The cozy cabin vibe you get from staying in this home begins even before you walk through the front door, as you are greeted by multiple rocking chairs that beckon you to relax and take in the view. This spacious two-story loft styled cabin is perfectly designed for both the honeymooners and families alike! With a spacious master bedroom and built in jacuzzi tub, loft area for the kids, a steamy hot tub, pool table, multicade arcade game and an outside deck for taking in the scenic view, you and your loved ones will have plenty of amenities to enjoy while vacationing at Cant Bear to Leave.

Cant Bear to Leaves living room is designed for both entertainment and relaxation, so whether youre a couch potato or you spend just a few minutes a day in your living room, youll get the most out of it thanks to the included amenities. Youll find a modern smart TV, a stone fireplace for cozy nights and plush leather couches, including a sleeper sofa, so you can watch a movie or snuggle in front of the fireplace. And dont forget the large pool table that allows endless hours of fun for the adults and kids alike, all while taking in the trees!

Meals are an important aspect of every vacation, and while the area offers a multitude of restaurants for every culinary craving, if you never want to leave the house to eat, you certainly dont have to! Cant Bear to Leave offers a fully equipped kitchen complete with everything you need to prepare your own farm-to-table meal, including a standard size refrigerator, oven, stove, toaster, pots, pans, and cutleries. With an open design and a countertop bar, there's plenty of counter space to cook and enjoy meals! With a large wooden dining table conveniently situated off the kitchen and living area, your entire group can gather and enjoy your meals comfortably.
… Bedrooms, Bathrooms and More!
Upon entering the home, you are welcomed to a large and spacious living room with soaring ceilings and windows that gaze out into the wooded mountain area! On the main level you and your guests will find a spacious master bedroom with a large king-sized bed and heart-shaped bathtub that is perfect for a relaxing soak after a long day. You can also relax in bed, while watching TV or listening to the crackle of the electric fireplace that is situated in your bedroom. Outside the master suite you will find a spiral metal staircase that will lead your guests to a spacious loft with two additional twin beds “ perfect for the kiddos! Each room has cozy bedding and comfortable beds to help ensure a restful night sleep. You can pack light, because the master bathroom contains towels and starter soaps, shampoos, toilet paper, and other bathroom essentials.

The lower level is where you will find the pool table for endless hours of fun for adults and kids alike. And you can't turn down a challenge with the ultracade arcade game playing some classic video games! You and your guests can relax in the hot tub, grill dinner on the outdoor grill or wind down the day relaxing in the rocking chairs while enjoying a hot cup of tea (or moonshine!) and taking in the sounds and views of the scenic surroundings.

The Smokies is an incredible place to visit. Our cabin is ideally located in Sevierville, where youre immersed in nature and serenity, but also only a short drive to the nearby attractions, shops, restaurants, museums and hiking trails! Its a great place to be and beary special in every sense of the word!
Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

We had an amazing trip and this cabin made it even better! The cabin is only about 20-30 minutes from all of the major stuff to do in the area. We used the pool table almost every night, and the hot tub was great after a long day of hiking. It felt very private due to being one of the last cabins on the street. We loved our stay at Justin’s cabin. It was the escape we were looking for. The photos do not do the place justice. The location is beautiful and the cute whimsical decor of the cabin added to the cozy feeling. We saw a bear right off the front porch on our first morning. The drive to the cabin definitely reminds you that you’re in the mountains with the curves and hills. I’d recommend getting there in daylight at least the first night so you’re aware of your surroundings. The location is great for easy access to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge . We spent a day at Dollywood, another day in Gatlinburg and another in the Smoky Mountain National Park checking out Cades Cove scenic loop and Foothills Parkway. Nice place! Was clean and comfortable. Kitchen was well equipped for a rental unit. 4x4 is a must have if there’s snow! We loved our stay at Justin’s cabin! I think his descriptions & details were very accurate. When staying at an airBNB the most important things for me is for it to be clean & feel safe. Justin’s definitely were those with also being so cute, welcoming and having extra fun things to do while there. We loved the pool table. I’ve shared this feedback with Justin as well but the only thing we were bummed about was the jacuzzi is only a two person. It was my first time staying in an airbnb, I saw the photos and I showed them to my husband so I was expectant when we arrived we were in love with the place. There was peace. My children enjoyed the hot tub and I enjoyed a romantic room. We had an incredible experience since the bears approached the property and we could see them behind the windows. I definitely loved it. Cabin was beautiful and clean.

We enjoyed our stay at the "Can't Bear to Leave" cabin!! The bed was comfortable with more than enough blankets. The A/C worked well even in the summer heat. Hot water gets VERY hot very quickly and the shower water pressure was fantastic. We played many games of cornhole and also had fun on the pool table.
Very quiet and secluded location. We saw a bear on the way up to the cabin! Be careful driving the community "roads" - treacherous for the transmission with lots of blind curves and steep inclines. Not a lot of room for passing for most of the drive.

The location was perfect for our family of 5. Very private. Beautiful cabin and decor. Hot tub was perfect. We even had 3 bears visit! We had an issue unlocking the door(the battery to the keypad was dead), but was in the home within minutes after calling the number supplied.

We spent Christmas here, and the cabin lived up to the pictures we saw. The cabin was decorated with a beautiful tree fitting for a cabin in the Smoky Mountains. Justin’s place’s ‘Can’t bear to leave’ is the perfect place to stay for your Smokey Mountain getaway with a beautiful cabin and extremely peaceful! Very clean, cozy, and Justin is very accommodating. Secluded and private but close to all the attractions in downtown Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. If you love bbq you definitely have to try Buddy’s BBQ it was mouthwatering! My children and I loved our stay here. The place was super clean. Offered some games and other entertainment options. Very peaceful and private. Pictures didn’t do it justice. We had a blast at The "Can't Bear to Leave " cabin! The cabin is the cleanest space I have ever experienced on AirBnb. Perfectly situated between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge so there are literally hundreds of entertainment venues/ restaurants. We loved staying in Justin's cabin (Can't bear to leave) (actually saw a bear on the way to the cabin :) ) It looked exactly as the pictures! The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you need to cook an at home meal which we did every morning and evening so it was perfect. If you're looking for a cabin that is cozy and in the mountains this is for you. You are in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg so its perfect to get to either of these within a good time frame. I would suggest getting to the cabin before dark as the roads are curvy/steep and windy to get there, we unfortunately got there at night and it took a bit. Definitely keep your map on while navigating the roads. There's so many great things to say about Justin- he is quick to answer you if you have any questions/concerns and is very friendly!! We booked this cabin for a Labor Day weekend getaway, and it was perfect! It was beautiful and clean. We really enjoyed the pool table and hot tub most of all! We were instructed to use the house’s GPS coordinates to find it so we wouldn’t be misrouted, and that worked out just fine. I also liked how peaceful and quiet the location is. Beautiful cabin at the top of the mountain- Perfect for small families!!
We throughly enjoyed our stay at "can't beat to leave". It was the perfect fit for my family of 4. My teenage girls stayed in the loft and had their own 1/2 bath. It was a little tricky for them to get their suitcases up the spiral staircase- but they managed.
Location: This is 20 minutes up the mountain. Roads are narrow and can be steep in places. We didn't mind it too much, but could see it as a problem if you get car sick easily.
Amenities: We loved playing pool and enjoyed soaking in the hot tub at the end of the day. Hot tub looked like 4 person in pics, but is only 2 person. No view from the back deck where the hot tub is- but it was pretty with all the trees around. Got frozen pizza for quick lunch and cabin did not have a pizza cutter or hot pads. Bath towels are also small and thin (I expected a little better).

Loved the cabin. So peaceful and relaxing. Had trouble at first trying to get into the cabin but we got in after a few tries. Justin was quick response when we had the problem. Worth every penny! My family and I loved our first stay in the Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge area. We stayed for 5 nights. The cabin is way up the mountains, roads are lots of Ups and downs curves and winds. You are on a dead end road. Have lots of privacy and the scenery is amazing! The inside was just like the pictures. I highly recommend this cabin, with two adults and two kids it was perfect. This trip was like a dream, you won’t want leave!
