High Country Cabin

My only complaint was not spending more time in the cabin!

The cabin was like the photos on Airbnb and Justin was a great and responsive host. I wish Checkout was 12 pm and there was not an extra charge to check in early or check out late so I could continue to enjoy the hot tub. The cabin was in a beautiful and peaceful area. I wish I could have walked but I don’t take beware of bears lightly.
Thank you and we will be back to visit.

Wow .. We had a great stay here. The cabin was clean and spacious. Kids enjoyed a lot. The fun part was we spotted a bear too.

AMAZING! AMAZING! AMAZING! There was so much space in this cabin for all of us! So much for all of us to do, we just did not have enough time, the theatre room, the game room, the hot tub! Please bring your family, all of them and stay longer than a week to fully enjoy everything! Justin was so helpful, so responsive, and reached out immediately everytime single time! Thank you so much Mr. Justin, we will come back and see you when we return to that side of Tennessee!!

Stayed with our three girls for several days and had a great experience. The girls loved all of the porch options and the hot tub, pool table, and games were a big hit. The sound machines in each bedroom were a nice plus! We enjoyed the space and loved having it to come back to each night. Overall a great time!

This is definitely where you want to be! This was the perfect getaway! We all went for my father's 60th birthday and it was our first time in the mountains. He enjoyed his special day and trip! The pictures don't do any justice to what the house looks like, it was beautiful and perfect! It was so close to everything. The peaceful outside views and swings were everything! There's so much to do inside that you can be inside and enjoy yourself. Justin was so responsive, gave easy directions for check-in, precise directions, checked on us as we traveled, and was all around very helpful! I asked for recommendations and he delivered! I will definitely be back! Thank you Justin for everything this weekend!

Beautiful cabin. We were lucky enough to watch a storm roll through while we sat on the porch. The week we stayed it was in the 90s and humid but the AC kept the cabin very comfortable. The road to the cabin is a little steep with some large holes but easy to navigate. WiFi was hit or miss but I believe it was due to the storms rolling through the area. There are cabins in close proximity to this one, but you still feel like you have a good amount of area to yourself. We have a lot of kids and the space was large enough to keep them separated when they needed to be. Beds were very comfortable. Decorating was great.

From the start Justin assisted with booking the cabin, communications while at the cabin, and checking out was very efficient. We totally enjoyed our stay and the cabin meet all our expectations. Having 3 generations in our group the cabin was set up for all. I'll definitely get with Justin for future bookings.

This cabin is beautiful. We enjoyed all the amenities, from the fire pit to the swings, the hot tub and grill. The kids loved the game room and we watched movies in the theater room. The beds are comfy and the view is beautiful. The grill is nice and works well.
We had some trouble with the ice maker half way through but we bought ice and let them know.
This is a great place to come stay, play and relax. FYI ONLY PARKING SPACES FOR 2 VEHICLES. We will rent here again.

Secluded cabin, in a beautiful setting, with all of the amenities we needed, and it’s a relatively short drive to everything to area has to offer. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would absolutely stay again.
Justin, the host, was extremely communicative and responsive. We felt welcomed and informed at every point of the process from booking to checkout.
The one little suggestion to anyone choosing this cabin, if you’ll need more than one towel per person be sure to bring extras from home. There is a washer and dryer but the women in our party would have liked to have an extra towel for their hair.

Our stay at this cabin was everything we hoped from and more. It was a perfect setting for a peaceful, nature-filled escape that gave us a change to relax, reconnect and create lasting memories together.
The cabin itself is spotless, cozy and surrounded by stunning natural beauty. From quite mornings on the porches to evenings under the stars around the fire pit, every moment felt tranquil and refreshing.
Our host Justin was incredibly hospitable - friendly, responsive and thoughtful in every detail from the time we booked our stay until after we had checked out - proactively checking with us to ensure all our needs and expectations were surpassed.
If you're looking for a serene getaway where you can unwind and enjoy nature, this is the place. We left feeling rested, grateful and already talking about when we will return!

Our stay at this home was truly wonderful! The host was incredibly responsive, answering all our messages quickly and ensuring we had everything we needed. The house itself was beautiful—clean, well-decorated, and stocked with all the essentials. The peaceful location made for a relaxing getaway with a serene atmosphere.
One thing to note is that the drive up the mountain can be a bit nerve-wracking, especially for those not used to narrow, winding roads. While the journey is absolutely worth it, I’d recommend arriving before dark if it’s your first time navigating the area. Once you get familiar with the route, it’s much easier, and the breathtaking surroundings make the drive part of the adventure. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would definitely stay here again.

We had a fantastic time at Justin and Kari’s cabin. It was exactly what we needed for our family. It is about 25 minutes from town, so be prepared to do some driving. Parking is limited, so more than 2-3 cars will have to park up on the hill. The house was very clean and had everything we needed.

The cabin had everything we needed. It was beautifully decorated, lots of outside spaces to relax, fully stocked kitchen and lots of little extras to boot. If you want to experience mountain living this is the place for you!

This cabin was absolutely awesome! It was clean, well-maintained, and had all the essentials we needed for a comfortable stay. It was also very accommodating for our 1-year-old, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The atmosphere was peaceful, and everything was just as described. We truly enjoyed our time here, and when we come back, we’re definitely going to try to stay at the same cabin again. Highly recommend!

We came to visit with another couple as a parent’s getaway and we loved our stay! The hammock swings on the deck were a favorite of ours. We probably sat in those every evening enjoying the weather. The kitchen was well stocked. We loved the basement with the bar and pool table. This cabin was just what we were looking for. We were able to order dinner from The Cobbly Knob one night and they delivered! That was a plus for when we didn’t want to make the trip down the mountain to town.

We had an amazing stay at this cabin! It's the perfect spot for a family getaway so cozy and welcoming. The cabin is well kept and beautifully designed, with incredible views that made our time there even more special. There's plenty to do for everyone, so we were never bored. Great place to stay! Great host! We loved our stay here! Having a small child and not having to pack gates for the stairs was great! House was clean and comfy! Also loved that it was in a great location for Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge (30 minutes from both)! We would definitely stay here again!

Our stay at the cabin was wonderful. It was a nice location, in between Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Pros-space, clean, comfortable beds, decorated for Christmas (really felt like home)Cons-needed more bath towels, ladybugs (dead and alive) everywhere. It was a pretty steep drive up to the cabin, if it snowed, I would be nervous about getting up the mountain. Owner was very quick to respond when I contacted him.

We had a wonderful stay at this cabin! The cabin was perfect size for our group of 11 and plenty to do just hanging out at the cabin! The cabin is nestled at the top of the moutains with beautiful relaxing views. We really enjoyed the swings on the balcony and the hot tub. The game room was wonderful for everyone to enjoy. The rooms were spacious for everyone. Justin was a great host and very responsive anytime i reached out. Great stay, lovely and fun cabin!

It was a beautiful place and very well loved. Great views from every window and balcony. Definitely secluded and way back up in the hills. The roads up there were a little tight and rough in some areas, but that's not the places fault, once you're up there it is a little slice of paradise. We had a great time hanging out with friends and enjoying the scenery, plus it's a relatively easy drive to all the towns :) Thanks for a great place and being great hosts!

We loved our stay here! Justin was always super responsive and helpful before and during our stay. The cabin was perfect for our large group and had plenty of stuff to keep the kiddos entertained. The kitchen was more than adequately stocked with anything we could have needed! There was a slight issue with parking our three vehicles but Justin helped resolve it quickly. We would definitely stay here again!

We had an amazing stay at High Country Cabin! The cabin is perfectly situated with stunning views of the Smoky Mountains, offering a peaceful retreat while still being just a short drive from all the attractions in both Gatlinburg and Piegon Forge. We loved the convenience of being close to the hiking trails, restaurants, and shops, yet tucked away in a quiet, scenic location.
The cabin and owners were absolutely fantastic. Before we arrived we were given a plethora of information, not only about the cabin, but about the surrounding areas. They provided us with an extensive list of “things to do” this information was extremely helpful since it was our first time visiting. As for the Cabin itself- cleanliness was top-notch, and every detail was thoughtfully maintained. The theater room was a huge hit for family movie nights, and the spacious outdoor porches were perfect for sipping coffee or relaxing with a glass of wine. Overall, High Country Cabin exceeded all our expectations.

This home situated my family of 9 so perfectly. It’s spacious and well equipped. It was immaculately cleaned and everything was made easy to find and read. Host was responsive within minutes of booking and all throughout our stay. Any questions we had they were able to address promptly. The home is beautifully detailed and secluded in a quiet , peaceful neighborhood . I wish we spent more time in the home to enjoy all the amenities and luxury of the house itself . My kids asked me to bring them back for their birthdays because they just loved the bunkers and movie room.

Justin's place was absolutely amazing 👏
just as described in the pictures beautiful and peaceful. The power was out on the day we arrived due to storm in the area,but Justin had mini flashlights in almost every room that we're very bright and helped until we gained power. Justin was there every step of the way very quick response and just kept checking on us until the power was restored which we are very grateful for. Overall Justin's place is a must stay ❤️
