All pots, pans, glasses, plates, silverware, etc. are also there for you! Dine in style at Mountain Charm's large dining table with open access to the living area.

★POOL REMINDERS★
• You'll have access to the pools at Chalet Village. Pools are officially open Friday of Memorial Day Weekend through Labor Day.
• Pool Hours are 9am to 9pm daily for all pools that are scheduled to be open.
• South Baden Pool and Facilities are closed on Tuesdays
• North Pool is closed on Wednesdays
• Alpine Pool is closed on Tuesdays and Wednesdays

Free designated parking on premises. Additionally, there are some visitor parking places along the front.

Very spacious and worked out just fine for me and friends.

Went there with child and child’s father so just the three of us. We each had our own rooms. The place was spacious and we really enjoyed the great table with big chairs, couches, and extra chairs. It was cold so we did not use the sunrooms. Bring food and condiments, but they have every dish, cooking and utensils that you need. Overall, we had a great day.

Came to ski for the weekend and the place was 200 yards from the lower ski parking lot. The place was very spacious and could have easily accommodated multiple guests. Plenty of seating areas and enough open space to not feel cramped. The host was great.

This condo was in a great location, right at the entrance to Ober Mountain so to get there you were driving straight up a mountain. The place was clean, but I do have to mention a few things that I have not seen mentioned in other reviews; there is little to no cell service from the property, the kitchen did not have enough cookware to really cook a meal which was not ideal since most restaurants were 20 minutes down the mountain. The bathrooms were clean, but they did not have the extras that most Airbnb's have started to include such as, full bottles of shampoo and body wash. There were only 2 rolls of toilet paper/bathroom. I have stayed in less expensive Airbnb's and gotten a whole lot more.
Justin was an extremely good host and was very responsive every time I messaged him. I would stay here again if the kitchen and bathrooms are stocked better.

Great place very close to the Smoky National Park! Not too far up the mountain so easy for inexperienced drivers. The location is right near downtown Gatlinburg and very close to Pigeon Forge. Highly recommend!

1235 Ski Mountain was neutrally located nestled near downtown Gatlinburg, Smokey Mountain National Park, and a brief walk to Ober Mountain. The condo comfortably held our 4 person party, was clean, and homey. Over all it was a nice spot to stay!

This trip was very special and the Host Justin, contributed to a successful and fun trip. I love when the hosts communicates as soon as we book the place, with information and instructions. Justin, was super responsive specially when we requested local recommendations, they were spot on! We can’t wait to go back. Something they did not mention and I think is super good, is they do not have stairs, so groceries and suitcases are super easy to load!

Loved this rental and location. So peaceful and beautifully surrounded by trees and nature. Very clean and spacious. It was located out enough to be away but close enough to everything we wanted to do. Hosts are very responsive and attentive. Would definitely stay here again.

This was an amazing place for our long weekend vacation. It was very clean and peaceful located near the top of the mountain but very close to town and best of all near the bypass in case you need to skip town traffic which can be tough at times.
