This home is the perfect five-star stay! The space is super large and private, close to everything, and the perfect blend of comfy homey with entertaining activities! It was really clean on arrival, and we were immediately charmed by the woodwork and cute design accents everywhere. I loved the kitchen with its breakfast nook and coffee cart. Everyone had MORE than enough space, perfect for a group without feeling on top of one another. The beds were comfortable, supportive but cushiony. The "bear den" game room was a blast on the rain day we had! We played air hockey, cornhole, Pacman and watched a movie on the huge screen. That couch could've fit twice our group LOL. The backyard felt like our own private oasis, we used the hot tub every night (even in the rain thanks to the pavilion with string lights). The hosts were super responsive and provided everything we needed. We've vacationed in the Smokies many times, but this was our most relaxing stay yet. We'll definitely be back soon!

This was a great fit for our family. Lots of room, clean and nice. Only a couple things that we did not like. The beds were soooo hard! It felt like sleeping on concrete. The game room is very cold! Other than that we loved it!

Host was very responsive and helpful. We had everything we needed. Only thing I would prefer is to have more than 1 extra trash bag or add that in the description like the paper towels and toilet paper. We did bring extra paper towels and the like. The house was very clean and tidy. The kids loved the game room and board games. Would definitely stay again!

This is a five star stay! You cannot beat the location, the amenities, the number of people it can accommodate, and it's pet-friendly! Five minutes off the main hwy. Beautiful home, very comfortable. Our adult kids enjoyed the hot tub, and the adults and kids loved the theater room. A previous review had mentioned to take the far left at the 'K' intersection, and that proved true. Someone had previously mentioned hard beds. They are firm, but we did not find them hard even with our back problems. A couple of caveats, that still do not detract from the 5 stars: the fenced in front/side yard is lovely and so convenient, but the gaps were too large to let our small pets out alone. We still had to walk them on leashes. There are 3 full baths, but none are en suite. No s&p or spices, we left some. No putters for the golf game. Awesome stay!

This house is amazing and really suited our needs for our big family. Super close to Dollywood and the main area of town. It has 3 full bathrooms that were very clean as was the rest of the house, a huge area above the garage with 2 queen/twin bunk beds and couch and TV and large play area. The downstairs converted garage playroom is great they have games, fusball and air hockey and a large screen for movies. My only issue with this house was how hard the beds were. I would defiantly still stay again. Great host and super responsive.

We gathered for an early Thanksgiving with family. There were 8 adults and one infant. The house was so charming and extremely clean. Plenty of beds and bedrooms for all of us and included a pack n play crib and high chair for the baby. We absolutely lived how close it was to everything but still secluded enough to feel like we were in the mountains. We would most definitely recommend it to others and we will stay here again in the future.

It would be nice to have a small bench in each of the 3 bedrooms. Shelves in the closets could be another alternative. Otherwise no other suggestions.

The place was very clean and very beautiful! It felt very private, yet you weren’t entirely secluded. The fenced yard made it so easy to be able to let our pets out and be a part of our family trip. It was quiet and peaceful. Only took a few minutes to get down to the parkway and you were very close to many restaurants and attractions! My family and I would definitely stay again! It is the perfect stay for wanting to feel like you’re in the mountains, but close to town for all your needs.

The cabin is beautiful. The decor is modern with a hint of 1970’s groove. We loved how meticulously clean it was and how close it was to everything we wanted to do (depending on traffic, downtown Gatlinburg, The Island, and the Tanger outlets were all 15-30 minutes away - very reasonable). The mattresses were firm, the couches were comfy, the bunk beds didn’t squeak when you rolled over. Three full bathrooms to boot. Justin is incredibly responsive. One heads up: when you make your final turn onto the cabin’s road, it’s a backwards K. You want to take the farthest left option :)

This was a great place for my friends and I to stay. We definitely had a smaller group for the place but worked out very well. Driveway has great parking. Entertainment room was very nice to have for everyone. I would definitely recommend the place to anyone who may be going to the Pigeon Forge area.

Justin’s place was great! Great family friendly house. Place for the kids to have fun and relax and places for the adults. A place that for 8 people with ease didn’t feel crammed at all and felt like home away from home.
