This place has the space! Great setup for our family of 7. We loved the game room, theater room and decks, and used those daily. Beds were comfortable and there’s enough room for privacy when you need it.
The neighborhood is pretty convenient and the drive in is reasonable. I had no issues getting in and out of the neighborhood.
The pool AC was not working during our entire stay (we were notified 2 hours before arrival for a week long stay during July 100 degree weather). We asked for a partial refund and got half of what we asked for. The smell was not good and got worse as the week went on.
The fridge has no shelving on the door and no drawers at all. Made it hard to store food. Dryer didn’t work but someone came and fixed it after a couple days. Did not see any pool towels. The pool room door did not lock. Most lamps didn’t work. WiFi has a captive login page where you sign in. Some of our devices never got the login pop up. My personal AT&T service was nonexistent here.

Everything was great for our trip. Loved everyone being able to be in or around the kitchen to cook together. Pool and hot tub were a big hit. Awesome time!

This cabin offered us amazing amenities that we have never experienced in our previous trips. My kids loved it so much that they wanted to leave the main activities just to get back to the cabin and have already requested to come back again.

This property was great for our youth group! We had a total of 15 people including a few adult chaperones. Each room has its own bathroom, which is much needed for groups!! The kids enjoyed the pool and game room and the theatre room gave us a perfect place to teach! Communication with property owner/manager was excellent!

I had an amazing time and experience during my visit for my birthday. Shane was very responsive and available if I had any question. The location was great and close to pigeon forge for fun activities. I definitely recommended this cabin to some friends and family. I will be planning another trip back.

It was absolutely fantastic. We all had a great time and already are pkanning to do it again next year. Only request would be trash pickup. With 12 people for 5 days, 3 small trashcans were not sufficient to store garbage.

Shane and Justin communicated right away and answered all questions and solved any problems easily. They made our stay comfortable and peaceful. They also gave us warnings about bears which was extremely helpful as bears kept coming up to the cabin and along the street near our cars. I liked how they gave more information than asked which helped answer future questions once arrived at the cabin. Best experience we had!!!!

We had a group of 17. Plenty of room for everyone. The cabin is close to many of the local attractions. The host responded quickly to all our questions. We would stay here again next time we come to the Smoky Mountains.

Our stay at this property helped make for a wonderful stay for our group. The house was large and comfortable for our group of 15. It provided plenty of amenities for our group ranging in age from 2 and a half up to 70s. The pool, hot tub, and theater were highlights. It was clean and well maintained. The location was close enough to town to be super easy to get to and from. However it was also far enough away to get an away from it feel. Communication with the host was great. They quickly took care of the trash when we needed it. We would definitely stay here again if the opportunity arises. It was a wonderful place to stay.

Shane’s place was absolutely amazing! He was very responsive. There was more than enough room for the entire family! Our favorite was the pool and media room! I absolutely love how every room had its own en-suite bathroom.
Unfortunately the cleaning crew can be a bit more attentive, there were belongings from the previous stay in the bunk room under the bed, and the floors were very sticky. Outside of that the stay was everything I could have imagined, I will definitely be back!

My family and I had a great time other than the tv in the living room did not work our whole stay and the air went out upstairs after the first night but we made the best of it. The host was very responsive and I greatly appreciate them. Would definitely stay again if the issues above is resolved.

The location was great and the view was beautiful. Upon arriving to the cabin it appeared to be perfect, but we soon noticed a couple of issues. 1 the drawers in the fridge were broken, the pull outs downstairs were not clean and the mattress on them were nothing but springs. We noticed it was very warm in the cabin but we were all moving around getting settled so we didn't think much of it and on Friday we were out of the cabin most of the day, but on Saturday we really began to notice that the air was not coming out cold. We adjusted the thermostat and gave time for it to adjust but it didn't work. So I contacted the host and he replied back immediately and walked me through how to reset the breaker. So I did. We thought that did it but the cabin never cooled off. Not sure if the unit was just broken or not set for the warmer temps. But we survived. As far as the broken drawers and the cleaning issues with the pullout beds, the host offered to send the cleaning crew out to take care of it but we had already cleaned it off ourselves and moved on. I would rent this cabin again, because the issues were minor and the host was very responsive to noting the issues and trying to remedy them. Couple of suggestions 1. maybe get an additional fridge, for a cabin that holds 18+ one fridge does not have enough space. 2. Getting new mattresses for the pullouts, and 3. Maybe having the cleaning crew leave extra towels and wash cloths when there is a group that size. Great overall.

I and my family and friends had such a wonderful time at Shane’s cabin that we wished we had been there longer.
Everything was spot clean, the cabin is beautiful. And the most important part is the price is very affordable, for such a beautiful cabin.
There’s an indoor heated pool , a hot tub, a game room, a Movie Theater, 6 spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, etc. What more could you wish for… 😊
It was 20 of us (adults and kids included) and there was more than enough room for everyone. There’s a lot to do, a lot of fun places and great restaurants close to the cabin, and You could just stay at the cabin and do some fun stuff and still enjoy your stay.
My people and I are already planning on going back soon.

Cabin is beautiful. Good location. A/C was not working properly. Justin did all he could to get it repaired but the parts did not arrive until after our stay. Justin was very accommodating given the circumstances. Would definitely consider returning in the future with a large group.

Our family enjoyed 5 nights of relaxing and bonding in this amazing cabin located only minutes from The Island in Pigeon Forge. Pictures cannot truly capture the full beauty of this 6 bedroom, perfect family getaway home. Each bedroom boasts its own private bathroom, ensuring comfort and convenience for every guest.
The indoor pool is a highlight, providing hours of entertainment regardless of the weather outside. And when it’s time to unwind, the hot tub beckons with its bubbling waters and soothing jets.
The movie theater adds another layer of enjoyment. It has 2 rows of comfortable theater seating plus 2 plush couches.
Previous reviews had us a bit worried about watching our regular shows but Dish satellite is in all the bedrooms, the living area, and the theater and game room. Plus the ability to watch streaming apps.
Neither words nor pictures can explain the wonderful experience we had in this amazing cabin. Plus, our host, Justin was amazing and provided quick responses.

We had a large group of dance moms and daughters, in town for a large competition and convention and this cabin was magical! It was perfect! We arrived to a very clean cabin and it is so large! Larger than pictures make it look! The rooms were beautifully decorated and laid out perfectly with attached bathrooms. We had plenty of room at the dining table for all of us and the kitchen was well stocked!! The girls loved relaxing in the pool and hot tub at the end of the days and we even got a lil snow before we left! Making it the perfect weekend! The roads were maintained well and easy to get in and out of the subdivision! We marked this is as our favorite Tennessee cabin and definitely are excited to return next year to it!! Thank you Justin for your amazing hospitality! Answering any and all questions super quick and very informative on things we needed to know and about the area!! Book this cabin, you won't regret it!

We had a wonderful time during our stay… we just ran out of things fast with such a large group. The owners were great with communication and response time. The cabin was lovely and had all kinds great things to do with the indoor pool and hot tub, theatre room, and games. I would only suggest a few things… kids make messes so it was hard to clean up spills… there were no pot holders or hot pads to sit hot dishes on… and we went through those 4 trash bags so quick due to the large number of the group… it also would have been nice to have more towels for the pool area so we didn’t have to wash towels to use for showering after pool time. Other than that it was a wonderful stay.

We just got back from a day stay at Cabin and it was a 5 star experience all the way!The cabin was huge, clean, had a lot of amenities, and was in a great location. We enjoyed every part of it - the game room, very big media room ,hot tub, swimming pool and the overall everything looks good .It was very well located as we were close to Gatlinburg, piegion forge, GA 3 day’s. There are still so many things we wanted to see and do, but we ran out of town. So we will definitely be back soon. I highly recommend this cabin especially if you are traveling with family or in a big group.

This is our first trip to Smoky mountains. The cabin is awesome as described, displayed pictures and Mountain View.
It was clean, well maintained and peaceful place. Kitchen has all the stuff and grill. We stayed 20 people and comfortable for the families. The ultimate section is media room, and kids indoor pool. They had only one extra bed and that was enough for 4 member family and rest all king beds are good and bathroom is clean.
We definitely recommend this cabin.
Host and cohost are very responsive and proactively communicating. Awesome and had a memorable stay.

Beautiful cabin for our family trip. Each bedroom was very spacious, had its own bath great for privacy. The living areas were big enough for our large group. Plenty of plates and stuff. Great drive to pigeon Forge not those small windy roads. Plenty of outdoor activities close by, restaurants and shopping..

Cabin is beautiful and clean. Kids love the pool and hot tub. Had lil Minor issues with couple sinks getting blocked in bathrooms but they came and fixed next day. TV remotes we're missing batteries, and gas tank was empty on the grill. Other than that we had amazing tine at the cabin.

A unforgettable experience. It by far exceeded our expectations. We were a family of 19 & loved the space & size. We were able to gather as a family in the common areas & movie room & then go to our separate rooms in which each room had its own bathroom. The indoor pool was the icing on the cake. It rained one of the days & we could not enjoy some of the local outside attractions, but having the indoor pool was a sure win.

We came for a basketball tournament with 8 adults and 10 kids staying together. Can’t begin to describe how beautiful the cabin is. The kitchen was big and had a huge dining table that everyone could sit at. Bedrooms are spacious and everyone had plenty of space to sleep (we even had extra beds that weren’t used) The indoor pool, game room, and theatre definitely kept all of ours boys occupied and they absolutely loved it. Shane definitely has a beautiful, clean and very spacious cabin. We cannot wait to come back with our group!!

WE WENT AS A COUPLES BIRTHDAY AND IT WAS VERY NICE WE , it was my fiancé birthday and we as a family just came to unwind from a long week and just enjoyed each other the whole time . We love having the entertainment in the cabin to not have to leave out as much. ! But it was very nice and very quiet relaxing, and also it is great for a family and and the pool and things was great as well , i will recommend this to anyone. ‼️

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at Justin's home. There were 11 of us, and everyone enjoyed the week. There was plenty of space for all of us, private baths for each bedroom, and an open kitchen/living room that served us well. The children enjoyed the pool and game room. Just was extremely responsive, easy to work with and concerned about our stay being great. The price was beyond reasonable, the location is fantastic, and we even had a bear visit us one morning while enjoying coffee. We would definitely stay with Justin again!

We just left this amazing cabin house! It was in the perfect location, close to Pigeon Forge and all the attractions while in a quiet woodsy neighborhood setting. The house was immaculately clean. We had a large group and the house had plenty of space. The only thing I would request is that they provided more bath towels or had pool towels. The kids loved the movie room, pool and jacuzzi! We were greeted by a bear when we got there and it seems as though the same 3 hung out in the neighborhood. They never bothered anyone and seemed unbothered by humans. They walk around the woods minding their business looking for food, so never leave food outside! Great place, we would definitely come back! Justin was a fantastic host. Thank You!

We had a blast! There was plenty of room for all of us. The kids loved the pool. Plenty of fun activities in town and hiking, fishing in the mountains. We will definitely be going back.
