Justin is an amazing host. His response time is super quick. He provided the clear check in and check out instructions. We really enjoyed our stay. The house is thoughtfully designed with great attention to detail to add as much value for guests as possible. Master Suite is exquisite and best of all th cabins we have been and we pretty much go twice a year to different cabins in smoky mountains. Additionally, the location is super close to all the amenities and attractions in Pigeon Forge and less than half an hour from Gaitlinburg. 5 star ⭐ ratings doesn't justify this place.

Amazing hosts, great location, very spacious. This was our end of summer family vacation and it did NOT disappoint. It's very close to the strip where there's PLENTY to do. Location is great-feels very secluded without making you drive forever to get to restaurants and activities. The arcade was a great touch for the kids (and gave us adults time to enjoy conversation while they were enjoying the games).

Fantastic Place- Stop looking and start booking. This place is a gem. We have a large family and it worked out perfectly. The game room was a hit, the sauna was amazing, the spacey rooms and layout of the house worked great, the hot tub was a huge hit, and the views of the surrounding mountains was breathtaking. The houses is a very short ride away from town and super convenient to all the hot spots. There was very little need to leave the place with kids ranging from 9-18 both boys and girls...they all had a blast and we didnt feel like we were on top of each other. We very much appreciated all aspects of the house and will look to come back on our next voyage.

Justin was very quick and responsive with any questions or help needed. Not far at all from things to do and plenty of room. Our family had a great time and enjoyed the hot tub in the evenings after long days on adventures.

It was a large family gathering which included 3 children from 1 1/2 years to 6 years old. The oldest child enjoyed the NASCAR in the game room and everyone enjoyed the movie room! Everyone enjoyed the hot tub numerous times!
The cabin is in an ideal location to numerous attractions!
The adults definitely loved the peaceful atmosphere and beautiful mountains!

This cabin was beautiful. We had never stayed on that side of Pigeon Forge before, and we fell in love with it! The cabin was very secluded, and there were no cabins on either side, with 3 feet between them.
We loved all of the rooms in this cabin. We came as a group of 6, and it had beds everywhere for several more adults or children. The kids LOVED the game room and the small game system in the hall upstairs. We watched a movie in the media room.
Anyone who is on the fence about this cabin, trust me, you will love it. The only problem I had as an MS patient was all of the stairs. My son took one side, and my husband came behind us to get me up the stairs and then again down. The furniture in the living room was very comfortable. We had to go and get salt and pepper so bring your own. We left the ones from us.
Everything was so clean and well-maintained. You will have a wonderful time. We certainly did.

Our family of four had a wonderful time during our stay! We experienced our fair share of pouring down rain, so we appreciated the hot tub, theater room, and fun games to keep us entertained.
The cabin was clean and just as pictured. The view from both decks was beautiful and we enjoyed sitting outside drinking coffee while the kids were in the hot tub.
On our second evening, we had two bears visit and knock over the grill. Justin was willing to send someone over first thing the next day to check on things, but we assured him we weren’t planning to use the grill, so it was no rush. We appreciated Justin being in contact and very responsive during our trip.
We’d definitely recommend the cabin to others!

This place was beautiful and very clean. There was plenty of space for our party of 7 to spread out and relax. The views were incredible, and it was close to all we wanted to do in the area. It was perfect for our family vacation!

Our jaws dropped when we arrived to this cabin. The pictures did not do this cabin justice. It was clean, tidy and close to both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Neighbor nearby warned us about seeing bears recently which was really nice! The only down fall of this cabin is the front door is up top and you have to walk around to get to your car. Would definitely recommend booking this cabin!

The cabin was great with lots to do for our family. Its location is perfect, it’s close to Pigeon Forge but secluded enough to get away and relax. The driveway is intimidating, but we were able to drive the minivan up with no issues. Both balconies had great views of the mountain and were very peaceful. Justin and his team were great and very responsive. I would definitely recommend this cabin!

Great stay, we had a party of 6 for a bachelor trip. The area was more private than typical cabins, distance from Piegon Forge is the amazing. Very spacious. I would highly recommend.

Two families of 4 with kids of varying ages enjoyed Spring Break here. So much to do in the area we didn’t even have time to use all of the fun extras at the cabin. Kitchen was well stocked, views were beautiful, beds were comfy, and memories were made.

Justins space was amazing for our spring break trip with the kiddos! It was super close to all of the main to do’s in pigeon forge but at the house you felt secluded. My family and I stayed at this cabin and we had a great time. It really made our trip that much better- our kids were always entertained. Everything that was in the cabin worked as expected and there was sufficient room for us to enjoy. We had a few questions while we were there and Justin was super responsive. After a long drive from Florida we arrived at the amazing property. The house was exactly like the pictures and was perfect for our family. Great location, just outside of town and slightly off the beaten path but perfect to stay if visiting Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Plenty to do within the property too such as shuffle board and pool. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Beautiful mountain views! My favorite part was the Nascar simulator and my wife really enjoyed the hot tub. The kids enjoyed the theater and game room. We also got snow while we were there. It was beautiful. The driveway up is steep but worth it. I also loved the fact the Christmas tree was still up.

This is such a beautiful and private cabin in the mountains. It looks just as described and was so peaceful. That hill going up to the cabin is steep so just make sure you have a good truck or all wheel drive to get up there. Hoy tub was a great relaxing bonus, while the kids played downstairs. Plenty to do if you ever just wanted a getaway. We loved it.

This lodge was absolutely gorgeous! So beautiful and clean that it was almost pristine.
The location couldn’t have been better. It seemed to be right in the middle of everything, but the view from the cabin was an attraction in itself.
We were a family of seven and the levels of joy were from a serene glass of wine on the balcony with incredible views of the mountains, to not one of the kids ever saying that they were bored!
My 10-year-old Disney World fanatic said that our stay at this cabin was his favorite vacation ever. To me, that was everything.
We will definitely be staying here again in the future.

Justin was an amazing host for our stay in Pigeon Forge. He made every effort to answer questions that we had prior to our arrival. Upon arrival we were welcomed by a cozy, super clean cabin! We had a perfect holiday week, zero complaints about the cabin or amenities. The cabin was better than described and was perfect for our getaway!! The road going up to the cabin was a little intimidating at first, but we quickly got use to it. We appreciated the well paved road! Our stay went by too fast and wish we would have booked more days! We got out and did activities, which the cabin is located only a few miles from the parkway. We also were lazy and enjoyed all activities at the cabin!! It is well stocked with something for everyone!!! Thanks for having us and we plan to return soon!!

Place is as advertised. Great views, location, amenities and clean. Only small criticism is stingy with stuff like extra trash bags, batteries for remotes, extra towels etc. but feel like all AirBnbs are like that. Would strongly consider coming back!

This place was breathtaking with a lot of things to do at this cabin and around the area locally. Inside the place was real clean with the appropriate amount of towels, blankets, and pillows for the maximum amount of guests. Justin was a great host that was responsive and well informative of instructions and details. Location of cabin had a very steep driveway going up. Fortunately, we all drove appropriate vehicles that can go up the driveway with no issue.

I had an amazing stay at this charming cabin in Pigeon Forge! The location was perfect—close to the attractions but still tucked away enough for peace and quiet. The cabin was nicely decorated, clean, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay.
We loved the hot tub on the deck, which was perfect after a long day exploring the area. The kitchen was well-stocked, making it easy to prepare meals. The hosts were incredibly responsive and provided excellent local tips.

We had a great stay at the Birchwood Lodge! A perfect amount of space for our family (7 adults). Beautiful views, very quiet surroundings, super clean & comfy home, well appointed, nicely decorated. We made great use of the game room. So much fun for all of us! My husband enjoyed the hot tub the most. We had one tiny issue when we first showed up, and Justin responded immediately. The home is very close to Pigeon Forge and conveniently located to Gatlinburg. Highly recommend doing some hiking in the nearby national park. This is a great home to stay in; can't say enough about it.

Our family had a great week splitting time between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The location of the cabin is fantastic, right between the two. The kids enjoyed all the games and we loved the private master suite on the upper level. All in all, a great place to stay while visiting the Smokies.

I can’t say enough good things about Birchwood Lodge and Justin. The property was AMAZING and beautiful. It was so peaceful. We especially enjoyed our morning coffee with a view. The kids LOVED the theatre room and games. The master bedroom and bathroom was heavenly. Our host Justin has been wonderful since the moment we booked this trip (many months ago). He ALWAYS responded in a timely matter. I’m sure in was a pain (asking so many questions) but he was always so helpful and understanding. Our families first trip to Pigeon Forge was incredible, and our stay at the Birchwood cabin was the highlight of it all. Our group of 12 found endless things to do in the home, between the kids hanging in the game room, having movie nights on the big screen, relaxing in hot tub overlooking the mountains, and the privacy the cabin provided was second to none. The location also provided us very fast commutes to both PF and Gatlinburg. Justin also was a wonderful host, any questions or concerns we had Justin was so fast to respond and provide us the answers we needed. Would highly recommend both the host and cabin, you can’t go wrong.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. The hill getting up to the cabin was very steep but we had an SUV that got it done. The cabin is just as the pictures described and was very clean. There were just a few downsides which included the water dispenser on the refrigerator not working, one of the directional pads not working on one of the remotes making it unusable, and the racing game not working properly-not allowing game selection so we werent able to use. These issues were small in nature and we worked around them. My family enjoyed our stayand the cabin was the highlight.

Beautiful house located centrally to everything. I was very happy to find the house relatively private (one neighbor next door who was very nice and offered us a couple of great hiking suggestions) unlike so many others in the area that are right on top of each other. The road to the house was crazy steep (normal for the area) but we got used to it lol. Nicely situated 15-30 minutes from everything. The house was great and exactly as pictured. The kids loved the game room and theater room. The hot tub was used every night and was wonderful after a long day of hiking. Fully appointed kitchen was great so we could prepare most meals at home. TVs in every room we're appreciated by this multi-generational group with vastly different viewing habits. There was so much to do at the house that it was sometimes hard to convince the kids to go out. The beds were very comfortable and the house was very clean. Justin was extremely responsive and helpful - I'd definitely stay here again.

We absolutely loved this cabin!!! Everyone had plenty to do!! And it was so spacious enough that we weren’t on top of each other! My favorite was the hot tub and sauna! But the kids loved the pool table, foos ball, air hockey and shuffle board! The kitchen was well stocked with lots of plates, cups and other cooking items! There was even some spices! Justin’s place was phenomenal. It looked better than the pictures and was clean and comfortable and felt like home! Plenty of beds for our entire group of girls that stayed. Everyone had plenty of space and the beds were extremely comfortable! I honestly wanna know what kind of pillows they use in the master bedroom? They were amazing. The hot tub and sauna, and bathtub in the master bedroom were so great! They were easy to use and perfect for February winter
The kitchen was fully stocked with everything we needed to make large meals for our entire group and the living room/dining room. Space was large enough for all of us to hang out together and spend some great quality time! Definitely recommend this house for your next vacation. There are neighbors semi close, but we didn’t see anyone and The house was very private with wood surrounding it on all sides. The driveway was hilarious and very steep, but we were easily able to get up and down it without four-wheel-drive in the winter.

The cabin had beautiful views of the mountains and was very clean. It was secluded for privacy and not far from Gatlinburg. My husband and I found a nice little Indian restaurant right next to the cabin that we enjoyed as well!

Birchwood Lodge went above and beyond our expectations for our stay. It seemed to fit everyone's needs as we were two families with children of different ages.
First and foremost, the place was prestine! As I have a 2 year old, cleanliness was a huge one for me.
Beds were very comfortable!
Everything listed was provided and on site, which helped out with cooking. Plus for the coffee drinkers, there is a drip pot as well as a keurig.
Plus I really liked that there was a bathroom and a shower on all 3 floors.
The pictures did not do this place justice. It was absolutely stunning. Can not wait to return to visit again

Justin's cabin was superb! our family of 5 had more than enough space. The abundance of blankets and pillows was a great perk! Our boys enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Close to all the attractions and the drive up the mountain was not that bad at all!! I especially appreciated the cleanliness of the cabin and Justin's quick responsiveness to make us feel at home! I would highly recommend this place for a family with children or "big kids".

The cabin was perfect - just as described. Justin was super responsive from initial booking to check out. We didn’t need anything but, he checked in multiple times. The cabin is very close to all Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg have to offer but, still feels secluded and away from touristy things which we loved. The downstairs game room and movie room were a hit with our kids. They just wanted to stay in the cabin the whole time. 😊

We enjoyed our stay! The 3 levels were a great way to get everyone spread out and have space. Our 9 and 12yo boys loved the game room and theatre room. Everyone loved the hot tub too. Not far at all from Pigeon Forge, but far enough away that it was still private/peaceful. If I had a couple suggestions, I’d ask the host to provide more towels. After hot tub and showers, towels were definitely limited and we had to wash a couple times. The hot water one the first and second levels was not too hot, but the 3rd floor water got very hot. We would definitely stay here again! Justin was super responsive and helpful! Great host.

This cabin was absolutely Amazing! Our family of 6 had the best time. The game room and theater room were top notch and made it hard to even want to leave the cabin to do other things. Everything was very clean and well maintained. The location was perfect for getting to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg easily!
Justin was very quick to respond with any questions or concerns that we had! And he had already prepared a list of top rated and favorite places in the area when we arrived! The place was exactly as pictured. Very quiet and a private area, wonderful amenities and comfortable living spaces. We only had one issue with power going out for just under two hours but that wasn’t just our place, so not their fault. Justin was very responsive when this happened and was in communication the whole time, making sure we were good. We would absolutely return!

My husband picked Justin's airbnb for us to stay at for our mini honeymoon in the smokies. The moment we arrived it looked just as it did in the pictures and were so pleased walking in to find everything super clean and having everything we needed for our stay. There were notes left around the cabin making it a breeze to figure out how to use anything. Through out the stay we imagined what it would be like to come back and stay with friends and family especially with how spacious it is and all the games to keep the fun alive. The cabin was just what we needed to help us unwind after our wedding and take in the views away from all the other crowded sets of cabins. We had a great time and only have positive things to say.

The house was perfect! Clean, spacious, stocked, elegant! Everything worked. The AC, the hot water, water pressure, beds, fans, etc - everything you forget to ask about was all great! The kitchen was fully stocked - even had a keurig and little cups/plates for kids. Hot tub was on and such a nice way to relax! There was a little issue with the recliner in the movie area but nothing we couldn’t work around and Justin said they would be fixing now that they know an issue. Game room was fun! We turned the sauna on just to try it and it worked perfect as well. Justin warned me prior to arrival that the roadway was pretty steep getting to the house and it most definitely was but my van handled it okay. Had it been wet or snowing it may have been a different story. Wildlife was awesome as well - we got to see our very first bear! That was neat. Location was spot on. Took us no time to get where we wanted but was also secluded. We will definitely be back!! My only con would be that the master bedroom on top floor does not have a dresser so we had to live out of the suitcases. A dresser in the huge walk-in closet would be a nice touch.

This house was amazing. Great amenities - exactly as described - and super clean. Very private, well taken care of, and absolutely worth the booking. Justin is extremely responsive and even proactively let us know that the cleaners were running a bit late, affecting our check-in time. He gave us enough notice that we were able to delay a bit before arriving at the house and it didn't impact our trip at all. 100% would book again next time we're visiting the area.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay @ Birchwood Lodge! It was the cleanest house we've rented in the few years of us vacationing in Airbnb's. Exceptionally clean! We had a couple of rainy days but everyone found something to entertain themselves with for hours while we waited out the rain. The view was beautiful from the top balcony. We should have brought beach towels for the hot tub. The bathroom towels are small, and Justin did tell us we should. We forgot them and regretted it with 3 kids to towel off. The game room and movie room downstairs were the highlight of my husband and kid's stay. Justin was very responsive and we appreciated it very much! We didn't receive check-out instructions, but felt like we knew the typical protocol for checking out. Overall, we enjoyed the area and the house. As one person wrote in the guestbook, "The driveway is exhilarating!" haha! My kids want us to stay @ the lodge every year - 5 stars from them!

We just got home from a wonderful week at this lovely home. There was plenty of space for the 6 of us. The kids loved the downstairs "basement" game room! The views are beautiful and we loved the location, perfect distance to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, but secluded and peaceful up in the woods. The kitchen was very well stocked and had everything we needed. It was a very cozy home and we really enjoyed our stay! The communication with Justin was amazing, he got back to me within the hour if not within minutes of me reaching out. Thanks again for the use of your wonderful home, we were so sad to leave.

Our trip in July was fantastic! My husband and I brought our 7 year old, our 15 year old and his friend, my 20 year old nephew and his girlfriend and my parents, so 9 people total. There was plenty of room so that no one felt cramped and the game room area with the bunk beds was a perfect hangout for the teenagers. This cabin is very well taken care of. Everything is updated and clean. We were very impressed! We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect for our family of 5 kids, 2 adults and grandparents traveling together - the place was exactly as described. We especially loved the theater room and game room. Great place. Justin responded to any questions I had super quickly. Location was private, kids had a blast, and we were a short drive to everything. The driveway is VERY steep so just be aware! Would definitely return!

One of the best properties we’ve stayed at. Very clean. Kitchen had everything you could ever need including a waffle maker and an air-fryer! Would definitely like to come back again.

My wife and I were looking for a nice place to relax for the weekend and this hit the spot exactly. Everything was new and clean and we enjoyed the view and the top tier entertainment options from the big TV to all the assortment of games. We really enjoyed our time here and working with Justin was easy and he let us know exactly what we needed to. Looking forward to another visit.

Overall, the nicest cabin we have stayed in. It was very clean and homely. With all the games and home theatre, we barely wanted to leave to explore! I especially liked the hot tub and sauna. The beds were nice too, not like these cheap hard mattresses you usually get in other homes. This host spent a great deal of time and money on this rental and it shows in every aspect. We will be coming back to stay in the future, thanks again!

Our family of 7 just spent a wonderful spring break at this cabin. The cabin was very clean and inviting. Justin is a fantastic host! The drive up to the cabin was a bit scary but totally doable, especially with a 4 wheel drive. The location is great for experiencing all of the things the area has to offer. Our kids loved the games, the hot tub, and the giant tv in the movie room. Tons of great memories made!
