Great cabin! Location was convenient to all things we wanted to do. Close enough to the hustle and bustle yet far enough away to relax.
Everything you need for a short or long trip. Justin was very easy to reach and responded quickly!

This property provided an amazing vacation. Everything was exactly as described in the listing. The cabin was beautiful and secluded, yet still only a few minutes from shopping, restaurants, and tons of activities. When we vacation in the Smokies again, we will definitely consider staying in this cabin.

Justin was a great host. Quick to respond to our messages. The pool was a big hit with our kiddos. The cabin was comfortable and spacious. There was a lot to do in the area and not a far drive from pigeon forge and Gatlinburg. We visited the aquarium, the mirror museum, and the fun spot(80s mini golf).

Justin was a great host.. His place is exactly like the pictures.. Very very clean and decorated pretty cool.. I only had 1 issue it was the main tv remote didn't work .. I text Justin and he had a new one to me the next day. Only real complaint was the bed was pretty hard and uncomfortable. I would recommend this cabin to anyone it is beautiful and peaceful. The community pool was clean and had bathrooms at it... Within walking distance but easier to drive to it.
Overall I give this cabin a 5 star rating.

We very much enjoyed this rental. It was exactly as pictured. The host were very quick to respond to text with questions! Only downfall is how far the pool is from the room, you can’t walk. We will definitely keep this on our list to go back!

We enjoyed our family mini-vacation to Sevierville very much! Usually do beach trips, but our son wanted to try a woodsy trip as a change so we chose the Great Smoky Mountains area. Gatlinburg is worth checking out!
Very cozy, peaceful cabin in a forested setting! In a resort, but feels like you are the only cabin around!
Furnishings, artwork give a comforting rustic cabin vibe - as intended we’re sure! Very clean & the hot tub is always a hit!
(There are cats that befriended us, hanging out on the awesome wraparound deck throughout our stay. Eventually brought their kittens over & my daughter & wife had to fight the urge to bring them all home to PA!)

Nice cabin and location. I was given the wrong code to unlock the door and the wifi info was incorrect but he responded quickly. I had problems with the wifi the entire time (even with correct info) so be aware of that. It is a really nice cabin and beautiful location.

We were very happy with everything beautiful cabin, clean, love all the bear decor. When I needed help getting in, because I’m not used to the keypads, they responded right away, and it was operator error. Definitely would recommend this place

Quick and easy access to Sevierville, Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg! Although we chose this cabin for the living room as this was a reading retreat for us! We read The Great Alone and the setting was perfect. Fireplace running, Christmas tree lit, puzzle on the dining room table. There was even an adorable community cat to pet outside. Water is hot in the shower. Beds are comfortable. Kitchen equipped with everything needed to cook breakfast daily. Truly enjoyed our selves and our stay!

Justin gave us clear check-in and check-out instructions. He gave us plenty of information about things to do in the area and recommended restaurants. We had some issues with the wi-fi so we messaged him to see if there was anything we could do to fix it. He told us how to troubleshoot it and was very responsive and apologetic. There is construction going on in the area so it wasn't super quiet throughout the week, but it was this weekend. This is obviously not Justin's fault at all. Overall, this is a great place to stay.

Thank you for the incredible stay! The cabin was very clean & comfy, with great attention to detail from the cabin style theme to the decorations. We loved the hot tub and the giant porch as well. It is in a great location for a fun/short drive through the hills to Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg. Overall 10 out of 10 stay, & we plan on returning one day! This was the best air bnb we have ever stayed in.

The listing and details are exactly what they were. The cabin was perfect, quiet, easy to get to and within minutes to the main strip. The hot tub was used as soon as we were there and already up to temp. I noticed a water leak on an outside spigot in the morning, sent a message and within minutes Justin responded. I received a call within the hour asking if they can come to address and if not that was ok they can address adger check out. I had no issue with them addressing immediately. Only complaint is no bears around the cabin 😀 Looking forward to renting again.

Our stay at the cabin was AMAZING. It was so clean, super cozy, and perfect for me, my fiance and 8 month old daughter! It was located perfectly for the things we wanted to do and see! Justin answered any and all questions prior to our trip so we felt really good about communication should we have needed something during our stay. Would 1000% recommend Justin’s cabin to all of our family and friends and would 10/10 stay there again in the future! Thanks for such a great place to stay during our first little family vacation!

We had an amazing stay! We had an issue with a ballast picket. I messaged around 11pm, got a response within the hour, and it was fixed the next day! The hot-tub does need attention however, it worked amazingly well for what we wanted.
We will most definitely be back! Everything was extremely clean, smelled pleasant, and i was surprised how clean the pack-n-play was.

The cabin was clean and exactly as described in the billing for it. Justin was always available and very responsive. We had an issue with the dish washer and it was fixed the very next day. The cabin was easy to find and had all the conveniences of home. My father in-law who is 92 loved sitting on the porch and relaxing. I would definitely recommend a stay at this cabin.

My son and I enjoyed staying a few days at the cabin. I only get to see him once or twice a year and this was perfect for us. The cleanliness of everything was very impressive to me. My only negative was the hot tub. Either it wasn’t working properly or I just didn’t know how to get the water temperature above 80 degrees, which is highly likely. The posted instructions nor google helped me. Just a small disappointment. Overall, very pleased! Justin works hard to be a great host. I highly recommend. 😊

We stayed here for a week in April and loved it! Family of 4 (5yo and 3yo). Everything was super clean, plenty of space, and area was nice. The boys really enjoyed the hot tub as well. Location was excellent, about 10 minutes to nearest grocery store and 20-30 from the strip. Far enough away to relax and feel like you're in the middle of the mountains, but not too far to be inconvenient. Smart TV's in both rooms and living room kept the kids entertained at night. Fireplace was great for the 2 chilly evenings we had. Quick communication from the host and helpful guides/recs on things to do. We hope to visit again next year!

Home away from home! Thats what this was! It was clean and cozy get away! Very peaceful, private and quiet! The fireplace inside was a great touch to the cabin! Enjoyed making breakfast every day and had ALL the accommodations needed to cook! If you are looking for a place to stay with comfortable beds and bathrooms that are great sizes, then this is a place for you and your family to stay!! 10/10 would recommend!!!

My son and I checked into the cabin for about 5 days and we had the best time. Justin was super responsive, gave us a pdf file on things to do in the area. We were about 15 min from pigeon forge and then about 30 from Gatlinburg(and the Smokys). I loved the location. It was close enough to everything! We felt right at home. The cabin was super spacious, very clean. We had everything we needed! I def would stay here again in the future . The price, location, our host everything was lovely! If you’re thinking about staying here, do it!

Justin was awesome. Very responsive no matter what time of night. Always responded if only to say goodnight. Absolutely no issues. I will definitely book again and again and again. Everything was as stated. BTW the hot tub worked with no issues other than it may have taken a little longer to heat due to the weather and even then a tech came the very next day and Justin kept me updated every step of the way. I am huge on customer service and he has exceeded my expectation. Thank you Justin.

Loved this cabin! Super easy check in and check out and actually very easy to get to. Super quiet and private. Only issue was the hot tub wouldn’t get hot even after trouble shooting multiple nights. Not the end of the world though. Everything was super clean and nice. I would definitely stay there again.

The place was great, and I highly recommend, especially for the price! Location was perfect, it was private, as you are located on a bend/dead end street.
Justin had a Christmas tree in the living room which truly added to the atmosphere. Although, I have to agree with the other guests, the fireplace was nice, but I believe each time we got it to work, it was pure luck.
The house had everything in the listing, in addition to two laundry pods to do a load of wash.
Justin had some great recommendations for activities, food and drinks. His response time was amazing.
I would make note there is only ONE toilet paper roll per bathroom. I wish I would have known this beforehand since I went grocery shopping before arriving to the Airbnb. We stayed for 5 days and needed to pick up one more roll.
Lastly, I would recommend all rooms get vacuumed. Upon arrival, I found a M&M and swift tag on the carpet, when I went to pick these items up, I also noticed loose pillow feathers.
Overall great home!

Wonderful cabin in picturesque area of the woods with beautiful fall colors. The curvy and twisty roads were fun to drive with a new surprise at every turn. The location was very close to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg where there were so many opportunities for food and fun. The cabin was impeccably clean and was so comfortable and relaxing. We enjoyed all the comforts of home with three televisions, gas fireplace, internet and wi-fi. The wrap-around porch and wooden rocking chairs was so relaxing as well the large hot tub. We spent three nights and sleep was quiet and restful with no sounds of traffic, just pleasant and peaceful. We would highly recommend for all ages, families, couples, and singles. We really enjoyed being downtown for Halloween night and watching all the children trick or treating at all the stores and shops. It truly was memorable being in a cabin on top of a mountain. Driving through the Smoky Mountains was magical for its stunning scenery and natural beauty.

If I am in the area again, I would stay at Justin’s place, Cub’s Cozy Den, in a heartbeat. My visit was more than I expected. I came to decompress from my stressful life and to be still with God. Both were achieved. The den was inviting and cozy. The den felt like home. It was very clean and I like that they drain and clean the hot tub after each visitor. I appreciate the attention to detail and little added touches. I wish my stay could have been longer. I wanted a cozy place where I could sit and read both inside and outside. The rocking chairs outside are unbelievably comfortable, as well as, the chairs in the living room. Most of my stay was in the cabin and I utilized the kitchen. There is a lot to do in the area and many restaurants. I didn’t partake in those things since my intent for this trip was to disconnect for a couple of days. Very nice 2 bedroom cabin “in the woods”. Loved the gas fireplace, made it cozy as the weather was cool when we were there. Located just outside of Sevierville so you are away from the crowds but only 10-20 minutes to Pigeon Forge and 20-30 to Gatlinburg depending on time of day. Hosts very responsive to questions beforehand. Will use again when I. The area again!!!

We loved this cabin! It was close to everything we wanted to do and pretty easy to get to. It was the perfect size for us (3 adults) and was incredibly cozy. Justin was proactive with communication. We loved it very much and would definitely recommend this place!

Justin’s cabin was exactly as described. It was in a peaceful and quiet location yet not far from all the fun things to do in the area. The front porch and hot tub were amazing. Our two year old thoroughly enjoyed running and playing on the porch.
Justin was very helpful with everything before and during the trip, providing us with helpful tips and suggestions on local things to do. We had no issues during our stay but are very confident had we Justin would have had it resolved immediately. We look forward to booking with him again soon!

The place was very nice and quiet. However, In coming weeks another unit will be under construction directly across and that will create noise. The foldout sofa bed was broken but not an issue since it was not needed. I did notice that was mentioned in earlier reviews. Also, the gas grill did not work. Since we wanted total peace and quiet we did not mention that to the host. The location is very close to everything i.e. Dollywood, Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Knoxville, and many hiking trials with in 30 minute drive.
If the price is kept competitive on the lower end, I would recommend it.
Overall, I would rate it an 8 out of 10.

I have a family of 6 and this cabin was everything we wanted, beautiful cabin! Plenty of kitchen utensils/pots/pans there to cook a great meal. Extra blankets and pillows if needed. Cabin was very clean. 5-10 drive distance to the main strip of restaurants, attractions and shopping. Justin is a great host he was very quick with responding back to our questions. Looking forward to our next trip to Tennessee.

This cabin was just perfect!! We LOVED our experience here. property is very nice, super clean. Communication with Justin was also great, he responded fairly quick. We loved staying in Justin’s cabin, Cub’s Cozy Den!!! The cabin was everything we expected and more! The cabin was exactly as it looked in the picture’s! It was very quiet, peaceful and relaxing!!! The kitchen was fully stocked and ready for you to grill out or cook in the kitchen, The beds and furniture was very comfortable! We enjoyed using the hot tub and community pool. I stayed here for a week and could not have asked for anything better. Other cabins are nearby but this one still feels secluded and private. It's an easy drive to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Smoky Mtns. Justin was extremely responsive and kind. The place was super clean and cozy. Lovely bedrooms and bathrooms, a beautiful porch with a hot tub, and an amazing living room and kitchen. 11/10 stars, highly recommend.
