Goldilock's Cottage

This cabin was a great space for a weekend away with my family. My grown children enjoyed the game room and hot tub. The cabin was just a short drive to local attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. We will definitely rent again in the future.

The place was extremely clean. We had a good time. The only problem we had was the last night we couldn’t get door to unlock but we called and was able to get it fixed
Immediately. I would stay again.

The property owner was easy to get in touch with leading up to the stay. The property was easy to find and in a great location if you want peace and quiet! It was very easy to get in and settled and was very clean. There are plenty of games if you want to have a fun family game night, but you are still close to everything to be able to get out and enjoy the many attractions! Definitely a great place to stay!

The host, Justin, was always communicating with us as needed and was very quick to respond to any questions. The cabin was clean which is a must for me and my group. The cabin was also very close to Dollywood. Oh, we loved the wrap around porches. We enjoyed our stay

This place was absolutely perfect. Very clean, beds were comfortable, hot tub was awesome. My grown children and grandson loved the game room. Perfect location 1st day we spent in Gatlinburg/Anakeesta 2nd day we went to Dollywood. Just a very is he out againshort drive. Justin the host was quick to respond when I had a couple of questions. Would definitely stay at this location again.

Stayed for a baseball tournament at Ripken. Good location. The views were not quite what the photos made them out to be. But pleasant enough.The home had a lot of character. The downstairs was a hit with my 12 yr old. There were a few electrical issues (switches not working) and the hot tub wasn't working either. The host was pleasant and responsive when I alerted him to the hot tub issue. But there wasn't anything addressed during our stay. However, our stay was short, so I understood.Overall we had a nice stay and the property met our needs.

The property was well-maintained and as advertised. It was only a short ride to Dollywood and all the other main attractions. The game room was a HUGE hit among the kids. Communication with the owner was excellent.Will definitely rent again next time!

This cabin is in the perfect location to explore the beautiful national park, along with attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. It had everything we needed and was very comfortable for 2 families.

The was our best trip by far! Everything was just as stated in the listing! Our girls enjoyed the hot tub so much but also had a blast in the game room! I like it because the game room, a full bathroom and 2 beds were all downstairs! My husband and I had the upstairs area to ourselves! The beds were very comfortable and the cabin is very clean. We willdefinitely be back!

If you’re looking for the perfect cozy cabin for your family, that’s on the side of a mountain look no further. This was the perfect location on top of feeling safe and homey. It’s up the side of a mountain but not where it felt unsafe. I’m afraid of heights this was just below pushing my fear limits. I was able to enjoy the mountain views without the panic. I love how each room is on its own level so no matter which room you get if you’re sharing with others you have your own privacy. I end picking the bottom floor on my family trip it’s against the game room but had no issue with noise. Will 100% book again next trip to the Smokey Mountains!

Justin was very responsive to all of our questions and concerns, which in fact was very few. Breathtaking views from the wrap around deck and hot tub. The game room was a great surprise we had for our kids during the stay as well as very entertaining. Definitely a great place to stay from the affordable prices to the peaceful surroundings we enjoyed during our stay.

This cabin was absolutely everything it appears to me. It was beautiful and accommodated very need/want we had. The Christmas tree was an added bonus. I highly recommend. Very clean and the owners are very responsive.

The property was very nicely decorated, complete with a Christmas tree and decor. The kids, pre-teen and teen loved all of the entertainment in the basement. It had arcade games and a pool table. The kitchen was very well stocked with whatever you may need. We really enjoyed our stay.

The three levels of the cabin provides plenty of privacy and opportunities for people to do different things at the same time. Love the location. So close to every yet the house is in a peaceful setting. Will book again if visiting Pigeon Forge.

This was the perfect spot for our Labor Day w/e trip to the mountains! We had 2 families (each with 2 girls), so each couple got a room with a king bed and the girls stayed together in the large room downstairs. The cabin was close to Dollywood and the Tanger Outlets! And the game room was a huge hit (with the girls and our hubbys)!

The cabin is beautiful. Outside there's beautiful wrap around porches and a great hot tub. Inside was beautiful as well. Plenty of room for 5 adults and 3 small children. One perk that I LOVED was having box fans provided. I know it sounds silly but if you can't sleep without it you know how important that is haha! Really enjoyed our stay at this cabin!

We loved our stay at Goldilocks’ Cottage! As they say in the old tale, it was “just right!” Spacious enough for our family of 8 while still feeling cozy. Very neat and clean, and the proximity to all of the area attractions was perfect - close enough to do it all, but just far enough to feel like you could escape and relax at the end of the day. The game room was a huge hit with our whole family. The kitchen was stocked enough to cook nice meals each night. The mountain views were decent (the trees have grown up quite a bit since the listing photos were taken), and the hot tub and porch swings were very relaxing. Highly recommend!

I have stayed at several Vrbo properties in the past and I was always left a bit disappointed with the Vrbo rental in one way or the other. The Goldilocks cabin owned by Justin and his wife was beyond what we expected! The rooms are super clean. No bugs in the rooms! The beds were super comfortable. Justin was always so quick and so nice to respond to my questions. The location of this cabin is perfect! Only 7-10 minutes from Pigeon Forge and maybe 15-20 minutes from Gaitlinburg. My little neice (3) loved the video games and had a ball at Dollywood and Splash Country not to mention the Island. I would rate this cabin a 10 and our hosts a 10 as well and would stay with them again in a heartbeat! Loved it!!!

We had a great visit here. There is so much to do nearby~from mountains/nature/hiking to night life and tourist attractions. The home was very clean. Plenty of amenities to feel like home away from home. Everyone enjoyed the game room and hot tub. Plenty of space to spread out and chill in small groups as well. Goldilocks cabin was amazing. From the amenities the cabin had to the beautiful views, we couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay on our vacation. After a full day of seeing the sights in the local communities the hot tub was the perfect way to relax, my FIL also woke up early to drink coffee in the hot tub and enjoy the serene views. In the evenings after dinner the game room was a favorite place to hang out, play pool, video games and watch a little tv or listen to music. All the amenities of home in a beautiful vacation spot. 10/10 would recommend to others. It is family friendly and beautiful.

Great and beautiful place to stay. Plenty of space and comfortable beds. A little chilly in the basement area but nice if you like the coolness when you sleep. Games were a hit I think we all played games each day. Hot tub was nice. Will stay again.

Perfect location…feels secluded but the house is accessible to many attractions. Our kids LOVED the ground floor lair with the game room and their own bedroom and bathroom. The adults LOVED the peaceful living space away from the kids! We would definitely rent again.

I'll start by saying the vrbo app I used to book the cabin stopped working on me when we were on our way there and I reached out to the host and he got me all the information I needed and got it back in a timely manner. This cabin was very nice and clean. The location was awesome. It was close to a lot of attractions in the area. We were a family of 6 and had a lot of room to move around. Had a great stay in this peaceful cabin for a quick family getaway. Justin was super proactive by sending instructions ahead of time and being responsive. We would definitely stay here again!
It is a quick 5 minutes from the main strip of pigeon forge and easily accessed by a paved drive. Cabin decor was beautiful and loved the fire place. We had everything we needed.

We really enjoyed our stay. The cabin was perfect for our crew. The main floor has a bedroom and a bathroom that was great for my parents to not have to routinely go up and down stairs. The cousins (ages 11-18) really enjoyed the downstairs basement game room area that gave them their own space to hangout and stay up way later than the rest of us. The cabin was perfectly located close to town and attractions but still tucked away to enjoy the Mountain Views and atmosphere. We did have to reach out to the owner and he was quick to respond. We would definitely consider staying here again. Thanks for a great place to enjoy some family time!

Year 3 in the tradition to come to Tennessee for thanksgiving, this cabin was absolutely perfect for our family. The location was 10/10. Close to town but still secluded. Cabin was in great shape, and the owners were everything a 5 star could be. Loved every bit and will for sure be back

Our family had a great time! Kids loved the game room, mom and dad loved the fact of three bedrooms on three different floors. Highly recommend this cabin! We went off peak and got an affordable rate, probably wouldn’t be able to afford a peak rate. Suggestion for future renters, the top floor gets hot and the bottom floor is chilly, nothing that was game changing, but if we did it again we would probably have the adults sleep downstairs and move the kids upstairs. However, the downstairs bedroom has two beds which suited our family of six! Additional note it was under 10 mins to Pigeon Forge and under 15 to Gatlinburg, Great location!

The cabin was centrally located to Gatlinburg and Pigeon forge. The arcades and pool table kept the kids busy for hours on end. The fall is the best time to come to the mountains.I would recommend Justin to anyone coming up here. Till next time!

We had a good stay. We ran into issues with the tvs not working and they came and replaced them a day later. Clean linens and house.

I can’t begin to say enough great things about this place! Justin kept in contact with us and if we had a question he got right back to us! Made our stay absolutely so smooth and comfortable .. 6 of us enjoyed the cabin more then I can say! Our teenagers loved the game room as did the adults! The beds were so comfortable everyone had their own bathroom on each floor. The entire cabin was so super clean and plenty of towels and extra blankets kitchen was full of all we needed tvs in every room and easy entry for us and wonderful wi-fi and close to everything in town..we had the best experience with Justin’s Cabin! We will for sure 100% stay again!! Thank you so

The cabin was in a great location, nice middle ground between Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The setting of the cabin was beautiful and peaceful. The cabins layout was perfect with bedrooms on each floor.

We stayed for 4 nights and loved every minute. The cabin is close to town and all the activities. We were so busy we didn’t get to spend as much time at the cabin as I would have liked but the hot tub was a definite plus for us and got used each night. The kids (and adults) loved the arcade games downstairs. Comfortable beds, plenty of towels, great views. We would definitely come back!

The cabin was awesome. Great location, we used maps for locating and had no problem. Its’s really close to town. Paved roads all the way to it. The kids loved the hot tub and game room. Renting was fast and a flawless. Highly recommend this rental.

I could not ask more from Justin! He communicates thoroughly and gives updates for you to know the process from start to end of your vacation. We had a small hiccup during the stay and it was handled right away!! Everything in the cabin was as expected. I will definitely use Justin’s property again.

Pristine, picturesque cabin not far from the main highway. Easy to find, near all the main attractions, very well maintained, and perfect for a fun, comfortable, and memorable getaway. Had a great time and was a very comfortable stay. Only wish we could have stayed longer!

Had a wonderful stay at this cabin and the location and drive up to cabin was easy and beautiful! Beds were all very comfortable, plenty of gaming options, our favorite was the racecar machine trying to beat each others scores everynight! Could've used a second skillet in the kitchen for easier cooking, we had a small hiccup with the washing machine but Justin promptly sent someone out to look at it. I would book any of his cabins with confidence after this trip. Thanks for being so attentive, and hosting our vacation home! Not saying goodbye but saying till next time! 😀

I rent a cabin in the Smokies a couple times a year and found Justin’s to be the best. The game room was a big hit for the grandchildren and there was a beautiful view from the porch swing. I liked that the cabins wasn’t so close together and you feft you had privacy. Justin is a great host

The photos don’t do this home justice it is absolutely beautiful. Justin is simply amazing checked in on my my girls and I the whole time we were there and I loved how attentive he was. The recommendations he listed and things to do were awesome. I would highly recommend this property especially if you have children the game room downstairs was so fun. We will definitely be coming back to stay during the summer.

Our family absolutely loved this cabin and we can't wait to go back! The cabin was exactly like the pictures, clean, and had everything we wanted. The game room was perfect for our three kids and there was plenty of space for all of us! Justin was so kind- extremely responsive and very helpful!
