The fully equipped kitchen stands ready to fulfill all your culinary desires. Complete with a full-sized refrigerator, dishwasher, stove, microwave, and other kitchen appliances, perfect for making breakfast, lunch, or dinner throughout your stay! All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you! Enjoy your creations on the inviting dining room table or the al-fresco dining area outside, creating the perfect setting for shared meals and laughter.

Entertainment comes easily at Golden Pines Retreat. The foosball table in the main living area sets the stage for competitive fun, while high-speed WiFi keeps everyone connected for streaming, remote work, or browsing. The propane fireplace creates a warm and inviting atmosphere for quiet evenings indoors. Step outside to the spacious upstairs deck, where a propane firepit provides the perfect spot to gather on cool nights, share stories, or simply stargaze. To the back deck, find a bubbling hot tub, ideal for relaxing under the Smoky Mountain sky. You'll also enjoy access to a seasonal community pool, open Wednesday through Monday from the Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day, offering even more ways to unwind and enjoy the outdoors. Comfortable seating and a charming al fresco dining area complete the outdoor experience, making it easy to enjoy meals, sip drinks at sunset, or take in the tranquil wooded surroundings where wildlife sightings, including the occasional black bear, are an exciting bonus.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen & Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

IMPORTANT: The mountain roads leading to the cabin are steep and winding, which is common in this area. Extra caution and a 4x4 vehicle are strongly recommended, especially during inclement weather.
