Everything was nice n clean .. other than the grill being broken and grass not cut upon arrival other than that me and family had a nice stay!.

When we arrived of course we had to check everything out.. the kids loved all the games. We overlooked the towels in one of the guest bedrooms.. we had exactly 10 toweles (1 per person) My Daughter in Law and I decided with the hot tubs and the kids loving to get wet we needed more towels...We went to The Dollar General down the road from us and spent somewhere close to $100 on towels. Also the ice maker never made ice during the whole week we were there. I did notify Justin and he gave me instructions on things to check and no luck, :( Cute home though.

It was the perfect location for our trip. Grocery store was no more than a mile from the cabin and all local attractions were relatively short distances away. It was quiet, beds were comfortable, and kitchen was well stocked. The only complaint was from my fashionista daughter who longed for a full view mirror to check out her outfits each day…ha!

Our family of 6 had a great week at Justin's cabin. The location was out of the hustle and bustle but close to a Food City and some local attractions were easily a short drive. The house was as pictured. The kitchen had everything you needed. The house was very clean. The beds were comfortable. The only drawback was the seating in the den. It only seats 5 and we were unable to all sit and watch a movie at once. It sleeps ten easy.

We had a great stay! It was exceptionally clean, and such a wonderful house for young families. Our kids loved the hot tub, the yard to run around on, & there were amenities that made it easy like having a high chair & baby gate there for us. I could just live out on that porch too! We will be back!

We really enjoyed our stay in the beautiful cabin. This was our Christmas gift to our kids and grandkids this year. There was plenty of room for all of us to relax and enjoy our time together. Everyone loved the game table, air hockey and the hot tub. Cabin was clean and we had everything we needed. Host was great to work.with and communication was great.

Enjoyed my stay with my family and children. The host was very responsive and had many recommendations of local activities and things to do. Home was very spacious, clean and kept the kids entertained. Only wish we had the option to check in sooner and could check out at 11:00 am. The only thing we struggled with a little was the hot water finishing when we tried to get ready. The roads were safe and we enjoyed the convenience of this location. Would recommend booking and would come back again!

We had a great girls weekend here. The house was clean and so cozy. The beds were very comfortable and it was well stocked with appliances. We enjoyed staying at the cabin most of the time, but it was very conveniently located to entertainment too when we wanted to venture out. If we had one complaint it would be that the hot tub didn't hold heat when in use very well, it had a hard time staying hot. But our stay was absolutely wonderful and Justin was very responsive to any issues we reached out about.

Wonderful stay 🤩. I had a group of 5 ladies and the cabin was great for us. We had plenty of space and the large countertop in the upstairs primary bathroom was perfect for us when getting ready to go out. The cabin is in a nice quiet location. About 20 minutes from Pigeon Forge and 30 from Downtown Gatlinburg. We loved the nostalgic arcade games in the house, and also loved the many kitchen appliances and cookware in the cabinets even though we didn’t use them. The house was very clean, beds were nice and comfortable! Justin was a great host! From start to beginning he gave very helpful tips, recommendations, and was there to answer any questions we had.

We had an amazing time at Justin’s cabin for my mother’s birthday. We brought 3 toddlers and 4 adults and had plenty of space. The adults loved the old school arcade game and Nintendo and the kids loved the air hockey table.
It was very easy to check-in and out of the house, the views were beautiful and Justin was a fantastic host. There were so many fun activities to choose from and we appreciated the Guide Book with even more options to choose from. Thank you for a fun family weekend to celebrate my mom!

We had a great time. The place is easy to get to and an easy drive to Sevierville and Pigeon Forge. There is a grocery store right down the street as well which was very helpful. It was very comfortable and had a lot of fun amenities: a hot tub, an arcade barrel, an air hockey table, and Super Nintendo.
Would go back!

We had a group of people stay and it was great! Kids had a blast parents got to relax. The only down side was in the master bathroom the shower had no curtain and the floor got wet with all showers. Everything was beautiful peaceful and relaxing. We would definitely stay there again.

The house was very clean and beautiful. Kitchen had everything you need. Host got right back to me when I had a question. Good location. Only things were the one bedroom upstairs the bed made a noise every time you moved and the tv service was a spotty. But other than that it was perfect. Definitely staying there again. The location is awesome! It’s so close to all of the fun. Having the grocery store so close is a great feature as well. We enjoyed our stay and would happily stay again. If we had any criticism, it would be the allotment of one towel per guest. When we’ve stayed at other cabins with hot tubs, they’ve included beach towels or more bath towels for hot tub usage. It was very clean and a great layout for our family.

Justin and Kati were super hosts and very good communicators. They reached out before our trip and explained everything to us. The house is better than the pictures can show and all the amenities are there for use. It is very close to everytjing you want to do in the Pigeon Forge / Gatlinburg area and even more activities around than we expected. The morning views were incredible and sitting on the back deck and just relaxing was just what we needed at the end of our long days. Our family absolutely loved this cabin! Family/kid friendly, clean, quiet, and spacious! Not too far from Piegan Forge and Dollywood, took us 20 min max. Very flat roads so if you don’t like to stay up the windy curves and super high on the mountain you’d love this place. We would definitely stay again!

I booked with Justin not only because the listing was a fair price, but the house was amazing. My family has stayed at plenty or other local properties and this by far was the best and was matching the photos and listing.
Not only was the home well kept it was well prepared for us. Baby gate, portable high chair, pack and play.
The back porch was perfect for family time with the grill and picnic table.
We utilized the kitchen our entire stay!
Crock pot, air fryer, blender, you name it they pretty much had it available. Which was nice because we used it.
If you plan to use the hot tub, bring extra towel or ask for a few. We had just enough towels for 1 person each in our party, and those were used for showering.
The children enjoyed the air hockey table and board games! There is a nice size back yard area, no fire pit but the fire place on the deck is a nice addition.
We will be booking again for our next visit!

My friends and I enjoyed our stay. Justin was quick to respond when we had questions and made sure our questions were fully answered before the conversation ended.
The cabin looked exactly like the photos.
Extremely cozy and quiet.
We definitely recommend his cabin to anyone who wants to visit Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge but do not want to be around all the noise that surround the attractions.

The cabin was beautiful and clean, we loved that it was kind of “off the beaten path” but still easy to find and reasonable driving distance to attractions and restaurants (within 10-20 minutes to most major attractions, super convenient to Dollywood and pigeon forge). Justin was a great communicator, proactive in telling us how to check in and what to expect. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

My family and I had a great stay. This cabin was beautiful, clean, and welcoming. The cabin is stocked with everything you need for your little getaway. Justin was a great host! The cabin is absolutely perfect. We will most definitely be back. The hot tub was wonderful and so relaxing. The cabin was beyond clean and spotless. Close to both major tourist areas but far enough away to enjoy the peace and quiet. The owner was extremely responsive as well.
