Flowing naturally from the living space, the dining and kitchen areas make indoor living feel effortless. Both bedrooms offer a peaceful escape designed with rest in mind. Soft bedding, calming tones, and a quiet ambiance make it easy to recharge. Free WiFi is also available throughout the property.

All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc., are also there for you! Gather around the inviting dining area to savor your meal while enjoying the fresh mountain air.

The living room sets the tone for your stay, featuring a wood-burning fireplace that creates the perfect backdrop for slow evenings. The Roku TV adds a modern layer of entertainment, giving you access to all your favorite streaming services so you can binge a series, watch a movie, or keep up with shows just like you would at home. Step out onto your private balcony and enjoy a quieter kind of entertainment, where the Smoky Mountains put on their own show. The views shift throughout the day, from soft, misty mornings to colorful sunsets that feel almost unreal. If you enjoy outdoor cooking, the condo complex also offers park-style grills, giving you the chance to cook, gather, and enjoy the outdoors. For even more enjoyment, you’ll have access to the community indoor pool within the complex. Open from 9AM to 11PM, it’s a great option for a refreshing swim no matter the season, adding another layer of fun and relaxation to your stay without ever needing to leave the property.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen & Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.
Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
