We loved our days at Justin’s cabin. It was close enough to all the adventuring we did in the park, and was so nice to come home to each day. Super comfortable and fun place to have as our base for exploring the entire region.

The good: We had a great get away at this location! The home was so quaint, inviting, and peaceful! Lots of deck space and rocking chairs for observing nature. The hot tub is amazing and clean, definitely an added bonus. You have almost everything you need (except measuring cups) for a true getaway! Close proximity to amenities (approximately 15 minutes from the cabin to Publix-which is right in Pigeon Forge!) and close enough for WalMart delivery!
The bad: Linens were provided but there is 1 towel and wash cloth per person (if you take 4 people) so if you shower daily, you will reuse or do laundry daily. There were some cosmetic things - a kitchen drawer with a stripped screw that kept falling when we would open the drawer and some burned out bulbs, but nothing that ruined our trip.
Overall: None of these things were a deal breaker for us and we would stay here again! Checkout was super easy! The host was knowledgeable and responsive if we had questions or concerns! 4.9 stars!!!

Great cabin that worked for our whole family! Justin was very responsive when I had any questions. We enjoyed our time in Tennessee! The cabin was clean and cozy. The road in is very steep, so make sure you can make it up. We had no issues getting up the road.

This place was pretty cool from the hot tub to the pool table! Definitely felt like a vacation cabin. I underestimated that slope getting to the cabin it’s a challenge but so worth it!

We really enjoyed our stay at Just Swinging! The cabin is in a great location — close to attractions but far enough out to feel private and peaceful. It was clean, cozy, and had a great game room and hot tub. The kitchen was well-stocked and everything was tidy. Justin, the host, communicated well and made sure we had all the info we needed ahead of time. A few minor downsides: the downstairs bed was a bit too firm for our liking, the pillows weren’t very comfortable (bring your own!), and the A/C struggled to cool the upstairs during a very hot week, though the downstairs stayed nice and cold. We didn’t see any bears this time, but overall had a great stay and would definitely return!

Great location from Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge! Enjoyed a scenic drive up to cades cove also enjoyed the cabins pool table and games/movies during the rain! Beautiful cabin and couldn’t complain at all! Highly recommend to give this place a try and see what you think!

Ride up was a little scary the 1st couple of times but got a little easier each time. We used the hot tub every night and it was great! On our 2nd day I walked out on the deck to be met by a mama bear and 2 cubs. We locked eyes and i ran inside and luckily they ran down into the woods. They hung out for quite a while and we took lots of pictures! It was the highlight of our trip! Communicating with justin was easy and everything was very nice.

This cabin was isolated and beautiful. It was a perfect get away for Valentines Day. The views were great, the food was good and so many things were so close to this cabin. My spouse and I loved our stay. The cabin felt private and the surroundings were beautiful. Great Smoky Mountains National Park was just a 30 minute drive away, and we spent most of our time there. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all of our meals. The hot tub was wonderful after long days and strenuous hikes. I am already itching to go back!!

It was really an enjoyable experience living in the cabin. It is clearly run by very professional team and everything looks good. I have nice stay in peaceful, relaxed mountainous environment. I really enjoyed the jacuzzi and did some grill. Highly recommended place to get away from city noise!

The cabin was just as described, central location to the Smokies and towns surrounding. We very much enjoyed breakfast on the deck every morning and everything we needed for meals was in the kitchen. Justin was very responsive and proactive in giving us instructions and recommendations. The cabin is up a pretty steep hill which was initially intimidating, but we got used to it and were able to park our car on a flat area. Would definitely stay here again if we come back to the area.

Just a Swingin’ is 10+ STARS! We loved the outdoor patio…coffee with a view, dinner at the high top and relaxed in the hot tub! We stayed in the loft area which has another amazing view…enjoyed playing video games and pool! Everything was just PERFECT! Glad we chose this location it’s in the middle of it all…close to hikes, winery, distillery, and great brunch/pick up dinner places! Justin was a fabulous host, we loved every minute of our Smokey Mountain Tennessee trip!

Comfortable and clean place and had basic necessities. Really enjoyed the hot tub! Although we didnt see any bears, we found muddy bear prints around the porch the next morning from one walking around at night. So cool! Great local recommendations. Crocketts was the best breakfast place and the local goat for dinner was our fav.

The Cabin was secluded and private. Having a hot tub was a nice way to relax in the evening. Everything worked except for the fireplace. The little cabin was nestled in the forest for all the bird watching and quietness we required for a vacation away from our busy lives. The host was responsive and kind. I’ll be going back for sure. Our family of four had the pleasure of staying at this cozy cabin during our kid's spring break. The cabin was clean and equipped with all the amenities we needed during our stay. The kids loved using the hot tub and warming up by the fireplace awfterwards. The location of the cabin was ideal, centrally located between city fun and nature's beauty. On the last night of our stay, we had our very own bear sighting. Would definitely recommend.

We can’t say enough good things about the cabin. It was spotless and extremely cozy! It was as described. If you are looking for a peaceful and quiet stay just off the beaten path this is it. The hot tub was sparkling clean and toasty. The sunrises from the loft bedroom were amazing. It was very comfortable with two couples.

We loved this Airbnb it was clean..Justin was very responsive and quick with replies there was lots to do. The view from the porch with a porch swing was absolutely beautiful!! would highly recommend for anyone.

We loved the cabin and all the attractions. It was easy to find, had a steep driveway but no issues staying here. We were a little worried about the snow so we left a couple hours early to make sure we could make it down the hill. Our host was responsive and friendly. We will definitely be back! Justin and Co. definitely made our stay feel right at home! My wife and I loved the serenity of things and how quite and peaceful it was! There is SO much to do in the surrounding towns we could go back ten times and never do everything! The hot tub, WiFi, clean kitchen, and bathroom…oh and the arcade and pool table were just as described!

Very private cabin in the woods. Smart tvs and great Wi-Fi. Beds and pillows were super comfortable. Fully stocked with everything you could need. Only exception would be a bath mat or extra towel for getting out of shower. We did a lot of exploring but could have easily stayed in the cabin all weekend! Highly recommend this cabin.

A great and rustic cabin. Saw a bear every morning. Enjoyed coffee on the deck and porch swing. We chose to sleep in the upstairs bed as we found it much more comfortable than the downstairs one. Justin was very responsive and helpful. We look forward to coming back.

This cabin was perfectly situated to all of the area attractions, but also perfectly situated for a peaceful getaway. Had a great stay at Just a swinging! Cooked out on the grill a few days. Huge porch to relax on with hot tub. Pool tables and game station kept the kids busy during our stay. Wifi and tv worked flawlessly. All appliances worked and new. The island was less than 10 min away. Easy access to grocery stores and other necessities. We will be back next year!

I knew when I saw that porch swing this was the perfect place for a week away with just my husband and it did not disappoint! Every morning we sat on the porch swing and planned our day while drinking coffee😊 We packed a lot into our week and wished we had more time to just enjoy the cabin. We loved the location and felt like it was close enough to the parkway to enjoy the restaurants but also it felt like it was away from the busyness too. We have already recommended the cabin (and Justin) to others.

Wow! This place was seriously our favorite part of visiting the Smokies! Of course, we loved the park, but we also couldn’t wait to come back home and be at our cabin in the treetops! It literally looks like Edward’s room from Twilight where he has all these windows and trees surrounding it outside. Just magnificent! I also super appreciate it that they have a guest book there. Our host was great. Easy to talk to reach and responsive. This property is amazing from the location to the amenities and accommodations. I have no complains. The first day we were greeted by two black bears at our door steps. That was a nice treat and my 3 year old was amazed. We really enjoyed the opportunity to appreciate the wild life in the area. We felt completely safe. The cabin is cozy and the best part is the view from the top floor. I don’t have enough words to describe how much we enjoyed our stay.

This place is beautiful and so peaceful. Sleeping upstairs gives you a beautiful view first thing in the morning. Very private and secluded. Host is so helpful and responsive. Would recommend to anyone

“Just a swingin” was great for my little family. My girlfriend, and our 1 and a half year old had a blast here! Apple Maps took us right up to the front door! Had no problems while there and everything was what it said it was! We played pool and some arcade games as well while we were there. Nice a private. To top things off we seen a huge adult black bear rummaging for something to get into!! We just got in our car and went on about our way and came back to nothing but bear tracks left! Great place and will definitely be back👍🏼🙏🏼

We loved every minute of our stay! It was our one night vacation from parenting and Justin’s place was the perfect hideaway. We enjoyed reading on the front porch swing, played multiple rounds of pool on the pool table, and relaxed in the hot tub under the stars. Overall, it was peaceful and serene and we couldn’t have asked for a more perfect cabin. Thanks to the host for having us and we’d love to return in the future!

We were in love with the cabin! Justin was incredibly responsive and gave great recommendations for things to do, places to eat in the surrounding areas. Beautiful area. The pool table was a total plus! Can’t wait to come back to the cozy cabin.

Great place, tucked away in the Tennessee hills, nice and clean, The bed was awesome!
It took a few tries to figure out the arcade, but it was really cool. Pool table was sweet, and Disney+ was nice to have. Sunrise through the upstairs window had us up and moving early enough to enjoy all of the day, 15 minutes from Dollywood, didn’t even need the gps to find the way back…. However someone has made off with the road sign so…. All in all it was a fantastic stay and I wouldn’t hesitate to bring my family back. Kudos to Justin for quick response every time I had a question…. Great place, great host…. Worth every penny!

Beautiful cabin with a great view! Private and quiet are but you will have easy access to Smokey Mountains, downtown Gatlinburg, and Pigeon Forge. Justin was a great host and very responsive. Highly recommend this cabin!

Although we only stayed the one night Justin’s place was completely worth it and we were very comfortable, I also must commend Justin on his quick response time to personal messages this shows a true interest in his clients and I was really appreciative of this, very much worth the stay and would recommend to anyone! This place is amazing!! The views are stunning!! The hot tub, porch swing and pool table were our favorite amenities. I recommend you bring your own towels for the hot tub as there weren’t any extras. (I did bring beach towels as I love big fluffy towels so this wasn’t as issue for us). Other reviewers commented on the parking - it is definitely a small space but manageable. I backed in to park as the road is pretty steep. If you plan to cook meals, make sure you bring seasonings. Black pepper was the only seasoning at the cabin. Justin was a fabulous host. Extremely responsive and the info he sent about the area was greatly appreciated. I would stay here again.
