The place was as advertised, clean and comfortable. It is a short drive from plenty of shops and entertainment, directions and communication were clear and provided in a timely manner. The view from the parking area is gorgeous. The hot tub was impressively maintained and extremely clean. I would stay here again or recommend this cabin to others.

If anyone is looking for for a getaway for a weekend this is definitely the place to go! Close to Gatlinburg, great communicator, house and everything was wonderful! A perfect place and people to deal with! Thanks for sharing Justin!

Great property for visiting the area. Small glitch at check-in as the house code didn't work but the property manager came through so it was only a minor inconvenience. Enjoyed our stay.

We loved staying here. It was close enough to the excitement for just a short drive but far enough away to enjoy a peaceful soak in the hot tub when you got home each day. 10/10 would recommend. I have read the positive and negative reviews and the negative reviews were very “nit-picky”. This place was great and everything it said it would be.

Excellent getaway! This was great for families with children. We were close enough to Gatlinburg but still felt like we had a private space.
Remember to pack toiletries, spices for cooking, and extra towels. Otherwise, everything was great!

We liked the cabin. The only thing we had a problem with was we did not know that it is on a steep hill and we thought parking was by the cabin but it is not right next to it. The toilet seat was broken and they had someone out there right away the next day to fix it since we got in late.

Let’s start with how great the response of the host was. We would message back and forth before and during our visit and they respond quickly. The cabin was super cute and clean . It was 9 of us and everyone was super please with the place. The pool table was a big hit with the adults and teens . The moms enjoyed the wrap around porch and clean jacuzzi. Definitely will be booking again ❤️

We really enjoyed our stay at Justin's cabin! It was very clean (which is really important to me) and had plenty of space for our family of 7. We felt right at home. It is a beautiful cabin in a beautiful location. Just was an amazing host as well. He was always quick to respond to my messages and provided a lot of great information in regards to things to do in the area. If you are looking to visit the Pigeon Forge/Sevierville area, don't pass this place up! The only thing that would make the place better is a washer and dryer, but not having one wouldn't deter me from staying here again! Thank you Justin for providing a great place for me and my family to spend our Spring Break 2024! :)

This cabin was amazing and just what my family needed. The boys loved staying in the loft with the pool table and my daughter loved the room to herself with the king sized bed. I would definitely stay here again!

What a fantastic cozy cabin with great amenities! Beautifully decorated and spotlessly cleaned, we immediately felt comfortable. The arcade game and pool table were a big hit. The views from the hot tub and deck are gorgeous. (*Winter visit - trees were barren) Secluded but still close to all the fun and restaurants in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

I have been to Tennessee before staying at different cabins, but this cabin was impeccable, everything we needed we had our granddaughter come over and they even had a highchair , I would recommend100% loved it everything about this cabin was awesome!!!

Justin's place is great to for a short term or long term. We are really happy with setup and location. Patio/ deck Jacuz is amazing on the top deck floor. Unfortunately we couldn't see any bears in the vicinity. 😂

We come to Gatlinburg yearly and this was by far our favorite cabin! Everything is exactly how the listing describes it. This cabin was perfect for our group of 8. We will definitely return to this cabin and would highly recommend! Host is great as well!

So glad we stayed at Justin and Kari's cabin in The Great Smokey Mountains! We had a group of 8 people and we fit comfortably in this home. Both rooms had comfortable King sized beds and both were our own private suites. The loft was perfect for kids and the futons were just as comfortable! The pool table and hot tub were our favorite parts of the home, apart from the open floor plan that allowed us to spend as much time together with everyone as a group whether we were downstairs or upstairs! The kitchen was well stocked! The rocking chairs on the covered porch were another favorite for us. We got to watch the the clouds roll over the mountain tops in the morning and the stars sparkling bright in the vast night sky. There are plenty of things to do in the area as you are very close to Gatlinburg, but I definitely recommend leaving to do those things early in the morning as the crowds aren't nearly as large as they are midday to late afternoon. Very responsive and would stay again!

The pool table was great for my husband and I after a day of fun and my kids were enjoying the spa periodically throughout the day. It was so cozy and cute! Loved the decor ! Fantastic location right above the tree line that made for the most enjoyable sunrises and sunsets. The description matched the what is listed. The host was very responsive and helpful with providing local destinations and restaurants. The hills is steep coming up to the property so in the fall or winter time you might want to have 4 wheel drive cause with leaves or snow it would be task to get up there.

initially we were skeptical to book this place , as there were no reviews. but I did a good thing on booking this place. We stayed there for 4 days. hot tub & deck was soooo good . n really the house location is at the top. From the parking you have a great view....
15m drive to pigeon forge ....
my favorite spot at the house was snooker table. overall we had a memorable trip with lots of sight seeing n enjoyed the stay at house.
