IMPORTANT: Due to high bear activity in the area, children should not be sent to deliver trash to the dumpsters. The locking mechanism can be difficult to operate and might be too high for them to reach. Trash should never be left outside the receptacle as this contributes to bear activity in the area. Please note that the HOA also has cameras on the dumpsters.

★PARKING★
The driveway currently accommodates only 1 vehicle, so plan accordingly if you're traveling with a group. Additionally, there is minor construction still in progress nearby; however, it should not affect your stay or disrupt your experience in any way.

This condo was as described, very clean and comfortable for our family of four (parents, 2 kids ages 19 and 15). Everyone had their own space which was great! We didn’t utilize the kitchen much, but it was well appointed. The bathrooms were sufficient and very clean. Beds were very comfortable. TVs in the bedrooms were a little confusing, but communication of our concern was good, and we ended up not using them anyway. WiFi was strong. The location was good, the drive is a bit unnerving at first because of its location up on the summit, but we got used to it after a couple treks. All in all, great place to stay!

We had a fantastic stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Gatlinburg! The place was spotless, cozy, and perfectly stocked with everything our family needed. The mountain views were absolutely breathtaking, and we loved relaxing on the deck after a day of exploring. Close to downtown but tucked away enough to feel peaceful and private. Highly recommend for families—can’t wait to come back!

The condo is extremely nice, very clean, great mattress, beautifully decorated with great views. Road did make me a little nervous but navigated it with no problem. We are extremely pleased. We have made numerous

Great stay

My family (3 adults, 2 teenagers) visited right after Christmas. Everyone had their own space / bed and the location was perfect for our plans of visiting Gatlinburg & Pigeon Forge. Dollywood Christmas at night was AMAZING, and we highly recommend!

Wonderful Weekend at the Smokies

We did a summer end trip to the Smokies and decided to stay at this property for the weekend. This condo is really close to the park (< 15 min) and very close to downtown Gatlinburg, so high-5 for the location. The 3BR-3Bath option is wonderful as we were able to accommodate easily and very comfortably. The apartment was full furnished and clean with all the basic amenities needed for our stay. The furniture was relatively new and in good shape. The breakfast table in the balcony had splendid mountain views :) I was most impressed by the communication between the host and myself. Instantaneous replies were most appreciated. Very helpful and we had a wonderful time at the Smokies. The condo stay complemented the park visit experience equally well. If you find this property, book it.

There wasn't much of view, but this was probably because we visited in the summer when the trees blocked the view. The pool shown in the picture is not the pool that is located with this condo. However, there is access to other condo facilities within 10 minutes that do provide the amenities shown in the picture. Not necessarily a big deal but I did book this specific location due to the amenities and view that were portrayed in the pictures.

I wanted a mountain living experience and everything was as described. I’d stay here again but will say it reminded me why condo living is not for me long term. While there’s a no smoking policy that dld not apply to the neighbors so when out on the excellent outside deck the experience was frequently ruined by neighboring smoking. Totally outside of the hosts control so I wouldn’t rate that against the host who was always responsive and helpful.

Had a wonderful time! We will be back.

We enjoyed our stay very much! The condo was clean, the beds were comfy, the kitchen was well-stocked and the pool was a huge plus at the end of each hot July day. The only challenge we had (and this is no fault of theirs) was the early check-out time. We took our grandmother who has a hard time getting around (on a walker) and at 9:55 the cleaners were there ready to clean and move on with their busy day. We were slow getting down the stairs and out in time, as they pushed their way through. Luckily we made it out in time. I wish we would have extended our stay for that reason alone. Overall, great time! Thank you!

The condo was a great space for our family! Viewed bears from the back deck several times. Pool/hot tub picture in the listing is not of the clubhouse next to the condo, but rather a different clubhouse further down the road. The one by the condo would be perfect for kiddos as it has a water mushroom. Condo was very clean and comfortable. We were well pleased with our stay. Owner was very responsive to messages and provided lots of information about the area.

Amazing value, especially for the space and location. Loved the light cabin-like touches - the bear decor was really cute! I will admit I looked forward to stepping inside the condo at the end of each day because it meant we survived the drive up. But other than that, the location was really peaceful and we almost never heard our neighbors. The lock to the patio doors didn't work but we felt safe. Great, friendly communications too, grateful for that as a first time visitor to the region and a first time (direct) AirB&B renter. Comfy beds, hot showers, reclining furniture, TVs in every room, plenty of kitchen utensils - the condo had everything we needed and more.
