Marigold

This place was perfect for me and 4 kids. The game room downstairs was so much fun, and we spent a lot of time down there. Close to town, activities, and restaurants. Everything was clean, and any issues we had were quickly resolved by Justin. We will definitely be staying here again!

The house was very nice & clean. The games were fun & kind of made up for no outdoor space for kids to play other than the porch. We had a very nice stay & the area is pretty quiet. My only complaint would be that the pillows are all flat & bath towels are small. I actually went and bought a pillow after the first night. The door code is 10 numbers so hard to memorize, had to look it up on our phone every time. I would stay here again but bring my own pillow.

The cabin was perfect for the 7 of us. We had privacy and the 2 children enjoyed their space downstairs with games and while the adults had time to visit. The cabin remained cool even though the temp. was in the 90’s. The beds were comfy and the kitchen had everything we needed!
The parking was a bit tricky, but doable. We enjoyed the cabin and our time together there!

We had a great experience at the Magnolia Cabin. Description was accurate and the host was very responsive when we had questions. Cabin had plenty to do, exceptional furnishing, and very clean. We made several memories here and had a great time with our two kids (Aged 8 and 11). Location is just close enough to the strip at Pigeon Forge to get all of the perks of being there without the hustle and bustle. Very quiet location. Forgot we were in Pigeon Forge. We will definitely be coming back to this cabin, or one of the hosts other locations. Couldn’t recommend enough.

This is one of the best AirBnB's I've stayed in. We're a family that likes to stay in and cook, and the cooking equipment and utensils were very good. Good amount of dishes, good pots and pans. It was a great place to stay. I plan on coming back to Pigeon Forge in 2 years and will most likely rent this unit again.
The unit is just minutes from everything. Great location centrally located to just about any place you want to go in Pigeon Forge. It took us only 12 minutes to get to Dollywood.

Justin’s Marigold cottage was great. It was easy to find, very clean, and the perfect place for our family to stay at while visiting the area. There was plenty of room for our family and the cottage felt like a home away from home. Justin is a great host. Very communicative, kind, and quick to respond. We couldn’t have asked for a better host. Highly recommended.

The cabins location is really convenient drive to town while still feeling private. It was really nice to be able to come back after a long day of exploring to sit and relax on the deck or play some games with the kids. The cabin was really clean and had all the comforts of home. Loved the cabin and the layout. Its three stories and its great because each floor has a living space, bathroom and bedroom which made it so comfortable and gave everyone their own space. We loved the back deck with hot tub and TV looking out to the view of trees. The game room was great for our son especially because he stayed in the room with bunk beds next to the game room and enjoyed the games and also had a couch and TV and every bedroom had a TV also. We loved having a little work out area next to master and utilized that too. Everything was very thought out and a very quick 5 min drive to all the action on The Parkway in pigeon Forge so very convenient location but was a relaxing retreat to come back to after a action packed day! Definitely would stay here again especially when staying with other couples/families. Justin was very quick to respond and gave us lots of great information on the area before we arrived. Can’t wait to come back because there is so much to do

This place is just as it looks in the pictures! It was very clean and beautiful inside. Game room is fun and hot tub was always a nice way to end the say after exploring different areas and attractions! Justin was always responsive and polite when getting back to us if we messaged him. Our family had such a wonderful week at Marigold! From the moment we arrived, our four kids were full of excitement—each one quickly found their favorite spot in the house. Our medically fragile son and his sister loved having a king bed to share, and the other two made themselves right at home on the lower level. After long, fun-filled days at Dollywood, it was so relaxing to come back, soak in the hot tub, and just enjoy the peaceful atmosphere. Morning coffee on the porch with those gorgeous mountain views was a highlight. Justin was incredibly responsive and kind, making our stay even better. We’ll absolutely be coming back to Marigold the next time we visit Pigeon Forge!

Convenient location, cabin was clean and spacious. Located in a little development in close proximity to other cabins, but balcony is fairly private and neighborhood was generally quiet. Kids enjoyed the game room.

We stayed unfortunately only for 1 night do to unforeseen circumstances but the place was perfect! Beautiful home, the games were amazing for our 3 kids (6,4, and 2). We had to check out early but Justin was responsive and extremely helpful. If we visit Pigeon Forge again this would be our first pick!

Booked this property mainly to accommodate our boys who have trouble "doing nothing." The game room was great for them, a place they could be as loud as they wanted while we snuck away to the third floor sitting area for some quiet. Property was in a good location very close to everything in Pigeon Forge. Easy to get to the grocery store or to some nearby restaurants to pickup dinner. The house contained everything we needed to cook and relax.

We had an incredible stay at the Marigold Cabin! We felt at home immediately when we walked in and saw the beautifully decorated Christmas tree. The cabin was better than described and the kids loved having their own space with the game room and bunk beds downstairs. The hot tub was perfect for winding down after long adventures in town and the location of the cabin was ideal, very close to everything we had planned to do on our vacation. Justin and Kari were great hosts, very responsive to any inquiries we had and they provided a lot of local information which helped us plan our visit. I highly recommend this cabin!

Our experience at Marigold Cabin was so much fun. When we arrived, everything was as expected and we had an amazing time. The location was perfect, so close to all the amenities, but far enough away to feel secluded and private. The hot tub was magical at night, watching Christmas movies with out kids. The game room was their favorite part! I do wish that the upstairs beds did not squeak so much, but it was definitely not a breaking point for us. We also had a few issues with the breakers flipping in the cabin randomly, cutting off the dryer and microwave, but the issue was resolved very quickly by Maintenance, and it didn't happen again afterwards. Justin was extremely communicative and very accommodating during our stay. For the price range, this cabin was everything we could have asked for. Definitely would recommend to anyone looking for a nice place to stay that is close to town.

We absolutely loved the cabin! The location was perfect and close to everything. We brought our 15 month granddaughter and Justin had everything we needed for her, from safety, eating and sleeping that was definitely a plus! Also Justin was great at communicating we will definitely be back

What a great landing pad for everything to do in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. House is easy to get to being right off the strip and had plenty of parking. House was super clean with plenty of bedding, towels and extra pillows and blankets.
Loved their extensive guidebook and coupons, we used several of them during our stay.
I have bookmarked/saved this property and will definitely be returning.

This house was everything we wanted and more for my bachelorette trip. It was spacious, but furnished perfectly. It didn’t have a “hotel feel” like some locations I have stayed at before have. The views were gorgeous. The beds were very comfortable, and the house was stocked with basic necessities. We definitely will be booking with Justin again for when we bring our family. The only thing we wished was different were the bedrooms each being on different floors. Since it was four girls alone we decided to all sleep in the master, since we’re chicken. But that was our choice. I might have looked over that part in the description honestly.

We had a great time at this beautiful cabin. Our daughter loved the games and the hot tub. My only complaint with the games is that the air hockey table kept saying loading but otherwise still a fun time. My husband is in love with the bag toss game on the wall. There was plenty of room to spread out for our family. The primary bed and bath was a beautiful space and roomy. Location was close to town and easy to get to. I did message the host regarding some cleaning issues we found but otherwise we had a great stay.

This cabin was not as pictured….it was EVEN BETTER! The whole cabin was just perfect for us. As a family of 5 with three (almost) grown kids, it was the most wonderful space!
There were fun games in the downstairs rec area, the deck with hot tub was private and peaceful, the kitchen had everything we needed, there were even extra blankets and pillows.
Highly recommend this place and my kids are already planning on trying to bring friends back!
Just a fabulous stay and the host was phenomenal and super responsive!
