Welcome to "Groundhog Heaven," where convenience, traditional log cabin charm, modern decor and amenities are combined into one AMAZING family friendly cabin! With 4BR (sleeps 11!), 2 large game rooms/theater room, and multiple outdoor decks, your family will have plenty of room to play and relax. Get a Hole in One, then soak in the outdoor hot tub, play a round of pool, games on the arcade, or wind down in the private master jacuzzi tub by the fireplace. This cabin has it all!

Our cabin is ONLY a 5-minute walk to the Parkway in Pigeon Forge and is ideal for families and small groups alike - so pack your bags -- the mountains are calling!!

Featuring high vaulted ceilings for lots of light, a beautiful open floor plan, stacked-stone fireplace, large flat screen tv and comfortable leather furniture for the perfect hang out spot.
To take in the outdoors, simply walk out onto your deck and hang out with family and friends near the fireplace for those chilly nights.

★Kitchen & Dining★
Your kitchen is fully stocked with plenty of cookware, a crock pot, and morning necessities like a Keurig and coffee pot. The one-of-kind, hand-crafted, cedar dining table is perfect for those family meals, seating up to 10, plus additional seating at the high-top for 2 more.

★Outdoors★
A brand new, 9-hole putt-putt golf course is the perfect outdoor game for the whole family. Conveniently located in the yard, featuring a “Plinko” hole and golf clubs of all sizes, everyone can compete to see who will get the first Hole in One! There won’t be lines to wait for a turn because the mini golf is private access only to Groundhog Heaven guests and the guests next door at Uncle Buck’s Cabin. But that's not all – we've also added a cornhole set for even more gaming excitement. The yard is so large, there’s still plenty of space to play other fun family games. The covered decks are the perfect hang out spot featuring a relaxing hot tub, charcoal grill and an outdoor gas fireplace.
Getting to Groundhog Heaven Cabin is a breeze, it’s a 2 min drive from “The Island'' on a nice cul-de-sac street yet still far away from the hustle and bustle. And there is plenty of parking for 3 cars on our paved driveway.

★2 Game Rooms & Theater Room★
Every cabin needs a fun Game Room, or how about two!?! The moment you step into Groundhog Heaven, you’ll be in our cabin’s first hang out area, featuring a large table for card games, Jenga or watch a movie from our oversized chairs on the large flat screen TV. On the 3rd floor, we have our second game room with a full-size pool table, Multicade with 60 of your favorite classic arcade games, and another flat screen TV. There’s plenty of space for everyone to hang out and make memories!

★Bedrooms★
Groundhog Heaven has the perfect mountain modern, master ensuite with a plush king-size bed, flat screen TV, full bath, and a beautiful double-sided, stacked-stone gas fireplace which you can enjoy from the bed or in your private jacuzzi tub. Other guests can enjoy some privacy too, our cabin has 2 additional King bedrooms with their own private full bathrooms. And for the littles or solo guests, we have a beautiful, vaulted ceiling bunk room with one twin-over-twin bunk bed and one twin bed. If you need more space, guests can also take advantage of our new, comfortable pullout sofa.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

IMPORTANT: This is pet friendly which means 2 dogs or cats are allowed and must be non-aggressive and crated if left in home. No other animals are allowed, and breach of these rules will result in penalties of $250 per infraction.

My group was blown away at the cabin. It was the perfect location for all the activities the town has to offer. The cabin was so clean and had everything we needed for a weekend stay. My group of youth want to rent this same cabin for our next trip here. The cabin provided enough fun things that even in the cold wet weather we had plenty to do indoors.

Despite having issues with the internet, problems with the water pressure and one of the toilets not flushing, Justin was quick to respond and send someone out to help fix the issues. Unfortunately it was determined that there was no internet box whatsoever and it couldn’t be fixed until the next week. Therefore, the kids couldn’t watch TV and we couldn’t use our phones but that was also a good thing because we were able to make the most of it and still have fun playing pool, the arcade games, and our own games we brought. I don’t want this to reflect a bad review as the place was beautiful, clean, and matched the pictures but even better in person. We enjoyed our stay and will definitely be returning! 😊

We had a fantastic stay at this log cabin in Pigeon Forge! The cabin was clean, spacious, and perfect for our group. With four bedrooms, everyone had plenty of space and privacy.
The movie room was a standout feature and got used every night. The pool table and arcade games were a huge bonus and kept everyone entertained without even needing to leave the cabin. It really felt like a full vacation experience all in one place.
The cabin had a cozy log-cabin feel while still being very comfortable and well maintained. The location was great—close to Pigeon Forge attractions but still quiet and relaxing.
We would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to families or groups looking for a fun and comfortable getaway.

Lots to do!

The cabin had everything and was set up so there is a common area on all three floors. The location is great just off the parkway in Pigeon Forge and only a mile and a half from the Island. You can text Josh anytime and will get a response. He was super helpful and provided us with all the info we needed.

Wonderful Property, Great Location!

My family wanted to get out of the house for a few days and visit pigeon forge. We needed a place that was pet friendly, and relatively close to all the shops without being too close. This was a perfect cabin. It was very clean well maintained and plenty of room for everybody and then some! We will definitely stay again!!

Great family time

We had the best time staying at this cabin. There was truly something for everyone regardless of the weather. The unit located in a central spot, so took us very little time to get to Dollywood, Publix or dining. While the weather was great, the kids enjoyed playing putt putt, cornhole and catch in the yard. While it rained the next day, the hot tub, movie theatre, pool and games were on the agenda. The unit was spacious and could easily accommodate our family. We most definitely will be back our next time in Pigeon Forge!

Great Cabin!

This cabin is great! The best part was the location for us. We were looking for something that didn’t have a long steep drive up to the cabin & it’s only minutes to the parkway where all the attractions are. Having putt putt golf right outside the door was an added bonus. We are already looking at booking this cabin or the one next door (also owned by the same person) again for our next family getaway. Justin is the Best !

Justin was the best to communicate with. The cabin was beautiful and very large and the outdoor mini golf was a bonus. The cabin is close to a grocery store and like 3 minutes from the main road in Pigeon Forge .Justin answered all my questions before I went and was easy to get in touch with during my stay can't stay enough great things about him!!! First time in Tennessee

This cabin was perfect. We traveled with 5 adults and 5 children (ages 5 months-12 years old). When we arrived, the cabin was immaculate. There was plently of space (3 floors), and the children had their own floor (top floor). We loved the mini golf course outside and had no issues with availability despite sharing with the neighboring cabin. The cabin had everything we needed including a pack and play and high chair. There were plenty of dishes and pots to use in the kitchen. The beds were all very comfortable (including the sofa bed) and the movie theater chairs were awesome. The host was great and easy to communicate with. The cabin was close to everything. It was our first time traveling to Tennessee, and I wasnt aware how busy it gets during spring break. There were people everywhere. We could not find parking when visiting the mountains, but we made the best of it. Just be aware when traveling in March, its busy. There is plenty to do within 5 minutes of the cabin. We were never bored. This was a great trip. We couldnt have asked for better housing for our spring break vacation, and we will return.

This place is very spacious for a group of 4 adults and 3 kids and that’s including larger furniture to fit everyone. Everything you needed to feel at home was available plus the theater room, put put golf, pool table/game room and hot tub made it feel special.
We had 3 young kids (5-8) upstairs playing in the game room and it can get loud on the main level since it’s open to the floor below… not to mention a log cabin.
Overall it was very beautiful place and a super convenient location to the main parkway.
The host was extremely responsive throughout the entire process. I highly recommend.
