We had a fantastic stay!! The cabin was wonderful! We loved the hot tub. It was a peaceful community and felt like we were in the mountains and yet everything was extremely convenient. Great location. Really enjoyed it and we would definitely stay again!

We got the experience we went to TN for. Staying in this cabin helped achieve the goal of feeling connected with nature. Our primary residence is in Chicago, and Chicago has a beautiful a downtown and amazing views as well. However, you will not find the peace and connection to nature. The cabin design is fantastic, very open. The lower floor has a very good-sized living space, good size bedroom and bathroom and that is where our teenagers stayed and had a great time.

Great location with plenty of room for everyone! We absolutely loved where the house was and we were close to so many restaurants and popular attractions. The house was as described and couldn't have been more perfect for my 3 teenage boys. Justin is a great host and was very responsive with every question I had. We will definitely be back to Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg and will book this house again!

My 3 adult children and I stayed for a few days. This cabin was perfect. It allowed us our own area for downtime, but the family room, porch and hot tub is where we spent the majority of our time. The location was close to all the attractions, but far enough away to enjoy the quiet. We will definitely stay here again.

First off, Justin was great. Fairly quick responses to any question. He even helped us slide one day when a member of our party had a conflict with work. The location is perfect to attractions, and the setting up on the hill is spot on for the Smoky Mountain feel. Cabin was spacious, the game room a hit, and there was enough towels for our 2 night stay. If I could recommend anything, it may be time for new dining room chairs. Most had the wobble problem common with modern furniture. Would book again and recommend to friends.

We had a wonderful stay at this Airbnb in Pigeon Forge! The home was spotless, cozy, and clearly designed with families in mind. The layout made it easy to relax and enjoy our time together, and there was plenty of space for everyone (family of 13 with 3 under 2). The surroundings were absolutely beautiful—peaceful and scenic, yet just a short, easy walk to downtown Pigeon Forge. It was the perfect mix of convenience and charm. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a family-friendly place to stay in the Smokies!

My family and I had an amazing stay at Justin's cabin in Pigeon Forge! The cabin was spotless, beautifully decorated, and had plenty of space for everyone. We absolutely loved the hot tub and jacuzzi, the game room was a huge hit with the kids. The best part was how close it was to all the attractions – we could easily get to everything we wanted to see and do. It was the perfect home base for our trip, and we can’t wait to come back again. The cabin was spacious, clean, and beautiful. The hot tub was nice and relaxing after a long day. Justin was quick to respond, and extremely helpful with questions. I messaged Justin to ask his recommendations on where to purchase or rent snow sleds. He immediately responded with a list of local recommendations. The cabin feels secluded, but it is easy to find and only a few minutes from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge. Our kids enjoyed playing Pac Man and Foosball in the loft each evening. I highly recommend the Bear Hug cabin.

This is the second cabin of Justin’s that we have stayed in, and we would gladly stay here again. Location is ideal and extremely convenient. Parking is limited to 2 spots, but we were able to fit a 3rd. Everything is as described. 3 king rooms all with their own bathrooms was great for our group.

We very much enjoyed our stay. We had plenty of room. Beds were awesome. We were very comfortable. We were close to everything we wanted to do. The only thing I didn’t like is the games were upstairs and echoed so bad it made it hard to carry on conversation downstairs in the living room. IMHO they would be better suited in the basement area where everyone could gather on that big luxurious sectional and play games instead.
Would I go back? Most definitely!

This location was beyond relaxing. I will say the parking was good and flat. But you had to walk down a hill(small but steep) to get to the cabin. My father-in-law has had knee surgery this year so he hard time with the hill. Other than that 10/10 recommend

The cabin was very nice and roomy for our family of 9. The grandkids enjoyed the fooseball and arcade games and the adults enjoyed the extra room to spread out! We enjoyed the hot tub as well, but never got to the pool area! The door entry was a little tricky. It was nice to be so close to places along the parkway. We had a few questions and issues at check-in and during the week that the owner addressed promptly. One suggestion is to have a binder in the cabin with wi-fi information, pool location and map, TV information (all were different), and check-out instructions. Overall, everyone had a nice time and would come back again.

We thoroughly enjoyed staying in this cabin. It was clean and comfortable, well-equipped and perfect for our needs. The only reason I gave 4 stars on the check-in process is because we didn't receive the entry code until after check-in time. However, I was able to contact the realtor who manages the property, and she was able to help me right away, so we got in as soon as we arrived. Thank you for providing a very nice place for us.

Great location close to the main strip of Pigeon Forge but far enough you feel relaxed and in nature. Lodge community pool is nice. Not too much traffic going through the community so could walk on the roads safely to get to pool 0.3 mi away if you walk/drive on the roads. Or can cut through a steep hill behind and it’s basically across the street. 3 levels with bedrooms and baths on each level is great for our families to each have more privacy. My older parents only had to do the front porch steps otherwise could stay on the main level. Parking (2 spaces) was close and relatively flat and easily accessible. Hot tub is great and plenty of porch space on all levels and both sides of house. Game room in the loft kept the kids busy. The bunk beds are queens and very sturdy made of logs. Other beds are kings and comfy. Ceiling fans in every room. Lots of space. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to East Tennessee

We absolutely loved our stay here, the house was beautiful! Everything was clean and we felt right at home. The hot tub was one of our favorite places to spend time in at the house, and very private too. The house is in a great location with tons to do just a few minutes away, and it wasn’t hard to get to or find! We were close to EVERYTHING! Attractions, food, even a pharmacy if we needed it. The cabin has the perfect layout each group to have their privacy at night but close enough for a family hangout while the kids slept. From the moment we booked we could reach management with any question with a simple text. Absolutely perfect time!!

This cabin was everything that we wanted and more. A short distance to shopping and restaurants. The owner was amazing when i had trouble getting some documentation to him. Justin place was as described except for the hot water issue we experienced. For the 1st 24 hours we had to shower in extremely cold water but Justin was very responsive and got someone out to look at the issue. other than that the place was clean, hot tub and bathrooms clean.

Had a group of 7 staying so we all had our own space. Cabin was super spacious, and I loved the fact there was a whole other living room downstairs! The table was big enough for us all to sit at comfortably minus a few chairs were already broken. Loved that each floor had their own balcony as well! The hot tub was fantastic, bubbly, and hot! Very peaceful!

From the beginning to the end of the trip was amazing. Easy Check in and very good communication with the owner. The cabins were clean and comfortable, felt like home. We started a tradition of having family gather at the mountains for Christmas since our mother passed away this year. We had family fly in from Washington State to meet us. We enjoyed our stay under one roof. It was spacious and accommodating of all of our needs. We enjoyed the fire, movie time in a big downtown stairs basement, and hot tub! Every amenity worked properly. The kids loved the game machine and foosball. Justin was very responsive to all my questions. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone and plan to return! Very close (1 mile) to zorbing (Outdoor Gravity Park)- we had a lot of fun there even in cooler weather in November. There is construction going on near the cabin- in winter time you can see it very well. There is wooded area between the cabin and construction site but when leaves are gone you can see it from the back porch.

We loved staying here!! More than enough space for the 9 of us. Spacious bedrooms with king beds and big bathrooms on all three floors. The kids loved staying in the bunk beds and the games in the loft area. We also enjoyed the deck with a grill and hot tub. Justin was great!! Anytime we contacted him he got back to us within 15 minutes and he was very helpful.

We took our family here for most of a week and found we had the cul-de-sac to ourselves. Justin was helpful for check-in and offered a quick response when we had questions. This property was very clean and in good shape. Only 4-5 minutes to the strip and most of that is exiting the development. Dollywood was only 10 minutes away. Two baby gates were available and a high chair. this was a great property for a family with younger kids, parents, and grandparents staying.

Our family had such a great time at Bear’s Hug! The house was super spacious and we all had our own bedrooms with king beds! The kids had a great time in the loft/game room! The house is in a great location too! A quiet neighborhood with a pool but very close to the Pigeon Forge strip! We enjoyed it immensely and hope to visit again in the future!
The host was very responsive to the questions we had! No issues at all!

The Bear Hug was the perfect cabin for our family vacation! It’s close to the main road (Parkway), but still nestled in a more private feeling wooded area. All three floors had great spaces to hang out and have fun— the arcade table was an especially big hit with all kids (ages ranging 3- 16) and adults!
The cabin was spotless, and stocked with plenty of linens, towels, dishes, glasses and cookware (multiple coffee pots, pans, crockpot, toaster, microwave, etc.) We felt very at home. Hope to make it back there again next year!

The family loved Bear Hug! We liked how close we were to the action of Pigeon Forge but were nestled on the hill surrounded by trees. We spent time in the National Park and time relaxing at the cabin. Justin and Kari have stuff available there plus we brought our favorite games from home. Justin was wonderful at keeping us in the loop and quick to respond when we had questions. We highly recommend Bear Hug for your next trip and we can't wait to return there ourselves.

Our stay was truly delightful. My friends and I had a great experience, thoroughly enjoying the cabin. The cabin was clean and welcoming at the perfect location. Well-stocked kitchen with cleaned utensils, perfectly meeting our needs. The basement living room was spacious and beautiful. Kids had good fun in the jacuzzi and at the game's spot. I wish we had additional parking for the 3rd car since we drove in 3 cars.

We loved our stay here! Justin was a great host and always very responsive, helpful, and friendly. The place was perfect. The location is right off the parkway but still feels like your just nestled in the woods. It was never loud and the trees provided great coverage. Baby friendly with a high hair, pack and play, and baby gate. We loved all the porches. The cabin was very spacious.. more than plenty of room for the 12 of us! We would definitely love to stay here again!

Loved the cabin. Location was perfect. The master bed on the main slept like a dream. The house was wonderfully quiet.
They do need new kitchen scissors, the ones they have are dull and a few games in a cabinet would have been great, but we loved it. Would rent again.

We stayed off season to go to Dollywood. Off season price was excellent for our large group. Games for the kids, bunk beds, TV's throughout, and a hot tub for the adults. Beautiful decor, lovely space. Kitchen was well equipped, everything worked, and when we had any questions Justin responded promptly and took care of it. We even had a maintenance issue and he arranged for an after hours service call. Overall, an excellent stay in a peaceful, beautiful cabin close to Dollywood and all that Pigeon Forge has to offer.

We came for Dollywood and had a blast!!! It was super close to all the restaurants and grocery stores. We loved the Alamo for dinner. The house was perfect for two families sharing. Has great common areas but also great private areas.

Went for a trip to see my bff.Great place.Three separate levels it was great for our stay. The hot tub is great, we spent alot of time on the back deck either in the hottub or just sitting at the table drinking coffee/tea catching up with old friends. And the teenagers loved the video game and fooseball table.

The house way a great stay for our group of 11. There was privacy on every floor which was nice. Plenty of beds and very clean. Super close to the strip in Pigeon Forge, and the house was easy to get to, hills were not too bad to the house! Walmart just a few minutes away if you have forgotten anything.

Very spacious and beautiful cabin. It was perfect for my group! The lower level has plenty of space with a pull out couch. The kitchen is very neat and had everything we needed. It’s also very close to the middle of pigeon forge. The beds were also very comfortable. No complaints from my group and Justin was very responsive.
