Really enjoyed this cabin. Roomy enough for our family and no steep steps like some other rentals. There are stairs but they are normal like you would find in a regular house. If you hope you see bears….this is the spot. We had bears every day.

The location was great! We loved the family rooms and saw many bears. The house was clean. We couldn’t get the wifi to work, and the pull out couches were not ideal but we still made great family members.

Was just as described! Large house with decks on each level and bathrooms in every bedroom. Enjoyed hanging out playing pool, in the hot tub, and just relaxing on the deck. Will definitely book again!

The view was amazing, but it would have been nice to know what to expect for the drive up and down the mountain. We got in late in the dark which made it a little scary. Once we were there we all enjoyed the spaciousness, cleanliness and hot tub/pool table. We ran into a slight issue with the holding tank backing up but it was addressed and resolved right away. Overall we had a great vacation and recommend this cabin if you don’t mind the drive up and down the mountain!

My family and I immensely enjoyed our stay at this beautiful cabin! It was larger than we expected, the views were beautiful, the hot tub and pool table were a big hit with my teens, and my 5 year old enjoyed (and wore himself out) running from the top to bottom of the house! Justin, our host, was extremely helpful and we can’t wait to stay again!

.3 miles from Ober Gatlinburg, 1mile from downtown. Beautifully situated for privacy without isolation or difficulty in travel. House is mountain homey on the inside. Super comfortable all around and perfect for teens or couples wanting time away. Couldn't be happier with the location, or the hosts.

Our stay was fantastic! The home was spotless, with incredibly comfortable beds and a perfect location. The hot tub was a lovely touch, and everything matched the listing description perfectly. Absolutely loved the location. This was my first time staying in an airbnb with my daughter I was worried that it would be difficult to keep her safe with stairs in the house however Justin our amazing host had baby gates on site so we could block the stairs and keep her safe. The entire group loved the house and look forward to coming back soon

The family had a great time at the cabin they enjoyed the pool table, community pool and hot tub and being up in the mountains. It’s within 15 minutes of all the amenities in Gatlinburg. We had one issue but the commutation was great and we were able to find a resolution. I would definitely rent this cabin again.

Though no fault of the listing, folks not familiar with the area may want to know it is pretty high up on the mountain with very curvy roads to access it. The location was lovely. The home was clean. The beds were comfortable. The hot tub was very nice to use in the morning and though it was ground level, the local wildlife did keep it's distance. We did see a few bears, which was very cool. The only negative was the wi-fi. It was fine for the phones but we could not figure out how to access it for the gaming system we brought along. Thankfully, the teen boys found other ways to amuse themselves. It was a great family home.

Overall, a very impressive home and location for the cost to stay. We had 7 people total that ranged in all ages. The home was spacious enough with several bathrooms (one on each level) and large bedrooms. The main living area is open concept and cozy. There's also a large deck that we enjoyed gathering on and a nice hot tub! We had a hiccup with the refrigerator in the basement. The owner was quick to respond and had someone come fix it right away. My only critique is that the grill was old and did'nt seem to work well. Also, the pool is not on the property, but is only a few minutes drive away. Very nice facility with not only a pool, but basketball, tennis, and several indoor games. The kids had a great time there.

The location was great up in the mountains - not in the middle of hustle bustle, yet only a few min drive to the beautiful downtown of Gatlingburg. There was ample space for the toddlers to run around and play. Would definitely recommend this place to other guests.

Justin’s place was perfect for our vacation! The cabin was very clean with three comfortable/ spacious bedrooms and the hot tub was perfect! It was only a quick 12 minute drive to the downtown area which is perfect for those with kids who need a nap like ours. The drive up to the cabin is steep and can be a bit tricky if you’re not used to driving in the mountains like myself but it was truly beautiful! This was our first trip to Gatlinburg, we will be back and would definitely look into renting this property again. Thank you for a great stay!

The pictures do not do it justice! It is located in the mountains but that's what makes it so quiet & peaceful. If you want alone time or family time this is the place. We couldn't have asked for better hosts either! Justin was always in contact & sent us a ton of attractions to enjoy along with coupons for those attractions. If you want to be close but not downtown and enjoy a beautiful vacation home with your family THIS IS THE PLACE!! When the time comes this is where we'll be staying again!

Beautiful, comfortable, and felt like home! This house was perfect for our trip to the Smokies. The view from our bedroom was everything. It is EXACTLY as advertised, has everything you need, and Justin is super friendly and responsive. Cleanliness is a big thing for me, and this house was cleaned well. No complaints at all. Lastly, my toddler is still getting used to traveling and is often uncomfortable away from home. She was perfectly happy and had so much fun at this house! Thank you, Justin, for the toys provided. I really hope to stay again soon.

Beautiful cabin, would definitely recommend! We especially loved the open floor plan and the pool table downstairs which allowed everyone in our friend group to spend quality time together. Super spacious and clean and only a short drive into Gatlinburg. We really enjoyed our stay!

This home was gorgeous ! It was comfortable and had everything you need during your vacation stay! The driveway was big enough to park your car. Inside the home beds were clean and comfortable . Bathrooms were clean . Kitchen was stocked with utensils and kitchen needs. Home looks just like pictures posted by host ! Would recommend to everyone and would def stay there again !

We had a wonderful time at the Modern Rustic. The cabin is very comfortable and clean. It was plenty of room for my family to spread out and enjoy. The pool is right up the hill and very convenient. We saw about 8 bears during our stay. One with her cubs. That was exciting. If you don’t mind a drive high up in the mountains this cabin is perfect. We would definitely come back and stay again.

Justin 's place was great! It was perfect for a multi-family vacation. The 3 levels help separate everyone, giving you privacy and space at the end of the day. The cabin was cozy and we felt right at home. We were able to bring lots of groceries and cook our meals there. There is a new house being built on one side visible from the porches and the morning noise from that took away from the peace of the porch but that's no fault of the cabin owners...just a tiny eyesore. We would still stay here again! We loved it and Justin was very helpful and quick to respond to all of my questions.

We had a great stay at Justin's cabin. It is large and clean. Neighborhood is, for the most part quiet (except for a few loud cars now and then).
**Coffee drinkers, there is a Keurig and a coffee maker, but be sure to bring your own k-cups, coffee grounds and basket style coffee filters. We came prepared with coffee grounds, but filters are not provided. - we did leave 100 or so filters for the next guests as we would not need them after this stay.
Appreciated the large enough driveway to turn around in. The only issue we had with finding the home was that we did not see any house numbers. Maybe all 4 of us missed it, but we figured it out. Thanks Justin.

The process of booking was so fast and always kept good communication! As we arrived evething was clean , rooms where spacios definitely a plus having a bathroom in each room ! Kitchen and living area were our favorite place to be we really enjoyed as a big family never felt crowded enjoyed every space in this home! The community pool was the favorite for the kids !!location of the home is 15min approximately to the downtown Gatlinburg ! On day 2 of our stay we saw a bear crossingtbe road !!! on day 3 on the pool area far across the street we saw some cubs climbing on tree! Great experience over all cant wait to book again!

We enjoyed our stay at the Modern Rustic Cabin. Easily drivable to Pigeon Forge, Gatlinburg, and the Great Smoky Mountains! We saw bears nearly everyday we were there! Justin was a great host and responded quickly to any questions we had.

Justin's cabin way up in the mountains made my birthday getaway magical.
The ride up takes a little getting use to but once there, the cabin was beautiful
with breathtaking views.
Justin was very responsive to my questions and checked in with me to

Spacious home that accomodated our party of 5 adults and 2 toddlers perfectly. Very nice for everyone to have their own room and bathroom!!! The property was as it was described in the listing. We loved the hot tub and being serenaded by birds in the morning. We also enjoyed our time at the main pool that has a slide and a kiddy(wading) pool.
**Please note that the roads leading up to the cabin are very steep with lots of curves and sharp turns.

Loved staying here at this beautiful place. Very peaceful and loved seeing the bears. We got to see a momma bear and her cubs. This place was a great place. Will be back to this place.

Our family vacation to the Smokies was a great trip. We had a great time and loved the house that we rented. It couldn’t have been more perfect. We used the fireplaces and hot tub after spending a day roaming the mountains. Having a washer & dryer was a great help so we didn’t have to pack as many clothes. We would love to go back and would definitely stay there again.

Amazing stay in the mountains. Highly recommend a 4 wheel drive vehicle as the roads up to the home are up and down mountains, But once your at the home you forget about the drive. Beautiful view. Beautiful home. We even got to see a bear in the backyard on our last day!

Good place to stay near Smokey mountains and Gatlinburg. This stay has the basics for a kitchen but no frills. Hot tub was great.

Visited Gatlinburg Tennessee for the first time ever. We were looking for a place that would entertain our preteens and older kiddos and Justin's place did not disappoint. The whole house is very spacious, and we did not feel crowded. Location was everything. Just a few minutes to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg's main attractions. Justin provided us with lots of recommendation and coupons. We will definitely recommend this place to anyone looking to stay with a larger group.

Cute cabin. Clean. Lots of space. Recommend you bring extra toilet paper, and towels for the hot tub. The drive up to the cabin is an interesting one! It’s a very narrow winding road. If heights are not your thing, this may be a bit much. I would recommend the cabin. It’s a great stay, close to town and the National park. Justin was very responsive.
