The property was amazing. We couldn't believe how beautiful and clean this home was, the area was perfect for pre teens and a 4 year old to be in the yard as well as plenty of room in the house too. Yet, we all could escape to our own corners to have alone time, it was just all around perfect and we will be staying at this cabin again next year, group decision has been made. The only thing we could have would be more towels/rags for shower, but other than that absolutely perfect!!!

We loved our stay at Justin’s house! We had a mix of generations ranging from 3 years old to 79 years old and everyone enjoyed the stay. We enjoyed the short trip to the house from Pigeon Forge and the road being very easy to drive. There is only one small step onto the porch- which helped for one in our group with mobility issues. The main floor having two bedrooms worked well for those in our group who were older and couldn’t do the stairs to the basement. Every area of the house was very clean. Having 6 bathrooms was amazing! We did not see any bears while we were staying, but we did enjoy sitting on the porch everyday. My group all had signal the entire stay and the tvs worked well. My only recommendation is to possibly pack some board games or card games if you plan to stay at the house for longer periods of time. If we ever go back to Pigeon Forge with a large group, we will definitely stay here again!

The property is beautiful and very easy to find. The location worked so well for our group - it was very easy to get to all of our activities which included dinner shows, horseback riding, zip lining, off road ATV’s, mountain coasters, the Island and lots of shopping! Communication with the host was also good. There were quick turnarounds with questions. The only issue we had was a broken bottom bunk that they said would be fixed the next day but it never was. The kids didn’t mind sleeping on the mattress on the floor so it worked out well. Definitely will use again and would recommend it to others.

Where to begin?! Much more than a 5 Star! We visit Pigeon Forge about 3 times a year. We have rented cabins for the past 5 years in the Spring and take our children and six grandkids. This home is definitely our favorite.From start to finish, our experience was unbelievable. Justin promptly answered all of my many questions and was available to help in any way. This home is Beautiful and is even better than the description. We especially loved the attention to cleanliness. Having 6 bathrooms was wonderful as well for our large family. Everything you need is in the kitchen. Two laundry areas was an added plus. The beds were so comfortable for a good nights rest. We stayed for a long weekend with our family. We had a wonderful time!!! The house was exactly how the picture showed, it was very comfortable for us all. The beds slept good as well, we haven’t been so lucky with that at other places. It was very quiet in the neighborhood, and not too far from all the attractions. Would definitely stay here again. Justin was a great host and was always quick to respond to my questions. Highly recommend

Our family rented this beautiful cabin for a relaxing weekend to spend time together for my mom's birthday. The cabin looked exactly like the pictures did in the listing. It was extremely clean!! I can't express how nice it was to have a clean cabin to stay in!! The drive to the cabin was easy and very conveniently located to everything! We would absolutely stay here again!! The host does let you know about the amount of towels and linens provided, but just be sure to bring a few extra towels if you like using multiple.

Traveling from miami to Justin’s place for new years week. Family of 15. We had such an amazing time we added an extra day to our stay. The cabin was extremely big, even with our big group was spacious and comfortable for all of us. Check in was a breeze with clear instructions. House was squeaky clean and layout was great. Props to the entertainment in the cabin with a huge santa puzzle that took us almost 3 days to do but was The excitement of the family. Location of this cabin was spot on close to pigeon forge, gatlinburg . Loved this cabin will be returning

We loved our stay here in TN. We rented the home for Christmas and our kids absolutely loved it! The house is beautiful and well kept, in a wonderful neighborhood. We enjoyed the quiet of nature and got to see tons of Turkey and deer from the front porch. Highly recommend staying here, we’re looking forward to another visit!

This home is so beautiful and was just perfect for our Christmas get together. It is the first time we have all been able to schedule several days off at the same time and it was such a blessing to spend it in this home.
The layout of the house allowed us to spread out so we had our own space without stepping over each other. Everything was white glove clean and well decorated- including Christmas tree! The kids enjoyed the pool table and the large open rooms which allowed them to expend their energy without going out in the cold. The kitchen is just dreamy.
The location of the home is great- it’s a short drive out to Wear’s Valley road then a straight shot into Pigeon Forge and also a back way in that avoids all the traffic on the Parkway. The neighborhood is pristine and so quiet.
Our host was very responsive, replying to questions within a half hour, very helpful and a pleasure to communicate with.
Putting this home at the top of our ‘we’ll be back’ list!

This place is beautiful!!! We seen a bear within 15 minutes of arriving at the cabin. The kids had plenty of space to play and the adults enjoyed the pool table. Very spacious, lots of bathrooms, washer and dryer on both levels was only a couple of things that made our trip easy with littles. We will definitely check this locations and cabin out for availability when we return next year for our annual family vacation.

I highly recommend this rental. The location is amazing! All four bedrooms are huge and have their own bathroom. 2 additional full baths are super convenient. The house was spotless and very well appointed. The hosts were extremely friendly and very responsive! We couldn’t have been happier with this property!

I loved this property and the location was perfect! We stayed here for a girls trip and it worked perfect for us ! It needs a little updating in the master bedroom as far as floor wise but everything else was spot on! It smelled very clean when we arrived and everything was very clean ! Recomiendo al 100% este lugar, el lugar es tranquilo para descansar y sentirte como en casa. Nosotros éramos 11 personas y la pasamos genial. Todos estábamos cómodos y suficiente espacio para todos. It was great for a party of 12, everyone had more than enough space to be together but also retreat to their own space in the house and not be disturbed if needed. The house had everything we needed! We were staying for my sister’s wedding. We made charcuterie cups and prepped the flowers at house for the wedding and it was just what we needed. The rooms were very spacious and clean. The kitchen was stocked with adequate dishes, pots and pans. Our family cooks a a lot. So we were happy with the kitchen and gas stove. I love the kitchen in the basement as my mother and I stayed down there and didn’t have to run back up and down the stairs for kitchen access. We loved the 2 stories for our family so we had our own spaces, but were still together. The outside decks are nice to sit outside and have coffee or dinner. The host was very responsive and answered questions as needed. (We asked about the WiFi) No complaints!

Five stars doesn't adequately describe this beautiful home. My party consisted of 3 families-6 adults and 6 kids 6 and under. There was plenty of space to be together or apart. It perfectly suited all our needs. I would not hesitate to recommend this beautiful home to anyone. We will definitely be returning in the future. For us with small children, we appreciated the fact there was no narrow winding road, no hot tub and no swimming pool; less to worry about, more time to have fun!!!

My family loves to stay in this area for vacation. Previously, we’ve had houses on the sides of cliffs. This house had a wonderful yard that was private for young children to play. Not far away were two public playgrounds, lots of restaurants, and close to all of the activities. We loved how every bedroom had its own bathroom, large closets, and large living areas for everyone to gather. We plan on returning in the future to this great vacation house!

This house is perfect for multiple family’s! Our family of four and grandparents stayed but could have easily slept three families! I was having issues with my email and Justin was quick to respond to anything I had questions with! We had a great time at this home and would love to rent again! It was also super convenient to the main road (parkway) without all the crazy twisty tiny roads that you get with most places!

Wanted to start off Spring Break for the kids with an eventful trip to the mountains. This lodge was perfect at accommodating 4 adults and 5 children. Area was quiet and offered enough yard space for the kids to have an Easter Egg Hunt. Only thing missing we would have loved to have was a grill. However the kitchen was fully equipped with plenty of cookware, Keurig, and gas stove. Property is very close to attractions and stores if you need to grab supplies. Will definitely stay again in the future.

Booked this house because it had room for 12 as three families were meeting from other parts of the country and vacation together. The house was the perfect size and everything was well kept. The young kids had plenty of space inside and out to run around and the parents were able to relax! We will be back

The cabin was lovely and was quite spacious with room for lots of family fun. The host kept us informed of local spots with a coupon book included. Weather kept us from utilizing outside spaces much but they looked very nice for use in better conditions. If you are looking for a place slightly out of the main congestion, but close enough to not spend lots of time on the road to get to tourist hotspots, this is your place.

We had an amazing experience at the lodge. It was very spacious, clean and welcoming. The kitchen was well-equipped and we were able to cook with ease. The cabin provided daily essentials such as towels, toiletries, coffee etc. The beds and sofas are comfy, and the furnishings are well-kept. All rooms include walk-in closets. The lodge has 6 bathrooms 😊 Location is quiet and close to grocery stores, local attractions and restaurants. The power went out during our stay due to the winter storm but it was quickly restored.
Justin is a professional and efficient host. He promptly responded to all my inquiries and provided thoughtful recommendations to explore the area. My check-in and checkout process was stress-free. We were able to check in early for an additional fee.
We highly recommend Justin Justin to anyone looking for excellent customer service and great AirBnB stay in Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

The house was very nice as well as the neighborhood mountains surround it. The family enjoyed having their space and their own bathrooms. The kitchen was well stocked with appliances and cookware, and the kids and adults both loved the pool table.

We are a Veteran & active duty family that choose this site location due to its proximity to our planned holiday leave and get togethers around Pigeon Forge, TN. With a couple 101st airborners in our group we were honored to arrive and see the US flag prominently displayed at the forefront of the properties entrance. The WOW factor just continued. Large spacious & free feeling ceilings opened up the main room area, taking notice to the prints on the truss sized wood beams. Our combat engineer in the group surveyed it and kept nodding with a thumbs up. We quickly selected quarters, had publix deliver food for our time together here & utilized the fully stocked kitchen. it was fit to prepare a Large meal or feed our small Army! Its important to note, this property is amazingly situated on Bluff Mountain, of the Smokies. It has low volume traffic & offers magnificent mountain views all while not being hard to reach at all. The summit trails road that lead to this property had roads linned with rock borders. It has a Subdivisional feel to it with super easy access, & a gracious parking area on fully flat surface. Around the mountains, it can get scary, though here is somehow just perfect. The property manager Justin was super helpful with ideas in the area, we choose Dollys stampede, Pirates dinner theater, & wonderworks museams. The young kids in the group loved it, several mornings we woke up to deers in pairs & flocks of birds around a feeder nearby the property. Win/Win!

As soon as we entered through the front door we knew our stay here would be awesome. We were welcomed with a beautiful bouquet of flowers, lots of sweet treats, and a bottle of delicious wine. My family of 9 had more than enough room while visiting this beautiful home. It's very peaceful. I enjoyed sitting on the front porch watching the sunrise followed by wildlife passing through. You did not have any traffic noise and it was just far enough from downtown Pigeon Forge without a long drive. We will definitely be staying here in the future.

We had an amazing stay in Pigeon Forge. The house was perfect for our family and grandchildren. The pictures online were exactly what we saw when we got there. The neighborhood was quiet. We woke up the first morning with deer in front of the house across the road. We took family pictures in the front yard and the background was beautiful. It was a short drive into town for all the attractions. We would definitely stay again.

My family and I have been coming to the area as a Christmas trip for 10+ years now. This is by far the best place we have stayed. It is beautiful, spacious, great layout, big kitchen with a big table for us all including a highchair!!! Gas fireplaces in the living room, the master suite, and master suite bathroom. Television in each bedroom including game-room and living-room. Good parking, good road to travel on from the parkway. Super easy to find. Comfortable beds. The simplicity of the decor and furniture placement just felt better than home! Bonus for me, being hot natured, I always take a fan with me…they had two there! Justin was awesome to chat with and quick to respond to any questions I had about our stay. 5 stars and a thumbs 👍🏻 up.

We had a comfortable stay for our family of 14! The location was perfect. Quiet and private with parking for four cars but located within 10 mins of all that Pigeon Forge (and 30 mins from Gatlinburg) had to offer. The house was well appointed with all the essentials. Highly recommend!

5 Grandfathers between the ages of 52-64. The home was perfect for us. Roomy and quiet. Just far enough away from the parkway to avoid all the nightly noise, but close enough to be right in the middle of it in just a few minutes. Look forward to staying here again!

Had a great stay for a week. Pictures don't do it justice! 4 families and we each had our kids with us. Plenty of space to mingle but also privacy. Rooms are tucked away in each corner of the house. Loved the pool table with my guys. Kids loved the yard. Super close to grocery stores and Pigeon Forge. Went hiking and horseback riding, all was within 30 minutes as this cabin is pretty much literally in the Smoky's. Kitchen was spacious and modern, just had some trouble figuring out the oven at times. Tons of natural light and WiFi worked great as well, as I needed to do a bit of work while staying there. Can't wait to re-book for next year and make this an annual trip with our family.

The property is amazing. The house is beautifully decorated and spacious. It is so spacious and the bedrooms are located at each end of the house so the privacy is there if desired. The screened in deck and the open deck was so relaxing and it was nice to just sit there listening to the rain storms roll through. The location was perfect. Away from the hustle and bustle but close enough to be in Pigeon Forge in 10 minutes and Gatlinburg in about 20 minutes. I will definitely stay here again!!

The place was great very beautiful. Our stay was good. Few things to take with you if you’re planning to stay there is a hair dryer and portable barbecue. Another thing is there’s no hot tub. Otherwise everything was good. Justin was very helpful.

This place is amazing!! Beautiful inside and super spacious for our big group with plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. Fantastic kitchen and game room. Great location with a short drive to Pigeon Forge but removed from the busy area in a very nice, private neighborhood. Awesome place for a get away and would definitely come back here for another Smoky Mountain vacation. Justin was an awesome host. We had great experience staying here. We have had stayed elsewhere in the past but this is the best accommodation so far. Everything was cleaned when we walked in, we enjoyed kitchen the best. Justin was very accommodating for any small questions we had with internet. Those washer/dryer were great to pack clean clothes. Thank you so much for everything! Perfect Pigeon Forge Getaway! We absolutely loved our stay in this cabin! The architecture and stained wood inside is absolutely beautiful and it was decorated very nicely. We really enjoyed the back deck and the pool table downstairs. The beds were very comfortable and they had really good pillows. The entire place was spotless. Justin was extremely responsive.
