First time at Gatlinburg TN, my husband and I enjoyed every minute of it! Cabin was beautiful and super spacious. Would definitely come back!

This place was absolutely lovely! The location was perfect, just outside Gatlinburg and right between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. It looked exactly like the photos and was spotless. Justin was a wonderful host, and his communication before our trip made everything feel easy and welcoming.
It was just the two of us, but a family would love this space too. The kitchen had everything we needed, though spices were limited to basics (salt & pepper), so you might want to note this if you are planning to grocery shop beforehand. The master bathroom was beautiful, and the large standalone tub was a highlight. We didn’t use the hot tub, but it was great to have. The loft with the pool table and arcade games was such a fun bonus.
One note: the cabin sits high on a mountain with some winding, dark roads. They’re fully paved and manageable, but if you’re not used to mountain driving, it may feel intimidating at first.
Overall, we had a wonderful stay and will definitely book this cabin again.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! The place was spotless and decorated beautifully, with a cozy, homey feeling that made us comfortable right away. The views were absolutely breathtaking — easily one of the best parts of the trip. And seeing a bear wander by almost every night made the experience even more unforgettable. The cabin was beautiful. We saw a bear, coyote, and bald eagle at the cabin. The hot tub had an issue but someone corrected that within a couple of hours. If you are going to stay for more than a couple of days definitely bring your own towels or plan to do laundry.

Quiet and peaceful cabin! We liked the location 15 minutes to downtown Gatlinburg 20 minutes to Pigeon Forge and about an hour drive to Cades Cove. Our stay at the cabin was very quiet, safe and private. We saw a bear every day we stayed! Would be a great spot for a family with two separate bedrooms it offers a space for kids to get away with a pool table and arcade games.

This cabin was perfect for a mountain getaway. This was our first time in the Smokies and it did not disappoint! This was probably one of the cleanest and well-kept air bnb’s we’ve stayed in. We had everything we needed in our home away from home. It was close to everything we wanted to do and the views were great. We enjoyed coffee on the deck in the mornings and soaking in the hot tub in the evenings. Justin was great at replying to any questions we had along the way!

What a gem in the mountains! Loved the cabin! I felt relaxed as soon as I walked in! Very comfortable and inviting, inside and out! I enjoyed sitting on the deck and taking in the nature and sights around me and even got to watch a bear in the yard while sitting out there! Watching the sunset while soaking in the hot tub was a beautiful experience I will not forget!

As beautiful as the pictures are, it's even more beautiful in person! The house is decorated so tastefully, with a woodsy vibe but up-to-date and modern. It is clean, has everything you might need. The views are absolutely breathtaking!! The property is private but with a few surrounding houses - we weren't completely isolated, which made us feel comfortable. It's quiet and serene. We enjoyed the house so much that we didn't feel the need to leave it much for outings. Staying in the house and enjoying the amenities was so enjoyable! Justin is extremely helpful and responsive. Please don't hesitate to book this property, we don't believe there's a better option out there. We can't wait to come back!

Justin's place was perfect for our adventures in Great Smoky Mountains National Park. The cabin is on top of a hill overlooking the valley with beautiful views. The pictures really don't do this place justice, it is easily one of the most beautiful cabins I have ever stayed in. You have to see it to really experience how amazing it is. Amazing cabin, truly beautiful! We enjoyed the Mountain View’s, games, and hot tub each day of our stay. The host was very responsive and friendly throughout our stay. We mentioned that didn’t have any bath mats for the bathrooms and he had some sent to our door the next day! Awesome. Location was a great getaway mountain feel for our anniversary trip, while still having lots of local activities and restaurants to explore. Would definitely stay again!
The only things I would warn future guests of is that the home only provides ONE very small, thin towel per guest and NO additional towels for the hot tub. Also, if you are planning to stay at the cabin during the day in the near future, you will hear the construction across the street of a new home being built.

Only 2 minor items. The towels are small and limited with non for hot tub. The cabin was a challenge to lock. Video was great for opening but didn’t say how to lock up.
We enjoyed the cabin so much that we spent a good amount of time there. It was perfect for 2 couples!

This was our first trip to Tennessee and our first time booking with airbnb. It was a wonderful experience. The cabin is a mansion of a cabin. We had everything we needed, we were very close to all the action of the parkway but far enough away to get that authentic smoky Mountain experience. We had bears and BABY bears the first 45 mins we were there and everyday after. The cabin is immaculate, the bed and linens super comfortable, and the master shower is HUGE! Its was pretty warm while we were there but it didn’t stop me from having a beer in the hot tub. The roads to the cabin are steep but so worth it once you get to the top and can see mountains from the balcony. Justin was so kind and quick to respond with suggestions on activities, and places to shop. We just got back to NY and are talking about our next trip to Gatlinburg. GO BILLS!

We were in town for our son’s football recruiting event and chose to stay at this beautiful home. We absolutely loved it! Super clean, well stocked, loved the location, the decor, the views, the hot tub and the pool table/arcade games were a huge hit. We even had time to sit by the outdoor fire pit in the adorable red Adirondack chairs and make s’mores. Highlight for all of us was seeing a mama bear and her two cubs plus another lone bear later that afternoon right in front of the house. The balconies were the perfect spot to see them. It was awesome! Only request would be for more towels to use for the hot tub.

Justin was super responsive from the moment we booked! He kept up with us through check in. The cabin was gorgeous and just like the photos. It was cozy and had all the necessities. I loved the kitchen came fully equipped. I would definitely recommend to others. My husband and I plan to book again this fall.
Best part of the stay was a cute like cub on the first night that was roaming the grounds. He didn’t bother anything just walked around the garden/ fire pit area. Such a cute experience.

Location=gorgeous. If twisty, precarious roads scare you, rent elsewhere, not in Chalet Village.
House=spotless but windows very dirty...maybe due to construction nearby. Ruined the views.
Construction across the street 6/2024, but great windows; we didn't hear a thing while indoors.
Bears travel through the yard 2x a day & root through the construction dumpster at top of the hill, so plenty of bear sightings.
All appliances worked perfectly.
The fire pit is really lovely, but not private at all, since it is basically out in the middle of 4 other houses. We roasted marshmallows at the more private grill near front door.
Took us a minute to figure out how to lock the door when we left using the code.
Other reviews mention small, non-luxurious towels & washcloths (scratchy!) and pillowcases with bloodstains on them...those issues have not been fixed. For the price, I would expect better linens without stains. Thankfully we brought our own towels.
We would definitely stay here again!

This was a great place to stay for the views and amenities. Having the hot tub and fire pit area was nice—the house is in a more private area, and it was very peaceful with great views. A few small additions would have been nice (bath mats, tissues, extra blankets, all small stuff that would have made things a little more homey). The only real issue was that the shower curtain rod fell down several times, and it was a little tricky getting it back up. But overall a great spot and we would stay there again!

This place was incredible find and we will definitely be back. Located very high on the mountain in a nice, quiet and peaceful location but a very short drive to all the sights and scenes of Gatlinburg. Cabin was spot on with the description and very clean and spacious upon arrival. Check in and Check out was seamless with Justin being very proactive the entire way. Would recommend this place for anyone looking for a short or longer trip to the area to see the sites or just get away and relax.

AMAZING stay!!! Justin was very responsive and always very friendly. The place came with a high chair and a pack and play which was great for our 8 month old. We were provided a coupon booklet for local restaurants and activities. The cabin had an amazing view with still be very close to town and there is a trolly stop so you do not have to pay for parking in Gatlinburg. We will definitely be staying here again!

The cabin was phenomenal. This place is beautiful. The pictures were very accurate to the listing. One very very minor hiccup but Justin communicated and resolved immediately. Great place in a cool location with a great view. It was clean and well maintained. The whole place is well done from the layout to the decor to the features. A refreshingly modern take on the “cabin in the Smokies” concept. There is some construction in the neighborhood because it’s in part of the fire-burned area, but for us, everything else more than made up for it. Would stay here again!

Justin's place was as described, and was the ideal spot for 4 to crash for long weekend in the Gatlinburg area. The location is only a 5 minute drive up into the mountains from the parkway between gatlinburg & pigeon forge, and offered a convenient location to spend a day in SMNP, at Dollywood, and Gatlinburg/Pigeon Forge.
Our family appreciated the pool table, and well stocked kitchen.
The only issue we noticed was the limited towel supply, which wasnt a big deal, since there's a great W/D in the house.
Overall the stay was perfect - and we hope to be back soon!

Justin and Kari’s cabin was just as described and pictured! It has beautiful panoramic views with lots of windows to enjoy it through! We loved our stay and have zero complaints. We did see a bear as well! But no bother to us or the property. Our daughter loved the game room and the hot tub was great as well! This cabin had all the extras we needed! We had a wonderful time away at Cub Mountain View cabin. Nestled at the top of the mountain, the view was gorgeous and the surroundings were quiet and peaceful. The house was unbelievably clean and we immediately felt right at home. The beds were extra comfortable, the game room provided plenty of entertainment, and the kitchen had everything we needed. Among our favorite amenities was the hot tub… very relaxing, even when we spotted a black bear walking through the yard! Cabin was everything it claimed to be. Location was perfect. View was amazing! Saw a bear and a bobcat walking down the road. Would definitely recommend.

This place is gorgeous! The details of the decor, the amenities and the friendliness of the property owners were amazing. I honestly don't think we have ever stayed in a more beautiful place! The only thing I could even think to add would be a foot pedestal or something in the stand alone shower for shaving, but they have thought of everything. The cabin faces the north so you can sit on the balcony and see the sunrise over the mountains and the sunset as well. Peaceful, clean, homey, and even saw a bear on our way to the cabin the first night. You will not regret staying here and we definitely plan to be back!

Beautiful home on top of a mountain with amazing views in every direction. The house is spotless, nicely decorated and comfortable. The upstairs game room was fun to just hangout in and the two balconies were spacious and clean. Perfect home for 2 couples since both bedrooms have a private bath. Great place! Great communication too!

We absolutely loved this cabin! Perfect location with a gorgeous view! We even had a momma bear with 3 cubs come right up behind our cabin and we got to watch them for a while!

This was an amazing place to stay for our trip to the Smokies! Cabin was exactly as listed—beautiful home and incredible views! Great location—very easy to get to Gaitlinburg or Pigeon Forge. Wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again should our travels bring us back to the area!

This beautiful cabin was perfect for my and my daughter's trip to Gatlinburg! It was comfortable, immaculately clean, and exactly as it is described. It looks exactly like the pictures depict! We used the jacuzzi every night after a lot walking during each day of our stay! Justin was a wonderful host, answering each of our questions almost immediately after we asked them. What a wonderful, beautiful place!

Had a Very nice stay at this cabin chalet. It was newer, clean, and well maintained. Loved the layout, big windows and many amenities. Had fun sitting on the decks watching a bear walk our neighborhood circle daily. He was not a threat rather looking for food. And we were able to see the Dollywood fireworks and drone show at 9:40pm each night. Nice mountain views and while sitting on the deck drinking coffee in the morning I ID’d over12 different bird sounds. 😊

This was my first AIRBNB experience so I was kind of nervous but this exceeded my expectations! Justin was super helpful with my 1 million questions. I literally asked him tons that I am sure I probably missed in the information but he was always so friendly and helpful. Great location , super clean and fun. Kids loved the games and hot tub. We really enjoyed our stay at Cub Mountain View. The first night we were lucky enough to witness a mama bear and her three cubs roaming around the loop, climbing up trees and playing with one another. The sunrises and subsets and really the view overall is unmatched. We loved sitting out on the deck with our morning coffee, listening to the cardinals and watching the bear activity. We would absolutely visit again!
