Wonderful stay! Very clean and tidy! Great location! The only thing we had trouble with was finding the unit since there is no directory for the complex. But units are marked for most convenience.

I cannot say enough about this cabin and our host Justin! From the moment we booked to the moment we checked out, Justin made the process so easy! He was very responsive with any and all questions. The cabin is in an excellent location very close to the fun on the parkway but private enough to be away from the noise. It was very clean and had all the room we needed for our family of four! I would 100% rent from Justin again!

Had an amazing long weekend in the area. After full days of seeing the attractions it was nice to come back to a warm cozy cabin to relax in. Justin was a fantastic host and I will definitely use again.

Great stay! Perfect for families with young children, they have everything you could possibly need (playpen, high chair, baby gate etc). Not in a crowed area but still a close drive to many attractions. We would come back in a heartbeat. Host was super friendly and responsive.

Our stay here was great! There was enough space for the us and another couple. It was extremely clean and cozy. We will definitely look at booking this cabin in the future.

As we make our departure to head back home, we think about how peaceful and welcoming our stay was. If it wasn’t for Justin, his family, and his avada team working so quickly we wouldn’t have had a place to stay as our original host had cancelled our stay less than 24 hours before heading here. With less than 24 hours notice Justin had his team make sure that the little slice of heaven was a literal slice of heaven when we came in the door. Thank you so much for your hard work and dedication to making sure we were fully taken care of while visiting. We look forward to working with you in the future! Oh and to those of you who are debating on his rental let me tell you… you won’t regret it we had plenty of space (4 adults) and it is located super close to all of the fun activities (we never even drove a full 15 mins to one place, both even to Walmart), but it’s still somewhat secluded and quite!

Wonderful place to stay! Clean and very close to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, Dollywood and many restaurants. The home had everything needed including comfy beds. The game area downstairs was perfect for the kids and adults.
Would definitely stay here again!

Justin's cabin was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. The cabin was very clean and ready when we arrived in Sevierville TN. There was enough room for my young family of 4 and appreciated the twin pullout couch bed on the same level as the lower bedroom. Check in was a breeze. The location is very close (5-8 mins) to the Dollywood parks, yet far enough away from the traffic of Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. The interior of the cabin was comfortable with AC and ceiling fans working well for the summer heat. The hot tub also worked as described. One thing to note, the parking is on a hill directly outside of the cabin. Overall, I would stay at this cabin again.

We loved our stay in Sevierville. Our cabin was cozy, clean, and relaxing! The hot tub was the perfect end to each day. I would highly recommend staying with Justin!
