We very much enjoyed our stay! The views were incredible! Breath taking sunsets each night, we never wanted to leave the balcony! The kids enjoyed the hot tub and pool table and the AC stayed super cold during our summer visit! Thank you for everything!

This was my family’s first time going to the smoky mountains and his cabin made us feel like so at home!! He’s great to work with!! Love the space, hot tub, and had a pack n play and high chair! I didn’t have to worry about bringing it for my 9 month old!! Definitely will be back to Nothin but a Good Time❤️

Beautiful, clean cabin with stunning mountain views! As first-time visitors to the TN mountains, this was the perfect getaway—peaceful, cozy, and unforgettable. Highly recommend!
Oh and the best part? You’ll have visitors on your porch!!! We had the cutest little forest friends show up. What an amazing first time in the TN mountains for us!

I have been vacationing and traveling for 55 years and this by far was the best vacation experience ever as far as the accommodations go. It was exactly as explained and went above and beyond the expectations I had for staying in a cabin. Everything went perfect from the door code to the breath taking views and cleanliness of the home. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone.
We had a total of 6 people 4 adults and 2 very small children who by the way loves the stairs. When I walked in the door with my 3 year old grandson Khaos Winchester Hu**** he put his little hand on his chest and said mamaw "I love this". Now the 2 year old Kane Remington Hu**** was more interested in what food he could throw down the stairs...lol But needless to say we have plenty of space and a great atmosphere for the entire family. Thanks Shane!

Absolutely amazing views. Everything was squeaky clean and smelled fresh. Full kitchen with full size fridge, wine cooler, and stove. Comfy beds and different thermostats for upstairs and downstairs, which was great for me who’s always cold and him who’s always hot. Hot Tub was clean and relaxing to watch the sunset behind the mountains. Shane was a quick responder and gave tons of great recommendations. Would definitely stay again.

The only thing I would say needs to be changed in description is it’s not a true two bedroom. It’s listed as a two bedroom with a bonus room and a loft. It’s really a one bedroom with an upstairs loft that has a bed in it.

We loved staying at the Nothin’ but a Good Time cabin! Super clean, gorgeous views and a great amount of amenities for our couples getaway. Shane provided wonderful local recommendations and was very proactive and friendly in his communication. We would love to stay here again!

We had an awesome trip! The place was exactly as the pictures described; absolutely beautiful! The views of the mountains were stunning! It was so nice to just sit outside in the rocking chairs with a nice cup of coffee, taking in the view. We felt so comfortable and relaxed. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could need. My family had a great time utilizing the pool table and hot tub. Justin and Shane were so friendly and quick to communicate. There was so much to do nearby. I would highly recommend Nothin But a Good Time and hope to return in the future.

You will not be disappointed with the view for this cabin! Waking up and seeing that view is something that’s hard to leave. That whole house felt very clean well taken care of. The drive in the mountains is vastly different from regular driving and there’s a lot of tight curves. The cabin is perfectly located compared to some others in the area. The bed linens are very soft! There’s so much hustle and bustle in the busy areas of Pigeon Forge & Gatlinburg so coming back to the quiet home was wonderful. We would definitely stay again. We loved the area.

Shane was a wonderful host . He was very quick to respond. Cabin is beautiful, the views are spectacular!! My husband and I enjoyed coffee in the mornings on the patio with the views. I would stay again and highly recommend !!

The Cabin is in a beautiful and and convenient spot, overlooking the mountains from the back porch but also less than 15 minutes away from the Pigeon Forge Parkway. The property owner was very quick to respond and gave all the information we needed, suggesting things to do in the area and checking to make sure that everything was going well for us.
This was a wonderful cabin and we will definitely be looking to stay at this cabin or another one of Shane's properties in the future.

I cannot say enough good things about this rental cabin!! We barely left the cabin during our weekend stay as we were so at peace just relaxing in the cozy living space, chilling in the hot tub, playing billiards upstairs, and enjoying the quietness of the nature surrounding us. The view really is something else… as someone who isn’t an “early bird,” I didn’t miss one sunrise this trip just to sit on the balcony and see the sun fall over the mountains. If you’re a clean/neat freak like myself, don’t worry because the cleaners must be magicians with how spotless the place is!
Not only is the cabin a treasure & rare find, the host is one too!! An easy to follow and well put together local guide was provided which was so fun (we went to one of the recommended restaurants and were NOT disappointed). Also, the response time/support was fast, efficient, and always so so kind.
5 stars all around!!!

We LOVED this place! Super cozy and perfect for our family. The views were so beautiful. Our stay was 5 days, and we did not have any issues with running out of clean towels, toilet paper, etc. We were very pleased that each tv had its own Roku remote, which made streaming tv shows very easy for days we wanted to relax. Overall, we were very pleased with our stay. We will definitely come back!

The airbnb was great. It was clean and the view was very beautiful! I don’t have anything negative to say at all. The only thing was the weather and how cold it was.
Had to leave the airbnb early but overall the place was very beautiful! It just lacks alittle bit of privacy around but very quiet neighborhood.

I visited a day after Christmas with my husband and two girls ages 3 and 6. The best part of the cabin was the view. Wow! I loved waking up to the Mountain View in the loft. We enjoyed watching the stars on the balcony at night as well. It is a little bit of a steep drive getting up to this cabin but after the first drive we had it down. The road is wide enough for two cars to pass so that made it easier as well. The cabin was furnished with basic amenities and enough toilet paper and paper towels for us four for four days. Finally the host was very communicative and proactively sent a guidebook which was insightful since it was the first time there with kids.

WOW, what a view! Morning clouds highlighted the the mountain view. A perfect cabin for two couples or a family. Well decorated, well maintained and a place we would stay again. Two coffee pots, one perk and one kurig, kitchen is well stocked and living area is very comfortable.

The views were amazing in the house!!! I wish it was a bit more private, but really the location was ideal. It was a quick trip into Pigeon Forge. The hosts communicated well and were very responsive to questions.

The cabin is completely beautiful and looks just like the photos. Was perfect for me and my small family (2 young children). My only comments are that the cabin is pretty close to neighbors, but is thankfully pretty secluded still considering the distance. The beds are also very high off of the ground, which was not an issue for me or my husband, but we were concerned for our 2.5 year old. We just made sure the bed was pushed against a wall and put our older child on the outside. However, the cabin also offers a pack and play, so I’d say they addressed this particular issue!
Would absolutely stay here again! Mornings are beautiful from the upper level room.

10/10 would stay here again all tho my trip was cut short due to issues at home the time I did get to spend at the cabin was great , absolutely wonderful views of the Smokey’s , nice and roomy cabin big enough for my small family and only a little ways from the action in pigeon forge / gatlinburg , the next time we go to TN which is usually a couple times a year I will definitely keep this place in mind.

My husband and I just got back from our honeymoon, and we couldn’t have found a better place to stay! Shane and Justin made everything easy, responded promptly to my questions, and was extremely helpful through the whole process! The place is beautiful, great views, and loved the hot tub and pool table. Plus, it is private but still close to everything! I would definitely stay here again!! 5 Stars all the way around!

The cabin is beautiful, as is the view, both early morning and at night. It stormed all week during our 3 night stay but the lightning show from the hottub on the balcony at night was amazing. Had fun kicking the hubbys butt in pool ( I won a bet 😆). The attractions weren't to far from us. So many things to do. This was an Anniversary trip, next time we will bring our young autistic son so he can enjoy the sights and sounds. Also my husband is good at making dove calls so we had doves around the cabin everyday talking to us 😆. Just be strategic on where you dress there are open views everywhere and if you can see out the neighbors can see in 👀. Just an fyi 😁.

The cabin was amazing and very easy to get to. Most I’ve stayed in have very curvy steep roads. These were very mellow roads but still high up with a fantastic view! Loved our stay and would definitely come back!
