We had a great stay! The home was exactly as described, very clean and plenty of room. One of the great parts is that it is directly across from the pool… the kids loved that! Justin was a great host and very responsive! Highly recommend!

Me and my family had such a wonderful time at this cabin. The pool access was such a plus with the kids. The host was super responsive and accommodated us by allowing a check-in 1 hour early. I will be booking again in the future when I return to the Smokies!

The location was great within a few minutes to Dollywood which was our reason for visiting. Great location in the neighborhood also as we were right across the street from the pool. Plenty of space for sleeping the 4 kids and 3 adults with us.

We loved the place!The cabin was close to everything. The place was clean, check in was really good. It was right next to the pool! Communication with host was excellent! We had one small problem it was quickly addressed and fixed. We had a blast! I would definitely be back! We loved it!

We had a wonderful time and the cabin was perfect. Our 4 year old granddaughter wanted to live there. The cabin was very clean. I never wear shoes in the house and was amazed how clean the floors were. It was close to Dollywood and the strip. Directly across from the pool, which was perfect for my granddaughterWhen we come back, we will definitely try to get this cabin again. The owners were easy to work with, the cabin was clean, and the location was great. I will definitely be recommending this place to my friends.

Justin was a great host. This is the second time stating in a cabin hosted by Justin and we have no complaints. He is very forthcoming and commiluncates everything very cleary.
We loved our stay. The location was very convenient. It had everything that we needed!
Very few complaints on the cabin itself!
We would stay with Justin as a host again!

It was a great cabin experience for my family, the weather was good enough for the kids to be able to get to the pool. It's not as much activity for the kids outside of the pool around the cabin, but of course there are so many different awesome things to do! Overall great stay!

Home was well kept, clean, had all basic necessities for kitchen, bedding, and bathroom. We travelled up with a 1 year old and they had a high chair, baby gate, baby plates and utensils as well as a pack and play! The hosts really thought of everything for us. Home is super close to the island, Ripken experience and shopping, as well as a quick ride to Gatlinburgh which we drove up every evening for various activities. Will absolutely stay here again!

The property was good. It had a few small issues that were quickly addressed when we let Justin know. Justin and his team were quick to resolve the problem and we really appreciated that. This cabin was close to everything and a very nice quiet place to relax and unwind at the end of the day. If i had a suggestion it would be replace the upstairs mattress, it is uncomfortable. Thank you for the wonderful cabin Justin !!!relax and unwind unwiat the end of the day.

This is our second year in a row staying at Justin’s place. We absolutely love it. Its close to all the attractions. Justin is very responsive, I reached out about an issue with the microwave and he offered to fix it right away. Unfortunately, the cleaners took a little longer than expected but Justin offered us a later check out in return. I will def be returning.

Perfectly close to pigeon forge. It’s really exactly what we wanted: modern, clean, easy to get to, a short term home away from home. Lovely area, perfect sleeping arrangements etc. no issues. Owner was very communicative and on top of things. Would stay again.

Location was ideal. About a 5 minute drive from main strip. Nice and quiet. Ideal for 2 couple retreat with 1 bedroom on loft and other invbasement with kitchen and living room on middle floor. Nice and roomy.

Nice cabin, Great location. Could use a new door lock for entry and a reclining sofa or recliners after being up on your feet exploring the area. Toilet up stairs very short. Works well for a child. Our stay at Cozy Bear Cove cabin was absolutely delightful. The location is ideal, just minutes from downtown Pigeon Forge, offering both convenience and tranquility. We stayed in this cute cabin for a first time family trip to Pigeon Forge. It was well equipped with all the things we needed. Our kids loved that it was right across from the pool and they loved the video game machine downstairs. It was very close to everything but far enough to not be near all the traffic. We are already talking of booking another trip! We absolutely loved Dollywood!!! Thank you forna wonderful stay! downstairs.

We would highly recommend staying at Justin’s place. The cabin was perfect for our big family of 7, and met all of our needs. It was clean and spacious. Our boys loved having the basement to themselves. They also loved the proximity to the pool! It was perfect. The cabin is located close to all your needs in Pigeon Forge. No need to drive far. The host was very kind, friendly and very prompt to meet our needs. He was easy to communicate with and made our stay very enjoyable. We have no regrets, and we hope we can vacation here again in the near future!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at this cabin on our first ever trip to TN. The owner is very responsive and helpful, even providing a guide for the area. We found the unit to be very clean, comfortable and exactly as pictured online. The accommodations were perfect for our group. Its location within the community is perfect for kids with the pool right across the street. We loved the location as it was easy to get to multiple attractions. We could even watch the drone (or laser) and fireworks show from just up the road from the unit which was really neat! We would highly recommend this unit to future guests and are already talking about our return trip.

Justin is Super responsive! The cabin was spacious and had ample parking. Best part: it is right across from pool. We could sit on front porch and watch our teenagers swim! Wonderful to sit in hot tub at night and easily walk back to cabin. Kids loved the video game set in basement.

Absolutely beautiful & peaceful! If you’re looking to stay somewhere VERY CLOSE to parkway & close to everything this is it! Also, just enough distance from the city where it’s Extremely QUIET! The place was as pictured & had all the amenities needed including Wi-Fi! It was clean & sanitized. The Host responded promptly & was very welcoming! The Host included coupons with the stay. I would definitely recommend this place & would love to stay again. Stay here! You’ll love it!

We enjoyed our stay here and it's very clean and convenient. It's a short drive to downtown Gatlinburg and only minutes from Dollywood. The host was very responsive. My only complaint would be that the thermostat would only hold the set temperature for 4 hours, which would make the upstairs room a little warm during the night and if gone during the day. We would definitely visit again.

Oh my gosh, the cabin was picture perfect! The cabin itself was very spacious, the porch’s were divine, extremely comfortable throughout, it just felt welcoming. But what was even better was Justin! All the information about the surrounding area from restaurants to attractions, he was extremely informative. This was a nice cabin and located just off Dollywood Lane. Close to attractions, but not in a busy area. Our first duplex cabin rental. It was very spacious and my family really enjoyed the stay. Nicely equipped with front load washer/dryer in half bath on main living area floor. Both bedrooms are accessed by flight of stairs. We enjoyed the arcade games on lower level bedroom. Would rent this cabin again!

We enjoyed our stay at Justin’s cabin! The cabin was exactly what was described! We did have a bit of trouble trying to figure out the ac system but Justin replied within minutes!! His local tour guide doc was very helpful as we were first timers in the area and had no idea where to head! Having small children cleanliness was a big concern but the cabin exceeded my expectations, you could smell the cleanliness as soon as you walked through the door. We enjoyed our trip and our stay and plan to come back soon!

We stayed in this cabin for a quick Dollywood getaway. Two adults, a five-year-old and three 12 year-olds - it was perfect! The little one stayed upstairs with the parents, the tweens had privacy downstairs. The cabin is clean, beds (and pillows!) were comfortable, location is great and super easy to find. We were able to grab late night dinner and snacks from the pizza place at the bottom of the hill, which was amazing after a long day at the park. Justin was very accommodating and responsive - he is committed to making it a great stay for sure! Easy to see how it would be a great place to stay in the winter (we loved the fireplace!) or warmer months with proximity to the pool. Highly recommend!

My husband and I travel frequently, but have been told we have unrealistic expectations for most hotels and Air B n Bs. We rarely leave reviews because of our expectations that always leave us unsatisfied completely.
This place was above our expectations and the communication with Justin was prompt and helpful. If you are looking for a great location and a lovely cabin, this is it! Loved loved everything.

From the moment i arrived i felt at home. Close enough to town but away enough not to see all the lights. Pool right out front door so no need to walk far. A trolly stop at the bottom of the hill makes great for not having to drive. Such a beautiful peaceful clean cabin. Anytime i had a question no matter the time justin would respond.

The only complaint is we wish we could’ve stayed longer! We had such an amazing trip! I would recommend bringing a play station/laptop to hook up to the tv in the master as there is no cable there (only if you like to watch tv at night). Everything was very clean and and Justin was very responsive and friendly! We will definitely be back again!

We loved our stay at Cozy bear Cabin!
Justin was extremely helpful and responsive when we had to reach out him.
The cabin was spotless, everything looked well taken cared of, surprisingly saw no spider webs considering how many trees are around the cabin.
A few things: the pictures were a bit misleading, it’s shows that it’s the entire home but it’s 2 separate cabins. The downstairs bedroom doesn’t have a place to store clothes, it made it a bit difficult especially if you’re staying for a week with 2 kids and 2 adults . Kitchen area has very dim lighting,recommend putting under the cabinets lights.
Other than those small hiccups things were great! Loved the in home laundry and the pool close to the cabin . Thank you Justin for a wonderful vacation experience.

Great place, would absolutely stay here again. Pool is right across street from front porch. Dollywood is just minutes away, close enough to see some of the fireworks at night. The grill is a quality name brand and worked perfectly.

The cabin was beautiful! The images provided were exactly what the cabin was. The cabin was clean and contained everything we needed. Almost all the couches were pullout couches which was perfect for my family. The host was also super responsive and quick. He would give us clear instructions as well as quick resolutions to any concerns or questions we came across. It was an amazing stay and I highly recommend it!

The Cozy Bear Cove made our trip to Pigeon Forge very enjoyable. Justin was a delight. He was responsive and informative. The home itself was great, and everything our party of 8 needed was available. The pool is directly across from the cabin, which was convenient. It was centrally located as well, but you didn't feel like you were in the center of town. I do wish the kitchen had more lighting as it was a little dark to work in, but doable. Beware of the hill when exiting the complex, especially if you have a lower vehicle - take it at an angle to avoid scrapping your fender.

Justin was extremely helpful with any questions and helpful tips. For this first timer AirBnB renter he was gracious and kind. pictures represent the cabin very well. One note is that this is a duplex and you have the left half of the cabin. There is a bedroom on the upper and lower levels as well as a bathroom on every floor; half bath on main. It’s no joke that the pool is across from this property, it almost feels like it’s part of your property. Might add a little activity noise, but I liked having some family fun activity going on around us. The noise was never a problem late night.
We came here mostly for Dollywood and this was a perfect spot. Took 7 min to get there. It’s also very close to the Dollywood / Pirate Show. You don’t have to drive up twisty roads through the mountain tops to get here, which we love. You don’t have a mountain range view but you do have a thick wooded view out the back windows and screened porch to relax in.

This little cabin was so cute! And the location was great!
Easy acces to get to the touristy stuff in town but not "on the strip" which was exactly what we wanted.
The community pool and hot tub were across the street. Super convenient for us... no getting in the car soaking wet. And the other guests were respectful of the 10pm quiet time.
The unit is 3 stories. I didn't understand that when I booked. The main floor is technically the 2nd floor. Master is upstairs (3rd floor). 2nd bedroom is downstairs from the main floor (1st floor). Cool setup if you have older kids that you don't want to hear! Lol
Fortunately the master had a loveseat pullout for our little one.
I loved the main floor back deck. Our little one could play without me worring if she could get out.
Kitchen seemed well stocked, but we didn't use it.
There were a few minor housekeeping items that need to be addressed, but those did NOT distract from a great place to stay. I wish we could have stayed longer

Justin was an amazing host, his place was just as amazing! My grandmother had been wanting to do a trip with the girl grandkids for a while now. we finally was able to do that and thankful that we chose this place for our getaway! was perfect for the 5 of us. the upstairs bed was amazing slept sooo good(where i slept), which of course everyone said the other ones were too even the pull out couches.
