The cabin was clean and cozy. Its hardly 5-7 mins away from Gatlinburg but still feels private with a nice views from bedrooms.
Check-in and check-out instructions were super easy to follow and Justin was quick to respond.

This cabin was very clean and the location was extremely easy to get to for first time mountain-goers. It’s extremely close to Gatlinburg and the host was very responsive and provided many suggestions for activities nearby.

Loved it! Hot tub was great! We also used babyquip which was Amazing. My son slept great in the crib and sleep improved everyone’s vacation. We had everything we needed. I was a little disappointed we didn’t see any bears but that has nothing to do with the property! We would absolutely stay again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at the cabin this past week. It was very clean and spacious for our family of four. Our kids loved the upstairs with the bunk beds and adjoining rooms and of course the hot tub. It was close to downtown, the grocery store, and several attractions. We kept busy all day and enjoyed coming back to the quiet cabin to relax at night.

We even saw two bears right outside the windows in the kitchen during our stay! We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it!

Great location and good for families. The cabin is about 15 mins from pigeon forge and less than 10 mins to Gatlinburg. The cabin was clean and just the right amount of space for 2 kids, 2 adults and 2 grandparents. We also saw a bear just a few feet from the front door! The property management folks were super responsive and helpful! They went above and beyond.

We cannot say enough about this place. The location was very private but also very easily accessible to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. The cabin was comfortable, clean, and exactly as described. The host was friendly, quick to respond to any questions or concerns, and very helpful. Check-in and check-out were so easy. If I were to stay in the area again, I absolutely would book this place.

Really enjoyed staying here. Very close to Gatlinburg but still quiet and peaceful. We were in a car accident the week before our stay and then i really hurt my shoulder so the hot tub was literally what i needed after a long day. The master bed was super comfortable. My kids loved having their own rooms and with a bathroom of their own. My favorite thing was was relaxing in the living room at the end of the day. It was very cozy and relaxing. Plenty of dinnerware, silverware, and cups and having a high chair was perfect. Overall great place to stay.

We had a great time at this cabin. Justin was very responsive and gave us a guide for the places as well as some coupons for the different attractions which was really nice of him. He did check in with us multiple times which is great. My kids had fun playing in the kid's size tent and the arcade game. The hot tub on the back balcony was great. The place is exactly like in the pictures and all the amenities are there. We liked how there's a high chair and also bunk beds as well as night lights. It's very close to most of the attractions. If we ever come back to Gatlinburg one day, we will definitely book this place again.

We really enjoyed our stay and rhe shape the property is in. Plenry of utensils, plates and glasses for all. The cabin was clean and the beds were very comfortable. The location is great for getting downtown and over to pigeon forge quickly. The only real down sides were the shower downstairs was very small with nowhere to place soap or shampoo. And not the fault of the owner and if you are a morning person this shouldn't bother you but there is a property down the way that has a rooster who loves 5 to 530am...lol. Not a deal breaker but definitely woke us up every day. All in all we would definitely stay again and enjoyed our vacation very much.

This was a great place to stay! The cabin was beautiful, clean and in a great location. My only complaint would be that the towels are extremely small and thin. I would suggest bringing your own hot tub towels if possible as not many are provided.

Highly recommend for a perfect mix of smoky mountain seclusion and town of Gatlinburg fun. Everything we wanted to do was within a 5-10minute drive. This also made it more cost effective to go out and do an activity and stop back “home” for lunch and dinner. Our kids loved the bunk beds and arcade. We had a few rainy days so the variety of streaming channels came in handy. Highly recommend and kids are already asking when we can go back.

Great location, super clean, very responsive, had everything we need! I would stay here again. My kiddos loved staying in a "log cabin." The only thing for parents of little kiddos to be aware of is that the room with the bunk beds is a loft that overlooks the main living space, so it would be difficult to watch TV in the main room after you put them to bed if they go down early (or you just need to put them in one of the other bedrooms with both have doors that close). It's easy to see that from the picture, but I just want to point that out if useful.

We recently stayed with our young family. Everything was very clean and in good working order--very thankful for that! They had plenty of bed linens available, fully stocked kitchen so we could cook and the primary bed was so comfortable! It's a quick, easy drive to downtown Gatlinburg and there's a nice grocery store less than 10 minutes away. We had a great stay! Thank you!

The other reviews are accurate. Easy access close to downtown. No crazy roads. My son loved the kids room and video games. Also had plenty of room to play when we were in the cabin. The roosters are there but not a problem. Hot tub was great. Hosts were responsive to any issues we had during our stay.

We had an amazing time and this place did not disappoint. Close to town but still allowed you to feel secluded. This was our second trip here and we tried staying closer to town and glad we did. Was able to get down and into places easily and still saw bears daily- one was right on the embankment when my daughter walked outside and one we saw police escorting it down the road! Recommend this place for your next getaway!

We had a wonderful time at Happy Days!! The location could not have been more convenient. My husband, daughter, son-in-law, grandson, and myself stayed. The cabin was very comfortable and had plenty of room for us. We stayed at Happy Days for 8 nights. The only thing we found lacking were the towels. There was one small bath towel and one wash cloth per person so there was not a cloth to wash your face and a separate cloth to bathe with. We did end up going to Walmart and purchasing towels. I say this to say bring towels and wash cloths from home. Otherwise the house had everything we needed. The host, Justin, was very pleasant to deal with and very responsive. We all agreed that we would not have a problem renting this house again should we go back to Gatlinburg in the future.

My family and I had a five night stay at this cabin. It was wonderful. The cabin was clean and it was a very spacious for a family of four. My little ones (2 and 4) absolutely loved the upstairs bedroom with bunk beds. The location of the cabin was wonderful. Very close to all of the attractions and no scary mountain drive which is a huge plus for me! The cabin was also private and there were no close neighbors. The balcony was amazing and we really enjoyed the hot tub. Communication with the owner was great. A very pleasant and enjoyable experience all around. Would love to stay here again!

Our only complaint would be the bath towels were very small; not a standard size. We loved our stay! The house was beautiful & the view was amazing! Our family enjoyed going into the city to walk Main Street and eat at the restaurants. Mountain coasters and stopping at random road stops to spend time by the river were my kids favorite things to do.
We did see a few bear in the city but never on the property. We do know a bear visited our cabin the last evening as we left with a dirty bear paw print on my vehicle, so cool!!!!

Exactly per online listing. Hot tub very clean and reportedly emptied and cleaned after every guest stay. Very relaxing and private on the covered deck with 2 rocking chairs and separate table with 4 seats. Our family thoroughly enjoyed our 3 night stay. It rained very hard repeatedly when we stayed and there were several minor leaks in the cabin. We reported to property manager. Tips for future guests: Ideal location a short distance from the tourist strip, but driving the main road through Gatlinburg is very congested at all times and parking fills up. Best to arrive early if planning to hang out along the main drag. Amenities: There is both a Keurig and 12-cup standard coffee maker. There were filters provided (or a previous guest left). Two Keurig pods were provided but you’ll need to bring your own coffee for the machine. There was one roll of TP in each bathroom with no spares, so depending on the length of your stay, you may want to bring extra. There’s a mini-mart nearby but the prices are high and traveling to a grocery store requires navigating through congested traffic in either direction.

Everything was clean. It was nice, location was good, plenty of parking and comfortable beds. I wish there was a way to access the back porch without having to go through the master bedroom the single cup coffee maker would not work however the pot worked fine. There needs to be a few hooks in the upstairs bathroom. And the roosters on the other side of the road were nonstop even at night.

This home was so great! It was as described in the listing. Very clean and comfortable. The location is fabulous, we were in town to visit Dollywood for a few days. This home was about a 20 minute drive which was great. The home is close to Gatlinburg and all the entertainment and foot it has to offer. The remote, rural location was peaceful while also being convenient to town. Justin was very responsive and helpful. Any questions were quickly and thoroughly answered. I would stay here again!

The property location is private with lots of convenient parking space yet very close to all the activities Gatlinburg has to offer. The property is well maintained and clean when we arrived. Everything worked well as described and we enjoyed our stay a lot. A best deal for a family of 6.

We loved our stay here the cabin was clean and comfortable close to everything but far enough to enjoy the sounds of nature and enjoy privacy! The cabin has all the comforts of home. When we walked in, it was just as described!! The furniture was very comfortable, it was clean and the kids enjoyed having the upstairs area to themselves. The cabin was easy to get to even in the snow and ice. Location is perfectly, only 8 minutes to the center of Gatlinburg and easy commute to Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be back!!

Great location and beautiful cabin! We went on a couples trip and the house was perfect! Primary bedroom was downstairs with a king bed and second bedroom upstairs with a queen bed allowed for plenty of space for 4 adults. Host was responsive with all questions. Definitely enjoyed our trip!

We enjoyed our stay. We had some sad stuff happen right before our stay. And it was just so relaxing out on the back deck. Even enjoying a meal out there was relaxing. Our daughter loved climbing the stairs and sleeping in a big bed also.

This was the perfect cabin on a mountain! It was so easy to to find and VERY close to the main strip. The cabin was clean and just the right size for my family of 6. It was quiet (except for the rooster in the mornings). Justin was very helpful and responsive and we are already trying to find a way to come back. Thanks for a fun few days!

This was the perfect spot for our family of 5. Kids bedrooms are upstairs with the king downstairs. There's a grocery store nearby. This spot is located at the end of a short dead-end street that's only shared with 2 other cabins. There's quite a bit of space between this one and the other 2 with plenty of parking in between and plenty of turn-around space. It's a quiet road since it's only 3 cabins, so there's space for kids to play outside. Everything was as pictured. The kitchen had an ample supply of cookware & dishes. Check-in was super easy and Justin & Kari were quick to respond to all of my questions. We'll be back!

We traveled to Gatlinburg for a quick weekend and the location of this cabin was exceptional. As soon as you get into Gatlinburg you turn at the first light and you’re maybe 5 minutes up the road. It was the perfection location for Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Upon arriving I had requested a baby bed and high chair. Both were there when we arrived. Beds were comfy and everything was cleaned to my satisfaction. Will definitely stay here again!

The pictures do not do any justice on this cabin. Everything was perfect, from communication, to location, and so clean. After a long drive, we were so happy to relax on an actual comfortable mattress. Many other places have had beds that felt like plywood, but these felt exactly like the ones we have at home. Communication with the host was easy. If you were having second guesses on staying here, this is your answer to book.

Justin was very kind and explained the listing perfectly. My husband, son and I had such a relaxing getaway from our crazy busy life’s. The cabin was not only perfect for the three of us but also so cozy it was the perfect place for our getaway. We spent most of the time in the cabin and definitely made some core memories in it. Justin’s cabin was very peaceful and clean! It was super cute and super cozy. They even had Christmas decorations up and a beautiful Christmas tree to make it feel even more festive and cozy! The cabin is very easy to get to and very close to the Gatlinburg strip. Justin was very kind, quick to respond and even gave us some coupons for things to do. We will definitely be booking with Justin again whenever we come back to the mountains!

This was our favorite place we've ever stayed in Gatlinburg! The layout was perfect for our family. There was a dining room, full kitchen, living room on the first floor and a hallway that had a closet with washer/dryer. Then the hallway led to a full bathroom, bedroom with a king sized bed and the balcony with the hot tub off the first floor bedroom. Bedroom has a huge jacuzzi tub also. Off the living room were stairs that went up to the 2nd floor. On the 2nd floor there was a roomy loft that had bunkbeds with a very cool game console that ours kids had an amazing time playing. 2nd floor also had a bedroom with a queen sized bed. There was a full bathroom upstairs as well. There were no exits or balconies upstairs which was very important to us since that's where our children slept. Everything was really clean! Beds were super comfy! We have 4 children (ages 3-11) and 2 adults and there was plenty of room for all of us to spread out. There is a dining room table that fits 4 people and 4 bar stools at the kitchen counter. There is a smart tv in the living room, 1st floor bedroom, 2nd floor bedroom and in the loft. One of our favorite things about this house was the location. You dont have to drive up a gaint mountain to get to the house. It's close to everything; less than 10 minutes to the main strip in Gatlinburg.

We had a great vacation here with our family! It was clean, comfortable and cozy. Nice to have a place to retreat to after being out, and the Jacuzzi was relaxing.
Pros: Clean, good location, Nice Jacuzzi, downstairs bed was comfortable. We were very impressed with how clean it was! worked out well having the bunk bed for the kids upstairs. Jacuzzi and balcony was great. AC and appliances all worked very well. Was nice to have the Keurig Machine. Justin was also very responsive and helpful throughout!
Cons: Dining table was too small. Upstairs bed was uncomfortable and comforter was too heavy. Rooster crows nearby very early. Think there might of been some sort of 'Fast and Furious' convention going on because we could hear the noisy cars all night.
Thank you Justin for being a great host. We really enjoyed our stay!

Everything about our stay was absolutely perfect and couldn’t have been more relaxing! We were looking for a cabin specifically large enough to accommodate us, 2 teenage girls and a 10 year old boy. I am so glad we were able to stay here and Justin and his wife made our stay so simple. As soon as I asked a question, he was on it! The cabin had everything that we needed, from the kuerig to the dishes to the towels to the hot tub. It was very clean and welcoming. We will definitely be back and I highly recommend this cabin!

Our recent trip to Gatlinburg was fantastic staying at Justin’s cabin! Perfect for a family with kids with 3 bedrooms and lots of open space. The location is close to downtown Gatlinburg but within a 25 min drive of Dollywood and other Pigeon Forge attractions. Justin was incredibly welcoming and proactive with communication the minute we booked our cabin. He was super responsive and went above and beyond to make our getaway stress-free. We booked this trip about 1 month in advance. Justin communicated with us in such an effective way. He answered all our questions and provided lots of local and surrounding area information and guide. My family and I (total of 5) just loved the cabin. From the moment we entered it smelled amazing and clean. Additionally, the location is perfect. Close to main strip and not far from pigeon forge and Sevierville. The rooms and space were perfect as well. This is our first road-trip to Gatlinburg and my kids were so sad to leave the cabin. Our only regret was not booking it longer. :-)

We loved our stay at "Happy Days" cabin! It was close to Gatlinburg, yet tucked away in a private area with roads that were easy to access and drive--no climbing up a mountainside to your cabin in four wheel drive here, thankfully! We especially loved the privacy of the porch and hot tub and also that it was well off the ground, which added an element of security we appreciated. The cozy living room makes you never want to leave, and the beds were extremely comfortable. I'm a stickler for cleanliness in places I stay, and this cabin gets an A+ rating--it was immaculate. It was a wonderful getaway for my mom and I and we are wishing we were still there. I highly recommend! We would love to return.

The place is very nice, relatively close to many places, the outdoor jacuzzi has decent privacy, the kitchen has a lot of amenities, the whole family enjoyed the stay and wants to come back.

Justin was a very attentive, friendly, and helpful host. We loved our stay here. There were clear instructions with anything that we had questions about. The cabin was in a nice and mostly private location. The cabin was very well stocked with anything that we needed; cups, plates, blankets, soap, washer, dryer, etc. The hot tub functioned as described and was very nice to be in during the cooler days or nights. The arcade was also a fun addition to an already great place to stay. Thanks again!
