This cabin was a gem! Justin was amazing from the booking until check out. They put alot of effort into the little things. Our 2 Huskies felt right at home. If you're looking for a fur baby friendly cabin this is it.

The kids loved the neverland Theme. So nice to have pool access close to the home, hot tub was nice, would suggest solar lights down steps to the hot tub, some kind of lighting around the hot tub. Overall very nice.

This property was a perfect location to pretty much everything. Easy to get to the downtown areas and hiking places was about a 40 min drive depending where you stop. Big ebough for 14 people. Pool was right by the property. Very clean. The pillows were too bulky for us but we made do. Would stay here again. Even had a bear a fox go through the property lots of stairs though so be prepared if you are elderly.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Neverland. The layout was great and great detail was taken in the construction and decor of this place. The setting was very peaceful!

This cabin was beautiful. Everything you need. Bring food, swim or hot tub towels. Close to town … big hint unless you want to wind around country roads MAKE A RIGHT out of the driveway, otherwise Boogertown is long country way. I could have stayed and never left for any tourist attractions, but we spent a lot of time in Pigeon Forge with the kids. Not as crowded as Gatlinburg. I would recommend this cabin to everyone. Only heads up would be is be aware there are stairs down to the cabin & down to hot tub. The master bed is very high (I (wife) bought a small step stool at Walmart ha ha). Thank you for providing a beautiful VRBO.

The cabin was just as listed. My family loved the attention to detail for the Neverland theme. The kids loved the pool and it was very clean. The cabin was easy to find and close to many attractions.

The location was great. Outside of town, but not too far. The house is located on a quiet road with lots of trees. We stayed over the 4th of July. Couldn’t hear any of the neighbors fireworks (which was nice). Futon in the main room probably should be changed to a couch. It was hard to get comfortable on after a long day hiking. Overall loved the place and would stay there again. P.S. also got to see bears from the balcony. That was awesome!

We had an awesome time at “Neverland” it was one of our best trips ever! Everything was as pictured and as promised, the house was truly amazing… We loved the pool, hot tub but the favorite part of the house was the decks… We spent every night hanging out with our 8 family members on the deck just rocking away and laughing, playing music into the early morning hours, just truly making memories! The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen was more than ample, and bathroom spaces were very nice…. Only thing I would suggest is a better couch it’s not that comfortable, but hey most of our time was on the deck so we are not complaining at all! The Peter Pan theme was really neat, we all felt like kids on an adventure during our stay, and just an easy 3 minute drive to the downtown fun of Gatlinburg, less the 2 minute to A nice Grocery store, but yet found ourselves in such a private mountain setting! Our favorite memory of all we were all on the deck about 6pm and Along came this black bear just traveling through the yard, he didn’t have a care in the world either, just taking an evening stroll as naturally as we all could be! Thanks for allowing us to stay at your awesome house, we will surely return again!

My extended family of 7 adults had a wonderful weekend at Neverland. The house was clean, the kitchen had everything we needed, and the Peter Pan theming was adorable. The host, Justin, was always available and the house rules were clear. This would be a great house for families!! One thing for renters to know is the couch in the living room was a little odd, but we worked it out by using it as a futon instead.
I would definitely stay here again. The location to Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge couldn’t be better! Enjoy!

Everything you want in a rental. New, clean, great location, very responsive owner, and no bad surprises! I strongly recommend this rental for anyone that doesn’t want to stay directly in Gatlinburg but is also a close drive in.

We loved the cabin!!! The Hot Tub was a really great feature and helped us relax and unwind. Super convenient location close to various attractions and extremely close to a grocery store!

Justin was very responsive and helpful with any questions I had. When we arrived, I didn't know how to work the key pad on the door, but figured it out pretty quick. The cabin was beautiful, clean, and was stocked with everything you needed to get started. The location was great, with Dollar General 1 mile away, Food City approximately 2 miles away, and you were right outside the hustle and bustle of Downtown Gatlinburg. I will definitely book with Justin again.

If you are looking for a quiet, peaceful location centrally located to Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg, TN you will love this cabin. And the decor with the Peter Pan theme is whimsical, and fun. Very well built, and the owner is quick to respond to any questions or needs. I would definitely be a return customer, and highly recommend it.

The Neverland Cabin was AMAZING! It was designed by a true craftsman and the attention to detail was impressive. It was private with beautiful scenery while still being close to attractions, so the perfect location. My family really enjoyed our visit and were super comfortable. The cabin came equipped with anything we could possibly need and then some. There were quite a few stairs involved, which didn't bother us at all. I only mention it because it may not work for anyone in a wheelchair or who struggles with stairs. The cabin was pet friendly and we were thrilled to be able to bring our dog. We just made sure to crate him if he was left alone while we went out to eat. There was a full kitchen with everything we needed to cook a meal and eat it in, too.
Justin was a great host who was always quick to respond. He communicated everything we needed to know and sent area guides/coupon book before we arrived so we could plan our activities in advance. We'll definitely be back!

We loved our stay at Neverland! We picked this particular cabin due to the location of a volleyball tournament nearby. It was so convenient! It was such a neat cabin to stay in. Would definitely stay here again.

This was my first time in Gatlinburg TN; and the pictures don't do justice to the experience you feel the moment you actually get there. The cabin was so amazing! The home was completely themed out in Peter Pan memorabilia. Even if you didn't care for Peter Pan, the size of home, the amenities, and the peace and privacy is worth it all. I will be coming back again!

Great place, well kept. Could use better directions especially if arriving after dark. Need the motion sensor lights outside looked at especially if arriving after dark. Otherwise, a fantastic place close to everything.

Neverland was a wonderful place. It was not to far up the mountain, perfect enough distance from Gatlinburg activities and Pigeon Forge. The house was super homey and felt like home away from home. The kids loved the pirate ship themed upstairs, I was often asked to get off the pirate ship lol kids ages 8-14 really enjoyed the home. Definitely would recommend for families , and would definitely return again.

We had an absolutely wonderful stay at Neverland in Gatlinburg! The Peter Pan theme is beautifully carried throughout the entire cabin, with so many thoughtful details that truly make it feel like stepping into a storybook. From the décor to the small touches, everything was so well done and added to the charm of our experience.
The cabin’s location is perfect—nestled in the mountains for a peaceful retreat, yet close enough to all the attractions, restaurants, grocery stores, and essentials. It’s the best of both worlds!
The cabin is fully equipped with everything you could need for a 5-star experience. From the cozy furniture to the well-stocked kitchen, every detail is designed to make your stay comfortable and enjoyable.
We can’t recommend Neverland enough for anyone looking for a unique and magical getaway. We’ll definitely be back!

What a great cabin to stay in during a soccer tournament this past weekend. We were able to share it with another family with plenty of room and activities for the kids on their down time. The theme was very cute and whimsical. The little toddler bed was a perfect touch as my two year old loved it! They were only 5 minutes to Rocky Top Sports World complex, which made it convenient to go back to rest between the games. Well kept, really clean, and quiet. Would stay here again if we have another tournament up there!

Great stay! This cabin is just as described and I would dare to say prettier in person. The location is so close to Gatlinburg but also just far enough away. Beds were soft and comfortable. Would definitely recommend for a group stay or large family.

We stayed at Justin’s place over Labor Day and had the most amazing time. It was spotless and spacious, close to the Great Smokies and the attractions in Gatlinburg and Pigeon Forge. Two families (4 adults, 3 kids, and a baby) had plenty of room to relax and hang out. Justin has put a ton of time and effort into the Peter Pan theme and the kids loved it. Highly recommend staying here when in the area!

The cabin had all we needed, Justin was very attentive responding my questions, we had enough privacy, enough room for the cars, oh we actually saw a bear too, right for the price, I love the fact that every room has their own bathroom. The beds were too soft for me, I guess it's just a matter of taste. Overall me and my family had a great time.

We found Justin's place to be spacious, clean, well appointed, and most of all magical.
The Peter Pan theme, carries far beyond the books and typical decorations, portion of the house interior is build like a ship, truly a wonder, especially for the kids.
We enjoyed the privacy of the location and the beautiful nature surrounding it.

Me and my family loved this cabin we went up for a weekend and it was beautiful drive to the cabin. The cabin is so beautiful I loved the Nederland theme. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The drive to all the attractions in pigeon forge was easy and very beautiful overall i would rate this cabin a 10/10 stars. I would recommend this cabin to anybody!!!

We decided on Neverland for our family vacation, and it was a hit with the kids! The kitchen was great for being able to cook, instead of going out for every meal. The space is great for large and/or multiple families! We would definitely stay here again!

My family and I really enjoyed ourselves here. The kids loved the theme of the cabin and it was just a beautiful home and area. We definitely enjoyed just sitting outside on the decks and enjoying the fresh air. The beds were very comfortable. It did look at first that the road up to the cabin was going to be steep but wasn't bad at all. Justin was quick to respond to any questions I had. This was just a great place and even got to see a bear on our last night there! Will definitely stay here again the next time I come to visit Gatlinburg.

Neverland was such a a fun place for our family to stay! There were so many fun details in each room and the house was very clean. We all commented on how much we loved the mattresses as well!
We stayed 5 nights and our kids didn't want to leave! We were so thankful to have a fun and cozy cabin on the days it rained on our trip so that the kids could play inside.
