Gatlinburg's Cozy Rose

Our overall experience with fantastic. It is close enough you can walk to the strip. The home is clean. The only down part was the HDMI’s were on the very back of the tv’s so it was hard to plug fire sticks or our Xbox. One of our chairs outside and a crack broke when I sat in it due to them being plastic. We will definitely be renting again in our future visits

The property is as advertised, and my kids especially appreciated that they had their own rooms and beds! What really sets this experience apart is the communication and help from the property manager! They are through, helpful, and timely with their information and assistance. We had a great time!

Loved it! We were there for a soccer tournament and had 8 people in the house, we all had space. The house is in a beautiful, quiet area. There’s a creek down the street that you can walk to. As soon as we put our things in the house we walked down to it. The house is in a perfect location, couple mins from the downtown area and about 10 mins from the soccer stadium. Pigeon Forge was about 15-20 mins away, we had games there

We shared this house with one other family during a weekend lacrosse tournament at Rocky Top Sports World. It was a perfect alternative to staying at a hotel that allowed us the ability to have home cooked meals and peace and quiet for a good nights sleep. This home was close to grocery stores for picking up forgotten essentials. It was close enough to Rocky Top that we were even able to drive back over in between games to dry gear and uniforms after a downpour during one of the games. It is just a few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. Very convenient if you do want to go for a meal, shop, and to walk the town, hike, or venture north to Pigeon Forge for the many attractions offered there as well. It’s a simpler option than many of the other cabins in the area but perfect for families just looking for a quiet and convenient location during their stay.

The location of the cottage was perfect for all the activities we chose to do during our stay. Communication was top notch from property manager. If you plan on going into to downtown more than once in a day, find a parking lot that offers a "pay all day". That way you can leave and return without having to pay for parking again in the same day. Parking lots on side roads seem to be cheaper than the main strip. A few activities my group enjoyed was Ripley's Aquarium, Hollywood Car Muesem, Anakeesta and Dollywood. We hope to have a chance to return.

We had a family ranging of all ages stay for 4 nights and everyone was comfy and had their own spaces. The house was clean and had everything we needed for cooking dinners together. If i reached out the owners were very quick to reply with the information i needed. Would recomend.

this was the PERFECT place for us to stay to fit our needs. We are a big family with a variety of different age children from 1-15! It was so nice to stay somewhere so clean, with a back yard for the kids to play when we had down time, had great accommodations for the babies, GREAT LOCATION. and I was so excited to see a bear walking in the front yard one day! The property manager was so easy to get in touch with for any questions and concerns. Would 100% stay here again!

This cabin exceeded our expectations in every way! It was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we could ask for. We loved the hot tub after a day of hiking and the cozy fireplace in the evenings. The kids enjoyed the game room, and we all felt like we had plenty of space to relax and unwind. The view from the deck was stunning, especially at sunrise. The location made it easy to explore both the Smoky Mountains and nearby attractions. We can’t wait to come back!

if you want to see bear, rent this place.
We saw bear everyday and the location is perfect. We enjoyed the walk to Gatlinburg and the moonshine tastings and close enough to walk home instead of drive. The house was perfect for what we needed. It's nice but not overly nice where you have to be overly careful. Justin response very quickly with any questions we had. I would and will 100% rent this place again, the price is great for what you get.

The location is perfect for shopping in Gatlinburg & Pigeon forge AND for visiting the Smokies. Home is perfect for families, my kids loved that there were TV's in the rooms. The Kitchen worked great for your meals! We'd definitely visit again!!

We enjoyed our stay here. The location was great and a short drive to the grocery store, into Gatlinburg, and to the park. The house was clean and in a nice small neighborhood. The kitchen and dining area were nice, but only had seating for 6, so the rest had to sit in the living room. We did see a bear on many occasions which was unnerving with children who wanted to be outside, but that is somewhat to be expected in the area. The host was very good at responding. Overall a great place to stay.

My guests and I truly enjoyed our stay here! The location was perfect and just mins away from the main strip/attractions. Also, the sizes of the rooms were the perfect fit for us. Additionally, the keypad lock was very convenient and simple to use. Justin and Kari were great hosts and communicated very well with us. Justin’s place was super clean. It’s an older home that’s had some renovations, and they’ve been very well done. It felt like being in a cute, cozy cabin. A couple rooms were a bit musty, so if you have allergies, may be something to consider. The house is in a great location near many Gatlinburg attractions. Sometimes we took the free trolley instead of driving. We saw two bears in the neighborhood which was an exciting treat. Justin was also very responsive/a great host. We had a great time.

Absolutely loved the setting and location and easy to find. Less than 5 min to the hustle/bustle of the Parkway yet very quiet and private. Relaxed by the firepit inbetween activities in town…it’s that close! The cottage had the feel of a cabin with pine walls and ceiling and the original wood floors were priceless. Very clean and exactly as described. Justin responded quickly with questions and there was never a feeling of “abandonment”. Thanks so much for sharing your home and allowing us to enjoy a girl’s weekend!

From the initial contact of the owner to the moment we checked out. We had zero issues!!! Place was comfortable and cozy, we brought 10 ppl on this youth retreat(7 teens) and plenty of space to accommodate. Location to downtown was easy to get too. Even a simple back route helped us avoid the major issue of traffic in downtown Gatlinburg. Probably the service from a an owner I have ever experienced. The owner accommodated any concerns i had. Even last minute changes in my groups numbeof attendees. Owners were prompt to respond and very courteous and professional, felt like I like I had known them after the many conversations. I WILL BE BACK TO STAY AT THIS PLACE WHEN I COME BACK TO GATLINBURG! IF I COULD 10☆☆☆

We had 9 guests and had plenty of room. The bunks are definitely made for kids but two adults did sleep in there. We did have the best visitor on Saturday- a momma black bear in the backyard!!

Loved the stay! We did not learn until we got there that there is a free trolley that we could walk to from the stay and bring us right into town. Would stay there again!

We enjoyed our stay at this house in a small residential area just outside Gatlinburg proper as well as the national park . The house was more than adequate for us two couples with bedrooms and facilities well described on their listing. It would be perfect for a family with children with one of the bedrooms with 2 sets of double beds.

This was our first time with Airbnb. Thanks to Justin it won't be our last. We could not have been happier with the house and the location. The place was clean and lovely. Justin made it easy to get in. The place had cozy touches from the quilts on the bed to the well stocked kitchen and bathrooms. Location was close to all the great attractions but far enough for peace and quiet. Justin was quick to respond if we had a question. We will definitely be back.

This was a last minute Airbnb reservation and when I say my husband and I did not regret it I mean it. This place is just awesome. We only stood for the weekend and we wished we were able to stay longer. We loved it and for sure will be returning to Justins place. The home is beautiful it had so much space everything in the home is up to date and his pictures don’t lie. What you see is what you get this home is the real deal. The area is so breathtaking and so relaxing. So much to do in town and the people are just so nice. Justin always made sure my family was good he made sure we had everything we needed. If I can give more than 5 ⭐️’s I swear I would. Definitely we will return.

We had a great stay in Gatlinburg! We loved that Justin’s place was just a short drive to all the shops and it also sets up against the park. If you go on the roaring fork trail it brings you out right back by the cottage. After a long day of hiking that was really cool. There is something for everyone to do in Gatlinburg. Shopping, hiking, waterfalls, entertainment. Our family had an amazing stay!!

We had an amazing time staying in Justin's Airbnb! We had plenty of room for the four adults and three children. The cabin was very clean and the location was just perfect. Justin stayed in communication with me and provided me with a very helpful video on how to unlock the front door. Because I surely needed it LOL. And he didn't have to, but Justin provided a link to some great coupons / discounts for the various attractions that were all very close to the cabin. They came in very handy as we saved a few dollars here and there. And with all of us those few dollars came in very handy for savings. My youngest granddaughter didn't want to leave when it was time to go. So we will definitely be back again and staying in either this cabin or another that Justin has because of the comfort, cleanliness, great price, and his overall helpfulness!!

Great place, pictures make it seem a bit bigger than its actual size but it was still comfortable for a group of 7 adults (bunk beds were manageable for two of us but not the best sleep I’ve ever had lol)
Great area, 20 minutes to walk downtown
Host replied quickly and had a plethora of information for any of our questions.
Would stay again if I’m in the area, great time!

Overall a great stay. The house is older and had a few issues related to that, but Justin responded quickly and fixed the issues very quickly. A great host with a good property. It’s not far off the main strip so easy to get to. Very clean house with everything we needed for our family of 5.

We had a great time… Justin’s place was extremely clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Loved the back yard with the fire pit and chairs. Justin communicated well and made sure everything went smoothly. Will definitely recommend. Thank you

Everything was as expected. The house was cute and plenty of room for 8 adults 1 kid. Close to downtown. Justin was very helpful and always responded quickly. I would recommend and I would stay again.
