The main living area serves as the heart of the lodge, featuring comfortable seating, a warm propane fireplace, and a Roku TV that makes movie nights and relaxing evenings effortless. Downstairs, you will discover an additional seating area complete with its own propane fireplace and Roku TV, giving everyone extra room to enjoy their favorite shows, games, or conversations. The open main floor allows the living room to flow naturally into the dining area and kitchen, making it easy for everyone to stay connected. Upstairs in the loft, you’ll find a fun-filled hangout space perfect for friendly competition, laughter, and late-night entertainment. Free WiFi is also available throughout the unit.

The fully-equipped kitchen boasts modern amenities, making it easy to prepare delicious meals for your family or friends. Well-appointed with a refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances, perfect for making breakfast, lunch, or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc., are also there for you! Gather around the spacious and inviting dining table to share stories and laughter while gathering over a delicious meal.

Start in the game loft which provides a dedicated space for fun and friendly competition. The loft features a foosball table and two arcade machines that are sure to become favorite gathering spots throughout your stay. When it's time to relax, enjoy movie nights or binge-watch your favorite series on the Roku TVs located in both the main living room and downstairs seating area. The dual entertainment spaces make it easy for different groups to enjoy their preferred activities simultaneously. Step outside and soak in the bubbling hot tub on the front porch while surrounded by the tranquility of the Smoky Mountains. As evening falls, gather around the wood-burning firepit with comfortable seating and enjoy the warmth of a crackling fire beneath the stars. Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
