Great location! So close to everything but tucked away enough where it’s still quiet!

The location and unit were great! We arrived from NC and stayed Thurs thru Sun. We were in walking distance (minutes) to the parkway which was excellent for day and night activities. The location was also only 30 from a visit to Cherokee casino and 30 minutes or less to a visit to Pidgeon Forge, which we did both. The unit had what we needed and was very comfortable. Justin was very responsive, as we arrived late in the evening and needed to reach out. The after hours service was very responsive, friendly, patient and helpful as well. We will definitely make this a place to stay again in the future when we visit Gatlinburg. Thank you Justin!

This place was amazing. It is decorated so cute. It was super clean. It is a very short walk to the Gatlinburg strip or there is trolley pick up on site. We definitely would LOVE to visit again soon! Hurry and book this so you do not miss out on this place!

Great little condo just a little over a block away from the main strip in Gatlinburg. Really clean place and Justin was great! Definitely worth getting just for the ease of parking and within walking distance alone!

I recently had a delightful stay at a condo in Gatlinburg through Airbnb. The location was superb, providing easy access to all the attractions and scenic spots I wanted to visit. The condo itself was exactly as described in the listing, which made the experience smooth and pleasant. The host was incredibly responsive, promptly addressing any inquiries I had, which made me feel well taken care of. Overall, it was a fantastic experience, and I would highly recommend this Airbnb for anyone planning a trip to Gatlinburg.

Accommodating setup for a solo trip down to the Smoky Mountains. Conveniently located in Gatlinburg, access to downtown and the smoky mountains. Tidy and clean. No odors.
The condo has a small deck/porch which was relaxing for mornings and evenings.
Justin was a treat to communicate with regarding the arrangements. I’d go back again!

We have owned a timeshare over 20 years so this was my first experience with Airbnb. It was a quick last minute trip to meet halfway and pick up my nephew for Spring Break and spend a few days in Gatlinburg. It was a perfect location and a quick walk to everything! The room was very clean and inviting. Exactly as pictured. Justin was extremely helpful and quick to respond to questions during our stay. I would not hesitate to stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone!

Justin’s Condo was the perfect place we needed for our first time visit in Gatlinburg.
The condo is exactly at the heart of the Gatlinburg. Walkable to almost everything within the gatlinburg downtown. Its perfect for a weekend gateway with the place decorated to give the homely vibes. We enjoyed the stay and will definitely come back!

We primarily chose this unit because of its location close to the park entrance and just a couple of blocks from Anakeesta. We also found that it was quiet and yet just a short walk away from the main strip in Gatlinburg. Justin was extremely responsive to any questions. The unit itself was very clean and comfortable. We appreciated the air conditioning in the bedroom and the comfortable bed. When we arrived we weren’t sure if we needed to stop in the office - so we did- but didn’t need to. We should have just driven to the back parking lot and taken the elevator to the 2nd floor. Luggage totes were available there. We had everything we needed in the unit and appreciated the attention that had been paid to the decor. We would definitely be open to staying there again.

This place has the best location downtown. You can walk right from your condo without having to drive anywhere. After hiking all day that is a huge plus. Plus the shower has excellent water pressure.

Justin’s responsiveness and communication was spot on from the moment we booked our stay. This condo not only was cozy but very close to all the Gatlinburg attractions. We loved that it was off the strip enough to not hear the hustle and bustle but can be walked to in less than 5 minutes. If you want a little weekend get away book this place now!

We all enjoyed our stay. The kids loved having a pool and hot tub right outside the patio. We were located where we could walk to downtown Gaitlinburg. We watched the skylifts. We even seen a mom and two bear cubs in a tree outside the front door. Thank y'all for everything.

Loved staying right in downtown Gatlinburgh. Could easily walk to shops, restaurants, and entertainment. Very quiet place. Loved the option of bring home take out or fixing food at the room. First time staying at a AirBnB but would definitely do again.
