We had a great time staying at this cabin! It was the perfect spot—just about 20 minutes from all the fun in downtown Gatlinburg. The pool and hot tub were a hit, especially with the kids. It’s a great place for families with toddlers—comfortable and peaceful.
A couple of small things to note: we do wish there had been a few more towels, especially after coming back from hot days out with the kids (baths were a must!). The washing machine wasn’t working the best, so we only used it once. And it would’ve been helpful to know where the bear-proof trash bins were from the start.
Overall though, we absolutely loved the place and will definitely be booking again when we return. Thanks so much, Shane!

The cabin was very nice. The bedrooms were spacious, and the master bath shower was relaxing after long days in town. My grandkids loved the pool! It was beautiful and was even nicer in person than in photos.Our host was very responsive to a small problem (broken toaster). It was replaced within hours. Very happy with our stay :)

We loved our stay at this beautiful cabin! It had everything we needed in the kitchen, beds were comfortable and it was very clean. Our kids enjoyed the pool and hot tub. And the host was very helpful and quick to respond to our questions. Highly recommend!

Cabin looked just like the pictures. It was very clean and well kept. Centrally located to everything we wanted to do. The only downside was that it was closer to the other cabins than anticipated but still a great place to stay.

Customer service was outstanding! They helped me plan hikes and activities and responded very quickly to any questions we had. My son left his AirPods at the house and they mailed them back to us right away! The house itself was perfect with plenty of beds and space for our group of 7!

Perfect spot for a Gatlinburg getaway!

This property was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. We enjoyed the private hot tub on the screened in porch in the evenings and sitting in the rocking chairs on the front porch during the day. Communication with property management was on point. The beds were comfy and we enjoyed our stay in this cabin community at White Oaks. 10/10 would book here again.

We would stay here again. Clean well supplied cabin. The kitchen had newer dishes and pans. Lots of mugs, glassware, utensils and dishes. We had an issue with the water heater and it was immediately repaired. Communication was quick and helpful.

Beautiful Cabin

Everything about this stay from start to finish. The property owner had reached out before we got there that the cleaning crew noticed something not working on the stove and he got someone out there before we got in to get it fixed and relayed everything to me. Was very communicative on anything we needed. The cabin itself was great to stay in, very clean! We will be back and will book again with him

We had a wonderful stay. The home was exactly what we expected from the listing. Very cozy and spacious for 6 people. It is a 30-40 min drive to most attractions. That are local stores for groceries around. Hot tub was a nice touch especially on a very chilly night. The only downfall for us was no flexibility with check in and check out but I wouldn’t let that impact the 5 star review.

Anniversary trip

The cabin is beautiful and weather was even better!! The kitchen had everything we needed to cook when staying in for the night. Bed is comfortable and neighborhood is quiet. Looking forward to coming back.

Just got back from the most amazing stay in the smoky mountains and I have to share my thoughts with you all. First off, the location was PERFECTION. I mean seriously, waking up and going on the back porch hoping to see a black bear every morning was a dream come true. And let's talk about the accommodations...absolutely top-notch. The bed was like sleeping on a cloud and the amenities were on point. Overall, I would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a scenic and comfortable getaway. Trust me, you won't regret it.

Absolutely wonderful place to stay! It was so clean & exactly how it was described! My kids - & husband - loved the arcade game! It was the perfect place for a relaxing vacation to the mountains! We even saw a bear walk right past the back porch - to my daughter’s delight & horror! My only regret… we couldn’t stay longer! Wonderful cabin in beautiful and peaceful location. Walkable access to their fantastic pool that my kids loved, not to mention easy access to all Gatlinburg/PF attractions. Spacious, clean, and comfortable cabin provided by an extremely responsive and friendly host. I would definitely stay here again :)

This cabin felt like home! Family friendly for sure!! As soon as we walked in I was impressed with how much more space we actually had compared to the photos! The host and the location were great! You’re about 15-17 minutes away from Gatlinburg strip. No need in worrying about driving up steep roads to get here either.
The ONLY complaint we had was the kitchen sink. There was a fish smell but we notified the host and they offered to come and take a look at it. My family loved it and we’ll be back for sure!

Great Get Away!

Our cabin was perfect for our vacation! It was just three of us but there would have been plenty of space for our whole family if we all came. The beds were comfortable which is always an important point for me. The hot tub was also a nice add-on to enjoy. I like to enjoy the hot tub first thing in the morning with a cup of coffee. You can sit back and listen to all the birds. I really appreciated that the hot tub temperature wasn't set really hot. I can't tolerate super hot temps. It was set at 96 which was perfect for summer! I loved that there was a washer and dryer. We were able to do our laundry the last day and put it all back in the bag clean. Unpacking when we got back was a breeze! I also believe this is the first place that I've stayed that had a dishwasher. That was a great surprise and so nice not to have to wash dishes by hand. The only thing that I noticed was the ceiling fans all seemed to have a squeak or a wiggle to them that made it hard for me to sleep at times. Nothing awful but if you're sensitive to small noises when you sleep it may be an issue. Lastly, the pool! It's wonderful! We enjoyed going down to the pool every day after getting home from exploring the area. It seemed to get busy around 6:30-7 so we made it down there earlier to enjoy a less crowded environment. Overall we had a fantastic time and really enjoyed our stay at the cabin.

White Oak Resort cabin 154

Resort entranceis well lit. If arriving during the day look for the beautiful red Knock Out rose bushes on either side of the entrance to the cabin. Bathrooms are big, upstairs tub was big. Downstairs shower is big. A/C worked very well for the time we were there. You will NOT get brned when turning on the hot water full blast . Decent water pressure. Kitchen worked for the 6 of us. Nice pots and pans. Enough knives, utensils, but be sure to bring salt, pepper, coffee, sugar, foil, anything you need to cook with or pick it up on the way to cabin at Food City. Dishwasher was broken but the owner apologized and said he would replace after we left. Large bed in downstairs bedroom. Lots of clean nice pillows, nice sheets, nice blankets. The other guests stayed in upstairs and seemed to think the double beds were fine. The bath towels and bed linens were clean. Pool was a fantastic amenity but as mentioned in description bring your own pool towels. Hot tub was fine. Overall, it is a great home in a very nice resort and management/owner was very responsive to any requests and issues.
