All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc., are also there for you! Gather around the spacious and inviting dining table or bring your meal to the picnic table on the deck to share stories and laughter while surrounded by the peaceful sights of the Smoky Mountains.

In the living room, enjoy your favorite shows and movies on the Smart TV, or revisit classic favorites with the DVD player while the electric fireplace adds a warm and cozy atmosphere to every evening. Head upstairs to the loft, where friendly competition awaits around the pool table. Outside, Kodiak continues to deliver memorable experiences. Step outside into the spacious deck and fire up the propane grill or soak in the private hot tub beneath the stars after a day of adventure. If you appreciate a little extra indulgence, two jacuzzi tubs provide additional spots for relaxation. One is located in the main-level bedroom, while the second can be found in one of the upstairs bedrooms. During the warmer months, enjoy access to a seasonal community pool, offering another fun way to spend sunny Smoky Mountain afternoons. Whether you're cooling off after a hike, enjoying time with family, or simply lounging poolside, the community pool adds yet another recreational option to your stay.

Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.
