what a stay!!! this cabin exceeds expectations. it was perfect for our family. Justin is an amazing host and a wonderful person to deal with. The only thing I will say is be aware of the many stairs to the cabin and in the cabin. I am disabled and did not realize it was so many. We made it work and truly enjoyed our stay, its in a convenient location and all. I would stay again!!! Thank you for an amazing time!!!

I couldn’t say enough good things about our stay. The property was clean and extremely well stocked with every amenity. Communication with the property owner was immediate and extremely helpful. You will love the peace, tranquility and scenic views.

We had plenty of space for five. The beds were comfortable and rooms well decorated. The host is very responsive and offered suggestions on things to do. Check in was easy. The space was clean and we all felt safe. The unit is stocked with all the essentials. The air conditioning works fabulous! As far as cost, we originally planned an trip for earlier in the year and had paid the deposit and the host was gracious enough to change our reservation twice, but the price doubled, so had we have been able to keep the reservation three weeks prior to our trip, the cost would have been half. The host stated that the price is auto generated by air bnb and could not help with the price.. and no refund to cancel. Eiither way, we enjoyed our trip and recommend this place for your stay in Pigeon Forge.

Everything was great about the cabin. The only issue I would have is that the pictures make it seem a little bigger, but there’s no problem with the cabin. Great stay!

My family and I travel often and this was, by far, the best air bnb we’ve stayed at. My husband and I had our own floor, our girls stayed in the loft, and we all loved having our own space. After our busy days, it was nice to spend our evenings relaxing in the hot tub. Justin was very communicative, friendly, and informative. We will definitely be staying here when we come back to the smoky mountains.

Great place to visit the smokies! Good location and the cabin is very spacious. We were three couples travelling and we each had our own room and bathroom all on different floors. The view is beautiful and sitting on the porch at night was a highlight for everyone.

Absolutely loved the location of the cabin, far enough out for nature but close enough to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We enjoyed the cleanliness and size of the cabin as well as the hot tub and game room! Perfect size for our family of 11. The owners are very responsive and helpful in any way they can be!

Came to the Piegon Forge/Gatlinburg area to celebrate my daughter's 13th birthday with family. We had an amazing trip and did all the fun things from rollercoasters, mirror mazes, indoor snow tubing to the glass bottom sky bridge and so much more. The best part was coming back to our beautiful and spacious cabin to relax and wind down in the gameroom and hot tub. .

Our stay at Justin’s cabin was very enjoyable. The location was very convenient to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean and as described. Justin was very responsive with any questions that I had. I would recommend Friends in High Places.

Secluded and quiet. A great place to return to after a full day of activities! Bedrooms and bathrooms on each floor so everyone can get ready at the same time in the morning. We played the game console a lot. It was really fun introducing the games I grew up with to my kids.

My family, husband and 5 kids ranging from 1 - 13 really enjoyed our stay! It was a bit of a hike up the stairs but the peaceful atmosphere was worth it! It’s right in the middle of gatlinburg and pigeon forge which was great for us to do all the things we wanted. If I had a question or concern, Justin answered in a very timely manner! Thank you for the great vacation!

Outstanding stay. Nature of our visit didnt allow us to explore the area much, but that didnt take away from the stay. House is as described, plenty of space for our family of five and then some. Drive in is fun and finding the spot can be tough for your initial entry. Cant speak more highly of host. Super communication, super helpful if anything is needed, and willing to help with area amenities. Would absolutely go back and enjoy the area. Thank you!

Cabin was very peaceful, surrounded by nature (make sure to sit at the outdoor spaces!) and with lots to do inside.
Main beds are comfortable but the sofa beds were uncomfortable. Hot tub was awesome 🤩. Had a great stay.

We loved staying here for a week. It's close to everything, but still a nice quiet place to relax. The house was very clean. The hot tub was great. The kids (teens) enjoyed the game room (so did the adults, lol). The rooms were all nice sized, and the beds are very comfortable. Wi-Fi works great. All the TV's work with the Wi-Fi too. Justin was very helpful, and always replied very promptly. Be prepared to climb a lot of steps, but it's worth it. The GPS tells you you are at your destination a few turns in the road before you are actually at the house. The road loops around, so you don't need to make the sharp turn out of the driveway. We even had 1 bear (that we know of) stop by to see us.

Friends in high places was beautiful and within 10 minutes drive to both Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. the space fit our family of 6 comfortably with everyone having their own space. Justin was very responsive and communicated quickly with any needs. would stay there again!

We had an amazing stay! So glad we found this airbnb. It was in the middle of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Was just like it was listed. It was absolutely adorable and roomy for our crew of 8. Our kids enjoyed the games on the bottom floor, the jacuzzi was so relaxing, and we utilized the grill once and the kitchen every morning for breakfast.
There is a guestbook. We left it on the table on the second floor by the couch, but not sure if it is always left on the fireplace. I'm short so I would have never found it if it wasn't for my husband. Haha.
Justin communicated throughout the stay and even sent some coupons.
Thanks for an amazing time! We will definitely be staying again in the future. 😁

The place was beautiful for relaxing, views and location. A lovely place to enjoy with plenty of decks to relax on. Be prepared for lots of steps to carry luggage, groceries etc up and down. There were no condiments of any kind provided for kitchen use so be sure to bring every thing you might need, including salt and pepper.

My family and I had a great stay at this cabin! Plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel cramped. The kids loved that they could be on a different level than us adults, but still close enough. We enjoyed a great evening outside in the peaceful mountain air in the hot tub and relaxing watching a movie in the family room.
We came across just a few minor issues, but Justin was super attentive and quick to respond. We definitely appreciate a responsive host! Thank you all for having us!

Justin was very prompt in answering any questions that we had. The house is beautiful. The bedding and bathrooms were clean. The hot tub was hot and clean. The kitchen was fully equipped. They even had a high chair and baby gates. The game room was an added amenity that my grandkids enjoyed. I would definitely go back. It was centrally located between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Justin had a nice coupon book that we did use a few coupons from. This was a great house and the host was a great communicator !

This place was nothing less than amazing ! We enjoyed everything about it. From the location to the beautiful rooms, kitchen, bathrooms and hot tub. Every floor has its own balcony, we felt right at home! Justin responds very fast & everything was as described plus more. Minutes away from everything needed as well as downtown to the strip. I’ll definitely be coming back again.

The cabin was very cozy with plenty of space for a large family. It had everything we needed for the week. The hot tub location was nice and private. The cabin location was great! It is located between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge, so everything was close but it was still secluded, private and quiet. Justin was very quick to respond with anything we needed. I highly recommend this cabin, It was definitely a highlight of our vacation!

We loved staying at Friends in High Places! The cabin is located in a central area, so close to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The outside hot tub worked, the electric fireplace was a nice touch and the inside jet tub also worked. Our kids loved the working arcade game which contained many many games. Overall the stay was very relaxing and you felt one with nature. Justin always responded in a timely manner and was quick to address any concerns. The towels were soft, the beds were very comfortable, the dishes and the appliances were in great condition, even had a crock pot.
