Justin’s place was the perfect fit for our family. The home was cozy and welcoming! We appreciated Justin’s easy to access online information book. He was very responsive with a couple questions I had. We were excited about the pool table and hot tub. Our nights were so busy, we never had a chance to try to it. It was a perfect cabin, close enough to sights and activities, but far enough away for peaceful sleep.

When we arrived, I couldn't get the keypad to work. I called the help number, and she reissued a new number, and we were in. I'm sure the problem was with me not properly opening the door. The Kitchen was completely full of everything you could possibly need.

Justin was a gracious host. Reached out for ID and guest list and once I provided the list he was set. Instructions provided through the link were pretty clear and helpful. The cabin itself was easy to find and at a convenient location. The cabin was very well kept and had the necessary amenities you expect from similarly priced properties in the area. Best part of the stay was that we saw 2 bears behind our cabin. Overall very good place to stay. The only thing that I wish this cabin had was a better view from the porch. It’s mostly surrounded by trees.

This cabin was excellent. Plenty of room for everyone and had everything we might need and several bonuses like a pool table and hot tub. It has a perfect location very close to attractions but just far enough away that we were able to see a bear one morning as we were heading out. I would highly recommend this cabin.

Very nice cabin. Everything worked and it was clean. Situated in a valley so no real Mountain View. Bath towels were kids size and no extras for the hot tub so you may want to bring your own. Easy drive to town.

Wonderful experience staying in Justin's cabin. Quiet peaceful neighborhood, clean cabin thoughtfully done, in the middle of everything, while offering a perfect space for privacy. Justin is super responsive and thoughtful. When you stay with Justin, you enter into his family as they share this small peice of heaven.

Justin was an amazing host! The cabin is nestled in a quiet place but still very convenient to downtown Gatlinburg. The cabin was so clean and had lots to offer at it. He was super accommodating with the winter storm we had come in while we were there, checked in on us during it, and accommodated a late check out because of it. Highly recommend staying here and will be booking here again in the future.

This was the perfect location for our first trip to Gatlinburg. It was just enough outside of city to give you that mountain feel and near enough to enjoy everything the city has to offer. Host was very responsive. We would return if available next year. Thanks for the great place.

This cabin was the perfect place for our 3 day family getaway. It was about 6 mins from downtown Gatlinburg and 10-15 from
Pigeon forge. It was in a very convenient location; close to gas stations and a grocery store for longer stays. The only thing I was a bit disappointed about was the early check in fee which was $50. Check in was offered as early as 1pm for a fee, so we checked in at normal time. However, we found plenty to do before 4pm, so that was not an issue for us. Overall, the cabin was a great find and would definitely stay again!! Justin was informative on check in and out instructions.

Great location in Gatlinburg, close to downtown. The cabin was super cute! My only complaint was the sleeper sofa- the matress pad was dirty and no sheets. I still gave a 5 star rating, as the owner took care of this right away (on Thanksgiving Day even!)

Beautiful cabin, both inside and out! Justin was a great host to deal with and very welcoming. Everything was as expected from the listing. (This cabin has two coffee pots available. Regular and single serve pod. A priority for me 😬).
A short drive to downtown Gatlinburg was just a few minutes. Easy to get in and out of from both Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Definitely would recommend.

Justin’s place was the perfect spot for our family mini vacation. Extremely close and convenient to everything we wanted to do in Gatlinburg, yet also a beautiful location nestled in the trees. We felt the hot tub area was very private and the indoor jacuzzi tub (along with everything else) was pristinely clean and a huge hit with our toddlers. We had lovely mornings drinking coffee out on the back porch with the sound of a nearby babbling waterfall adding the icing to the cake. Would absolutely stay again and highly recommend!

This place was so cute and cozy! We all loved it and plan to come back! It was great for 2 couples. The hottest was perfect! Be sure to double check ALL doors are locked at all times! We had a bear get into our car late on our last night after we thought we locked the door...the only night we didn't double check! Justin was very helpful and informative!

Justin was a great host with excellent communication and supplied ample ideas on what to do in the area. The space was perfect for our needs, including children's dishes! There were plenty of blankets to be cozy on the couch with and the hot tub was wonderful. We would definitely stay here again.

This was a great place to stay for our family’s first vacation with an infant. The location is private, but close enough to town that it didn’t feel like we had to pack the car down to be out for the day. The cabin is a great deal! Has a sleeper sofa, king bed downstairs and queen bed upstairs. Very clean, and well laid out. My only complaint is it not very secluded. It is on a hill with properties below, and left of the cabin. There are some trees on the sides but you can still see and hear people walking around. Where the hot tub is, is a back porch, but only 1 of 3 sides is private and anyone driving by to the upper cabins can see you outside. Despite that, I would definitely go back!

The first thing i loved about the place was i didn't have to bring a baby gate, highchair or utensils for my grandson. The Airbnb was 5 mins from all the attractions which made it very easy to get to. I also loved being able to cook anytime i wanted too and throwing our clothes in the washer whenever needed. The hot tub was AMAZING as well. Justin's place was my first Airbnb and he gets 10/10 stars ! thanks for having us . we will definitely be back.

We really enjoyed our stay. If you are planning a week long stay like we did, bring extra trash bags, dishwasher pods, laundry pods, toilet paper, and paper towels. The kitchen is fully stocked with pots and pans, etc., but bring your spices. The bath towels provided are small, so if you like to wrap up, I would bring some. We had 3 guests and only 4 towels so wasn’t enough to have one for the hot tub and one for the shower. That being said… the cabin was clean, nice, and in a great location. We really enjoyed a relaxing week in the Smokies! Justin was a great host and I would recommend!

My husband and I got married September 30th, 2023. We sadly didn’t get the chance to have a honeymoon right after, but my husband did surprise me with booking Justin’s cabin for our honeymoon this past week. And I can honestly say, it was perfect! Justin went above and beyond with keeping in contact with me upon arrival. Very quick to respond to any and every question. The cabin is absolutely beautiful! We got snowed in the first day there, but the cabin made it very cozy!! Plenty to do! From the hot tub, to pool! It was perfect. Extremely clean and met every requirement!! Loved it so much! Most definitely will be booking again and referring his cabin to many of our friends!!

We had a great stay and everyone loved the cabin. The check in was really easy. Everything was very clean and well kept, the beds and living room furniture were very comfortable. It’s an easy drive up and down the mountain to the cabin. No steep inclines or windy roads. It snowed while we were there and even with snow/slush all over the roads it was still very easy to drive in a small car without AWD. It’s close to downtown Gatlinburg (maybe 5 minutes) and 10 minutes from pigeon forge. I would definitely stay here again!

You would be hard pressed to find any person you were renting from that tries harder than they do make sure your stay is successful. How much they care, and the effort they put in is commendable. Beyond that, The place is very nice, would definitely recommend this to anyone travelling to the area. You are not really secluded, but you are still somewhat private, beats a hotel by a mile. You are still within a couple minutes of downtown Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge is maybe 15 minutes with traffic.

this was our family's first time in a cabin and it did not disappoint! it was super cozy and had everything we needed for our five night stay. kitchen was fully equipped that we were able to make our entire Thanksgiving dinner with no problems. I love that the bathrooms had enough towels and toilet paper to last our stay. we truly enjoyed it. Just FYI the fire place doesn't take real wood , it's electric but either way it was beautiful when on. we even had a Christmas tree !!!! such a perfect touch for the holidays. Justin is one of the best hosts I've ever dealt with. He's full of great information and responds almost instantly....seriously, no matter the time! thanks Justin, see you soon.

My husband and I were finally able to take our honeymoon after 2 years. Justin’s cabin was exactly like what the photos looked like. Check in was super easy where he provided us with a code. Inside the home, it was squeaky clean and very homey/comfortable. All kitchen supplies were provide and we loved the Keurig. Our favorite part was the hot tub. It was wonderful to soak in after a long day walking in Gatlinburg, Pigeon Forge, or hiking. Location was great too! Only a 10 minute drive from either Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge.
We have no complaints and Justin was very responsive if we had a question. Would absolutely stay here again.

Justin has a spectaular place. It is beautiful inside and feel brand new. Kitchen has all the cookware needed. If you stay here, bring everything you need to prepare food- coffee filters, salt/pepper, sugar, cooking spray, extra garbage bags, fire starter, etc. If you like bath towels that wrap around you and you are like me—-I’m 5’4 160lbs — you’ll need to bring larger towels. And the downstair shower might be alittle tight (you’ll need a ‘soap on a rope’ from the 70’s.. remember those?!). Justin had the place ready for all ages! Highchair for babies and pool table for entertainment.. pretty cool. This place is not for walking around or kids playing outside. It’s sits on a hill with small roads. It’s great for getting to the Smokies and Gaitlinburg/ Pigeon Forge activities, and hanging out on the porch/ hot tub. (FYI- If you are new to the place, it costs $20 to park in that Gaitlinburg street area. Others might be able to give better ideas.)

Hi Amy, stay and found the kitchen and amenities to your liking. I'm sorry that you found the towels and the shower to be a bit small. We'll definitely look into getting larger towels and making sure the shower is a bit more spacious. It's great that you mentioned the pool table and high chair for babies - we definitely want to make sure that all guests can have a great stay no matter their age. As a first timer in Tennessee this was the perfect cozy cabin to get !!!!! My family and I were so satisfied at how beautiful the place was!!!! I didn’t want to leave!!! The hot tub was a huge fav with my kids and I!!!! We were in the mountains away from the locals but very close enough if we wanted to go into town!!!! I would def come back again and make this a family tradition!!!! Justin was very responsive and very helpful with any of my questions!!!!

We have a short weekend getaway for our friend birthday. The cabin was minute away from the Main Street but very peaceful. The cabin has a jacuzzi, which is a plus after a fun adventurous day. Justin is super responsive and will respond within minute. I would suggest adding in the additional toiletries like laundry detergent and paper towels because our stay was a short stay. But it didn’t come with a lot of kitchen tools, which is a plus. Overall, I would definitely stay again when visiting Gatlinburg.

Had a great stay at this cabin in the woods! They thought of everything! The decor made us feel cozy and comfortable. The hot tub was amazing! I loved sitting on the back porch with my morning coffee. Enjoyed the pool table. The kitchen had basically anything you would need. Everything was nice and clean.
