Beautiful cabin! Spacious! Clean! Not to far off the main strip, but has the mountain atmosphere! Also, we did see a beautiful bear!

We were in town for Jeep Invasion and this was the perfect place for us all to stay. Amazing location - so close we could scooter to the Le Conte center. Perfect amenities for a group as well really enjoyed the golf, hot tub, and outdoor areas.

Everything was top notch. We enjoyed our time there. Kids loved the pool table and putt putt. I absolutely loved the mattresses and pillows on the master bed and slept so well!

We have stayed in Pigeon Forge often over the years. This has to be hands down our favorite place by far!

Absolutely loved our stay at this cabin! It was spacious, spotless, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. There was so much to do in the area—and the best part? We saw a bear right from the porch! Such a cool experience. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a peaceful and fun retreat in nature.

I think everything was great, the place is really beautiful and quiet. The only thing was that we arrived 30 minutes before check-in and I asked if we could come in and they told me no because the cleaners were still there…. But We were outside waiting 🙃 no one was there!!

We had an amazing time. I was super impressed by how thoughtful the amenities were. This was the first rental I’ve ever had that included baby gates (which is huge with two sets of stairs). Hot tub and mini golf were hits with the family and both were very well kept. Also, ALL of the furniture was comfy, beds, couches, everything! Would highly recommend.

The cabin had everything and was set up so there is a common area on all three floors. The location is great just off the parkway in Pigeon Forge and only a mile and a half from the Island. You can text Josh anytime and will get a response. He was super helpful and provided us with all the info we needed.

My family wanted to get out of the house for a few days and visit pigeon forge. We needed a place that was pet friendly, and relatively close to all the shops without being too close. This was a perfect cabin. It was very clean well maintained and plenty of room for everybody and then some! We will definitely stay again!!

Justin was a great host with great communication. The cabin was fantastic, the pictures don't do the cabin justice. I couldn't ask for a better deal for a cabin this large in such a great location. It's close to downtown Pigeon Forge and all its amenities. we had a fantastic time while we were there.

We had the best time staying at this cabin. There was truly something for everyone regardless of the weather. The unit located in a central spot, so took us very little time to get to Dollywood, Publix or dining. While the weather was great, the kids enjoyed playing putt putt, cornhole and catch in the yard. While it rained the next day, the hot tub, movie theatre, pool and games were on the agenda. The unit was spacious and could easily accommodate our family. We most definitely will be back our next time in Pigeon Forge!

The cabin exceeded our expectations! There was something to do for everyone in our family from the hot tub, pool table, arcade games, theater room & game table. The amount of bedrooms & hanging out spaces was perfect! We really enjoyed being able to all sit together at the large kitchen table for meals.

Justin was a fantastic host—check-in was incredibly easy and all the amenities he mentioned were available to us and working well! We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It was the perfect blend of cozy and clean, with plenty of thoughtful touches that made it feel like a home away from home. The fireplaces added a warm and inviting atmosphere, and the arcade game was a fun bonus that kept everyone entertained.
The hot tub was a great way to relax after a long day, and the bedrooms were spacious and comfortable, providing a great night’s sleep for everyone in our group. The real highlight, though, was the movie theatre—absolutely fantastic for family movie nights (or NFL playoff games)!!
This cabin truly has something for everyone and exceeded all our expectations. We can’t wait to come back! Highly recommended!

Justin’s cabin was exactly what our family needed. We took (2) sets of G-parents and (2) teenage boys & there was ample space for everyone. It was clean, cozy, & centrally located. And even though you were centrally located - you didn’t feel like you were in the middle of all the hustle. The boys loved the mini golf & hot tub, but I will say if you asked them their most FAV - it was the mega pool tournaments we held every night - made some great memories together that week! Would def recommend & book again!

Groundhog Heaven was just the perfect place for our family to get away from it all! The location was convenient to everything we needed. We definitively appreciate that the 3 main bedrooms each had a king bed with their own private bathroom. The amenities were well appointed by the owner, and we enjoyed our stay very much!

This cabin is great! The best part was the location for us. We were looking for something that didn’t have a long steep drive up to the cabin & it’s only minutes to the parkway where all the attractions are. Having putt putt golf right outside the door was an added bonus. We are already looking at booking this cabin or the one next door (also owned by the same person) again for our next family getaway. Jason was very responsive & helpful with anything we needed both before & during the stay.

Justin’s place offered a great retreat during our family’s trip to the smoky mountains. The cabin was clean, spacious and comfortable. The amenities were great, and they were exactly as described. One thing to note is that there were a limited number of towels, so plan to bring extras or take the time to wash, especially since you may need extras when using the hot tub. I would suggest planning to bring or buy dishwasher detergent and laundry soap since limited supplies were provided.

This is our 3rd time coming to the area in October and this was the best place we have ever stayed. Plenty of space inside an outside, close to anything you could want to do, and Justin was phenomenal with communicating and helping us have the best experience! I will100% stay here again!

My family & I stayed at Justin cabin and absolutely loved it. The cabin was beautiful clean & spacious and so many fun things to do in the cabin. My kids loved the pool table & miniature golf right outside the movie theater was also a hit! It was the perfect location to get to everything Dollywood, restaurants, stores all the fun activities to do in pigeon forge. I’m a clean freak and this cabin was spotless! You will love this cabin it has everything u need to cook in the beautiful kitchen also.. Justin was a wonderful host and answered any questions or concerns I had.

We had a nice stay at Justin's. The house was exactly as described and as shown in the photos. There was plenty of room for the 5 adults and 1 dog that we had and we could all gather to watch movies and the Olympics in the 1st level theatre room that was nice and cool while outside it was 95°. WiFi was perfectly adequate for streaming and for a couple of us to get work done virtually when needed. The house is close to everything on the strip and Gatlinburg was only a short 15 minute drive away. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Only negative ( and it’s minor) was that as hot as it was outside, the third floor was pretty warm as it’s open to the second floor and the air conditioning was losing the battle to cool it down. Overall we had no complaints, enjoyed the house, played a little mini golf, cooked in quite a bit (grocery store is 5 mins away) and would stay here again if we get back that way again.

Justin was the best to communicate with. The cabin was beautiful and very large and the outdoor mini golf was a bonus. The cabin is close to a grocery store and like 3 minutes from the main road in Pigeon Forge .Justin answered all my questions before I went and was easy to get in touch with during my stay can't stay enough great things about him!!! This place is exactly like the pictures. I love the location. It is a cabin but not far from all the action. The cabin was very clean. The little golf course was a fun addition. The game room is nice. My family really enjoyed that part of the cabin. The theater room also very nice. The seats are so comfy! The couches in the living room are also very comfy! A lot of cabins I have stayed in the couches look cute but not comfy. Justin is a great host. He is very responsive if you have any questions. Totally recommend this place! It had a very great vibe all around!

This cabin was perfect. We traveled with 5 adults and 5 children (ages 5 months-12 years old). When we arrived, the cabin was immaculate. There was plently of space (3 floors), and the children had their own floor (top floor). We loved the mini golf course outside and had no issues with availability despite sharing with the neighboring cabin. The cabin had everything we needed including a pack and play and high chair. There were plenty of dishes and pots to use in the kitchen. The beds were all very comfortable (including the sofa bed) and the movie theater chairs were awesome. The host was great and easy to communicate with. The cabin was close to everything. It was our first time traveling to Tennessee, and I wasnt aware how busy it gets during spring break. There were people everywhere. We could not find parking when visiting the mountains, but we made the best of it. Just be aware when traveling in March, its busy. There is plenty to do within 5 minutes of the cabin. We were never bored. This was a great trip. We couldnt have asked for better housing for our spring break vacation, and we will return.

Wonderful trip, really just a time to unwind and get family together to cook and play board games. Plenty of room to spread out, and great location. Not up on a mountain or anything treacherous at all.... actually in a group of cabins in the back of a neighborhood and 3 minutes from the Parkway. Anyone can nit-pick a few things here and there, but the size and location and games and theater room and hot tub (that surprisingly maintains its temperature) made for a super time. And the putt-putt outside.... it was unbelievably well made and impressive.
For any guest considering this... it's worth it, but bring a few spare towels and if you have actual corn hole bags, bring yours. The ones provided were worthless solidified rocks left out in the rain and we wanted to play that.

We had such a great visit! Justin’s place was just as described. It was so nice having such a variety of things to do at the cabin or just minutes down the road. The cabin was clean and so much fun. I would highly recommend bringing your own towels as, just as described, there is one for each guest only and they are small and thin. Justin does a great job of describing exactly what you can expect in terms of supplies so pay attention to the description if you plan to do laundry or need lots of toiletries. Had a great time nonetheless! Great hospitality!

My daughter rents a cabin for the whole family every year for our Christmas present. This cabin was by far the best one we have stayed at. It was super clean! I can't say that enough! So clean! We had plenty of room for everyone. And the grandkids had lots of stuff to keep them busy. This cabin is close to all the attractions and restaurants. My husband loved that he didn't have to get on the main parkway to go to the store. We loved every bit of this trip and it started with this great cabin!

This place is fabulous! We’ve probably been to Gatlinburg a hundred times and we haven’t stayed in Pigeon Forge in quite some time. We were very happy with our choice not only of the location in general, but specifically this cabin. It was comfy and homey but also so elevated. The putt putt, arcade and games, movie theatre room, hot tub, etc. you could pretty much make an entire vacation just staying in this cabin. The only suggestions I would make is a few more towels and a garbage can on the lower level/movie theatre room- those are extremely minor. I feel confident if you had a true issue in this cabin, Justin’s team would fix it and fix it quickly. They are proactive and everyone we interacted with from the management company were great to work with which is so rare. A true ten out of ten!

We stayed at Justin’s place for my son’s birthday who was turning 10. We definitely enjoyed staying here and there was plenty of room for us and another family (cousin’s) who joined us. The kids loved the upstairs area and the kitchen was great to feed all the kiddos. One thing that I loved was that Justin sent us recommendations of local things to do and places to eat. This was so helpful and we used greatly !

My family had a wonderful stay at Groundhog Heaven. Our kids loved playing putt putt and arcade games. The hot tub and theater room were a hit as well. The location is great. It was just a short drive to all activities and restaurants that we visited in the Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg area. Justin was consistently on it with his communications prior to, during, and after our stay. I will definitely keep this cabin on my list of options for future visits.

We stayed as a family of four, plus two additional sets of family members (grandparents). The property is designed with two bedrooms on the bottom floor (each with their own bathroom), and a separate TV viewing area. This was PERFECT for those family members who didn't want to disturb the younger kids late at night or early in the morning. The next floor housed the kitchen, main living room, and master bedroom. We also LOVED this layout as the coordinators of the trip. We had our privacy when we wanted it, but were close enough to the central action to coordinate the kids and the other family members. The upstairs loft was a thrill for the kids with the game tables and their separate bedroom space. We were in TN in the dead heat of July. The only thing I would recommend to any family traveling in the summer is to take a couple fans for the kids rooms. The home otherwise was safe, in a great neighborhood, and had amazing amenities. The wi-fi worked fine, the putt putt course was the CUTEST! My 12 year old and 6 year old both loved it. The home was clean, available as soon as we arrived, and was the perfect choice. My only suggestions for the owners: - a bigger TV in the master (so tiny for such a large space) - a different fan/light in the master (this one turns off after a certain amount of time - not ideal in the summer) - notify guests that they should bring additional trashcan bags I would rate this a 5 out of 5 with no hesitation!

We loved the trip. This was one of many to come. The cabin was perfect. We only had one thing and it was the bed in the extra room. It does not fit a 6'4"child. Everything else was perfect. This place is very spacious for a group of 4 adults and 3 kids and that’s including larger furniture to fit everyone. Everything you needed to feel at home was available plus the theater room, put put golf, pool table/game room and hot tub made it feel special.
We had 3 young kids (5-8) upstairs playing in the game room and it can get loud on the main level since it’s open to the floor below… not to mention a log cabin.
Overall it was very beautiful place and a super convenient location to the main parkway.
The host was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend.

This place gave us everything we hoped for and more. From mini-golf in the backyard and billiards to hot tub nights on the patio and movies in the home theatre before bedtime, we made memories here in a couple of nights that we will surely keep for years.

I booked this for a family vacation of 7. We easily fitted comfortably and it was beautiful! Most activities were literally 5 mins away! Also gatlinburg was only about 15 mins away. We had two couples, a single adult, and two children. The children shared the bunk bed room and everyone else had their own rooms. This was great! We could all see ourselves coming back to pigeon forge and gatlinburg. This was a fun vacation in a great cabin!

Thank you Justin for hosting us at this wonderful cabin. It was close enough to everything we needed or wanted to do. The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to enjoy breakfast around the big table. We enjoyed playing pool, the hot tub, watching movies and the putt putt course was a favorite. The home was perfect for our family's weekend getaway. It was our mom and dad's 50th wedding anniversary surprise celebration. The home was clean, stocked with essentials and in a very nice neighborhood. The description of the home was on par, it was exactly what was expected from the description and then some!! Plenty of space for all of our family, great in home entertainment; pool table, arcade game, jenga, poker table and chips. We didn't get to try the entertainment room, but it was nicely arranged for excellent movie viewing! Loved the theater seating!! Justin was amazing, he communicated with me before the arrival, during the stay and after we left. So attentive and willing to help with any questions I had. I would stay again, if the opportunity presents itself. My entire family had a wonderful stay. Close enough to the "hub" of Pigeon Forge, but far enough away so you aren't hearing traffic all day and night! Enjoyed the evenings and mornings on the back deck. Thank you Justin!

We stay in pigeon forge at least twice a year as a quick getaway— this was by far the best cabin we have stayed in. It was very clean and that says a lot. Perfect yard for dogs and young ones. Close to everything yet secluded from town. We didn’t encounter any problems however Justin was very responsive to any questions we had and getting us the correct info on check in. Highly recommend!

This cabin was absolutely amazing. The interior was better than the pictures. The rooms were spacious. I did a girls trip and the ladies and I lived it! Justin was a great host. He was very responsive and helpful. He even hooked us up with coupons and things to do! Will def book again!

We loved this location and the space was perfect for our group. The house was very clean, and had plenty of things available that we needed for our stay!
It’s very close to the strip in pigeon forge and accessible to everything with a short drive which was awesome. We usually choose a really great view over accessibility, but we decided we wanted to get to town faster for this trip, and to forgo the view.
The hot tub was really clean and fits four people so we had to take turns.
The theater chairs were difficult to operate and the owner communicated swiftly that they were going to repair or replace them based on my feedback.
The other drawback was the extremely slow internet available for movie viewing. We suggest finding better internet or having a dvd player attached or an HDMI cord connected to where guests can bring their own devices to watch movies seamlessly as the internet did not allow us to enjoy after 2 hours of trying we gave up.
We’d love to stay again if remedied!

Cabin was exactly as described! Everything was very clean and we had everything we needed! We were able to cook and serve dinner without any worries! They have plenty of pots, pans, utensils, china and silverware!!

Beautiful place! The location is close to the main strip but set back a quiet street. The beds and couches are all really comfortable and the kitchen is well equipped. We also really appreciated being able to bring our dogs. The security cameras are noted in the listing, so we expected the doorbell camera and driveway floodlight, but we didn't love that there was also one on the back porch where we were hanging out. I understand the owner's need for security but as guests we would have liked more privacy. Overall it was a great place and we would recommend it to others.

The cabin is extremely beautiful. It was perfect for our quick getaway. Cabin is large with several things for adults and kids to do. Close enough to all the attractions but far enough to still be a peaceful, cabin feel. The host is incredible, easy to work with and prompt responses. Highly recommend!
