Eat, Drink and Be Beary

Very high in the mountains. Great if you want to feel secluded in nature. A bit of a drive from town. Takes about 20-45 minutes to get to most attractions which is fine, just make sure you are planning out your days. Every room has a bathroom with a shower.

The eat, sleep and be bear cabin was a great home away from home. It slept our party of 10 comfortably with some room to spare. Our host was as responsive to questions even when I reached out late in the evening which I really appreciated. Will definitely be back again!

We stayed at the Eat, Drink and Be Beary Cabin. It was lovely. We contacted the host for a few things during our trip and he was very responsive. We enjoyed all the amenities the cabin had, the indoor pool, movie room, pool table, arcade machine, hot tub, lovely porches with rocking chairs. This space was perfect for our 11 person group. Each group had their own bathroom and private bedroom. The kids loved the bunk beds. We had a great time and would stay again.

The house was great. 1 suggestion put a trash can on lower level. Everything was great. They had pool toys and floating devices there. Kitchen had everything except measuring cups but a mason jar worked great. We even seen a momma bear and her cub at the entrance going up to the cabin. Great hot water in all the showers. We had three going at once and we still had lots of hot water. Hot tub was great. Lots of seating. Enough room for everyone to spread out. Justin responded to every question quickly.

Our family of 12, ranging from 1-60, had the best time in this 6 bedroom cabin. The kids loved the pool and game room and the kitchen was perfect for prepping and serving meals. We loved this place and would highly recommend. Justin was so good to work with and quick to respond to any needs we had during our stay.

The house was super cozy and we felt right at home.
The Mountain View did not disappoint!
Justin was super responsive and very friendly.
Everything was close enough and Justin’s recommendations were great.
We had a group of 10 that included a not yet 2, 5 and 7 yr old. The house was perfect for a large family and gave everyone their own space.

Our big friend group really enjoyed having our own space with our own bathrooms and bedrooms then having a big enough living room and kitchen to all be together! Our big kids ranged from 4-7 years old and the pool was perfect for them! The adults enjoyed the hottub! The theater room was perfect for the UK basketball game playing one night. We spent the majority of the time in the cabin but loved that we were so close to town to go out and do a few things! We had 4 trucks and a small SUV, it was a snug fit but everyone was able to park right at the cabin.

Justin and Kari, were perfect host. They responded timely even prior to our arrival. We were given recommendations for restaurants and attractions nearby. When we arrived to the home the pictures honestly did not do this home justice as it was so beautiful inside and out. We had a few minor issues but Justin was very responsive and helpful. I would recommend this home to anyone with large groups due to the ample space for everyone. The pool, pool table, and movie theater were a bonus!!! If you’re thinking about selecting this home, JUST DO IT! You won’t regret it. Thanks again for everything!

This cabin looks just like the pictures and was very nice for my group. It wasn’t far from the town as far as grocery shopping and it wasn’t too far into the mountains but high enough so we could still get good views of the mountains. Would definitely recommend to others and look forward to staying again in the future.

Let me start by saying that our host was wonderful at communication! The few times we did contact him he answered immediately, and was so helpful! This cabin is absolutely beautiful and perfect for a large group or a family. The roads up to the cabin were a concern until we got there and saw that it was easy to access from the main strip in Pigeon Forge and the community that it is in the roads were plenty wide, and easily accessible. Upon arriving to the cabin, it was clean and ready for our group. Each of the bedrooms were very spacious and easily accessible as well. The cabin did have adequate supplies to be able to cook meals for our group which is a huge plus! The view was absolutely beautiful, especially since we went in the fall! We would definitely rent this cabin again For our group! The indoor pool and hot tub were a major bonus, and it only being 10 minutes from town made our travel time much much easier to and From!

Our stay at Justin’s place was incredible! We enjoyed the scenery and the neighborhood was very beautiful. We were far away from town to enjoy some peace and tranquility, but also very close enough to enjoy all that Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge have to offer! The house was very clean and spacious. We really enjoyed having a bathroom attached to each room (very helpful with a big family)! The amenities were absolutely amazing. Justin was very responsive and very helpful. The cabin was amazing and provided just the perfect space for our group. What a nice view we had sitting on the rockers on the upper back porch enjoying conversation and time together. The cabin was so spacious and each bedroom had its own bathroom and all were so nicely furnished! We enjoyed the pool and the spa as well. We were facing issues with broken cabinets, drawer and washing machine but host sent a technician to fixed. Justin was our host his replying quickly and very friendly.
One more thing there is permanent charcoal fixed Grill on front of cabin and it’s outside on Driveway.

The house was amazing, kids lived the pool, game room and theatre room. We all loved the hot tub . Rooms were spacious and beautiful. Although there were several houses up the hill where we were, it was quiet . We had a huge kitchen to cook in , with a large family we needed a lot of stuff and it had all we needed. This cabin was amazing. Very spacious, indoor pool was much bigger than I thought it would be and was secured by a combination lock. Bedrooms were a nice size. Justin was a great, responsive host. Everything was accurately described. Be sure to bring anything he recommends in the description. We enjoyed the game room, hot tub, and private pool. 3 couches in the living room and long dining table provided plenty of room for our family.
He promptly responded anytime I reached out to him. The cabins location near red light #3 is quite convenient. We will consider returning here for our next family trip.

It was great after the first night. Unfortunately the cleaning staff had not showed up but Justin got them there and all was well😀.
Had an awesome time. We are a cooking family and the kitchen lacked basic things such as measuring cups and measuring spoons. We figured it out😅.
Justin responded with a small return of our funds so alls well.

We had a an amazing stay at this house over Thanksgiving break- from 5 year old twins to my 77 year old parents, everyone had a bed and was happy. The pool was super fun and we used the hot tub every night. Plenty of room, comfortable beds, attentive home owner, excellent amenities. Highly recommend!

The cabin was beautiful. My kids loved the indoor pool, game room and that they had their own bathroom in each room. My husband and I enjoyed the hot tub and the view with the rocking chairs on the balcony. Great place to stay, and the host was very reaponsive and helpful. If we go back to that area again I would love to book this cabin again!

The house has a great layout. The bedrooms all have their own bathrooms. The rooms are all spaced out which made a cabin with nine people feel very spacious, and there definitely was room for more people if you wanted. The location was convenient and we even spotted a bear! I would definitely stay again, and recommend this location to friends!

If you're searching, look no more. I have never booked an ABB before, was not sure if I would actually get what I paid for. Justin made the process very simple. He walked me through the process. He communicated in a timely manner. My family and I
was looking for a great place, to have a great time. We found a home away from home. It looks exactly the way the photos are listed. The kitchen was supplied with all the utensils that you would need. The home had lots of space and was very clean. It was stocked with lots of toys in the pool. Lots of clean towels also. We made lots of memories and we all agreed that we must return to Eat drink and be Beary. It was worth every single penny. Thank you so very much Justin.

The cabin was absolutely beautiful. Very clean, great location, and easy to find. The pool was amazing. Over all a great stay only issue was the internet was out the entire stay(no fault of the owner) he tried everything in his power to get it fixed but it came down to the internet company having to come out which couldn’t happen in our short stay. We would definitely stay again.

Justin's place is ALMOST perfect, The ONLY AND I MEAN ONLY issue is don't plan on using the "movie" room to watch movies. You can watch TV but you CAN'T use the internet at all in the room or use any of the apps on the TV. We had blue skies the whole time and you couldn't even use your phone internet in the "movie" room.
It's location was about as perfect as you can get. There is a great Cheese Steak place right around the corner. There is a great Putt Putt place down the street. There was a BBQ place that has the lowest cost ($300 all day) 6 seater side by side. It's minutes from Kroger and Pigeon Forge.
The pool was WARM and perfect for our kids to play in. The hot tub was HOT. The kitchen table could fit all 14 of us which was a mazing. The bedroom were big and the beds were comfortable. Each bedroom had their own bathroom. The decks had great views and the game room was exactly as shown.
Communication was spot on and but we expected more effort to fix the "movie" room.

My family and I really enjoyed this cabin. There was lots of space for everyone. The game room and pool was the kids favorite thing to do I would recommend this cabin to my friends and family and I would use it again.

We came to visit the Smoky Mountains with our daughter and her husband and 3 kids and it was absolutely wonderful. We loved the king size beds in all the bedrooms, the large kitchen, the movie theater, and hot tub. Our grandchildren loved every second they had in the pool and we were grateful for all the toys and floats the owners supplied. My daughter was working on the back porch one morning and got to see a momma bear and her 4 cubs play right in the backyard and watch them climb the trees. Thanks Justin, for one of the best family vacations!!

This property is fantastic! Everything you need is there from preparing meals, to entertainment and the relaxing porch. We went with the extended family and everyone greatly enjoyed it. The kids loved the pool and using the theatre room for the game system. The adults loved the hot tub and us grandparents loved sitting on the decks. You will have a Great time!

This was a wonderful mini vacation for me, my 2 granddaughters, granddaughter in law, daughter & daughter in law. The staff were wonderful as wear the cleaning crew. The cabin was beautiful with each of us having our own bedroom & private bathroom! It was great for a girls vacation. It was well stocked in the kitchen as well as throughout the cabin. We loved having a private inside pool, a lg hot tub, & game room! We will definitely be back!

Our family of 13 fit comfortably. We were all surprised by the spacious rooms. There is a lock on the indoor pool which is reassuring for young ones. Justin responded quickly to concerns and questions and is very pleasant to work with. There were two cubs playing in a tree directly off of the back deck. They kept us entertained for at least an hour. I can’t say enough about this beautiful cabin! We certainly will return!

My husband and I brought our four adult children and their significant others and two grandchildren to Tennessee to celebrate our youngest child's high school graduation. Thw property was centrally located to so many attractions and we really liked the drive back in the evenings. It was just the right amount of time. The cabin was great for each couple to have their own room and bathroom plus the toddler got her own room. The cabin was well equipped with a pack and play and baby gates. The swimming pool was great for the evenings and the rainy day and the hot tub was relaxing. Our kids also watched movies in the theater room. Only suggestion I would have is a little bigger TV in that room to make it really feel like a theater, but I also understand you have the risk of someone taking it. The kitchen was well equipped and the table was perfect for our meals every day! The only thing that was mentioned by almost everyone is you can hear so much throughout the cabin, even the slightest steps. I don’t think theres much that can be done about that. Overall it was a great time with our family and we recommend the properties to large groups of all kinds!

My family of 7 had a wonderful time , a little too much chlorine in the pool but nothing too bad , the house was absolutely beautiful and spacious ! We had a black bear visit the back of the place as soon as we settled in , which was an amazing thing to see 🤩 This cabin is absolutely worth what you pay for it , and every bedroom has its own bathroom . 10/10 Recommend , we will be visiting again and more than likely staying here ! We really enjoyed our stay. The bedrooms are all spacious and the beds are big and comfortable. The pool was a hit (great supply of pool toys for the kids) as was the theater room and game room. Plenty of space to spread out. We really enjoyed all the little extras like beds made, towels ready, toilet paper stocked in every bathroom, paper towels, soaps, dish detergent, trash bags. It all made our stay so easy and enjoyable. The kitchen was well stocked also, everything we needed was there, we just brought the food. The decks offer wonderful views and a great spot to eat dinner in nature. So happy we chose this house, it made our vacation so relaxing.

Great place for our family. The grandkids loved the pool, the game room, and the theater room. We loved how all the bedrooms were large and almost identical. Everyone felt like they had the best room. A few of the couch recliners would not recline but that was no big deal. We had ten in our party and there was plenty of space. As a grandparent, it was a place where you could sit back, relax, and enjoy watching your family have fun together. It will forever be a great memory, not only for me and my husband, but for all of my family.
