Beautiful place! Would definitely stay again. Perfect location - especially if you are going to Dollywood!

The property is super nice. Neat , clean, and well kept. Lots to do right there at the cabin. TVs galore, video games, pool table and big porches to rock and rest. Only hiccup is the front door. Finding the right key code is tough. You must be able to contact Avada properties to figure out what’s correct. I’m over 50 and not a fan of using the VRBO text to gain access to all information. This is how Avada / Justin communicated with us. Plain old email is much easier. All in all a great place to stay.

This is a delightful cabin and is well furnished, with comfortable beds. It was clean, and provided all we needed in the kitchen. It is close to Dollywood and other local attractions. We had an issue with air conditioning but it was resolved to our satisfaction. We would definitely stay here again. Our grandkids loved the video games and pool table. Also many card games provided at cabin.

The location is outstanding with something for everyone to enjoy…and some! The cabin was plenty roomy enough for my family of 8. King sized beds were perfect, with comfortable mattresses and pillows. Loved the hot tub, the porch swing and rockers. Justin was very helpful and check in was a breeze. Definitely will be returning to this family friendly, scenic area!

This was the first time that we were able to go on vacation with 3 generations all at once and this was the perfect setting. The accommodations were great where everyone had room to enjoy from playing pool, relaxing in the sauna, to game night in the big family room. We had a lot of fun staying in such a cozy cabin. It was so peaceful and relaxing. We love the mountain cabin decor. We had fun playing the arcade games, pool, and foosball. We definitely enjoyed relaxing in the hot tub after full days of Dollywood and many other activities in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin is in a great location to quickly get to so many fun things to do. Justin sent info with coupons for a lot of these local things.
Justin was so incredibly quick to respond to any questions and so very friendly and helpful. We can’t wait to come back for another stay.

We will definitely consider booking with Justin again when we go back to the area. He was very responsive and answered any questions we had. The place was incredibly clean. The beds were very comfortable. Location was PERFECT!! We spent more time having fun than driving to the fun, but when at the house still felt like we were on a peaceful mountain. Great vacation!!

The cabin was GORGEOUS!! It was clean, serene, fun and spacious. Plenty of tvs and seating areas. Hot tub was perfect. We truly enjoyed ourselves. Only issues we had was I did not recall anyone telling me it was part of a resort and we needed a gate code so when we got there we didn't know what to do. But the response time via calls and texts was immediate. Also, the wifi didn't work initially but they sent someone the next day and got it set up correctly. Also would have liked to have cookie sheets or a pizza pan and salt and pepper. Overall it was perfecr though I would definitely stay again!

The property exceeded my expectations. It is spacious and well stocked with items needed to cook. I’d recommend adding plastic ware for kids as I had a 6 year old and would rather her have a plastic cup, plate, bowl. Justin was super at communicating and quick to answer messages. Our time here was great! It was perfect for our 3 adult children, spouses and our grandson. We enjoyed the hot tub, pool, games, etc. After a full day of adventures it was nice to come back to a comfortable place.

Great location, the train horn from Dollywood can get a little annoying if you spend a lot of time out on the decks. Kitchen was stocked!!! Anything you would need, is there!! Game room is a little crowded with foosball and the pool table, especially if you have 6 adults down there together. We would definitely stay there again.

This cabin mansion is absolutely beautiful. There's plenty of room to spread out, & lots to dog to have fun. Communication with our host was excellent, and the beds were super comfy. We would live to stay here again, and highly recommend it. Added benefit, only about 5 minutes from Dollywood, without the traffic headaches.

My mother, my sisters, and I loved the cabin. It was beautiful inside and peaceful. We played the arcade games, watched movies, and kareoked. We were able to get groceries and takeout delivered to the location with no lost drivers. It was a great location. The host was attentive to all questions and the messages received clearly indicated rules and check out procedures.

Justin is super kind and very helpful.
Only thing is the entry gate is right below the back deck, and there is a beep every time it opens that can be heard constantly throughout the house! Not enough to bother us, just an FYI.

We really enjoyed this cabin and experience for our first time in Pigeon Forge, Tennessee. Located minutes from Dollywood and Dolly’s Splash Park, this cabin is tucked into the mountains. It was very clean and spacious. We appreciated the toiletries, washer and dishwasher pods, TP, sheets, and towels that were provided for us. This cabin is family friendly with a baby gate at the top of the stairs , pack and play, high chair, and kid’s spoons and bowls. The game room is fun and the hot tub was great after a long day of sight seeing. Plenty of cooking utensils, pots and pans along with dishes and cups. Bring aluminum foil and some food storage containers fyi. There’s grocery stores nearby and lots of things to do. Gatlinburg is minutes away and of course, Buc-Ees which is a family favorite. Don’t have those in the north east lol. Justin is a great property manager and his quick responses were amazing and he is wonderful at his job. Would highly recommend this cabin and his property management team. First class all the way. To the owner’s-we loved your cabin and the time you took to decorate it. Felt like a home, not a house. Ty for sharing ur with us.

The cabin was an awesome place to stay while we went to Dollywood and Splash Country for the two days we were there. Our family and another family with kids had a wonderful time. This home was really beautiful!! There was so much to do that I felt like we could have never had enough time to do them all from the pool table, lots of board games, excess to pool, and so much more!! My kids love it! The location is beautiful but be mindful that it has a steep place to come up and down to get to the home but my minivan made it just fine. I would definitely stay here again!!

If you are looking for a place to stay, that’s close to the attractions in town but at the same time feels secluded and is a place above par.. then this is your answer. The cabin is absolutely beautiful complete with a master suite upstairs and three bedrooms downstairs along with a pool table, foosball, old-time gaming console with all of your favorites and an amazing hot tub. There is community pool to enjoy as well. The host was in communication always and so helpful, even when a beloved snoopy got left behind.

Dolly’s Backyard was amazing! My family and I loved the cabin and its location. It’s conveniently located so you can get around Pigeon Forge easily and it’s right next to Dollywood so that’s a huge plus. Justin was an amazing host! WHAT A CABIN and what a HOST. We’ve stayed in several PF cabins over the years and Dolly’s Backyard is one of the best. If you’re visiting Dollywood, you can’t beat the location! It’s clean, beds are comfortable, and the kitchen is well stocked (crock pots, cookie sheets, mixing bowls, several pots/pans, ample plates/cups/knives). Someone mentioned in a review we read before booking that the living room furniture needed replacing and it looks like they were replaced (2 large sofas and 2 comfy recliners). We liked that the game room layout allows for the whole family to spend time together. We also appreciated that they pay attention to the details and strive to provide the best possible experience for you - nice pack n play, expandable baby gate at the top of the stairs, extra cabinet for groceries, extra blankets in each room, fan and tv remotes in their proper places, extra batteries if you need them, even an area guide for newbies if you want it. While you’re never as comfortable in someone else’s home as you are your own, Dolly’s Backyard checks all the boxes for a vacation rental. We would definitely stay again!

Really great spot if you’re looking to do things in Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Everything was relatively close, there was a ton to do right next to our location. The place itself was gorgeous. We stay in the Hidden Springs Resort area every year and the location is what keeps us coming back! All in all, the stay was very enjoyable. There were a couple minor problems, but the host was very responsive! The living room furniture could definitely stand to be replaced, other than that the cabin fit our needs well and it was a great time.

Amazing stay, close to everything,including Dollywood and pigeon forge.Our place was extremely clean! The kitchen had almost everything you could ever need. So many utensils and and pots and pans.we only had three trash bag and had to get our own when we ran out. Same with toilet paper each bathroom had one roll.When we arrived, the baby gate was broken on the bottom.We instantly sent pictures and notified our host and he was extremely responsive.However, the baby gate never got fixed during our stay.Someone came and looked at it,and said they could not fix it.The response was they were ordering a new one under warranty.This was frustrating for our family as we have a 1 and a half year old who just started walking and we felt as if the warranty was more important than his safety. Also, the advertised high chair is more of a booster seat that clips onto a chair at the dining table, so we were short a chair.Overall amazing cabin and hosts, we would stay again highly recommended!

We booked this cabin because of its proximity to Dollywood. It was clean, easy check-in, and the hosts were awesome! We loved the game room and the cozy fireplace. This cabin is in a community with other cabins super close by. This is just one thing to note as this is not secluded and there are no views from the deck. What a homey home! Fell in love as soon as we walked in. So many rooms under a small two story footprint but super spacious. Hot tub prepped just for us with clean water, super clean floors (rare to find in other B&Bs), enough toiletries (most B&Bs are too minimal), bear themed!, great view, next to Dollywood, quiet area, kid friendly with games, pool table, arcade, child gate for stairs, foosball, and board games—couldn’t ask for more! The host was responsive no matter what time and provided proactive communication and local recommendations. Highly recommended!!!

We had a fantastic time with our family of 6! The cabin and amenities fit our family (kids ages 3-10) perfectly and had literally everything we needed at the cabin for cooking, relaxing, and hanging out. Everything was clean, plenty of towels, extra blankets, and beautiful views. Every room closet was stocked with extra linens, box fans, and nightlights. For a family with young children, this made our stay easier and more like home.
We would love to stay again on our next trip to TN. This cabin is super close to everything and an easy drive (no long winding roads). The community is gated, private, and the kids enjoyed the heated community pool.

Justin replied promptly and was very helpful. It was a nice place for a family gathering of cousins. Everything as clean and just as described. Our only issue was the resort gate code hadn’t been updated and there was just a bit of delay getting the right code but that wasn’t Justin’s fault.

My family and I visited the mountains for the first time. We stayed at Justin and Kari’s place. It was perfect for me, my husband, two kids, and my parents who are both senior citizens. Justin's place was amazing and perfect for my family of 6. The location was easy to find, the house was exactly like pictures, and Justin was extremely easy to get in touch with and responds quickly. Everything was very clean. Most activities in Pigeon Forge is within 15 min drive. It is a gated community, so you don't have a lot of unnecessary traffic of people looking around. This cabin is within walking distance to the resort pool. Well equipped kitchen - plenty of dishes, cookware to cook dinners. There is an electric griddle, and a couple crockpots, and grilling tools for the park style grill outside. Plenty of seating for everyone in all areas of the house. We loved having 4 bedrooms with king beds in all, and private bathrooms attached to 2 of the rooms - perfect for me & husband, and daughter & her husband. We definitely plan to save this listing and return again next time the mountains are calling. Our highlight was a bear coming towards us as we were loading van to leave.

We took a large family trip to the Smokies for a long weekend. We loved this cabin, great location especially if you want to go to Dollywood, nice gated community, very nice cabin for a family with kids. We loved the space and especially the 2 living room areas so the kids could be in one room and watch tv while adults watched tv in the other. Plenty of rooms and bathrooms, outdoor porches, loved the pool table and entertainment. Plenty of partying! We would stay here again!

Great layout for a group with a lot of areas to hang out together or separately. Very comfortable furniture and beds. Loved having all king sized beds. The location isn’t far from all the attractions. The pool was chilly so we only used it once. Very well stocked kitchen which was very nice. An excellent experience had by all!
