Place was great to stay at. My family of 4 fit perfectly with plenty of room to spare. The place has tons to do inside (games) and very close to pigeon forge activities

The house is great! This is our third year in a row staying with Avada Properties and we will definitely return again next year. It is a clean, spacious property with a lot of things to do for everyone in the family without even having to leave the house. It is in a great location, convenient to everything while still being far enough from Parkway that it remains peaceful.

Great location less than a mile off the main strip, cabin was really awesome loved the lay out, everything we needed was there ready for our use

Property was amazing! The game rooms kept the kids (and frankly adults) occupied for hours. The jukebox worked pretty well as well, so we had it going quite a bit. A lot of oldies. Justin was quick to respond and professional.

We had a great time! Once we got additional instruction about the hot tub we were able to enjoy it several nights! Justin responded within the hour late at night to give those instructions as well! He was always very responsive with the questions we had. The kids enjoyed the claw machine and were able to have several try’s since it was only $1 per game! It was nice there was a high chair provided as well for our small one. The beds were comfy and showers were great!

The cabin made us feel right at home! We did use the hot tub the second night, but the first night we used the tub in the primary suite and it was so cozy! We had such a great time and will book again!

The cabin is beautiful. We came for my son’s birthday, and everything is just like the pictures. We came at Christmas, so it also had a tree, stockings, and decor around the home. The bathtub in the master sweet is phenomenal, and can fill the whole thing up with steaming hot water. The hot tub outside was amazing, and one night it was snowing while we enjoyed it. My kids loved both game rooms, and it kept them occupied the entire time. It was very close to town, but felt like you were in the country. They had everything you needed. And anytime I had a question, Justin always responded immediately. We will definitely be going back. The claw machine was my kids favorite. 10/10 stars ⭐️ We have stayed in lots of Airbnbs, and this is by far the most beautiful one. Beds were all comfortable, and so was the living room furniture. Table in kitchen was big enough for all of us. We didn’t need a high chair, but they had one and baby gates if you need one.

This cabin was an absolute gem! The secluded location was peaceful, while the interior was beautifully decorated with a cozy, rustic feel. The cabin was clean and comfortable. The hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating, making our stay truly exceptional. Highly recommend for anyone seeking a relaxing escape!!!

We really enjoyed our stay at Pinewood Lodge. Things I would say is location is good and convenient to a lot of things. There are 3 levels of stairs if someone can't handle stairs. Also there was a large bed frame left on the front porch while we were there. But otherwise it is a very nice place

Place was great, close enough to everything but also felt away from all the hustle and bustle. House had everything you needed for a fun family vacation. We had a slight issue with the dishwasher and Justin had his handyman there that day to fix it. Justin was very responsive and provided a lot of great local suggestions. Would definitely recommend and if we ever come back, stay again.

Justin’s place was beautiful and just as described. We enjoyed using both games rooms and had so much fun. The place was clean, very comfortable and spacious. We enjoyed sitting on the balconies and their view. We even spotted a small bear out front😁.
We would definitely recommend Justin’s place and would love to visit again. Justin was a gracious host and responded quickly to the messages I sent.

Property was just as described. It was perfect with enough space for 6 adults. Good location with easy access to all attractions in Pigeon Forge and Gatlinburg. Most of all, the host was very responsive to our questions and certainly understands the importance of exceptional customer service during the booking process, pre-arrival and during our 5-day stay. This cabin was absolutely beautiful, extremely clean, spacious and so much fun. We were close to everything in Pigeon Forge. We especially loved the jukebox, pool table, and the hot tub on the deck. My family had a wonderful time and the host, Justin, was very responsive and helpful before during and after our stay. I highly recommend this cabin for anyone looking for a fun getaway to Pigeon Forge.

This was a great cabin near town. Loved the convenience of how close it was. Made it so easy to enjoy the cabin throughout the day when we o it had a short amount of time before heading off to something else. There was so much space that everyone could spread out and have some down time when needed. Plenty of things to do for everyone. We simply loved it!! Great Pigeon Forge location....quick and easy access to everything to do in Pigeon Forge!! Doesn't take long to get to the GSM NP either! The game rooms on the upper and lower levels gave us room to spread out but still gave us a great central gathering spot on the main level.

Staying in this cabin was a perfect spot for our celebration of my son and several of his friends that recently graduated from high school. The location is great, close to everything and easy to get to. The layout was perfect for us, 2 bedrooms, each with en-suites on the ground floor along with a game room for the boys, the master on the main level was an amazing retreat for the adults and an additional gameroom in the loft, we couldn't have asked for better.l accommodations. Even though we encountered a few hiccups, Justin was quick to respond and had great communication while the issues were being resolved. We have stayed in many rentals, this by far was one of the best experiences. Thank you, Justin & Kari!

The property was great and was close to everything in Pigeon Forge, and was easy to access. Everyone enjoyed the pool table and games when we weren’t out doing things in town. Check out process was extremely easy. Would definitely recommend staying there with your family. WiFi signal is very weak. We pretty much had to use our hotspot on our phone the whole time. The only small recommendation I would give the home owner is to supply more trash bags for the kitchen (only had 2) and more dish towels (had 1) and dish rags (only had a sponge). Outside of that, it was great!

We had a nice four night stay at the Pinewood Lodge! Justin was a great host, super responsive and helpful. We also loved the activity guide that he sent us months prior to our stay. It was a great tool to use while planning. We had two toddlers with us and a teen boy who thought the house was the coolest thing ever. There are so many games to play in the house alone. We also made dinner twice and lunch several times for our group of seven and the kitchen had everything we needed. The house itself is close to all the activities that we were interested in and a perfect spot for our family. The mountain view is even better than the pictures in our opinion and the balcony next to the kitchen was our favorite spot to enjoy the mornings and fresh air. We would absolutely stay here again if we have the chance!

Our stay was great! We have 3 girls under the age of 14 and they were busy playing air hockey, pool and football. The location was perfect if you wanted to stay in Pigeon Forge but not be on the main strip. Justin was very responsive with any questions/concerns we had. Would definitely come back!

This cabin was perfect for my group of 9. It was clean ( not a bug to be seen!) and the kitchen had everything we could have asked for, since we cooked a lot of meals while we stayed. Justin was easy to communicate with, and the location was perfect for our day at Dollywood, and to spend some time in Gatlinburg.

Hands down best location we have had in years. This house is literally in the heart of Pigeon Forge and within 5 minutes to everything around you.
Also, the communication with Justin was first class and he was quick to respond with anything we needed.
The kids loved all the games so that was a big hit.

We really enjoyed all the amenities the cabin offered, we really loved staying there. Justin was a pleasure to deal with and was always responsive. We will definitely stay there again.

The cabin is nice. Had everything we needed for our short stay. Was not thrilled with the TV set up. You have to utilize your own streaming services, if you have them, to watch tv. We don’t subscribe to streaming services because of lack of internet where we live. So it was the first day of college football and we were scrambling to figure out a way to watch our favorite team play. It’s expensive to rent a place for a getaway and was disappointed in not being able to just watch tv. It would have also been helpful to include that the cabin had a pack ‘n play in the amenities. Had that been included, my daughter would not have needed to bring hers for our grandson.

This was a fabulous place for my family. We had our five children, plus mother and father in law, and nephew. We had 10 guests total with plenty of space. Game rooms were perfect for the kids! This is a great location. So close to the main strip, and you can avoid the traffic on the main strip if you keep to the backroads when leaving the cabin. Justin is a great host!

My family and I had a great time at Justin’s place! It was conveniently located to all of the restaurants and attractions in Pigeon Forge, and a short drive away from Gatlinburg and hiking. The hot tub heated up quickly and there were plenty of things to do around the house. We really enjoyed our stay!

This is a great cabin. It’s just far enough that it’s quiet, but it’s like 5 minutes or less from the main “strip” in town.
The amenities are awesome! Foosball, shuffleboard, pool, air hockey, juke box, hot tub, indoor jet tub. It’s very nice.
Justin is super responsive and helpful.
We will definitely be staying here next year!

Absolutely stunning! This was one of the best experiences that I've had on Airbnb. Beautiful structure, well maintained, less than a mile from the strip. The host was very professional and informative throughout the entire process. There was plenty of things for our 4 kids to do without complaining that they were bored. I would highly recommend booking this cabin. And I will be returning next year!

We had a great time at Justin’s place! This is our second time staying there in the last year and are looking forward to many more stays in the future. Justin’s house is a fantastic place to stay while spending time in pigeon forge! There is just so much space for everyone to relax and unwind.. As well as a lot of activities when we return from our day out.
I don’t know if there is such a thing as a perfect rental property, but Justin’s place comes about as close as you can get! Can’t wait to come back!

The place when you walked in was so beautiful.. there where these broken glass art works hanging… they where gorgeous… then we walked to the second level.. the whole set up was just what we needed to relax… fire place outside by the hot tub and sitting area..and inside too … hug jacuzzi tub in the master bath with another open fireplace… we had 4 kids with us…. So the 3 rd level is pretty much where they stayed… the game room.. amazing place… we would definitely stay again..!! No complaints from us!!

We enjoyed our stay! It was clean, well equipped with everything we needed in the kitchen. The bathrooms have linens as well as extra linens in bedrooms. The game room was a hit for the kids and adults. Washer and dryer available (dryer takes a couple cycles but works)
We didn’t use the hot tub or back patio but it’s nice and roomy with privacy.
Really all You need to bring is your clothes!
Conveniently close to everything!!

We stayed at Pinewood for my sons senior celebration trip with 3 of his friends and it was perfect with so much to do. The separation of space was perfect for us and having three floors we could all spread out to was nice not having to be on top of each other. There was plenty to do with the games, juke box, records, pool and air hockey. If they weren't playing games, they were in the hot tub. We enjoyed having multiple decks to spend time on as well. Well stocked kitchen and great layout. Had a wonderful, memorable time and will definitely remember this if we come back! Thanks Justin and Kari!

Nice place not too far off the main drag with a peaceful quiet street and nice amenities. Would recommend for someone looking to easily enjoy Pigeon Forge and the surrounding area as much as the park itself. Very easy access and plenty of space for a larger family if needed. Cabin was clean and so close to the main strip but it felt like a cabin in the hills. There was so much to do there with all the game room activities as well as hot tub and TV room. We loved the stay and even tried to reserve it longer but unfortunately it was already booked. Will definitely be back

My daughter and I had a girls only vacay to celebrate her 25th birthday. We enjoyed every minute! The cabin was super large for two, but was extremely cozy feeling too. Everything was clean and comfortable. The owner replied promptly even when I texted him close to midnight the first night we were there. (Sorry about that) We drove 12 hours to get there, so we got there late. The largest bathtub I’ve ever been in the master suite. My daughter really enjoyed the hot tub. When you read about making sure to have driving instructions and not rely on GPS… make sure you listen…. The road to the cabin is steep and so is the driveway, you’ll be fine as long you plant your feet well when you are walking to the front door.

Beautiful cabin! Loved all the entertainment inside the cabin and it definitely kept the kiddos busy during our down time - air hockey, pool table, arcade games, shuffle board and even the hot tub! The cabin is in the perfect location right off the main road and it was a quick drive to good restaurants, entertainment AND Dollywood. Kitchen had everything we needed for the coffee drinkers and making family meals, which we enjoyed both inside and out on the back porch in the sunshine. Beds were comfortable and bathrooms were clean. Lots of stairs being 3 levels, but it helped us all get extra steps in! Nice having the smart tvs with guestmode so our kids could still watch their shows. Justin was a great host and very responsive to messages. I have zero complaints and recommend this cabin to anyone (who can handle lots of stairs).
