This rental is an excellent place for a large family. There was 9 of us and if you needed private time to yourself it wasn't hard to find an area to go. The view is beautiful and represented perfectly in the pictures. The only complaint was we did have to buy some multi purpose cleaner because all the counters were sticky (We weren't sure if it was from the cleaner they use so we wiped it down ourselves for peace of mind) The teenagers we had with us really enjoyed the game room and the ability to pretty much have their own vacation home away from the adults as the basement where the game room is, is pretty much is a whole house in itself. The host responded when asked questions in an appropriate amount of time and even sent us a weather update for a storm that was coming in. This property will definitely remain on our list for multi-family vacations.

The house was very nice. It was very spacious. There was plenty of room for the kids to play, sleep and have a great time. The kitchen was huge and had great work space. The down-stairs kitchen was great for additional refrigeration and cooking.

Our book club came to Justin’s place for the weekend and absolutely loved the space. The sunrises were amazing and we had everything we needed. We kept saying how we wished we had longer to stay. Would love to make a return trip in the future. Thanks for a great weekend!

Can’t say enough great things about this property! Amazing views, so much to do within the house..game room and media rooms were hits for our crew! Fully stocked kitchens were so convenient for cooking big dinners. The host was AMAZING & quick to respond to messaging during our stay. The hot tub was extremely clean and nice. We will definitely be repeat guests again. Highly recommend this property for big families.

Property setting is great. Home is comfortable and as advertised. We had a power surge that caused issues with the high tech thermostat which needed a log in pin to reset and we had smoke alarms triggered unpredictably a couple of times for a short time but the fault of the property manager who was very responsive when needed.

The house was beautiful and well-equipped. It was right in between Pigeon Forge and Knoxville, so we were easily able to spend time in both places. The beds were particularly comfortable. Justin was very responsive and had a plumber come right away to fix a minor issue. Would definitely recommend it.

Nicely located home in a quiet neighborhood, with an awesome view from the back deck. We were able to see all the local July 4th fireworks from the deck. The home is tastefully furnished and decorated with plenty of space for our extended family. The kids enjoyed the game room, while the adults enjoyed the views and chatting on the large deck. The large kitchen made prepping meals fast and easy. Overall, a great place to stay that is close to most of the area attractions, but in a a nice quiet neighborhood !! Hosts are very attentive and available. We would absolutely stay there again for a future adventure to the Sevierville/Pigeon Forge/Gatlinburg area.

We took our adult children and grands to Pigeon Forge and had a wonderful time! Kodak Moments was the perfect place with a beautiful view! It had great family space as well as spaces for everyone to have some quiet time. The house had all the comforts of home away from home. From booking to checkout and everything in between, it was perfect! Saw several deer from the covered porches and heard and watched all the birds around the property. The back porch had a great view of the Dollywood fireworks each evening at 9:40. And the game room was a huge hit with the grands. The only downside was our visit wasn’t long enough! Definitely would recommend it and hope to visit again real soon!

From the moment I walked into the cabin and saw the natural light streaming in, I was completely in awe — it was absolutely stunning. The space was not only beautiful and bright, but also incredibly clean and spacious. Our group included two families, and the finished basement worked out perfectly for everyone. Everything matched the listing exactly, and we couldn’t have asked for a better stay. I truly have nothing but great things to say about this rental!

Beautiful property. Plenty of room to spread out. Open the patio doors to hear the mockingbirds in the mornings and evening. The view of the mountain was noteable. We are excited to come back with our kids and/or friends. We saw birds, deer, turkeys and the evening fireflies gave off a great ambiance. You can see the fireworks from Dollywood as well in the distance about 9:40pm. Host was quick to answer any questions via text messages.

We had a marvelous time! Accomodations were great, enough room for everyone the two washer and dryers came in very handy and the view was amazing. They also enjoyed the hot tub. Recreation was in close proximity.Justin and staff were amazing!

Our family rented it for my graduation for a multigenerational family. I loved that my parents were up stairs and happy with their space and the temperature was set for two old people 😂 And I was downstairs cool and comfy. It’s a beautiful home. And I would highly suggest you check it out!

We loved the cabin! It was spacious, comfortable, and nicely decorated. And it was super clean. The game room was perfect for the kids (and adults) to hang out. The kitchen was huge & well stocked. All the bedrooms were comfortable with plenty of room for everyone to be comfortable in their own space. It was a great location to get to Knoxville or to Dollywood. The cabin was perfect & we hope to be back!

Great spot for about 12 of us for a special family get-together. The view was excellent, the house was spacious and well-appointed, and the decor was nice. I will note that it is located in a small housing development of sorts, but the neighbors are friendly, the streets are all paved and very new, and the view and access to the Smokies can't be beat. I would definitely stay here again if in the area with a large group!

We LOVED our stay at this property once we were checked in and learned how to operate the thermostat. The wide open spaces coupled with little nooks to get away alone to read or nap along with all the amenities were perfect for our stay. The view is beautiful. I highly recommend the property and our group hopes to return. One suggestion to the owner is to have a notebook handy with wifi, thermostat, tv, check in and check out info handy would be a great addition and help to your guests.

Lovely large home that accommodated our family well. Surrounded and nestled in nature. Jacuzzi was nice. A few maintenance issues came up and were immediately addressed. The workers that came out were both so pleasant. My messages were answered quickly. I only have a few suggestions. The coffee offerings should be more stocked. There were only about six pods, no filters for the pot and no sugars or creamers. Each Airbnb we’ve stayed at always offers these. Shopping for food is none thing, but after a long flight, the last thing I want to do is make sure we have decent coffee in the morning.

This house was even more spacious and beautiful than the pictures! The views were breathtaking! Even with neighbors it was so secluded. Me and my family absolutely enjoyed our week there! We will def be back. The game room was our favorite along with the fire pit! We got to see deer 🦌 n the back on our 3rd morning. It is a close drive to everything! It is up in the mountains which was very peaceful to us. Justin was very responsive and gave us several suggestions on what to do and the history of the mountains. It was a great Family spring break vacation!
