Very nice place, easy to find. Justin was very easy to work with and quick to respond.
Some construction close by but that is everywhere in the Gatlinburg area. Fairly close to Anakeesta resort area.

The cabin is in pristine condition and includes all the desired amenities. We were very happy with how well the kitchen is stocked with various utensils, dish-ware, storage, etc. All of the bedrooms are comfy and clean but could use some clothes storage other than closets for longer stays. The location is only one mile from the main strip in downtown Gatlinburg. While the road leading to the house is narrow and steep in areas, there is very little traffic and the pull offs to pass are frequent. The driveway is level to the road and is an exceptional feature. We saw several bears walk up and down the road and enjoyed watching them. The cabin was the perfect mix of modern with a rustic cabin feel. The decor is great and really feels like being home. We stayed 5 nights and definitely plan to stay at this location when we return. Justin is an exceptional host and very responsive should you need anything.

A Hidden Gem in the Tennessee Mountains
We recently stayed in this stunning home nestled in the heart of the Tennessee mountains. From the moment we arrived, we were in awe of the rolling hills, lush forests, and the serenity that surrounded us. Nice views of the mountains. The house itself is a perfect blend of rustic charm and modern luxury, offering everything we needed for a relaxing getaway.
The large windows throughout provided views of the mountains, and the wrap-around deck was the perfect spot for morning coffee. The kitchen was fully equipped, and the beds were extremely comfortable.
Be aware that the road to reach the house is narrow with a steep incline. But to get the views and see bear, you have to go uphill.

We had such an amazing time! The cabin is stunning and nestled in perfect location to Gatlinburg strip area (4-6 minutes) . Everything we needed was in kitchen (we cooked elaborate meals often) and bedrooms were so comfortable with all king size beds. The pillows and mattresses are top notch. We loved the simple woods decor and thoughtfulness of things to do like mini golf and hot tub deck space. Our kid gang ages 12 to 1 year old felt very safe, enjoyed space and extra things to do so clearly will be booking again. No need to look further, we Airbnb often. Don’t pass this one up!

What an absolute blast of a time. Had bears visiting every day multiple times a day. Great view of other homes on the other side of the mountain. Will definetly be going back there. If you’re interested in seeing bears 10 feet from you this is your place.

Excellent location—close to all the adventurous spots and attractions! Each morning, we were greeted by the charming sight of bears wandering nearby, which made the stay feel truly unique and connected to nature. The home itself was spotless, cozy, and well cared for, offering all the comfort you could hope for after a day full of activities. The neighborhood felt safe and quiet, adding an extra sense of relaxation to the trip. I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and perfectly located spot with a touch of wilderness right at the doorstep.

Justin’s place was absolutely incredible! The property was stunning, and my family and I had such a wonderful time. The house was spotless, and Justin was quick to respond whenever we reached out. The pool table, arcade game, and putting green were fantastic extras that made the cabin even more fun. We even spotted bears almost every day! We can’t wait to come back!

This was a trip of a lifetime for our family. The house was a huge part of why the trip was amazing. We wanted to just be there as family! The house was exactly as described - clean, organized and comfortable. The kitchen had all the utensils needed to make several meals there. The bathrooms were great sized and comfortable. The only thing missing was we wished we had drawers to put clothes in. There were closets with a few hangers but after staying for a week, we do wish we had drawers or something to store items. The bathrooms were nice and loved having a large primary shower to relax in. The amenities were top notch. Hot tub was relaxing and the pool table was our family favorite. Both our kids loved to learn how to play and we played every day.
Our first day there .. within a few hours we saw a bear on the driveway. We saw a family of bears most of the week! That was the highlight.
The drive is short from town but steep! But location is perfect !! We will be back!

Justin and his cabin are great! Like new with everything you need. We had a great time for my daughters’s 2nd birthday. We even had a bear in one of our vehicles haha lock your doors (as they told us). You won’t regret renting this place!

We loved our stay here, even though it was for a week it felt like it wasn’t long enough. Our boys loved to play games, pool, and putt putt. They also were sad to leave. We counted how many bear sightings and had a total of 30 the whole trip! Definitely worth staying at a cabin compared to a hotel or condo. And most definitely will book again in the future!

Our time here was great. The property is basically brand new and very nice/clean. It is less than 5 minutes to the Gatlinburg strip and approx 15 minutes to Pigeon Forge or the national park, depending on traffic. We saw bear most every morning and evening in the area, which was pretty cool. We would definitely stay again.

The house was in a perfect condition like on the pictures. We saw bears almost every hour, sometimes even with cubs. It was beautiful with the view and the nature. Also the billiard, Minigolf and Whirlpool was an enrichment of our holidays. Justin was perfectly responsive and also solved everything if something came up. We definitely recommend this place and will book it again.
