The place was exactly as expected, we especially loved the drive up, it gave us a real mountain driving experience. The rooms were cozy the beds were comfortable and the kitchen was very well stocked with all the essentials to prepare your own meals. The first morning there we were greeted by a mama bear and her 3 cubs! Made the entire trip worth it! We will definitely rent again and stay at this location in the near future!

My family and i had a wonderful stay. The condo was beautiful. This was our first time visiting and we enjoyed not only the condo but the many different things it was to do around town. The Condo had a good view of the mountain and we also got to see a bear lol. The host was very friendly and responded to every concern quickly. Lets just say we will definitely be back ❤️

Great quiet place. A little far from grocery store and restaurants but we preferred taking in the views from the patio and eating at home. Loved the hiking and Smoky Mountains. Gatlinburg commercialized town not for us.

Our group had such a wonderful time at this condo. It was so close to Ober Mountain and also all of the Pigeon Forge activities we had planned. Justin was always readily available and answered many questions we had. We rented two units from him and both were wonderful.

We loved staying at Justin’s place. The drive up the mountain is beautiful, day or night. The road and parking lot were plowed and salted. It was a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg where we caught the arial tram to Ober Mountain. We spent most of the day skiing and snowboarding, so it was great to come back to the condo and relax. We will be sure to stay there again the next time we come.

This place was perfect. Would definitely recommend to a family or just a couple. Very spacious and the kitchen was stocked with everything you could need. The beds were very comfy and the place was very clean.

Overall we had a fantastic stay. Justin was an excellent host and responded quickly to all messages (and didn’t seem annoyed by all my questions :) ). The condo itself was great. Just what we needed. Cleanliness overall was good.

First of all the surrounding was BEAUTIFUL ! At every angle the views were breath taking. The condo had every thing we needed and more, all of the comforts of home. I went for my birthday a relaxing stress free get away with peace and quiet. I was just beautiful . Justin was wonderful , responded at timely matter even though our issue was minor. I’m grateful for the experience and definitely will be back

Absolutely the best condo we have ever stayed in! Super clean and so home felt! Love the view from the balcony and also got to see the ober gatlinburg tram from the balcony! You can also hear the bluegrass gentle men playing and singing from ober gatlinburg which made it relaxing sitting on the balcony and listening to nature! We did get to see some bears there and very close to the area! The Condo felt like my second home! Very cozy and welcoming! The kitchen is well stocked of all your cooking needs! We were very impressed how well stocked it is! We didn’t have to buy any extra cooking items to make our lunches or dinners there and we are so grateful of that! I would say this was the best kitchen we have ever been in a rental! The beds were absolutely amazing and comfortable! We really enjoyed our stay! We will definitely be back! Thank you for letting us stay in your condo it was a great experience!

We really enjoyed this condo! Everything was clean and ready to go. Very comfortable beds and the softest sheets ever! Loved sitting on the balcony and rocking with a book and a cup of coffee. Justin was very quick to answer my questions. We would recommend this place for sure.

Nice little place. We saw lots of bears around the home plus many more in the Smokeys. Gatlinburg is a nice as well and just 10 minutes away. Park for free on River road. Lots to do in town. It was wonderful to sit on the patio and watch the tram, mountains, bears and just take in the surroundings. We did not use the community pool but looked good. Good grocery stores are in Pigeon Forge which is less than 25 minutes away. Lots to do in the Great Smokey Mountains. Justin communicated well and everything was a breeze.

Multiple peaceful bear sightings in the back yard, one with a mother and her cub! Our kids really enjoyed both pools we had access to as part of the property. The place itself worked out really well for us. We spent most of our time in the National Park and could’ve spent even more time in town.

The condo was amazing! The one thing is a few more towels
. Also the housekeeping closet was open. We tried to shut and lock it but we could not get it to lock.

This is a wonderful place for a family stay in Gatlinburg. The place was plenty big and provided all the amenities needed. Beds and furniture were very comfortable and the kitchen was stocked with the needed equipment to be able to cook meals. Loved having a washer/dryer. Finding the townhouse, as I had read in previous reviews, was a little difficult, but we were able to find the easiest/most direct route after 1 day. I would pay attention to the schedules for the clubhouse amenities as they are not all open daily. There is access to 3 clubhouses and the pictures show amenities that are not all located at the same clubhouse. The biggest clubhouse that has the play area and biggest game room is actually not located at the site where the townhouse is, but it's a short (<5 min) drive. Overall, we very much enjoyed our stay and would recommend it.

Had a great vacation while visiting Tennessee. The Smokey Mountains was one part of our trip. Was nice to stay in the mountains and have a full kitchen with a washer/dryer. The close proximity to the pool was a bonus!

Something cool about this place was watching the Tram from Ober Gatlinburg go by. Which was one of the attractions we enjoyed during our stay. We really enjoyed staying at Justin's place. We had no idea how much we would enjoy the Gatlinburg/Great Smoky Mtns. area, and this place made it even more special!
It is a bit challenging to find the place as the roads are windy and narrow, but once you do it is fine; the location is perfect for feeling that you are in the mountains, but also convenient to Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge/Smoky Mtns NP. It was very easy to access the place with the code. Justin is super helpful with information and is quick to respond if you have any issues.
The place is cozy with a lovely deck, living room, and kitchen, and the beds are really comfortable. Got a great night's sleep! Didn't have a chance to use the bbq, but it was an inviting idea to bbq and eat on the deck. There was a little noise from neighbors during the day, but nothing problematic.
Also, there are definitely bears in the area, including the parking lot, so be aware.
We would love to return to this paradise!

Thanks for allowing us to stay at your beautiful condo. The scenery was beautiful. The condo was set up nicely, such a cozy place. The beds and pillows were very comfortable, along with the living room furniture. The balcony was our favorite spot because the weather was so nice. We enjoyed the bear sightings in the evening right there in the back yard. The location was perfect once we learned the roads.
The kitchen was completely furnished with all cooking materials and plenty of silverware to allow you to cook in the condo vs eating out all the time. The bathrooms were clean and very good size so you aren’t crowded while showering and dressing. We also enjoyed the neighbors!!
We will absolutely rent from Justin again.

Loved this place! Condo was very nice with decent view of the mountains! The hosts provided a coupon book of local attractions which was very helpful with deciding some things to do. Only issue was finding it initially. I used my GPS of choice (and the one suggested based on other reviews) and it still had me lost! I thought I maybe put in the wrong address but after venturing out the next day the GPS wanted us to turn on the wrong road again! Definitely would recommend getting there during daylight if you're a scaredy cat while driving the mountains like me!
I was happy that Justin was very responsive and answered every question I had within minutes. We would definitely stay here again!

GPS was a little misleading the first time up, even using the suggested Maps, but easily solved. Close to Ober Mountain, but you’ve got to get up early to beat the crowds for parking! Very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. The property was just what we needed.

Very nice place! Justin was very quick to respond to any messages we sent while staying here. Cell service is spotty but they do have a landline. Bring your own firewood and a lighter just to be safe. Very comfortable place. Be warned roads are very windy to get to location but views are amazing.

The condo was everything we expected. It was a beautiful drive to the condo high above Gatlinburg, but was only a 10 minute drive. The GPS kept routing us to the wrong place, but once we got it figured out it wasn't an issue. The Smoky Mountains is our favorite vacation spot, so we look forward to coming back soon.

I was pleasantly surprised by how good the view really was. And also by how close the place was to the many attractions of Gatlinburg without being too close. We used the kitchen a good bit, it was what we expected, which is good! Loved using the grill. I would stay here again for sure and do recommend it

This condo was very clean and had great views of foliage. The complex is very quiet and has easy (for Gatlinburg roads) access to the Smoky Mountain park and Gatlinburg. The owner communicated very well and was quick in responding to me. The bed was very comfortable and we slept well. The unit was nicely furnished with newer furniture and decor.

Glad we chose Justin’s condo for our stay in Gatlinburg. We did have trouble initially finding the condo because both and map apps weren’t very accurate—Justin had warned us of this. Justin was always prompt answering our questions. Especially loved the balcony—peaceful with a beautiful fall view!

Amazing stay in October at this condo! Justin was a great host, very responsive. Clear directions. Surroundings are peaceful. View is relaxing. Place is clean. Easy parking, and access, only a few steps to the front door. Definitely recommend, you can't go wrong staying here. I'll be back for sure!

This condo is far enough up the mountain in Gatlinburg to have views, yet close enough to get to town in 10-15 minutes. It was peaceful and quiet. The pictures and description are accurate and it was very clean. We did get to watch a bear go across the parking lot which was super cool.
This was our 2nd time booking with Justin, and simply put, he is an amazing host!

Great week in Gatlinburg! The condo exceeded our expectations. Beautifully decorated and comfortable. Short drive down the mountain to Gatlinburg for dining and shopping. We spent a lot of time on the deck. Very peaceful. Best airbnb I’ve stayed in. Justin responded to any questions within minutes! Very impressive.

Our family enjoyed watching the daily black bear antics with the mama bear and her three cubs. We loved seeing them except when it was time to take out the garbage 😬🐻

Enjoyed a quick weekend trip to Gatlinburg. Justin’s condo was great for our need for 2 families with small kids. Easy walk right to the pool. Seeing the bears was the favorite for the kids. Us adults loved the balcony to sit & catch up. Thanks Justin for a great stay!

I had booked the condominium for my family's last vacation before school started. The condominium was exceptionally clean, and the area peaceful. The drive up the mountain was not bad, but glad I do not have to do it every day. The view is nice, although if the neighbors’ trees were cut down it would be better...lol...While on the porch we were about to see about 8-10 bears including their cubs which were cool. A few downers but nothing to ruin the experience of going back. The pool was not open every day and the book did not give the address to the other ones. The dryer did not dry very well even after turning it back several times, but we managed.
The communication with Justin was excellent. He always responded within the hour if not more like 30 minutes. Very friendly and the price was awesome without breaking the bank or preventing my family from having an enjoyable time.

Had an excellent time, saw bears daily from the first time we pulled into parking lot! Visited Ober Mountain activities and utilized tram for trips into town. Thanks for a great short weekend!

Justin was incredibly helpful and responsive!! The pictures were very accurate for the inside. This place is in an apartment setting more than a condo, which would have been more helpful to know due to the GPS not being completely spot on in that area. GPS did work for us but we found that driving a road past Lower Alpine Way was easier. That goes straight to Upper Alpine Way, which the GPS didnt offer. Overall, it was a great stay and highly recommend!!

This Airbnb is in the perfect location! The drive up to the home is amazing in it self!! The views are out of this world! We were less than 15 minutes away from the Gatlinburg strip stores, and less than 30 minutes away from Dollywood. My wife and two kids has no issues while staying here. We all slept amazing and we felt comfortable throughout our entire stay. We highly recommend this place and we can’t wait to be back!

First time in Tennessee, so my family and I had to get the best of the best. We viewed a few listings but Justin and Keri’s place kept coming out to be our first choice. When we got there, (may I add IN the Smoky Mountains) it took our breath away. We are from a big city so this was huge for us, the adults and children were simply at awe. This place was beautiful as described in the posting. Clean, spacious and everything we needed to feel comfortable. The balcony (scenery) was A+++. Not only was the host responsive, they also made us feel welcome (at ease). . We definitely will be going back and this will be our place of choice.
