Great place to stay beautiful cabin with Great views by far best place we have stayed in the mountains would definitely recommend to anyone looking for the perfect cabin to stay in

The cabin was absolutely perfect—a cozy, peaceful retreat nestled in nature, offering both comfort and charm. Surrounded by tall trees and the soothing sound of rustling leaves, it felt like a hidden gem far from the noise of everyday life. Inside, the warm wooden interior and soft lighting made every corner inviting, whether you were curling up by the fire or enjoying a quiet morning coffee. But what truly set it apart was the view. Stepping out onto the deck, you were greeted with a breathtaking panorama: rolling mountains stretching into the distance, layers of forest in every shade of green, and sunsets that painted the horizon in brilliant hues of orange, pink, and gold. Wildlife occasionally wandered by—bears spotted in the distance or birds calling from the trees—adding to the sense of calm and connection with nature. Whether under the stars or in the quiet mist of early morning, the view never failed to inspire awe. A perfect blend of comfort and natural wonder.

We had a great stay! The host was very responsive, and the place was exactly as described. It was clean, comfortable, and stocked with everything we needed. We really enjoyed the amenities and game room, and the hot tub was perfect for relaxing. The location was convenient to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, making it easy to explore the area. It also felt like a peaceful retreat after a busy day of activities and sightseeing. We would definitely stay here again!

This property was as described in their listing. Easy keyless entry into the property and amenities. We found the house to be clean and well appointed. The location was not far from the national park, Dollywood, or local options. However, be aware that the road in and out of this property, including the driveway, can be a challenge to navigate. During nice weather, 2-wheel drive vehicles are fine, but you would most certainly need 4-wheel drive the rest of the time. The hot tub was perfect after long hikes, and the porch was a great space to relax. Dollywood can be seen in the distance along with nightly fireworks. Lastly, we did have a bear friend visit the property a couple of times during our stay.

We absolutely loved this cabin! The views were beautiful, the location was great, 20 minutes to Gatlinburg, maybe 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge. The road to the cabin was pretty smooth, only a few narrow spots that 2 cars could not pass each other on. We saw 2 bears at the cabin and about 7 different bears from the road leading to the cabin! We loved the game room, it was very clean and fun. However, it did not have A/C in the game room, but was still able to stay cool with the fans. We made a fire at the fire pit and enjoyed s’mores and the TV outside. The house had everything you needed and great A/C inside. A few things we were short on in the house was silverware and towels for 8 people. The beds and the bedding were very nice. The kitchen table had plenty of seating. The pool table was a blast and so was the old school arcade game upstairs. The hot tube was a smaller one, but it was great. Justin was an amazing host, always responding quickly. Overall, we had an amazing stay!

Everything about this property exceeded our expectations!
Our kids loved all the activities this home had to offer. The arcade game, board games and the detached game room were all a huge hit for our boys. We also really enjoyed the hot tub and were able to sit in it a few evenings and enjoy the most beautiful sunsets.
The kitchen was very well stocked and made it easy for us to cook several meals in during our stay. Overall, the home was so comfortable. We were sad to leave and our boys have already asked when we can go back and stay in the cabin!

Beautiful mountain cabin! This is what an air bnb should be. The game garage was fantastic. Beautiful view from the porch/hot tub. Everything was well thought out and the location is great, right in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg.

I have been vacationing in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge since I was 10 years old. I have stayed in alot of cabins, but this one Definitely exceeded my expectations. We had everything we needed for cooking, which I did a good bit during our stay. We usually have to travel with our fan, but didnt have room to bring it this time; thankfully there were fans in every room. I loved that they even thought to leave a bundle of firewood to get you started with the firepit. This cabin made our family of 5 feel right at home. Our teenagers loved the Game room, we loved the peacefulness and fact that you could actually walk around outside. Justin was an amazing and responsive host, which means alot if you have ever had a bad experience. I highly recommend BOBF, we will most certainly be returning in the future!

We loved the house so much, it was perfect and exactly what we were wanting. It was very clean and smelled great. The game room, fire pit, and outdoor movie area were so fun! We made sure to try to spend plenty of time at the cabin to enjoy all it had to offer. The hot tub was clean and we used it almost every night. We couldn’t ever get the TV in the main living room to connect to the internet, but other than that we had no complaints. There were TVs in both bedrooms and in the game room so it wasn’t that big of deal. We loved the location of the cabin. It was a short drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but secluded. We had researched several houses and put a lot of thought into this before booking. We were very happy we chose this house and would definitely come back again! Justin was great to work with! 10/10 recommend staying here.

We absolutely adored Justin’s cabin! It was in the perfect location that felt isolated from other nearby houses with gorgeous views during sunset. We even spotted baby black bear cubs in a nearby tree one morning. We definitely didn’t take full advantage of all the incredible entertainment options at the house alone, with a whole game room and outdoor movie set up. The hot tub during sunset was our fav spot. It was centrally located so we could explore the surrounding Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg and Smoky Mts. 100% visiting again and staying here!

The house and property was everything advertised. Justin was an excellent host and provided everything needed for our stay along with being very responsive to communication. If you have kids (or grandkids) and are looking for a place with lots of amenities and a beautiful view, this is an excellent choice. I will definitely consider another stay in the future.

The cabin answered my grandmother prayers for reuniting four siblings after years apart! Large enough for the 2 oldest to experience having a room of their own. The 2 youngest and I had a blast sharing the bunk space! We told bedtime stories, sang songs, and laughed! We all loved being together! We celebrated mastering the roads ! Best experience. Justin rocks!

Our stay was incredible, the home had everything we could need. The views were stunning, we even got to see a momma bear and 2 cubs playing on the mountain across the street from us.
Our boys (12 & 8) spent a lot of time in the gameroom, they definitely enjoyed it. The hot tub was very nice and my boys and husband loved it.
I’d totally recommend to anyone looking to unplug. This home was beautiful. Thank you for sharing your space with our family.

Beautiful Cabin, perfect for a recharge and relaxing vacation! Nestled on the mountain away from the hustle and bustle of Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. While being close to enjoy some good eats and festivities. Only thing I would advise is use caution when going up the mountain, we came right after a bad storm and there was a downed power line on one of the roads with standing water. Although we lost power due to this, Sevier County was quick to respond and power was restored within an hour!

We really enjoyed our stay and the house and amenities were exactly as described. We loved that the house was comfortable and felt just like home. We had everything we needed.
We all enjoyed the hot tub, the pool table, the game shack was awesome and having an outdoor movie night by the fire was amazing!
The roads to get there are steep and winding but all are paved and accessible.
We loved our time there and highly recommend not only the house but also the hosts. We had an incredible week, thank you so much!!!

We recently stayed at this lovely cabin that ticked all the right boxes for a cozy getaway. The porch was spacious, perfect for morning coffees and evening relaxations. One of the standout features was the converted garage game room—such a unique and fun space! Our absolute favorite spot was the firepit area, complete with a massive TV visible from the firepit, making for some memorable outdoor movie nights. The couch was very comfortable which is important to us because we enjoy watching TV together at night. Beds were also great! The host was exceptionally attentive and responsive, enhancing our experience with their helpfulness. Highly recommend for a comfortable and enjoyable stay!
We would love to stay here again as a family!

What a beautiful view!! The drive on the mountain was pretty intense, as the other reviews stated, but it was so worth it. We loved the fireplace and pool table. The game garage was definitely a plus! There’s so much to do in the area that we just couldn’t get to everything! I would like to come back in summer to better enjoy the outdoors as it was pretty chilly when we visited. Justin had the heat set and ready for us; it was only cold outside. I would recommend this location and Justin to anyone. Even if you don’t need to get away, you should do it anyway and check this place out! Thank you for having us. Until next time!!

We stayed here for Thanksgiving week with our four children. Kids loved all of the games and hot tub. The fire pit was also nice to have and we had a few fires and roasted s'mores. The house is located way up in the mountains so be prepared for tight mountain roads to get up to the cabin. Justin was quick to respond to all messages.

We’ve been to the mountains many times, but if you haven’t- then the roads might be a bit of a challenge for you until you get used to them. Be cautious when you are outside because we did have a bear come up when we were outside getting ready to go eat breakfast. So, when he recommends you lock your doors- lock your doors!

My family loved this cabin! It had plenty of room and lots of things to keep the kids occupied. The separate game room was amazing. It kept the main cabin quiet while they were having fun playing games. It has a pool table and arcade game in the main cabin and all the others are in the game room. All 3 of my kids asked to come back and stay there again if that tell you anything about how nice it is. The hot tub and views were great as well. We will be staying again hopefully!

The cabin was peaceful and very clean. I booked this trip to relax and that’s what I did. Second night bear came right to the patio door. We pretty much got back to the cabin and stayed in before it got dark. The location was amazing but the drive is a little intimidating at night if you are from the flats of Florida like me lol. The view was amazing and I did spend most of the time relaxing on the sofa with the fireplace. Would definitely like to visit again in the summer. Thanks Justin!!!

This cabin was amazing. I almost want to gatekeep it because it’s too cool. We will absolutely be back! Justin was great with communicating and was quick to answer any questions we had! Be mindful of the bears! They literally come up to the porch! My four year old was beyond stoked to see one while we were in the hot tub. We saw a whole family the next day. That honestly made our trip worth it right then!
Also, if you want amazing wings- the brimstone wings from three jimmy’s were on point. If you want a really good sandwich with amazing Mac and cheese, you have to try hometown hero.

Was a great place to unwind for the evening. Kids loved the garage converted into a game room, all the games were in good working condition. The outdoor TV overlooking the fire pit area was just the place for the kids to watch a movie before ending their day. The beds were comfortable and all the kids and adults had a good night's rest. Justin was communicative from start to finish. The drive up to the cabin is steep since it is in the mountains, but the views are worth it. Plan to take a vehicle that can make it up the mountain side once fully packed.

I'm always a little leery of booking cabins because I've had some not so good experiences with what the pics show matching the actual amenities. Well, I am happy to report that the cabin was exactly what my family and I expected. We reserved the cabin as a surprise 17th birthday trip for my twin nieces and they loved it!! A few "winning" highlights for them were the firepit, hot tub, pool table and the game room. Our host (Justin) was absolutely amazing; his quick response to any questions or concerns was reassuring. This cabin was very spacious; allowing room for all of us to lounge comfortably. I was intentional about spending my early mornings on the back porch as it was the perfect place to take in the beautiful view of the sunrise. Needless to say... book now!!
**I encourage you to read other guest experiences in the guest book and then share yours...we did**
Oh yeah... and we did get to see a black bear (up close but not too close!) and that was a big deal!!

We had a wonderful time. One and a half days were spent just relaxing at the cabin. So much to do there that you could spend several days just enjoying the amenities.
If you are scared to drive on skinny windy roads you might have to hold your breath a few times getting up there but once you are there you will agree it is well worth the drive.
They have almost anything you could need to prepare your meals and the kitchen is great. We used the grill one night which was a great addition. We wanted to use the fire pit but ran out of time.
My teens loved the game room and pool table as well as the multiple TVs. My wife and I enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub while the kids played.
I just wish we had scheduled more time at the cabin and less time at Dollywood.
I would highly recommend the cabin. Just plan time to really enjoy the cabin to its full extent.

We had a great time staying here! A group of 8 of us fit comfortably within the cabin. The game room garage and hot tub were particularly large hits with our group. Not to mention the beautiful surroundings of the mountains and the large assortment of things to do in the nearby Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, and Sevierville areas. Cannot recommend it enough!

We had a great time exploring in the area and when we didn't feeling like going anywhere, there was plenty to do within the cabin. And when we didn't feel like doing anything, there's always the hot tub. :) This will be my first choice if we return to the area.

I stayed at the cabin for two friends' 50th and 60th birthdays. I am a regular Airbnb traveler
and would rate Jeff's cabin as one of the nicest, best located, and real value of all the places we have stayed. The cabin was very clean, comfortable and had everything we needed to feel at home. The kitchen was equipped with everything we needed including a crockpot that we used two nights in a row. The beds were super comfortable and we all slept amazing. The TV was easy to use and remotes user-friendly (which is not always the case!) Communication was beyond wonderful-Jeff replied to every question within five minutes of sending it. He was so helpful! He even allowed my friend to check in a day early at a discount. The amenities were lovely and it was located in a great area that lent itself to morning walks that challenged our calves with all the hills-exactly what we needed after eating ourselves silly! I would highly recommend this wonderful cabin in the Smoky Mountains.

My family and I had a great time and alot of fun. Privacy was nice and views were exactly what we were looking for. Game garage was alot of fun and fire place with a TV outside was super fun for late family nights. Only thing we wished for were maybe a few more amenities (toilet paper, paper towels, etc.) for the length of the stay. Other than that it was extremely nice staying here. We seen alot of bears, even had two mornings in a row where bears came up to sliding door while we were eating breakfast. Thanks for a great place to stay.

Our family stayed at Justin's beautiful cabin during our trip to Gatlinburg. The location was amazing with a view of the mountains in the distance. While all the attractions in Gatlinburg can be quite pricey, all the amenities of this cabin allowed our frugal family to enjoy some fun from the comfort of the cabin and save some money during our stay. Our 7 year old son enjoyed the game room while the adults enjoyed the hot tub. We even watched a few movies from the outdoor theater in the evenings. We would definitely stay here again if we return to the area and stay even longer!

The cabin was way more than Justin described. The rooms were well situated for everyone’s comfort. The Ground Cave and hot tub were big hits with everyone! The grandchildren had a blast! They were just a little disappointed that they didn’t see any bears. They are already asking when can we go back.

We had an incredible time and the views were amazing! The property had everything we needed for relaxation AND fun (the kids loved the game room!). We even had the chance to see the ‘neighborhood’ bears!! Having come here from a big city, it was exactly what we needed to unwind. That said, as city people, we were not prepared for the tight and windy road leading to the cabin. You are way up the mountain and sometimes the grade of the incline is intense. You really should have 4-wheel drive if you are planning to go up/down more than once. The journey to and from is not for the faint of heart. There is also no guardrail at the bottom of the steep driveway, which was extremely unsettling at first and took a minute to get over psychologically. But again, we’re city people so maybe this isn’t such a big deal to people accustomed to the mountains and like thrilling adventures! Would definitely recommend staying here. Justin was a great host and the environment is magical!!

Bears on the Beachfront was a beautiful location and exceeded our expectations in every way. Justin was a great host. He was a proactive communicator with really clear instructions, friendly, and very responsive.
The cabin had all the amenities for a family with kids. The outdoor fire pit and TV was a great addition to the private lot and beautiful views. Our family enjoyed the pool table and multi-cade in the cabin as well as the other games in the detached garage. While we did venture out and about, we could have easily just enjoyed the peace and quiet at the cabin.
The only criticism of the cabin was the bathrooms were a bit cramped. They did easily meet our needs.
One of our highlights was our daily visit from Dolly and her bear cubs. They were so fun to watch.
It took us on average 20 minutes to get from pigeon forge to the cabin. It was a steep climb in places, but our small SUV navigated easily.
We hope to visit again soon. We would absolutely book with Justin again.

Spending time at this amazing cabin, was the best part about our whole trip!! It was an excellent place to stay!! The host really did great job of making it a fun, beautiful place and was super thoughtful to include things like skewers for roasting over a fire, fans kept in the closet, all the kitchen utensils, and foot stools for little ones. We LOVED playing games in the game room, sunsets in the hot tub, playing pool, roasting hot dogs while watching a movie outside next to the fire pit, and sitting on the rockers enjoying the view. This cabin made our family some pretty awesome memories that we will forever cherish!!

Our stay at the mountain-view cabin was truly magical. The stunning sunset and breathtaking views immediately captivated us. Inside, the ambiance was warm and inviting, with cozy furnishings that made us feel right at home. The cabin, situated in an open space, offered the perfect balance of seclusion and privacy.
We had endless fun in the game room and loved relaxing in the hot tub while soaking in the picturesque surroundings. The outdoor TV and fire pit added an extra layer of enjoyment, allowing us to have movie nights under the stars and share stories and s’mores by the fire. Every detail was thoughtfully considered, and the cabin was impeccably clean and well-equipped with everything we needed for an unforgettable stay.
Our family had an absolute blast, and we’re already planning to make this our annual destination. I give it a solid 10 out of 10! If you’re looking for a perfect getaway, book your stay now. You won’t regret it.

We had the best time at Bears on the Beach! What a perfect place to spend quality time with the family. The sunset views were unrivaled, there’s plenty to do at the house in the extra game room, and it’s just a short drive to all the busy fun stuff in town. Bonus- we saw a mama and baby bear, right outside the deck door!! This was easily the highlight of our trip and will be talked about and fondly remembered for years to come. For a bunch of midwestern Cubs fans it was a special treat!! When we decide to come back to the Smokys again we will for sure check availability here first.

The cabin was better than expected. Photos don’t do it justice! Justin is very friendly, helpful, and responds quickly. The view was absolutely amazing! There are neighbors nearby, but the cabin is placed above them and you can’t even see them due to the trees. Extremely private, quiet, and relaxing. Located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, so you have easy access no matter what you want to do. Even if you just want to stay in the cabin, there is still plenty to do with the game room, pool table, hot tub, and large TV. The beds were as comfortable as any other place we’ve ever stayed. Cannot recommend enough. This will be our “go-to” location when booking for a Gatlinburg trip from now on!

We had a great Spring Break! The cabin was very nice!. The communication from Justin was the best I have ever had! He is very helpful and kept in contact the entire time. Our only complaint is there are not nearly enough bath towels for the amount of people the house sleeps. We washed them once when we were there, which was fine. If you aren't used to back roads up a mountain this might be a bit scary lol. Great place, we would go back.

We had a wonderful time at Bears on Beach Front! It was our first big trip as a family of six, and all of our kids (ages 12 to under 1), had a blast. The game room was amazing, and the outdoor space is great. It was enough to keep our older kids off of their iPads! The house is also in a great location with easy accessibility to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We highly recommend staying here! And yes, we saw the bear :)

We stayed in Bears on Beach Front from feb 13 to feb 17. The weather was unseasonably warm, and we had a great time!
This was our first trip as a family of 5, and I was happy to see everything (highchair and pack n play) we needed was already there for our 6 month old! our 11 year old and 4 year old also loved the game room and arcade game upstairs!
one small hiccup with the bunk room was that there was no lights. it seemed the lamp on the bedside stand had a short and would flash on and off, so we unplugged it. The remote on the wall wouldn't turn on the cieling light / fan in the bedroom, and there was another remote holder missing a remote. Long story short, we found the remote as we were checking out... I assume previous guest had lost it and it was wedged between the bed and the wall, but it was difficult dealing with this the entire time with a 4 year old! We put it in place for the next guests!
our favorite part of this cabin was the views! plan to be there for sunset!

I was very happy with my stay. Just did not agree with leaving thirty minutes late and being charged two hundred and fifty dollars of a fee when offered a discount to stay another night but was already booked when I went to accept. ( should have accommodated with me since the deal was offered and not available) beautiful scenery.

The cabin was fantastic! The view was spectacular, we loved the room layouts, and the wifi never failed (should yours be a work trip). Justin was super responsive throughout booking and the stay, plus everything was cleaned well at arrival. The kids (9/11/14) spent their time between the game room, the hot tub, and their room TVs. The location was great; we were 25-30 minutes with traffic from basically anything in Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. We cooked several times during our stay, and I never felt we were missing anything from the kitchen. I do want to mention that for people coming from a place without mountains, the roads up were a little daunting with large drop-offs on slim two lanes and a one car road for the last leg. You get accustomed, but the drives up and down were definitely adventure. This doesn't take away from our trip at all and we will book again, I just want others to be aware 🙂 Loved our stay at Bears on the Beachfront, and we can't wait to visit again soon!

Location! We took our 3 girls up for a fose of REAL winter and before we even arrived saw Elk, Bears, waterfalls, huge ice structures and snow! The cabin rests high with a pristine view of the surrounding rides and a charming glow comes from the towns in the hollers at night. Loved the decor, firepit and game room. The girls will not soon forget this one!

Great place great atmosphere!! Unfortunately the weather didn’t cooperate with our stay to get the full experience but that’s not anyone fault at all. Will be planning another trip in the future and hopefully it doesn’t rain. Other than the weather very clean very private and great price for all the accommodations that come with the cabin. Even got to see a bear on the way in which is always great to see. We were in town for a cheer competition so it wasn’t a true vacation but would highly recommend this cabin for a vacation as we will be back!!

The cabin was a great place to stay for Thanksgiving this year. Beautiful view!
Hits:
Flat parking for our two large cars, back porch rocking chairs to enjoy the view, enough space for all 8 of us.
Misses:
Only a few minor misses due to housekeeping, but Justin was available immediately for help.
I did read reviews before we booked and I was glad I did. Remember to bring your own toiletries and paper towels and toilet paper. I was aware of this so all was good as Justin states they only supply starter items.
We were so very surprised that the cabin was tastefully decorated for Christmas and our granddaughter was always the first one up each morning to turn on the Christmas tree!

Justin was great to work with; he was super responsive and always responded in a timely manner. We received several emails/messages prior to our visit with recommendations and info about the cabin.
Getting to the cabin requires steep hills and winding roads, but the view is worth it. We really enjoyed sitting on the porch drinking coffee each morning and saw a variety of wildlife- squirrels, chipmunks, opossum, various birds including woodpeckers, etc. We unfortunately did not get a chance to see Dolly and her cubs, but maybe next time!
Our son loved the game garage, but note that it is not attached to the actual cabin (although it’s a very short walk to it). There is pool and an arcade barrel inside the cabin as well. The fire pit area is nice and includes the outdoor TV with speakers- perfect for s’mores and a movie night!
The cabin is perfectly themed, felt “homey”, and had a well stocked kitchen. We would definitely come back in the future.

If you are going through the hundreds of options trying to decide on a cabin just pick this one!!! The outside space was perfect for our group with little kids. We enjoyed how close the cabin was to everything we wanted to do but we felt like it was private and “away” enough as well. The cabin was very clean with a fully stocked kitchen and even included extras like a high chair, extra fans in every room, a pack and play and sticks for roasting marshmallows. Justin has really made it so convenient to stay here and we will definitely be back!

We loved our time at Bears on the Beach! Morning coffee soaking up the view was a morning ritual. The kids (and adults) had a blast on the game cabin. The location is great—Gatlinburg and Pidgeon Forge are minutes away. The drive up is curvy—but you get used to it and the view is worth it!

Justin is a great host! Cabin is absolutely amazing and exactly as described. Beautiful location and views, very private on top of the hill. Beds were very comfortable with high end mattresses, I usually expect a back ache at cabin rentals but we slept so well. Our 9 and 12 yo girls loved the private game room, pool table, and video arcade games. Back porch has million dollar view with very nice assorted rockers to enjoy the scenery! many more great amenities in this well thought out cabin. thanks again for sharing!

Overall, our stay was great! Game room had many options, fully stocked kitchen, clean bathrooms/bedrooms. View was gorgeous. Great for small children as they had a high chair, pack and play, not a lot of breakable things, and baby gates for safety. Close drive 20-30 min to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, so great location. Hot tub was nice. Justin was very responsive to the issues of low water pressure and home security alarm going off at random times. We even got to see Dolly and her 2 Cubs on the porch our last morning there. Highly recommend!

Everything was top notch from start to finish. Communication was fast. Rules and instructions were very thorough but clear. The cabin and property are gorgeous and very well maintained. The extras like the game cave, fire pit, and outside TV make it stand out from the rest. The kids loved it as well as us adults. It was the most perfect stay to go along with an amazing trip to see the Gatlinburg area.
(Even though the address is technically in Seiverville, the cabin is very close to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It was a good surprise how close it was to everything we wanted to do on our vacation).
We will absolutely look to book from Justin again on our next trip to the area!!

We had a wonderful weekend stay. Justin is extremely responsive and always willing to lend a hand. The game room was a huge hit for the children. My husband and I enjoyed the fire pit and TV outside. Our teens loved the hot tub. This cabin has something to offer the entire family. There’s enough seating for meals (even a highchair for the baby). We saw Dolly and her cubs the first night which was really exciting! I highly recommend this cabin for a relaxing getaway. There’s so much to do in town as well which is a quick 20 minutes away.

This home delivered! Beautiful view with privacy. The game room was definitely a hit with the teens. We even had a momma bear and two cubs visit is nightly while we played there. There is so much to do in the area, we explored all day, but this home was a great place to make some memories with the family and rest your head at night. My only note for future renters is that the some of the roads up the mountain are pretty narrow and curvy making for some interesting travel. Not a deal breaker by any means, but just a heads up so you know what to expect. I would rent here again!

Great location between pigeon forge and Gaitlinburg with a great comfortable setup. Game room and outdoor area was awesome and the beds were quite comfortable. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time. The cabin was clean, spacious and met all of our needs. We loved the game room and pool table. The views are beautiful and the area is peaceful. The drive up and down the mountain was exciting and scary at the same time.

we absolutely loved this place! we were so fortunate to be visited by smany creatures but the best of all.. we were visited be a momma bear and her two cubs!!!! they played on the patio for about 30 minutes . best experience ever!!! highly recommend this stay. we are already looking for dates to come back!

Everything was great. We all enjoyed the amenities, the kids really loved the game room. The cabin was clean and well stocked for us cooking both dinner and breakfast during our stay. We would definitely come back, just wish we could have stayed longer and enjoy it even more.

Justin's place is amazing, we will definitely be back, the most stunning views from the cabin. we got to see the dollywood fireworks perfect view better than Disney !!
Host is great, we had trouble connecting to the wifi and my husband had to work we got help within a few minutes.

we had a wonderful time at Bears on Beach Front. it sat off the road and offered privacy unlike a lot of area cabins. The kids enjoyed the game room and everyone enjoyed rocking on the porch. We had a momma and baby bear visit us. we had everything we needed and plenty of room to spread out. The beds were very comfortable. I would highly recommend.

We had a great time in Justin’s cabin. Our kids loved the hot tub and the game room and we spent a lot of time on the pool table. Everything was clean and spacious. The kitchen had everything I needed to cook for my family. The roads leading to the cabin were steep at times and since it was raining most of our stay, they were a little scary. But the scenery around the cabin was beautiful and the location allowed us to see 4 black bears in their natural habitat. One even came onto the property in the middle of the day giving us an awesome show. We would totally stay again.

Spent a week here, it was fantastic. Views are unparalleled and sunsets are postcard ready! Can't beat the view from the hot tub /deck. This cabin seems to be unique with top of drive and area surrounding cabin are level / flat wich includes a fire pit area, great for the kids to run around. Detached game room was a bonus! Location between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge is ideal, same drive time to each. Although other cabins are near by this location felt private and quite. Definitely would stay here again!

Fantastic little getaway spot! We had to pivot our camping plans due to harsh weather, but we landed in the perfect place. This cabin’s close enough to Sevierville to make a quick grocery run or visit the local attractions — but frankly there was enough to capture our attention at the cabin between an awesome arcade room, hot tub, and an especially unique outdoor theater. Very quick and helpful communication from the host, and we would visit again! A+++

One of the best we’ve ever been to. Beautiful scenery, the game room was awesome for days you didn’t want to go into town. The views from the back porch, hot tub, and living area were amazing. We say 4 bears while driving up one of the days, which made our day. Highly recommend this place and we will definitely like to come back!

We loved this cabin so much and we are so glad we chose this one for our first trip to Gatlinburg! Great location in between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! The kids didn’t want to leave the game room and they thought watching tv outside was the coolest thing ever. We felt so cozy here and loved how private it was. This is a fantastic house to stay at- we were thrilled to call it our home for a week and would love to return! The house was so clean and everything was as described and expected. The surrounding area was stunning. We loved sitting on the porch in the rocking chairs and enjoying the hot tub after a long day of hiking. The bedrooms were spacious and so comfortable. The kids loved the bunk beds and the other bedrooms were cozy and so clean. The kitchen had everything we needed and more! It was so helpful to have a washer/dryer, too. The pool table was a huge hit for all of us and the game room was a great place to enjoy as a family- the kids absolutely loved this! We also loved building a fire in the fire pit and even enjoyed an outdoor movie. The area is stunning- we hiked a ton in the beautiful national park and loved the proximity to Dollywood as well. I can't recommend this house and the hosts more- they knew exactly how to be welcoming, warm, and helpful. LOVED IT!
