After we reserved a home, something changed on our host’s end. Justin offered substitute locations for us to choose from and this home was stunning. The layout is so thoughtful. It has space for a larger group to have fun together and then retreat privately for down time. The kitchen/laundry had starter things like a small dish soap/ 2 dishwasher pods/ 1 laundry pod /two kitchen garbage bags , so if you’re staying for more than a few days you may want to pick up those kinds of things on your way in. Otherwise the kitchen is stocked well for big family meals. The views were amazing! The look in the kids faces when we arrived was such a joy! We had a great time!!

Beautiful home on the outskirts of Gatlinburg. The indoor pool with a garage door-type opening to the outside was the feature we like most. Home was spacious and comfortable and better views than even the pictures from the deck. Property manager was very responsive and even sent someone out on a Sunday to fix a minor issue with the pool door lock.

We had a wonderful stay at the property this summer with our 5 kids. Everything was easy, clean, it was perfect space, and the view of the mountains was much better than expected or the pictures show. Highly recommend!

Beautiful, clean, spacious house in a great location close to everything in Gatlinburg. The kids loved the pool and hot tub, while the parents enjoyed the gorgeous view from the patio. Rooms were spacious and beds were comfortable. We were a party of 10 and there was plenty of room for all of us. While kitchen is well equipped for cooking, remember to pack some additional paper towel, dishwasher pods, garbage bags, toilet paper and laundry pods. They offer a complimentary stash, but we needed more of everything towards the end of the week. Justin was quick to respond to all our questions. Highly recommend this Airbnb!

My family and I had an awesome stay at Justin’s place. With the kids it was great to have the pool, theatre room, and game room. No reason to be bored during downtime. The hot tub was an excellent place for the adults to unwind after an eventful day exploring all Gatlinburg has to offer. The house was very roomy even with 12 people we had plenty of room for family meals or just relaxing in great room Each family had a space of their own to go escape with convenient access to their own/shared bathroom. The location is close enough to town to be convenient. The view of the mountains from the multi level deck was absolutely breathtaking. Definitely would stay again.

Home and scenery was absolutely beautiful! Everyone in our group enjoyed it! We were able to see the fireworks from the home! Huge plus! My grand babies loved the pool, and the adults and older kids loved the hot tub! Justin responded quickly to every question we had and was very nice.
We got to see the bear almost everyday and got plenty of pictures.
Huge bonus***the beds were extremely comfortable!
The home was very clean. We came a few minutes early to figure out the parking area and spoke with the cleaners. They were very helpful and let us know about the bear and fireworks!
Would definitely rent this home again! Thank you so much!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay! From the moment we arrived, everything was just as described—if not better. The space was spotless, beautifully decorated, and incredibly comfortable. Every little detail was thoughtfully taken care of, from the cozy linens to the fully stocked kitchen.
The location was perfect—quiet and peaceful, yet close to everything we needed. We especially loved the activities for children
What really stood out, though, was the host’s hospitality. Justin was responsive, helpful, and made me feel genuinely welcome. They went above and beyond to ensure I had a great experience, even offering local tips and checking in to see if I needed anything.

This place exceeded our expectations in many ways. It was super clean and Justin was very responsive on a few minor things. We enjoyed the convenience to downtown Gatlinburg while still having feeling secluded while at the cabin.

We loved the location of this cabin! We did see bears every morning which was wild because you are somewhat close to the city ! My only complaint would be the master bed- it was a really loud bedframe that everytime I rolled to my side it made loud squeaking noises and the mattress was so soft you roll into the middle!Other than that it was amazing!

The house is beautiful and exactly as described. However, if you're staying with a large family or planning a gathering, be prepared to bring or purchase some essentials. We had to buy extra garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper as only limited quantities were provided. It's a lovely place overall—just make sure you're stocked up for a larger group. My family did not use the pool as it was too cold for the children.

Just to clarify for future guests, the home is set with a starter kit that includes essentials like garbage bags, paper towels, and toilet paper to help get you started. For larger groups or longer stays, we do recommend picking up additional supplies as needed. Regarding the pool, we have the heat set to 82°F, which is the industry standard and generally comfortable for most guests, and we definitely don't want the water too hot for young swimmers. Had a great time at the cabin, which is really lovely. Close enough to town to walk down but also plenty to do at home, including some fantastic TV setups, games, etc. I will definitely keep this place in mind for future trips

Everything was amazing! We were in town which was great for late trips for ice cream with the kids! We did get locked out of the pool room and the issue was resolved within the hour! The only thing I would say is that the bed was not very comfortable. It was very soft and made lots of noise when you moved. Other than that the stay was perfect for our family! They do have a high chair and pack n play available for use.

Glory was the perfect setting for our family vacation. It was immaculate, spacious, offered spectacular views, and the location could not be beat. It was within walking distance to town, a quick drive to groceries, yet felt private and remote. The kids loved the pool, the hot tub, and theater/game rooms, while the adults enjoyed relaxing on the decks after days spent exploring the beautiful area. Justin was an attentive host who promptly responded to any questions or concerns I had. He seemed to genuinely care about our overall experience, checking in throughout our stay and offering local recommendations. Check-in/out was clear and couldn’t have been easier.
We would love to return in the future and make more family memories!

House matched the description online - pool is smaller than it looks but we kind of expected that. Huge, well stocked kitchen that made it easy to cook for a crowd with tons of storage in the walk in pantry. It was great having so many bathrooms for the number of beds and the beds themselves were super comfortable. The outdoor patios were great and very comfortable to hang out in. I would suggest adding a light to the steps outside because it’s kind of terrifying to go up and down them in pitch blackness on the very steep hill. I wouldn’t bring elderly to this home - very steep to park with a ton of stairs but it was great for our group.

Overall a 5 star experience. The home was great, Justin was a very responsive host, and the location was close enough (but not too close!). The only hiccup was the lack of transparency on the garage door to the pool not working as it was completely disconnected and rusted - which was a bummer but not the end of the world given how well everything else went. We’d stay again.

My family typically travels to Gatlinburg 2-3 times per year. This was by far the best cabin we have stayed in. The location is excellent! In decent weather you could literally walk to the strip in a few minutes, where most other cabins we have stayed in requires driving to and from.
While staying there my wife and I were already talking about booking this cabin again in future.
Justin and his team stayed in contact throughout the entire process to make sure we didn’t have any questions or issues.
If you are looking to stay in gatlinburg I would highly recommend this cabin.

This home was perfect for our Thanksgiving family vacation. The location is very close to downtown and the views were great. The living room kitchen area is very comfortable. We loved the movie room, hot tub, comfy beds, and watching the sun go down each night. The owner was very responsive and the house was clean.

Great cabin! Plenty of space. Close to the Gatlinburg strip. Hot tub, pool, theatre, and game room were great amenities. Very clean. We really enjoyed watching the football game on the covered deck with the fireplace. Bring towels for pool/hot tub.

Home is absolutely beautiful and set up perfect for multiple families/couples.. kids loved the pool (once we were able to get the water to a tolerable "heated" temp.!!) and the set up with the garage door opening onto the deck with the hot tub made for a nice family party area!! We were disappointed not to be able to use the upper deck outdoor gas fireplace because we could not get it to work and after a few back and forth communications we found out they were waiting for a part and it didn't work.. would have been nice to know up front!! But not a deal breaker!! We had warmer than usual weather anyway!! Justin was quick to respond and desling directly with the

Amazing!!! The house is SO spacious and has beautiful views! We loved the indoor pool with a view of the mountains in the background. We walked downtown with no problem! Lovely hot tub and very comfortable beds! We even saw 3 bears come down the mountain behind the house and walk up the driveway!

This house is better than the pictures! The amenities are great, the house was very clean and well stocked, and our family had a wonderful long weekend here. You can't beat the location, and we even found a local photographer to come and take our family photos here on the deck with the beautiful mountains in the background! We will definitely be back!

The home is lovely and in a great location! The host, Justin, was helpful and easy to contact. My husband and I, 3 grown kids, 2 spouses, and grandkids ages 5, 4, 2, and 11/2 had plenty of space to be together, but also enough room to enjoy some privacy. We loved the decks, especially for watching the 3 bears that visited most evenings. Pool and hot tub were great. The “constructive criticism” we can offer is 1) boosters for wi-fi since it only covered the main living area - none in master BR or upstairs and was spotty downstairs, 2) definitely could use new, larger towels for bathrooms and more than 1 dish towel for the kitchen, and 3) smaller pillows for the kids bunk room. We could have done without the hurricane but had a great time anyway!

Glory was the most wonderful gateway for my family to gather for a night away from the hustle and bustle. For just a short stay, we were able to soak in some gorgeous views from the hot tub and just escape from the world by watching a movie and laughing over billiards and arcades in the fabulous game room. We were able to walk to Gatlinburg for coffee and window shopping. Cabin was SPOTless and abundantly stocked. Recommend with flying colors!

This location was really fantastic. It was only a mile to the aquarium and even less for many other attractions. We ended up walking back to the house from the distillery and it wasn’t a bad walk at all. This house is located on a hill right near an undeveloped area, so there is lots of bear activity around here. The bears were not scared of people and came around when we were in the hot tub. One climbed the back gate, then went up the deck stairs to the upper level and sat outside the front door and stared at us for a few minutes. They don’t seem aggressive but it was very surprising the first time we saw one. There was at least one bear sighting per day while we stayed there, but honestly it was really cool to see them and was one of the highlights of our trip. The towel situation was kind of a bummer, only 1 towel provided per person even though we stayed 5 nights. The host did warn us about the towel situation ahead of time though, so thankfully we were able to bring our own extra towels and pool towels. The host provided a few rolls of toilet paper and a few trash bags, so we ended up having to go out and purchase more of those. There is a store 3 minutes away so it wasn’t a big deal. The host was very responsive and quickly helped with any problems that came up, and I really appreciate that. Overall, we had a great trip and would definitely stay here again. It’s truly a beautiful house!

We recently stayed at this wonderful Vrbo, and it exceeded all our expectations! It’s hard to get a large family with 5 kids ranging from few months to 20 years and college, so this was exactly what we needed given we needed to maximize our short time. The property is incredibly family-friendly, with a spacious layout that provided plenty of room for everyone. The highlight for us was the private swimming pool, perfect for relaxing and fun family activities. The arcade and ample space kept the kids entertained for hours. We were pleasantly surprised by how clean and well-maintained everything was, which made our stay even more comfortable. Location-wise, it couldn’t have been better. The property is tucked away in the mountains, giving us a sense of seclusion and tranquility. Yet, it was just a short drive to the downtown area, making it easy to explore local attractions. One of the most exciting moments was spotting a bear, which added a unique touch to our mountain getaway! The hosts were incredibly accommodating and quick to respond to any queries we had. Their attention to detail and hospitality truly enhanced our experience. Overall, this Vrbo provided a perfect blend of convenience, comfort, and entertainment. We highly recommend it to any family looking for a memorable vacation spot. We can't wait to come back!

This cabin is beautiful! It’s walking distance to downtown Gatlinburg with trolley service close-by, too. We saw several bears which made our trip complete. We will be staying here again! Justin was a great host! We had issues with WiFi in the main bedroom but we were there to vacation and not watch movies ;)

The property was brand new. Very clean and organized. Step out of vehicle and enter the property. All the essentials are there to start, from toiletries, to coffee, to bedding, towels, grill. The host Justin was fantastic, very communicative. Checked on us through out our stay. Excellent views, close to everything. Was very impressed. Grocery store within 5 mins. you are 2 blocks from downtown Gatlinburg. We were there for the 4th of July and we saw the drone show and fireworks right from our balcony. When going back we will definitely stay at this property again. We had one day with bad weather but the kids had plenty to do to keep them occupied from the indoor pool to the games that are on site.

We came for our 25th anniversary, and this beautiful place is honestly the nicest we've ever booked!! First off, location, location, location! It's very privately nestled into the heart of the Smokies, yet just a few minute walk to downtown Gatlinburg. We greatly appreciated Justin's thoughtful recommendations for dining and drinks amid the many options in town. We returned home just in time to soak in the STUNNING sunset views as well as to enjoy the clean, private hot tub. It's hard to find an Airbnb with true attention to detail, but we were so pleased with the comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, overall cleanliness, and beautiful decor. The icing on the cake is the indoor pool! I didn't realize in the photos, but you can enjoy the heated, private pool as well as a warm summer breeze with its versatile open air design! We'll be back with family to enjoy the theater, game room, and outdoor living area! Thanks, Justin! Wish I could give 10 stars; it was a dream anniversary trip!

The check in process was a breeze. The beautiful multi level home matched the description and pictures exactly. The home boasted a big beautiful stocked kitchen and gathering space. The homes amenities were abundant and great to have, it made the house feel like home. The multi levels and porches made it great for entertaining. Magnificent new home nestled in the mountains, yet so very close to everything. Breath taking views from every deck. Beautifully decorated & supplied with the most modern comforts and conveniences. You will never feel claustrophobic in this spacious beauty. Pool was perfect & the sauna on bottom floor deck made for a relaxing soak overlooking the city & mountains. Coffee and sunrise on the main floor deck made great memories.
A couple new home issues, a malfunctioning pool safety device and an uncooperative TV (wasn’t there to watch tv) were quickly addressed by Justin and his staff as they were discovered,
even well after business hours. Very friendly and responsive crew.
All the games & the in home theatre room made “home time” entertaining & fun for all, even the Grandkids. We advise you DO FOLLOW all safety policies regarding placement of garbage. . We received 2 visits from the local black furred inspectors checking our compliance.
OUTSTANDING visit. Thank you Justin !!
