Excelente decisión bastante limpio todo pero el exterior un poco descuidado pero a pesar de esto el lugar vale la pena cuenta con mucha comodidad, privacidad y bastante ordenado todo lo recomiendo 100%

The location was perfect if you want to visit Dollywood, Ober Mountain, Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. It’s perfect for kids and adults. The beds are comfortable and it’s very clean. We even saw a bear. Great views. The host responded quickly to my questions. We would stay there again.

I stayed at this property with 10 other friends for an annual trip we take. It was perfectly clean!! One of the cleanest properties i’ve ever stayed in! The location is in a great spot for downtown gatlinburg and pigeon forge. The view of the mountains was a perfect way to start the day. Highly recommend staying here!

Perfect stay from booking through check-out, and everything in between. The owner is the most responsive host I have ever dealt with, and was super accommodating with a last minute extension to our original booking. The house is PERFECT. Space for our entire extended friends and family group, comfortable, clean, and a well appointed kitchen that we used daily. Location is gorgeous, prettier than the pictures. It was a terrific vacation, and we would absolutely stay again.

Our group really enjoyed our stay in this cabin. We saw more bears and wildlife than we ever have coming to the area. The cabin is beautiful, and nicely stocked with needed kitchen items. We had an issue with the hot tub, but the owner sent someone out to work on it and got it to work. The theatre room was nice and was one of the reasons we wanted to rent this cabin. We were told we could bring DVD's or Stream movies. There was no DVD player there and the wi-fi signal was too weak in that part of the cabin to stream. So, we didn't get to enjoy it like we had hoped. Other than those couple of issues, it is a very nice place to stay.

Very impressive and entertaining property. Our guests loved the theatre room and the hot tub. The kitchen/living room/shared spaces are comfortable and appealing. There’s enough to do on the property for it to be a mountain getaway, but it’s also a few minutes drive to the full on Gatlinburg tourist experience. Do head the bear warnings. They are present and active in the area and they will go after even the smallest availability to food. There are also quite a few stairs between the levels of the house, so if that’s an issue, it may not be the best fit. I personally most enjoyed the peace and quiet and how private my area was. Our other guests enjoyed the luxuries of the properties or the proximity to the neighboring attractions or all of the above. Whatever you’re looking for in your Gatlinburg experience, I imagine you will find it here.

The property was beyond beautiful. The pictures do not do it justice at all. As I walked through this huge property, I had surprise after surprise at the beauty and the amazing decoration inside. The movie theater was amazing. I have never experienced anything like ie. Beautiful view of the mountains and a perfect location to just sit outside and watch the sunrise or sunset. Highly recommend this property if you are heading to the smoky mountains

We had an excellent time at this property. It was perfect for our group of 6 kids ranging in ages from 5-13 and 7 adults. There was plenty of room and lots to do. We loved that each room had an attached bathroom. The lower level was great with a game room and theatre room. The kids could be loud and play down there without the noise bothering the rest of the house. It is a lot of stairs, but they are totally worth it for the views of the mountain. The outdoor patio was spacious and relaxing. Communication with the property owner was quick and easy. We have no complaints and hope to be able to visit again sometime.

We had a great time staying in this chalet. It was plenty big for the size of family we had. We did have some minor things come up but Justin was quick to get back to us and very helpful. This place had great views, plenty of parking, and felt just like home. If the opportunity comes, I could us using Justin again or staying there again. The only downside was the amount of steps for someone who has issues with steps but if you know that going in or don't have issues with stairs, then it isn't an issue!

Great location, 10 mins from Gatlinburg and the park. Beautiful views from front decks. House was in excellent condition and with many bedrooms, bathrooms, and amenities. Basement theater and game room was a hit with all ages. Hosts were very responsive and the one issue (heat control in lowest level) was resolved quickly. We will definitely stay again!

Our cabin was beautiful, spacious, and located near Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, which gave us easier opportunities for restaurants & other activities. Our visit was short & very cold, or we would have gone hiking too. The listing was pretty spot on and the hosts were very responsive!

Had a great time at Justin's during our Thanksgiving stay. The town of Gatlinburg is within a 5 minute drive from the home. The game/theater room kept the kids entertained and was great for watching movies with whole family. The hot tub was also enjoyed by the kids. The kitchen was ample and stocked with enough utensils and tableware for a family of 16. There is a family of bears that passed through the property at night so the kids got a chance to see them. ****WARNING: MAKE SURE YOU LOCK THE SECONDARY DOORS' FLUSH BOLT****: One of the smaller bears pushed open the front door while we were asleep! Luckily, my brother was sleeping in the living room and was able to react quick and closed the door before it could make itself inside! We made the mistake of not double-checking before going to bed. This could've ended pretty badly. Also, we noticed there were bears prints on some of our vehicles. Makes sure you lock your car doors!
Other than that, the place is great!

This cabin was perfect for my group! We were so sad to have to leave, and all my teenagers asked if we could come back next year. It was spotless, had many amenities, the check in and out process was so easy, and the management company was very responsive. I hope to be able to stay here again!

The host was wonderful, directing us all the way to ensure we had a great trip. This was a family trip, the cabin easily accommodated all our needs, would definitely recommend this cabin. Beware of the bears, they are definitely in the area, broke into my son’s vehicle one day and got me the next day. Thankfully they didn’t do any major damage.

We had a great time at this property, there were a few things that needed fixed but not anything that made our stay not good. There were things for all ages to do nearby and the scenery was tremendous. When they say to lock your car doors night or day they mean it. We saw bears each day we were there and the Mama bear tried to open all of our car doors. It was a great experience for the kids butt made us mama bears a little net. Really enjoyed our Stay. Thanks

We had 11 (6 adults + 5 kids between 6 and 11). I think our kids enjoyed the house as much as anything we did during the trip, including Dollywood! Plenty of space, 4 floors of living space and 4 of the kids loved the bunk room. Basement theatre was a big hit and has fun decorative touches. Kitchen is open, spacious, and well equipped. Decks offer great views. Everything straightforward with check-in and check-out. Property managers were proactive about seeing how we were doing and quick to offer tips for hiking options. Only cons are minor, a little wear and tear around the bathroom fixtures, at least in the upstairs bedrooms. Also, there is a "boardwalk" to the front door that is down a number of steps and the top landing is sloped, so you have to watch your step. Keep your eyes open for the bears wandering through.

Absolutely beautiful! The cabin has plenty of room for a large family with various activities provided; pool table, home theater, and a game system. The best part of this cabin is the view! Absolutely incredible. I 100% recommend this property. The communication with the owner is also great; hard to find these days. The bear activity is high, so if you want to see a bear you should stay here. I recommend locking your vehicle doors as we had a guest get into ours during our stay. !!

Cabin was beautiful, but it was tricky figuring out which road to take once we got to final destination. Everything was very clean and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. Be forewarned that if you don’t lock your car doors, the bears will ransack. Lesson learned! Lol. Thanks for your hospitality and quick response with any questions we had.

We had an absolute blast at this house. There was plenty of living space for kids (5 under age 8) and adults (4 of us) alike to enjoy the scenery and amenities. We ran into a very minor cleaning issue, and the owner immediately responded and sent a crew to do a touch up clean. Underrated perk was that the gas grill hooked up to the house gas - no need to worry with propane and such, which made throwing dinner on the grill so easy! We will be back!! Very quick to downtown Gatlinburg and an easy drive to Pigeon Forge.

Beautiful place! Plenty of room and we had 9 of us staying there (3 couldn't make it). Kids and adults alike enjoyed the game room and theatre seating. Make sure you lock your vehicle doors, my son had a bear get into his truck, luckily no real damage was done! Only issues and they were minor, was ice maker was froze up and by time it thawed, didn't have much ice when needed. No toaster, but used a pan! Couldn't get our Netflix account to load on living room tv (didn't attempt any other tv-but that's not owners fault!!). Overall, we would rent again if all the family were to travel to TN again!! We truly enjoyed staying at this home. It was spacious and quiet and the home amenities were plentiful. Wish we could have enjoyed the hot tub too but we just didn't get a chance to with all the natural beauty around occupying most of our days.

The cabin was clean and ready for us when we arrived! Our kids LOVED the theatre/game room. Each couple had their own bedroom/bathroom and the kids enjoyed the bunk room! Traveling with 6 adults and 8 kids (7,7,3,1, 5mo, 5mo, 4mo) comfort and space is very important! We didn't have a lot of down time to spend in the cabin but it what time we did spend there was comfortable for our large party! We will definitely stay again in the future!

We selected this property for a Girls Weekend with my sisters and nieces. We had a great time! Bear cubs visited us daily too! There was plenty of room for 8 of us to play games, do crafts, watch movies in the theater room and plenty of bathrooms (ladies, this is important!) We also spent the day in town enjoying dinner, wine tasting, shopping and riding the ski lift! The ride up and down the mountain was scary at times but beautiful every time!

We enjoyed the beautiful scenery on the drive to and from Gatlinburg to the chateau. It really is a beautiful country home with all the modern conveniences. Our extended family slept comfortably and the kitchen was great. It was our first trip to the Smoky Mountains and there was so much to see and do! The cabin was amazing, the view was great, it had all the amenities needed for a vacation, and the kitchen was well stocked with helpful items.

This place is a slice of heaven to where you will be thankful it’s available to vacation at. No complaints! For all ages and enough room for privacy if needed or children down stairs in movie or game room, while adults hang out upstairs. I would recommend not leaving any food for a minute anywhere outside or in a car. Beautiful black bear is around daily. As we were leaving for checkout day, my dad took the trash to his car to drop off at trash cans on the way out. He forgot something and came back in to find my mothers glasses. He Was not inside for three minutes and the black bear was there when he came back out. The bear opened the car door and got in his car. No damage just a hand print in car. We scared it off with a taser sound. We have a video and pictures of this beautiful creature. Also a raccoon we named bob who is extremely friendly and not scared of humans. I would recommend any of Justin properties as his is on top his game and treated us like family. Definitely would stay again but would make sure we are definitely leaving when taking trash at the end of trip.

The house is very large with plenty of space in 4 levels. Large kitchen, dining room, bedrooms and bathrooms. Great entertainment room. It has great view of the mountain and very close to downtown Gatlinburg which we like.
