Me and my family had a wonderful stay, we enjoyed the cabin and everything accommodated us well. The bed were very comfy and the hot tub was a plus!

It was a great experience! The place was cozy and quiet with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space (there were 7 of us). I cooked while we were there and the kitchen had anything and everything I needed to cook a meal. Beautiful place!

Overall, my family had a great stay! There were a few things I felt needed updated. Upon arrival (first impression) we noticed the badly damaged blinds, which made me question the shape of the cabin. Most things were fine. The view was so nice, & the large windows were absolutely beautiful! But I'd also have to agree with other reviews- pots & pans need replaced, & towels as well (a few were stained). We had an issue with the jacuzzi tub too, but Justin was very responsive & helpful, which I appreciate so much. We gave permission for maintenance to enter to fix it while we were gone, & when we got back it was fixed! I do think Justin was a great host.

This was our first cabin rental & we were very skeptical. The Knotty & Nice cabin was amazing! It looks just like the photos & is in an amazing area! Secluded but still very close to everything! Plenty of towels were available and the beds were sooooo soft. Only issue we really had was the jets in the bathtub not working. Other than that everything was amazing. The host is very quick with responses to any questions or concerns. 10/10 we will be back! Also there are 2 raccoons that would visit us frequently, very friendly and wanting to be fed just be careful to not let them in!

The cabin was very nice with a beautiful view from the porch. Nice and quiet, away from all the noise. The road on the way there is a little rough but as long as you drive slow there shouldnt be a problem.

This beautiful cabin was the perfect 25th wedding anniversary week away. The cabin was beautiful perfect size, hot tub was amazing. We enjoyed just relaxing in the hot tub after a busy day. Close to Pigeon Forge and all the attractions. The cabin is located up a steep narrow road 4 wheel drive is a most especially if roads are wet. You will see wildlife including bears and raccoons so must stay alert. Would definitely stay here again.

The cabin was amazing and was a great stay. Only complaint we had was regarding the tv which I understand it’s a Satellite Tv thing but they said Netflix and Disney plus etc would be accessible and it wasn’t.

Tucked up at the end of the road. Great view, massive wrap around porch. Wonderful hot tub. The layout indoors was perfect to give mom and dad some privacy in a generous master suite while kids stayed in the loft and second floor bedroom suite. The pool table was a great diversion! Super close to groceries, gatlinburg and pigeon forge. Nice to have laundry and a full kitchen to work with. All the comforts of home! I'm not sure what the winery experience is?!

We came down from Indiana with our kids and grandkids and had a blast! The cabin was perfect for us! We had 9 total people and it fit us great! We had a family pool tournament! Got in the hot tub, The hot tub quit working but they were here to fix it asap! The place is beautiful! Whether you go enjoy the town or just decompress here, it’s beautiful and worth it!

Have never been anything but amazed with any VRBO rental and this one certainly was over the top. Even losing pwr from 6pm - midnight due to a storm didnt dim the experience, we simply turned in the gas fireplace for heat and light and enjoyed the peacefulness

Perfect getaway for our family with 3 teenage boys! It was nice and spacious, they loved the pool table. Nice large kitchen and dining area where we made most our meals and played games. Quiet and peaceful, Justin is a great host. You’ll enjoy your stay, no doubt about it.

The cabin was cozy. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool table. We also enjoyed the warmth of the gas fireplace. A short ride down the mountain to a good selection of restaurants and attractions. Justin is a great host and was very helpful and responsive. We look forward to staying with him again sometime.

The place was perfect for a girls trip without our children. Place was clean and when i had a problem with the heat. He got on it asap. I woke up from my nap sweating. I will book with them again.

Justin was amazing. Communication was awesome. I had an issue the first night i was thers and notified Justin and he had the issue taken care of. I loved the location at the end of the road, so there was no traffic coming by the cabin. It was very relaxing and I would definitely recommend this cabin to anyone. I would definitely stay there again.

My fiancée and I came to the Smoky Mountains for a wedding from Pennsylvania, and were so happy to stay here! We enjoyed mornings in the hot tub and all of the local food and fun in Pigeon Forge. This cabin is cozy, and was easily accessible in our truck. Justin was also helpful and answered our questions quickly!

We had to come home early due to a Hurricane in FL where we were from. The only regret was we wish we could have spent more time there. Only had 1/2 a vacation. But the cabin was nice as we loved the rocking chairs and the pool table.

The cabin is absolutely gorgeous, the jacuzzi tub and hot rib is a bonus to your evenings as well. The master bed is so comfortable!! Not to mention the living room is comfortable to just lay back and watch a movie. Justin is an awesome host. Rent this cabin you will have no regrets!!

Stayed last week of June 2024 and this was our absolute favorite cabin we've ever stayed in! Hosts communicate, friendly, and easy check-in. We saw a mama bear w/cubs almost every morning and evening; hot tub was clean w/fresh water, layout of cabin is fantastic. Our teenage son stayed upstairs and we never could hear him at nightime. We loved the pool table, so many memories were made. We'll definitely be returing and staying here again!

It was a wonderful cabin. Hard to find but once we did, no problem. The bear walking around thrilled the kids. You do need to clean up the black mold around the master bathroom tub.

The cabin was excellent. We loved the hot tub and the quick drive to pigeon forge. Two bedrooms so plenty of space with our kids. It was not close to the town of severville but more west of pigeon forge just an fyi when you are booking. Everything was clean and Justin was very responsive if you needed anything.

The cabin was really amazing. Loved it so much. There were 6 of us and we all had plenty of room. Love the windows and it was really clean. It was a little rough getting to it in some spots but would definitely be back. The stove does have some burners that dont work but all good we ate out a lot. Loved the tin roof when it rained. We had no issues with anything and the owners were quick to answer any emails we sent. Would definitely recommend them amd this cabin. Thanks for the memories.

It is a very decent cabin, a great view with some good activities such as a pool table and massage bathtub. While it's not a new cabin, it's still in comparably good shape. Overall, very good cabin to enjoy the trip to the great smoky mountain. Hope to come back again!

The place is great and perfectly met our needs. The cabin is a clean and comfortable place to rest after a busy day.
I would suggest future guests plan on brining own blankets or bedding. The sheets and blankets were clean but very thin. If planning on using the pull-out beds you will need extra blankets and bedding. Also, unlike other rentals I’ve stayed at, the owners will request names and ages for each guest staying on property and reserve the right to cancel if not provided.
Besides that the cabin was great and we would stay again.

Everything was great. Found no problems with the road in. The cabin was beautiful and very clean. Plenty of sleeping space and linens were clean. Everything was clean and fresh. We had a great stay. We loved the secluded views and spent an evening relaxing in the hot tub after our long drive form Chicago. There are neighbors but the porch and hot tub were still private.
The location was great with while also being pretty close to conveniences like grocery stores, amusements, and restaurants.
The kitchen was clean and well appointed and the space was comfortable respite between the National Park and amusements we explored in the area.

Great cabin, it was very comfortable and the pool table and hot tub were a nice touch. Gravel road to the cabin was a little tough in a car but not too bad. Host was very friendly and responsive. View is amazing as well

BEAUTIFUL cabin great location. Hop and a skip to Pigeon Forge. It had everything we needed and wanted in a cabin. Kids also loved it were never bored. Would definitely recommend this place. Host is very helpful and responsive. Would love to stay here again.

Beautiful cabin with a great view! We really enjoyed our stay. The host was fantastic! We received a local guid along with coupons for entertainment and food. I definitely recommend this cabin and would definitely stay again when visiting the area!

Beautiful, quiet location up in the mountains but not far from all the fun activities! The cabin was so homey and nice! We even saw a bear on the property. Justin was very accommodating and responsive with any questions we had. Would highly recommend!

Me and my family really enjoyed our stay at the Knotty and Nice cabin, none of the restaurants or locations that we visited were more than 15-20 minutes away. The cabin location was very peaceful and relaxing. I will most definitely looking forward to visiting again in the Winter time! ☺️

We loved staying at Justin’s place, we had several friends with us and everyone was comfortable. The atmosphere was beautiful and peaceful. Speaking with Justin was easy, he was quick to respond and very kind. We really enjoyed our stay!!

We had a great time, and definitely would be back. The view was spectacular, and being away from the main drag was so nice. Very quiet, isolated and peaceful, but with easy access to everything in under 15 minutes.

The nicest host - he was so responsive and provided so much information on the area. Justin provided quick responses and the home is just incredible. The bathtub in the bedroom made it one of my favorite places I’ve ever stayed. 5 stars through and through

The cabin was secluded enough for a good night’s sleep, yet convenient to Pigeon Forge’s main strip. Plenty of kitchenware. The hot tub was a nice bonus. The host was very responsive to issues.
We used a Walmart delivery for groceries and stopped a couple of times at Kroger, which is the nearest grocery store. There are two alpine slide/coasters just a short drive away, and we really enjoyed those. We did wish we’d been closer to the National Park, but the drive wasn’t bad, with plenty to see on the way.

The cabin was very nice and clean had everything we need to keep us entertained when we weren’t out doing things in town. The back patio had a really nice view to look out on and enjoy a coffee in the morning. A great place for couples and families. My only warning is if you don’t have an suv or truck it can be tricky getting to the cabin. The road at the beginning is very steep and lower cars may ground out right at the beginning and try and get there in daylight the first time to get a feel. The road is very tight so fingers crossed a car isn’t going the opposite way of you on it because there are not many areas we’re two cars can fit on the road. That is being very nitpicking though and more of a warning then a gripe it’s a great place with a great host!
