Majestic Overlook

Shanes place was amazing. As the description said luxury…. Everything was upgraded(furniture, floors, kitchen). We were prepared for charcoal/gas grill, however there was a Black top grill(loved it), hooked up to its own gas line instead. Tv in every room, laundry room well equipped. As others stated, ensure to bring cleaning/laundry products, garbage bags etc if your stay will be more than a few days and you enjoy cooking. Bring a mop for floor spills, etc. We had an opportunity to view a black bear from the cabinet while in the hot tub. It did not approach us, it just minded its own business. The road from the lodge to the main road is about 10 min, well lit 50% of the way. Make sure to travel as much as you can during the day if you have any concerns with seeing at night. There were 3 adults and a dog, more than enough room for double that. Very quiet area, we did have a neighboor directly across from us, but only ran into them 1 time out of 7 days. Very relaxing. We will be back!

Beautiful home. If you love Mountain View’s, this is the place to stay. Had a couple very minor hiccups, was impressed with Shane’s quick responses. House is one of the nicest we’ve stayed in of the many trips we’ve made to the area.

What an amazing house…it is much better and bigger in person! You can just tell that it is high quality construction with beautiful wooden finishes throughout. The decor is also so impressive in taste and standards. Our family loved the game room and the views from all three balconies were unmatched. We would definitely stay again and recommend to anyone.

Incredible mountaintop nature views. Clean home, perfect for large groups. The drive to the house is not for the faint of heart, you are going up a mountain after all. Prepare accordingly.
Private vistas, home doesn't face neighbors so the views are uninterrupted.
Parking might be difficult for low riding cars, but we made do.
Overall well worth the cost and perfect for hitting Dollywood and local tourist destinations. Great family stop!

The pictures don’t do this place justice. Simply amazing from the initial communication until the moment we checked out. Entire family had their own space and we will be returning again. Nothing but the best at this location. I will highly recommend it to anyone!

This was probably one of the nicest homes our family has been able to stay in. The views from the back of the house were incredible and we loved spending our mornings and evenings on the deck. While cozy in decor, there was enough space so that five of us didn’t feel on top of each other. We did see both signs of a bear as well as one while we were there! Would absolutely come back!

Shane's home is beautiful with plenty of room for everyone. all rooms are very spacious. The communication was great. The one thing to know is you will need to bring everything if you intend to cook including bags or bowls for leftovers. They do give you 2 pods for the dishwasher but if you like eating in you will need more.

We absolutely LOVED staying at this beautiful home! It was so hard to leave. It was our first time to visit Tennessee. Such a wonderful place to vacay. Truly appreciated the cleanliness and appointments in this lovely home. All the artwork was very impressive. Definitely gave the right feel for the lovely, wooded outdoors. The views were incredible from every room! Once you get out on any of the decks you just soak in all the beauty of Tennessee. Loved the hot tub and massage chair. Our family had such a memorable trip. This home made it perfect!

Our family enjoyed a nice getaway and this is a lovely cabin. We even got lucky enough to see bears on our drive up. Everything was great, aside from the Blackstone not working. The host did his best to try to fix the situation; however, nothing worked. We had to pivot with our meals but it all worked out and when you're on vacation in a beautiful surrounding it isn't that big of a deal. Would definitely recommend and would stay again!

We had a great stay with family and friends in Shane’s property. Our host Shane and Justin were very responsive and easy to communicate. House was beautiful, neat and clean. Right vacation spot to spend quality time with family and kids. Enough rooms for 3 families to stay comfortably with kids. We really enjoyed our vacation. The stay was absolutely incredible. The view was top tier. Everyone felt comfortable right away and there was no issues with not enough room for everyone. The decor and overall aesthetic was 10/10!!!
We were worried about directions and losing signal but that wasn’t an issue at all and finding the house was almost too easy lol!
Shane and Justin are extremely responsive and helpful and had lots of great recommendations.
The people in the area are extremely friendly too. We will definitely stay again next time we’re visiting.

This place was beautiful! It’s a drive to get to things, but so worth it.
Some reviews mentioned dog hair but we had no problems with any of that and thought the place was super clean!
Note for light sleepers: this place is pretty echoey! Be aware if you’re with a larger group.

Shane and Justin’s Airbnb was truly a home away from home for my family. There wasn’t anything that we were left wanting. We especially enjoyed the hot-tub under the stars every night. Our daughters loved the twin bed room and couldn’t wait to go to “their” space at every moment.
The house was very well equipped with many night-lights that helped us check on all the kiddos throughout the night.
A wonderful home to come back to after all the experiences in pigeon forge, Gatlinburg and hiking in the smokies. So peaceful.

I had almost given up renting airbnb's after previous bad experiences, but this house was amazing and redeemed my faith in hosts accurately portraying and maintaining the property. My family of 6 and pet enjoyed our stay here during winter break. We made good use of the hot tub, massage chair, Blackstone and pool table. Plenty of space for everyone to have some downtime of their own as well.
It’s a little bit of a drive to get to all the activities on the main Pigeon Forge strip, but once there we had plenty to do.

Shane and Justin’s hospitality was amazing and the house itself was beautiful and had some amazing scenes it was close enough to the beautiful city of Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge but far enough from the town to be nice and peaceful. The entire trip was the most relaxing trip my friends and I have ever been on and we can’t wait to come back again!

Shame and Justin were great hosts, very responsive and communicated well. The property is absolutely gorgeous and a perfect getaway for our family holiday. Everything was in order, no issues with cleanliness or amenities. The views and sunsets from the property were beautiful. We really enjoyed the large bedrooms and the house has plenty of space to spread out. Decks on each level perfect. We will definitely stay here again when returning to the area.

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin! Even more beautiful then the pictures. It had everything you could ask for and we all really hated to leave! Our kids were in from college for Christmas and it was the perfect getaway for us to spend time together! We all loved the massage chair and now plan to buy one of our own! This was my family’s first time visiting the Tennessee mountains and our stay was awesome and the cabin and location was breathtaking. The only issues we had during our stay in such a luxurious cabin is that the cleaners should have been a bit more attentive because there were stains and pet hair on a couple of the linens on the beds and the showers could have been a bit more cleaner . Also, window coverings in living area would have been great being that the cabin is in close proximity to another cabin. Overall we throughly enjoyed the cabin and the view of the mountains were amazing!!! We are definitely planning our next stay!!! Thank you Shane for being an awesome host!!!

Excellent location outside of wears valley. Awesome local coffee and restaurants outside of the heavy tourist area, making it ideal for a peaceful vacation. My husband and I were celebrating our one year anniversary, making this house the perfect choice for us. From the views to the hot tub, we were able to unwind and relax.

Beautiful scenic view, amenities were great considering the duration of the trip was during Hurricane Helene. We were able to hang at the house and always have something to keep busy and make memories with! Saw a bear the first morning we were at the house & enjoyed the misty outdoors soaking in the hot tub! Wish there was a little more grassy front area for the dogs to be out in since the listing doesn’t show much except the driveway in front of the house and the back is the mountain cliffside, so they weren’t able to be back there. Kind of wish there was privacy blinds for the common living area since there’s a house within about 60 feet from the house’s front side, shares a driveway with minimal parking for both homes. But the back side view is where it’s at & if you really want privacy, I guess you could be downstairs in the second living area/recreation room. Overall, we’d come back to vacation here again, just maybe wouldn’t bring the dogs.

We could not have picked a better cabin to stay in! The cabin is immaculate. The pictures do not do this place justice at all. We were able to see a bear right off the deck the last day...he had no cares in the world and just hung out eating berries.

Spent a long weekend, absolutely loved the house and was exactly like the pictures and description. Was a great location with only a 15 to 20 minute drive into pigeon forge, yet felt secluded and private. House is amazing!

Our entire trip was truly incredible. My entire family enjoyed themselves. It was a wide variety of ages from 19 - 66. The cabin/loft had something for everyone. The kitchen was wonderful to prepare meals the Blackstone grill was great for steaks and veggies. The beds are firm but you will get the best nights sleep you’ve had in along time. That was something every one of us said at breakfast the first morning. How well we all slept. We rented a pontoons boat for the day on Saturday afternoon at a place called H20 sports. That was a really great time.
This home is absolutely breathtaking. The photographs don’t do it justice. The layout of the house gives privacy to the people of your group in a way that makes it feel like you aren’t intentionally secluding yourselves.
All I know is this is where I will be staying from now on when I come to Gatlinburg/Sevierville.

We’ve stayed in the Smokies a lot and this is by far the best place we have ever stayed at! It is so beautiful, super clean, and has so many amenities. Justin & Shane are amazing hosts! Beautiful cabin with amazing views! We all wanted to be close to activities but be in the mountains when not out exploring. The sunsets were breathtaking and the game room was a huge hit with our group as there were nightly games of pool. Would absolutely recommend!

Luxuriously decorated, very stunning. The kitchen is very well equipped for preparing meals. Modern appliances including a separate room for washer and dryer. The streaming services were abundant and easy to use. The game room was excellent for family time and the massage chair is something you’ll just have to experience to understand how amazing it is! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay with family.

Our stay at Shane and Justin's property exceeded all our expectations. We had nothing but great experience. its a great property to stay with family. We had 3 families stayed in the property with Kids and everyone enjoyed it. It has great amenities exactly as mentioned in the listing. The communication and response was great. Had to reach out to Justin/Shane few times and got response without any delay. Even they have assistant to answer calls at any time.
Kids loved the Arcade Play in the basement. We also enjoyed the pool table and hot tub. Massager is a great addition in the basement.
Home was clean overall, Great Kitchen, clean and comfy bedrooms, spacious for 10-11 people
We felt like staying at home and would recommend it to our friends and others who is looking to stay in Gatlinburg area.

I am not going to be able to say enough good things about this property and the hosts to do it or them justice!
The cabin is absolutely beautiful inside and out. My husband and I were amazed by the pictures and then blown away by how much nicer it was in person. The cabin was exceptionally clean and very well decorated without over doing it.
The kitchen was well stocked with anything and everything you would need including a highchair for the little ones.
The bedrooms were beautiful and all three master suites had access to a deck.
The view from any one of the three decks is breathtaking, peaceful, and relaxing. It was a perfect view for the sunset.
Personally, my favorite thing was the massage chair. We will be purchasing one now.
Shane (host) was extremely helpful and explained everything in great detail so that there weren’t any issues. I found that his responses to any questions were near immediate if not within minutes. I would definitely recommend this host and property!

This was an absolutely beautiful cabin everything was brand new it’s very spacious perfect for a large family vacation. Every bedroom had their own full bathroom and private balcony. The hot tub was amazing it was so relaxing while enjoying the view. Cabin comes with a black stone grill it’s hooked up to a gas line so you don’t have to worry about propane. This cabin is in close proximity of lots of attractions. I can’t say enough about the beauty of this cabin. Absolutely beautiful… I would definitely recommend. The host was very responsive I had zero issues. Love it!!
