Bears are indigenous to the area and are often seen near or on our properties. Please do not leave food or trash outside.

Kitchen and Outdoor Cooking: The kitchen is stocked with dishes and cookware. We provide a standard coffee maker or a Keurig, so please bring along your preferred grounds or pods.

Regarding the Grill: While we often have a grill available for guest use, we cannot guarantee its availability or condition for every stay. If it is on-site, please note that propane/charcoal is the guest's responsibility. There may be some left over from previous guests, or you can pick some up at a local shop.

Fantastic stay for a girls trip! Absolutely stunning view from the top and middle balcony that we couldnโ€™t get enough of! We had a few small hiccups with the hot tub and fridge that were fixed immediately with a few quick messages! Loved the responsive host and everything they had to offer! We canโ€™t wait to come back!

This place was fantastic! It was easy to access without steep mountain driving, especially on the rainy day we arrived. Cold water bottles waiting in the fridge was a cherry on top. The three bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, were perfect for our group. The views were incredible, we could see Mt. LeConte from the patios and a few black bears
They provided coffee, creamer, and sugar and stores were only minutes away if needed. The cabin is conveniently located near downtown Gatlinburg attractions and the Great Smoky Mountains National Park.
Thoughtful extras like umbrellas, a selfie stick, dog bed and bowl, hot tub, YETI cooler, Nintendo Switch, and washer/dryer made our stay even better. Everything was spotless, spacious, and I almost always travel with my dog and this was the most cared for heโ€™s been in any Airbnb. We had an amazing time! Thanks so much for the stay!

The host was very knowledgeable and efficient. I never had to wait long for a response if I had any questions. Outside of that, the home was absolutely beautiful. Every room in the house was completely spotless. Even though we didnโ€™t use the kitchen much, it was spotless and stocked with everything that would be needed for the stay. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed the views and the experience with this host and look forward to future stays.

Beautiful, large home with amazing views! The rooms were spacious and comfortable. Towels and toiletries were provided. We brought our own towels for the hot tub and that helped. Having laundry there was a plus. The driveway really did have room for only 2 large cars. We parked a truck, and two sedans in front and it was a tight fit. Pizza place and convenience store about 5 minutes away.

The house was absolutely wonderful. Views were gorgeous. Having a hot tub right outside the bedroom was a huge plus. With all the amazing things to do in the area we didn't spend much time at the house to benefit from all there was to offer. I certainly enjoyed having my own bedroom and having a full kitchen. We will definitely be back.

We loved our stay. Only wish we had more time to spend at the rental. We were here for a conference and should have added on a couple more days. If you are headed to the Smokies, this cabin in Gatlinburg will be the perfect home away from home! Easily accessible, exceptionally clean, covered porch with amazing views. You can be in downtown Gatlinburg or the great smoky Mountain National park in 5-7 minutes. The beds were very comfortable, the kitchen well-stocked, and the hot tub was an added bonus after a long day of hiking. We are already making plans to come back!

The home is very spacious and is a perfect layout for families traveling with kids. There are 2 bedrooms on the top floor and 2 bedrooms in the lower level so that adults and kids can have their own space.
The home was well maintained and had good amenities. The views from the decks are spectacular!

This is an excellent stay near Gatlinburg and the national park. We were able to have a wonderful morning view with a beautiful sunrise every day before we headed out for the trails. Plenty of space and a relaxing atmosphere. Definitely hope to be back!

We were a group of 10 visiting the Smokies for the first time and absolutely loved our stay! The cabin had an amazing balcony view, was super clean, and really well maintained. The location was perfect for exploring nearby spots. Justin was an awesome host โ€” very responsive and accommodating with all our requests. We had a great stay at this beautiful Gatlinburg cabin! Although we were given the wrong door code when arriving after 10pm, Justin was very responsive and quick to resolve itโ€”the number provided connected us immediately to someone who got us in within minutes. The cabin was easy to find, clean, and had an amazing layout with stunning mountain views. When minor issues came up, like porch lights being out and the hot tub not working, Justin sent a professional technician right away to fix them. The WiFi worked great, and we loved the air hockey table, arcade machines, books, and board/card games. Even though the TV by the hot tub was locked from a previous guest, we didnโ€™t mind relaxing to music instead. The cabinโ€™s location was perfectโ€”close to everything yet peaceful and tucked away from the hustle and bustle. Overall, a cozy and comfortable mountain getaway. Weโ€™d definitely consider staying again!
