’d definitely stay there again.

This was the perfect place for our girls trip. Plenty of room, close to the Gatlinburg stores and restaurants but still private and peaceful. We would definitely stay again!

Overall this home exceeded our expectations. It was perfect for the 4 couples that stayed w/ 2 queen BR w/ the bathrooms directly across from them and 2 king BR w/ ensuite bathrooms. Extremely spacious, beautiful home, very clean, located approx half a mile behind the aquarium. Overall this was a great place to stay and would love an opportunity to stay there again!!
I did receive a notice at 12:10p that the home was ready for early check in at 1pm for $50. I responded that we would not be there until 3p. Around 2p I received a phone call asking what time we would be there. I asked if we could check in at 3p and was told they would find out and call me back. No one called back. Upon arriving at the house at 3pm, it was still in the process of being cleaned. We were able to obtain access to the house by 4pm, the guaranteed check in time. While none of the miscommunication re: check in time were an issue for us, I can see where it might have been for someone else.

We had a family vacation to Gatlinburg for a wedding. This place is amazing. We had 10 guests and it was very comfortable and never felt crowded. The beds were all comfortable. Even the day bed in the family room. The kids had a blast with the arcade game and pool table. The location was great it was just up the street from Ripley’s Aquarium right in the center of Gatlinburg. Justin was quick to respond to any questions we had and left us a guide for things to do in the area. We would definitely stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay! The house was BEAUTIFUL and very clean. Great location, just a short drive to the Gatlinburg strip. Justin was very helpful and communicative with us for any questions we had. They went out of their way to drop off some cooking utensils that we needed, which was so kind and appreciated! It was perfect for spending some days in the town, and also enjoyed some days staying in with games and beautiful views. Would definitely recommend!

This home is beautiful and well kept. Justin was extremely quick to respond. There was a storm the first night we were there that threw out the internet. The next day, someone was there to fix it so my husband could watch TV. Close enough to town but far enough away that it was very peaceful. Sitting out on the deck was my morning routine and I loved every minute of it. This house was so clean and the layout is perfect. One whole family could stay downstairs and one could stay upstairs. We will absolutely stay here again. Thank you Justin for allowing us to stay in your beautiful home.

Beautiful place! The kitchen is fully stocked with everything you would need to cook a big dinner. Everything is clean and very well taken care of. Deck and hot tub is very relaxing. The location is great! 10 out of 10 recommend!
