Our stay was amazing from the spectacular views of the mountains to a short distance to the middle of town. The ability to relax and unwind in the evenings allowed restful, peaceful sleep so each morning you are ready to start your day on the shaded deck while sipping your coffee. We plan to return.

I can’t compliment this cabin enough. It was perfect in every way - size for the whole family, layout, amenities, location. The views were almost as amazing as what you can get by spending a whole day driving up into the mountain. We honestly won’t stay anywhere else.

Booked for a bachelorette getaway and it did not disappoint. views were so pretty and the space was perfect for what we had planned. wish it was closer to gatlinburg but it the drive wasnt terrible and we had very memorable cute car rides. definitely would stay here again!

WHAT A VIEW!!! I will always recommend this place to absolutely everyone the cabin was beautiful my friends and I really enjoyed our stay the drive up the mountains was a bit scary but so worth it once up there I recommend buying enough food to have up there. Will definitely come back!!!

We really enjoyed our time at the cabin. The cabin is beautiful and the host is very responsive. My family is from Georgia and we were meeting our friends from Michigan to spend time in the smokies together. This cabin is perfect for different families staying together because everyone can still have their own space. This was not the first time we have vacationed in the smokies so I knew what area I wanted to stay in and this location is a perfect.

The cabin was exactly as the pictures show. Although the cabins are very close together it was still very quiet. The views are gorgeous. It’s roughly a 10 minute drive up the mountain.. There are no pantry items like salt, pepper, oil, foil, coffee pods. Otherwise, the kitchen was well stocked with everything you need to cook meals. We NEVER ran out of hot water, which was nice with five adults and two kids showering and constantly running the dishwasher and laundry.

Great place to stay! Love the views and the space. Even know your next to other cabins it was still very peaceful when your sitting on the decks looking at the beautiful view. Justin was always very responsive with are questions and was great to work with. Would recommend this cabin and will be revisiting in the future. Cabin is very spacious and plenty of room.

The Cabin was great, we enjoyed all the amenities like the pool table, and arcade. Our boys had a lot To do in their own space. The view is beautiful.
When we got there the hot tub wasn’t on and running but I contacted the Host and he was great got someone out that day! He was so easy to communicate with and was very helpful! We would definitely stay here again!

I can say that I am very happy about choosing this cabin! The views were breathtaking and the cabin was so cozy! Checking in was very easy with clear instructions. The cabin where I stayed was an unforgettable experience! Located in the midst of nature, it provided a perfect refuge for relaxation and recharging my energy. The environment was cozy, with rustic decor that added a special touch. The view from the windows was stunning, allowing me to enjoy beautiful sunsets.
The hosts were extremely attentive, always ready to help and offer local tips. The cleanliness was impeccable, and the amenities provided, such as a fireplace and a well-equipped small kitchen, made the stay even more enjoyable.

The cabin was lovely. So clean and comfy. Beautiful views. Justin was very communicative even though we didn’t have any problems at all with the cabin or amenities. Cabin stayed pretty warm and all appliances worked well. Was not far from Gatlinburg or Pigeon Forge and had a lot of wineries and antique shops within 15 minutes. Perfect trip and perfect space for my family with the three levels and basically three separate spaces. Will definitely look into booking again. Thank you!

Had a great time here. Beautiful views and for sure worth the money. The only thing we would recommend is that the host have some spices in the kitchen, including salt and pepper like other air b n bs we’ve stayed at. Otherwise super stocked with blankets and everything you would need. We had a great time and hopefully will be back soon!

Justin and his family’s home was absolutely perfect! It was so beautiful and peaceful. Remarkable views and just a short beautiful drive to all the attractions. Justin was super responsive before and during the trip with communication. It made for a perfect getaway for my entire family! Everyone had a great time and really enjoyed the home and layout! We have stayed in the Preserve Resort area many times and it is our favorite spot. This cabin is on the perfect strip with the best views for that area. It looked like the photos, I loved the artwork and dark wood floors. Bathrooms are a little dated but it’s the same with all the cabins we have stayed in at the Preserve, so wasn’t a surprise.
We did have some paranormal activity all 3 nights but nothing too scary. Three of us had bad dreams, my MIL’s oxygen was turned off and the hose pulled to the end of the bed. My daughter said the bunk bed was shaking in the middle of the night with only her in it. We laughed about it as we checked out and I said “Bye Mr Ghost” then a loud noise came from downstairs. It’s definitely a stay to remember 🤣🤣

This is a fantastic place to stay. Beautiful views, comfortable furniture, plenty of space. The location is perfect for quick access to Townsend or Gatlinburg, and even the winding road to reach it was enjoyable.
Justin was super responsive and proactive and a fantastic host. We will definitely look here again for our next stay.

Justins place was very clean, cozy and simply wonderful. The view is insane and being able to sit in the hottub while watching the sunset and rise was beautiful. Justin supplies lots of dishes, towels, and the beds were super comfortable. We would definitely love to stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin in Sevierville! The space was incredibly roomy, with well-designed, comfortable rooms that made us feel right at home. Absolutely beautiful cabin! We stayed with family and it was a perfect size for us! As soon as we checked in we checked everything out noticed the gaming machine wasn’t working and let them know right away. Even though we weren’t concerned he still asked if he wanted us to have someone come fix it or wait until after our stay. Most places we stay that have a hot tub 9 times out of 10 the hot tubs are slimy and dirty feeling and you didn’t get that with the hot tub! The kids and family were able to enjoy that feature. The views were absolutely beautiful! The pool area and the view from that was absolutely beautiful. The bears were active in our area we saw a total of 9 bears within our stay. We will definitely book again in the future! Thank you for letting us enjoy this beautiful cabin and make memories!

The property is very well maintained and in a great location for what we were wanting. Three separate floors with balcony's made the stay even more enjoyable as it seemed each family had their own space and so did the kids!! Located very close to a small town (Townsend), Cades Cove, and Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg. The views from the property and area were spectacular and the bear encounters were a first and something we will never forget. The hosts were very responsive to our questions and made our check-in, stay, and checkout a breeze. Thank you again and we hopefully will be back soon.

The bedrooms were big and each one had its own bathroom which was great. The view was unbelievable and even the bears were friendly and always came around to check on us. The kids on the last night wanted to just stay in and play and swim. That was surprising lol.

Cabin is as described! This was our second stay at this resort, but first in this specific cabin, and it did not disappoint! Our stay at Justin's place was fantastic. Great amenities (pool, exercise room, hit tub, pool table, etc.) and the environment couldn't be beaten. In the heart of the Smoky Mtns, this cabin had a beautiful view of the mountains. Location is just the right amount way from the hustle and bustle of town to really enjoy some rest and relaxation. Days in the pool. Nights shooting pool and soaking in the hot tub. Justin was very inviting and helped us feel at home the entire trip. He checked in on us to make sure everything was to our liking. Overall a wonderful experience and we can't wait to come back.

I owned and rented out a cabin in this area, and I will tell you that this is truly a 5-star experience. The views are amazing, and the cabin was the cleanest and best equipped that we've ever had. Communication was quick, considerate, and helpful. The beds are comfortable, and the video game(s) had us playing like kids. Note that this is a bit further away from the Parkway than some options, but we really enjoy the short drive into the GSMNP and the trip through the valley. This is our first option for future trips.

Excellent communication with the owner who always promptly responded to any questions. Cabin was very clean and well stocked for our stay. We all enjoyed the view from the 3 decks! About a 25-45 minute drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Both cities have tons to do and lots of beautiful scenery to enjoy on the drive. The beds in the main bedrooms were comfortable. The pool table and hot tub were nice for evenings after spending the day exploring. Justin responded quickly to any question or issue we had.

Beautiful cabin, well-equipped. Lovely mountain views. Easy communication with the owner. Lots of bear sightings nearby. Away from the crowds but not too far to drive to Pigeon Forge or Gatlinburg. Definitely would stay again.

Me and my family enjoyed an extended weekend at this beautiful cabin. There was plenty of room and plenty of dishes which was a plus! The hot tub was a hit and the view was breathtaking! The home was spacious and clean. The pool table entertained the kids all week. We had a small issue with a door handle that was fixed right away. The view truly was heavenly and we had a great week! Would definitely stay here again!

The views from this cabin are 10/10! The owner is very responsive and always got back to us quickly with any questions we had. The main upstairs bedroom is large, decorated well and overall, very nice. The lower level is great for a group of kids or even a 2nd family if traveling with another group. The main level bedroom is nice with a large bathroom. The location is just far enough from all of the tourist attractions to not feel like you’re in the middle of the hectic tourist season. The neighborhood Momma Bear and her cubs made an appearance several times throughout our trip which was really great to see!

The view from this cabin blew us away. Spectacular! Very clean & the furniture was all very comfortable. I’m someone who oftentimes gets homesick on vacation. Not this time! I felt right at home. Hot tub was great as was the jetted tub. Owner answered all of our texts quickly, too. My family and I hope to return one day soon! 5+++ stars from us!

Family trip to the Smoky Mountains. Cabin was very accessible to all areas we explored including Gatlinburg. Amazing views! We spent most of the time sitting in hot tub or on one of the 3 decks that overlooked the mountains. Teens enjoyed their own space on bottom floor! Owners were very responsive to any questions we had. Loved staying in this cabin!!!

We stayed for a week at this cabin. If you want a view,this is the place. Make sure you close and lock the trash bin or Dolly will get in. We had plenty of space for the 4 of us. The cabin was easy to get to. The road was pretty steep in places. Check in and check out was easy. Wifi worked well.The beds were comfortable. I did miss the air hockey table that was in the amenities. I could have used a pot holder and a funnel,but I made due. I would stay again.Everything was a good experience.Thank you...

The Heavenly View cabin was A wonderful place to stay! We had an amazing family vacation for sure!! The deck was breathtaking! We saw so many bears it made the trip very exciting! But Just stay alert at all times it is def. Bear central station!!! There were plenty of Rocking Chairs on the deck for our family of 6! It was so perfect! The pool table and the hot tub were a hit with the kids! We even played a few games on the Arcade Machine! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed to cook with! We had plenty of linens for all of the beds and they supplied us with plenty towels for bathing. The beds were super comfy! I slept like a baby every single night! And The Garden tub in the master suite was amazing! The jets made it even better! So relaxing!! The cabin has excellent water pressure too! The cabin was super clean and the place was just like the pictures! I would def. Rent this place again! Justin was very responsive to all of our messages! Best vacation ever🤗

The place has a breathtaking view which is worth the trip. The cottage was super clean and equipped with everything we needed. Justin was super helpful, considerate and he made us feel at home.
