Justin is definitely a super host. He was extremely responsive and answered any questions I may have had expeditiously. I have previously rented cabins in the general area of Pigeon Forge on two occasions over the past few years. They were in newer developments and were newer cabins. This cabin is located in an older development, however, it is a beautiful place, surrounded with large oak trees with ample parking, great privacy, and furnished with everything you could possibly need, including for small children. It has lots of games which my grandchildren loved playing. It has two beautiful fireplaces and you need nothing but your food. My party consisted of 5 adults and 3 young children and we had more than enough space to be comfortable. A big advantage this cabin has has over others is its location. It is literally located approximately 12 to 15 minutes from Dollywood and Dolly Parton’s Stampede as well as numerous other attractions we wanted to see and 20 minutes to Gatlinburg.

We had an absolutely amazing stay! The girls had the time of their lives celebrating their 16th birthday. The rooms, bathrooms, and kitchen were spotless, just like we hoped! Everything was exactly as described, which was a pleasant surprise. The only downside was that the hot tub was still out of order. The girls were so excited to unwind and soak in it, but unfortunately, that didn’t happen. It was cold out anyway lol I thought but they didn't mind. Despite that little hiccup, our overall experience was phenomenal! We can’t wait to come back this summer and enjoy Justin’s beautiful cabin again—it's going to be another unforgettable adventure!

Had a great stay. Had an isse with hot tob not working, owner sent out 2 repair techs and the issue wasnt resolved before left. Csbin was clean, beds were comfortable. Location was fantastic, close to the parkway and everything but still had a semi quiet and secluded feel to it

This place was everything and more. Justin was fantastic in responding and making sure we had everything we needed. I recommend this cabin. We even got to see a momma and baby bear. I was there celebrating my 55th birthday and I’m so glad I found “can’t bear to leave”. Just fantastic!!!!

Wonderful Cabin. Cabin was clean, nice set up. Game room was lots of fun, hot tub was also really clean. Host answers your questions immediately. Great location, 5 min from main strip. Road was easy drive into the cabin not one of those overly twisty roads. And they have a Bear !

It was probably one of the best vacations that I had ever taken! The cabin made you more feel like it was your own home rather than renting a place...the layout and well appointed spacious rooms gave everyone their own privacy, while gathering spaces were informal, creating great fun and memorable times. I can honestly not come up with one negative thing to say...I looked at 15 pages of cabins before selecting "Can't Bear to Leave" and it certainly did not disappoint!

We enjoyed this cabin so much. Clean, comfy beds with firm mattress, and a lot of room. Location close to everything we wanted to do. Hot tub was a welcome retreat after 14.000 steps at Dollywood. Easy check in and out. Highly recommend for families.

Very enjoyable. Cabin was very clean. TV in every room. Centrally located for the sites we were intrested in. Manager was very helpful. He answered my questions very fast. Was not over bearing and did not have unreasonable requests. Grandchildren gave it a 10 out of 10.

Justin's cabin was awesome. It was spacious and the layout was great. We enjoyed eating, chatting and playing games at the beautiful wood table and playing pool in the basement. Mattresses were very comfortable so we all slept really well. Justin was easy to contact if we needed him and responded quickly. We are hoping to go back next year and highly recommend his cabin.

Perfect get away for the week. We enjoyed being able to go outside and sit on the porches. We also loved the fact we didn’t have to worry about a toddler or baby getting into things because it was free of clutter. The arcade game and pool table were just a plus on our list! We had the best time at this cabin in July. We stayed for a few nights with both kids and adults (total of 8 of us) to enjoy attractions in the pigeon forge area. The place was clean with plenty of space for us all to spread out, and the listing matched the place perfectly. The location was amazing because you felt like you were off away from everyone but close enough to everything in the area. Justin was very responsive anytime we had to reach out and very accommodating. We definately recommend this place to others and will reach back out to rebook if we are in the area again.

This place was amazing for our stay. It's less than a 20-minute drive to Dollywood and far enough into the hills that you don't feel overwhelmed by the main strip. You cannot beat this location and the peacefulness of the surrounding area.

We had an AMAZING time at Can’t Bear to Leave!!!! The cabin was very cozy, homey, clean, and had everything we needed! It is the perfect location to downtown Pigeon Forge and is only a short ride to downtown Gatlinburg! Justin was also very responsive and helpful throughout the whole process! This property was perfect for our family get-together! We had 6 adults and 2 kids. The space was perfect for us and the location was great. Just far enough away to feel remote but close enough to town to easily get to the fun touristy stuff too. Everyone enjoyed the game room and the hot tub and it was very clean (which isn't always the case in properties with a hot tub). Everything went so smoothly and the couple questions we did have for Justin were answered so very quickly, even on the holiday weekend. We were so appreciative. We would definitely return to this property again.

Perfect size cabin in great proximity to the Island and PF! We stayed here for a work retreat and it was beautiful to be in the woods at such a clean place. The property management was really responsive! with recent lower temperatures, the AC was stuck on heat when we arrived. Justin responded quickly and sent a mechanical tech to fix it within an hour. Would stay here again.

We had a great experience! The cabin was in great proximity to entertainment, but was secluded enough to feel like you had privacy. The cabin was clean, our girls loved the pool table and arcade, and the kitchen and living areas were spacious and accommodating. We struggled to figure out the hot tub settings, and it took awhile to heat up, but the host was prompt in responding and helpful. I suggest bringing your own blankets, as it got chilly and there was only a thin quilt and a sheet for bedding- the mattresses are FIRM. Overall a great experience and we’d love to visit again!

The location is perfect, not too far off the parkway, relatively easy driving, secluded beautiful cabin!!! Justin is so responsive, quick to answer any questions, helpful with recommendations and offers assistance any way he can. It was a pleasure staying in one of his cabins. Let me tell you our big little family of 7 had plenty of room - so much to do! The wood burning fire places were a must for us and they were wonderful! The place is just as described in the photos and the listing. The instructions were clear and Justin was very responsive.
It was clean and well equipped with all necessities. Close to the restaurants, attractions etc in Piegon Forge but enough quiet and privacy too.

Justin‘s place was so easy to book and access which made it great for a last minute trip. The cabin was very easy to get in and out of and even though it was on a street with a lot of other homes/cabins it was tucked back out of the way and still felt very private. There was a highchair and baby gates which were SO nice to have available when traveling with a one-year-old. The hot tub was great! Would stay here again

Beautiful cabin, beautiful location. Just the right size for our group of 8. We even got to see a bear on the deck!!! Close to town and all of the restaurants and shops but far enough up the mountain to feel private and secluded.

Very close to the main strip in Pigeon Forge. Beautiful place. The Hottub right outside from the pool table is a great place to hang out around. All the bedrooms are nice and beds are very comfortable. Very private area outside the house. Overall 10/10.

Justin, is very friendly and communicative host. When we got to the cabin we couldn't believe how beautiful and spotless was. I recommend this cabin for the perfect location and safe road, it is close to parks, supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. I cannot forget to say that the cabin is spacious, extremely clean, by the way, I have never seen a place so clean, fully equipped and perfect for large families. If I could give it a hundred stars if I would. My family and I are planning to return next year. Thank you Justin for everything!

The house was actually smaller than we stay in. That brought the entire family together more than usual! We played poker almost every night in the dining room. It’s something that my kids just love doing with our poker set. Sitting by a fire every night was extremely relaxing! Everything was great. Close to everything, yet in a quiet area. We made smores in the firepit, soaked in the hot tub, had a family billiards tournament and much more. Would stay here again in a heartbeat. Super clean as well!

We had a great getaway with a few family members. Property was clean, close to everything, and there was plenty of room for us. If I had one suggestion to help future guests, since we were cooking a lot during our stay, a better selection of skillets, at least a couple potholders, extra dish towels, baking sheets/pizza pans, and maybe a casserole dish would be super helpful (we fixed our bacon on the grill). Overall, enjoyed our stay!

We all had a great time. The cabin was as pictured, nice & clean. It easily accommodated 2 couples, their daughter & her 2 kids. Location was great for the area. Loved that it was in the woods, and not sitting on top of another cabin. The kids enjoyed the game room. The hot tub & fire pit was a plus. We even saw bears, a few days that we were there. The few minor issues we had were quickly addressed. Justin, the manager was great & so was the owner. If I was headed back there, I would definitely stay again. Another memorable trip!!!! The name of the cabin says it all....Can't Bear to Leave!!!! We really wished we could have stayed longer.

Our entire experience was wonderful. The hosts were friendly and easy to communicate with and the cabin was just perfect; clean, roomie, comfortable and stocked with just about everything you could need. We very much enjoyed a soak in the hot tub at the end of the day, and our final evening, a young bear (we named him/her Beary Bonds) came to visit us. We found our home away from home in TN. We couldn’t Bear to leave :)

The cabin was super nice and clean with plenty of things there to keep you busy while being in the Great Smoky Mountains. Hot tub was awesome and you could play music through Bluetooth in it. Fire pit was amazing and it is an incredibly easy check in and check out process. Definitely would recommend for any family or group of friends to stay here!

We booked last minute for this cabin and were shocked upon arrival that it had the best location of all the surrounding cabins. It’s very close to all amenities and attractions, however, at the cabin, it feels like you are miles from anything. Wonderful location, with privacy and everything you would need if you wanted to stay in all weekend. The cabin was clean and had a great layout for spending time with friends and family. We will definitely be back!
