Overall the cabin was great clean and comfortable! It would be nice if they would leave like some condiments especially salt and pepper!! More towels for larger groups!

We came here for a family vacation and it did not disappoint! Everything was super clean and comfortable so we felt right at home. The views were incredible and we often ate outside to enjoy to sunsets. The pool was an absolute hit as well as the hot tub. As we were packing up to leave we got to see a black bear strolling down the street! We definitely recommend staying here.

If you are planning on a stay in the Smokies please don’t overlook this cabin. Minutes off 321. This place is gorgeous. To say the grandkids had a blast would be an understatement. No one wanted to leave. Our next trip I hope we are lucky enough to get the same cabin.

Cabin was super nice and the view was great! Location was good too. We stayed up in the mountains as we wanted with close proximity of Pigeon Forge. Justin was quick to respond with any questions. Our family enjoyed our stay and hope to make a trip back next year!

Justin has been a great host…he communicated with me very well he even offered an extra night and was willing to let me and my family check out a hour later than check out time…..the place was AMAZING he also gave us the information we needed when it came to the bears ❤️ I would definitely be booking his place again!!!!!! Everything was amazing even the instructions he has in his book and how to utilize the amenities in his place.THANK YOU JUSTIN for an amazing experience for me and my family YOU ROCK!!!!!!

Had a wonderful time with my sisters in Christ. Kitchen was awesome!!! Made some fabulous meals their. Enjoyed the pool and hot tub. Very peaceful and quiet area that made some good sleeping.

Cabin was beautiful, pool was excellent and hot tub was awesome! There were 6 of us and we had so much room it was wonderful. The front door is a little tricky at first. It has beautiful views. Anything is it is quite a drive up to it, but the beautiful views made up for that!

This cabin in the mountains was perfect for our trip to the Smoky Mountains in Tennessee. The cabin had plenty of room and entertainment for our group of 14 which included kids ages 5-11 and the adults as well. We really appreciated the alarms on the doors to the pool and deck on the lower level, giving us peace of mind knowing our kids were safe! As with any mountaintop community, the roads leading to the house were STEEP, but the driveway itself was flat and easy to park/unload. The owners were very responsive, including a late night message when the thermostat needed to be reset. Overall the perfect location for our stay, and the sunset views from the deck were perfection every single night!

We had a large group that came to town for a conference and we absolutely loved the cabin! The teens said they gave this cabin a 10 out of 10! Fun for all spacious and easy to get to. The property manager was very responsive through the entire process and always answered any questions very quickly. I never felt as if I had to wait to get a response. Check in and check out were a breeze. The kitchen is well stocked with everything we needed.

We had a great experience in this home ! The beds and sitting area furniture were comfortable. The home was clean, well laid out, and kitchen pretty well stocked. It sounds nuts, but we cook/bake a LOT on this annual trip so there were a few minor items lacking considered a fully stocked BUT with that said — we made do and did not miss out any meal plans we had prior to arrival. The drive up to the property had some super sharp curves but easily managed in typical conditions. There could be issues in inclement weather. Overall we were all very pleased with our stay at this property and would stay again.

Had a wonderful stay at Justin’s cabin for my son’s birthday. He brought a few friends, and they stayed downstairs in the play/pool/bunk bed area separate from the upstairs. I love this place because of the quiet separation between the downstairs where the kids play and the upstairs where the adults relax. There is plenty for the kids to do at the house, and it is just a short drive to the Pigeon Forge strip of activities. Highly recommend!

We had 3 families staying at the house and we had an amazing time. This house is for sure a 10/10! The only thing is we couldn't locate the foosball for the foosball table and one of the pacman games didnt seem to be working. Our kids werent too interested in those so it didnt impact our stay we will be back again!

My family & I stayed at Justin’s place for Christmas and it was perfect! We’ve been traveling for Christmas for the last 5 years and this was the first home that had a Christmas tree already! The house was very homey and very accommodating for my family of 14! We definitely will be back!

They are simply amazing. We want to come back for a family vacation as we were down there for a football tournament. Justin is an amazing host and always readily available. They provide so much things like extra toilet paper, paper towels, etc! The cabin is so cozy and I honestly didn’t want it leave! Everything is amazing there! I hope we can stay again there soon! We were there for a family fall get together with family who resides in NC. It fit all 12 of us perfectly! Boys in the bunk room, girls in the upstairs rooms, and the adults in the middle rooms. I loved how everyone had their own bathroom as well.

Wonderful place to stay! Cabin was beautiful and exactly as described. Justin was always very helpful and quick to respond to any questions.
The view from the cabin was spectacular! Our grandchildren really enjoyed the indoor pool! We would definitely stay here again. Love that the cabin was far enough out for quiet relaxation, but also a quick trip to all the attractions Pigeon Forge has to offer.

What a perfect place for my family of 17! We stayed for a week and enjoyed every minute! What a beautiful spot near the top of a hill to view the sunset. The beds were comfortable, the bathrooms spacious, the kitchen stocked and the kids loved the pool and play area. The owner was quick to respond and made sure we had all we needed. I would definitely recommend this home and would return again!!

Great cabin and stay. It's located far enough from the main strip but only a 10-15 min drive to right get to the middle of Pigeon Forge. Well maintained and clean throughout. The kids loved the indoor pool, especially with it being so hot right now, even in the mountains. Lots of space and plenty of beds - just note that if the kids will sleep in the bunk bed room, it is on the ground level away from the other bedrooms. Owners were super responsive although we didn't have any issues during our stay other than getting the TV to turn on in the media room and entrance to the pool which were not really issues but user error. PS: We also saw 2 bears right outside the cabin. They are REALLY active so please put your trash up and don't leave food out in!

I can not say enough good things about our stay at Peaceful Living! The cabin was clean, beautiful, spaceous enough for our big family. The location was just right, not too close to town but only a short drive away. We saw one bear the first morning in the yard next door and had a very friendly raccoon visit on the porch. The pool was just right for the kids and adults to enjoy. We hope to return very soon!

The cabin was super nice, just like the picture. Beautiful spacious. Nice size room. Pool and jacuzzi area was nice. No maintenance issue.
Bears are active. One greeted us right upon arrival 😂 Another one tried to join us while guest were in the jacuzzi.
Only issue for me was the roaches but I guess that’s a south thing.

First off, the owners communicated with us very promptly and made sure we had everything we needed to enjoy our stay. They even checked in after our first day. Everything you need is in this cabin. The pool was very nice, the hot tub was super clean, and the game room was a blast. The cabin was spotless when we arrived as well. The kitchen island was big enough to accommodate our entire family/friends. I would definitely book this cabin again.

Justin’s communication was top tier from the very moment I booked the trip all the way to the moment we arrived. Justin was super helpful. He sent us a beautiful list of places to go and things to do along with some nice coupons. The cabin was exactly like the pictures and spotless. The indoor pool and outdoor jacuzzi were both working perfectly fine. The entire place was spotless. My family and I loved every bit of our experience and will definitely be reaching out to Justin for future trips.

I’m a single mom with 4 daughters, and me and my sister have never taken a road trip before with all of our children, so we decided on this place and I wouldn’t change a thing! We had a wonderful time in this beautiful house! Justin was quick to respond with anything we needed, there are a few things that were quirky, kitchen floor is coming up, dish washer doesn’t work properly, but that didn’t take away from memories made this weekend! Very quiet and peaceful!

Pool was advertised as heated and was not, so our entire party was super disappointed as that was one of the main reasons we booked the property. Other than that, the cabin is amazing. A little farther out than ideal, but well worth the drive.
